"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas tentang persepsi karyawan terhadap penggunaan humor atasan dan pengaruhnya terhadap hubungan atasan dan bawahan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk dengan jumlah sampel 90 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan korelasi pearson Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang tinggi dari penggunaan humor positif atasan terhadap hubungan atasan-bawahan. Sedangkan penggunaan humor negatif berpengaruh cukup kuat secara negatif terhadap hubungan atasan-bawahan.

ABSTRACT

This study focuses on employee perceptions on leader humor and its impact on leader-member exchange (LMX). This research used quantitative method with explanative design. Respondent of this study is 90 PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk employees. For analysis technique this study using simple linear regression and Pearson correlation. The results showed a high positive effect of the use of positive humor by leader to leader-member exchange (LMX). While the use of negative humor by leader is quite strong negative impact negatively on leader-member exchange (LMX)."
