"Stress kerja merupakan masalah yang paling umum dialami oleh petugas kepolisian. Polisi tidak hanya bertindak sebagai penegak hukum namun juga pelayan sosial, agen perubahan dan pelindung hak dan tugas dari masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sumber stres anggota intel dan cara mengelola stres.Manajemen stres yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah strategi coping oleh Lazarus dan Folkman yang terdiri dari problem-focused coping dan emotional-focused coping. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian gabungan dengan rancangan sekuensial eksploratoris. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 anggota intelkam untuk mendapatkan data awal terkait sumber stres anggota. Setelah itu melakukan wawancara dan observasi terhadap beberapa anggota.Observasi dilaksanakan dengan mengamati perilaku anggota selama bekerja. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah sebagian besar anggota intelkam merasa sumber stres mereka berasal dari stres kerja dan stres organisasi.Stres kerja terdiri dari beban kerja, tugas yang menantang, promosi dan kondisi keuangan. Sedangkan stres organisasi terdiri dari tidak dilibatkannya anggota dalam pembuatan keputusan, kurangnya perhatian pimpinan, struktur organisasi yang tidak sesuai dan sarana prasarana yang tidak memadai. Anggota merasa tertekan dengan perintah pimpinan yang memberikan beban kerja yang berlebihan sehingga meningkatkan stres kerja yang berdampak pada penurunan kinerja mereka. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari anggota menjadi malas, ketidakhadiran anggota dan pekerjaan yang terbengkalai. Sebagian besar anggota memilih untuk mengelola stres dengan cara sharing dengan orang yang dipercaya, berdoa, rekreasi, olahraga dan manajemen waktu. Peran pimpinan juga penting dalam mengelola stres anggota yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan secara kekeluargaan.

Work stress is the most common problem which experienced by police. Police work is not only to enforce the law but also to serve and protect society. The aim of this research are to know police stressors and stress management. This research use stress management especially coping mechanism from Lazarus and Folkman which is consist of problem focused coping and emotion focused coping. Mixed method with exploratory sequential design is the research method used in this study. First, researcher distributed questionnaires to the 30 intelligence police so researcher get the initial data of the stressors. Then,Some of police officers were interviewed and observed. Observation was done by observing police officers behaviour while they were working. The result shown that almost of officers experienced job related stressors and organization related stressors. Job related stressors consider of too many task to perform, challenging assignments, promotion and condition that affect workers rsquo economic well being. Organization related stressors consist of not involved in decision making,lack of leader attention,inappropriate organizational structure and inadequate infrastructure. The officers feel depressed because the leader provide a lot of work and it causes the raise of job stress which impact to the decrease of their performance. It can be seen from members who become lazy to work, absenteeism, and neglected work. Most of the officers choose to manage their stress in a way of sharing with trusted person, praying, recreation, doing exercises and time management. However, the effort of organisation to manage police stress is really important such as provide adequate facilities, attention of the leader, and sabbathical day. "

"Perkembangan bisnis yang pesat di Indonesia saat ini menuntut pelaksanaan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) di setiap tempat kerja termasuk sektor kesehatan. Laboratorium merupakan salah satu sarana dalam sektor kesehatan yang dituntut dapat unggul dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada konsumen. PT. X adalah salah satu laboratoium swasta di Indonesia yang sudah memiliki beberapa penghargaan. Bagian pelayanan menjadi salah bagian terpenting dalam suatu sistem produksi di perusahaan ini. Penilaian terhadap faktor-faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan stres pada pekerja bagian pelayanan di PT. X cabang se-Jabodetabek belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya, dimana pencatatan mengenai penilaian terhadap faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres dan pengendaliannya belum tersedia sebagai suatu dokumen K3 yang dapat disosialisasikan bagi seluruh elemen bagian pelayanan di PT. X cabang se-Jabodetabek.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor bahaya psikososial yang berhubungan dengan tingkat stres pekerja bagian pelayanan di PT. X cabang se-Jabodetabek tahun 2016. Desain studi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian pelayanan yang berjumlah 291 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari instansi terkait dan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden.
Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 51,2% responden mengalami stress kerja tinggi dan 48,8% mengalami stres kerja rendah. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan tingkat kemaknaan 5%, diperoleh lima faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja yakni budaya dan fungsi organisasi dengan p value 0,001, peran dalam organisasi dengan p value 0,002, pengembangan karir 0,001, hubungan interpersonal dengan p value 0,001, dan peralatan kerja dengan p value 0,001. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut perusahaan harus segera mengambil tindakan pengendalian untuk guna mencegah terjadinya stres di kalangan pekerja dan yang akhirnya bisa merugikan pekerja dan perusahaan sendiri.

Rapid business development in Indonesia nowadays demands the implementation of Occupational Health Safety (OHS) in every workplace including the health sector. Laboratory as one of the facilities in the health sector are required to excel in providing services to consumers. PT. X is one of the private laboratory in Indonesia which already has several awards. Customer service department become one of the most important departements in this company production system. An assessment of workers stress levels and psychosocial hazard factors associated with stress on workers in the service section PT. X Jabodetabek branch has never been done before, where the recording of the assessment of the factors associated with stress and its control is not available as a document that can be socialized K3 for all elements of the service section at PT. X Jabodetabek branch.
This study aims to determine the factors associated with psychosocial hazards stress level services department workers at PT. X branch Jabodetabek 2016. The study design used in this study was cross-sectional. The sample in this study are employees of the customer service amounted to 291 respondents. The data used in this research is secondary data from the company and primary data obtained through a questionnaire given to respondents.
From the results, 51.2% of respondents experiencing high job stress and 48.8% had low job stress. The results of the bivariate analysis of the significance level of 5%, obtained five factors related to job stress. That are cultural and organizational functions with p value 0,001, role in the organization with p value 0.002, career development 0,001, interpersonal relationships with the p value of 0.001, and working equipment with p value of 0.001. From these results the company should take immediate action to control in order to prevent stress among workers and that could eventually be detrimental to workers and the company itself.;

Stres kerja merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan dan kesalamatan kerja yang dapat dialami oleh pekerja di semua sektor dan berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan psikosomatik. Faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan stres kerja adalah kondisi pekerjaan berupa konten dan konteks pekerjaan, karakteristik individu, dan kondisi situasional. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pegawai di lingkungan Unit ‘X’ Badan Litbang Kesehatan. Populasi pegawai dibedakan berdasarkan perbedaan jabatan, yaitu fungsional umum dan fungsional peneliti yang memiliki tugas, tanggung jawab, dan tekanan pekerjaan yang berbeda. Disain penelitian adalah cross sectional. Metode yang digunakan adalah sequential explanatory, yaitu pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner terstuktur dan pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menemukan perbedaan prevalensi tingkat stres yang signifikan antara pegawai fungsional umum dan fungsional peneliti. Dari pegawai yang mengalami stres, lebih banyak 3,7 kali fungsional umum dibandingkan fungsional peneliti. Faktor karakteristik individu yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja adalah usia dan jabatan. Faktor karakteristik pekerjaan dan situasional yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pegawai fungsional umum adalah beban kerja, jam kerja, gaya manajemen, hubungan interpersonal, ergonomi, dan perjalanan, sedangkan pada pegawai fungsional peneliti adalah beban kerja, rutinitas, gaya manajemen, aturan kerja, ergonomi, interaksi antara keluarga dan pekerjaan, dan perjalanan. Hal yang berkaitan dengan konteks pekerjaan juga dapat menyebabkan stres kerja pegawai. Diperlukan penanggulangan stres yang komprehensif untuk pegawai dan instansi untuk mengurangi tingkat stres pegawai.

ABSTRACT
Work stress is one of occupational problems that can be experienced in any sector of job and potensially cause psychosomatic disorder to employees. Factors that related to work stress are job conditions, individual characteristics, and situational conditions. The aim of this study is to analyze risk factors related to work stress of employee in Unit ‘X’ National Institute of Health Research and Development. Population of this study is divided into two different work functions with different tasks, responsibilities, and work pressures, i.e. administrative and research. The design of this study is cross sectional. The method of data collection is sequential explanatory. Quantitative data was collected using structured questionnaire and qualitative data was obtained through in depth interview. The result found significant difference of stress level prevalence between administrative staff and researcher. Adinistrative staff has 3.7 higher ratio of work stress. Individual factors related to work stress are age and function. Situational and job factors related to work stress of administrative staff are work load, work hour, management style, interpersonal relationship, ergonomy, and trip to office while in researchers are work load, rutinity, management style, work rules, ergonomy, work-family interaction , and trip to office. Job contexts were also indicated and give contribution to stress of employee. " ABSTRAK
Work stress merupakan sebuah fenomena yang telah lama menjadi tantangan bagi dunia perusahaan/organisasi di seluruh dunia. Work stress dipahami dapat mengurangi kinerja dari tingkat individu pekerja hingga perusahaan/organisasi. Karenanya, segala upaya untuk mengurangi tingkat work stress para pekerja menjadi penting. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah penerapan workplace spirituality. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari dimensi-dimensi workplace spirituality yakni inner life, meaningful work, dan sense of community terhadap work stress para pekerja. Penelitian ini melibatkan 130 pekerja dari Unit Transfusi Darah Palang Merah Indonesia Provinsi DKI Jakarta untuk mengisi kuesioner penelitian yang sudah disusun sesuai kebutuhan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ketiga dimensi workplace spirituality yakni inner life, meaningful work, dan sense of community berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap work stress para pekerja.
ABSTRACT Work stress is a phenomenon that has long been a challenge for companies and organizations around the world. Studies shows that work stress can reduce not only the performance of individual worker but also the performance of the organization. Therefore, any attempt to reduce the level of work stress that the workers perceive becomes important. One effort that can be done is the implementation of workplace spirituality. This quantitative research aims to know the effects of workplace spirituality dimensions, which are inner life, meaningful work, and sense of community, towards the work stress perceived by the workers. This study involved 130 workers from the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Indonesian Red Cross in Jakarta Province giving answers to questionnaires that has been given to each and everyone of them. The results indicate that the three dimensions of workplace spirituality, which are inner life, meaningful work, and sense of community, adversely affect the work stress of the workers."
