"ABSTRAKFokus penelitian ini adalah intervensi untuk menurunkan prokrastinasi kerja pada ASN UPT Dinas Kesehatan sebagai salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan mengerjakan laporan bulanan tepat waktu. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah broadcast message untuk mengingatkan ASN melalui media Whatsapp. Strategi intervensi yang digunakan menggunakan teknik intervensi Mass Interpersonal Persuassion Fogg,2008 dengan desain MIP melalui Fogg Behavior Model FBM . Intervensi dilakukan selama 2 minggu 23 April-7 Mei 2018 . Setelah seluruh rangkaian intervensi dilakukan, sebanyak 12 dari 14 orang ASN menunjukkan ketepatan waktu dalam mengumpulkan laporan bulanan secara signifikan. Pemberian intervensi melalui media whatsapp dan penggunaan format daring laporan selama 14 hari efektif menurunkan prokrastinasi kerja terhadap 14 orang ASN UPT Dinas Kesehatan.

ABSTRACTThis research focuses on decreasing work procrastination on civil government unit of integrated service of health office as one of the ways to increase compliance of on time monthly report submission. The intervention uses broadcast message through Whatsapp application to remind civil government. This research applied Mass Interpersonal Persuassion technique Fogg,2008 as the intervention strategy. Intervention was performed for 2 weeks 23 April ndash 7 Mei 2018 . Based on the entire series of interventions that have been done, 12 civil government showed significant improvement of punctuality of monthly report submission. Providing intervention through Whatsapp application and use online format of reports for 14 days effectively decreased work procrastination to 14 civil government unit of integrated service of health office."
