"The study is done to reveal heroism value heritage of Diponegoro Prince in Java War. The approach used was qualitative desciriptive focusing on library study as the main base. Data gathered through tracking various informations collected from several literatures and documents which relevant to the goal of the study. It was found that heroism value from Diponegoro Prince in Java War included extraordinary brave and strong attitude, moral glorious, mental sturdy, and always gave attitude and simple live example. Based on the finding, it is recommended that generation as development pioneers and motivators fulfil independent era, should always base on heroism value heritage of Diponegoro Prince."

"Kratos, karakter protagonis dari seri video game God of War, adalah sebuah contoh anti-hero archetype populer yang memberikan bukti bahwa archetype tersebut lebih menarik daripada traditional hero archetype dalam berberapa tahun ini. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana perkembangan karakter Kratos sepanjang seri God of War memengaruhi agensi dan identitasnya dan bagaimana daya Tarik Kratos terhadap komunitas game action adventure berubah sepanjang serinya. 3-act structure dari Vogler, negative and positive character arcs dari Weiland, dan affective disposition theory dari Zilmann & Cantor digunakan sebagai kerangka penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakterisasi Kratos berubah di antara anti-hero dan villain archetype dan Kratos diterima dengan baik oleh mayoritas komunitas game action adventure karena sang protagonis memiliki latar belakang yang menarik dan motivasi yang kuat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan perspektif baru tentang analisis anti-hero archetype karena banyak penelitian dengan topik ini berfokus kepada media lain seperti film, acara TV, dan literatur.

Kratos, the protagonist of the God of War video game series, is an example of a popular anti-hero archetype which has been more appealing than traditional heroes in recent years. The foci of this study are analysing how Kratos’ character development throughout the series affect his agency and identity and how his appeal towards the action adventure gaming community changes throughout the series. 3- act structure by Vogler, negative and positive character arcs by Weiland, and affective disposition theory by Zilmann & Cantor are used as the framework for the research. The results show that Kratos’ characterization evolves between anti-hero and villain archetype and the character is well-received by the majority of the community because of his compelling backstory and strong motivation. The study is expected to provide a new perspective on anti-hero archetype analysis since many researches about the topic mainly focus on other medium such as movies, TV shows, and literatures."

"Pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda di sektor kebaharian sebagai salah satu bidang yang menjadi bagian penting dari suatu ketahanan negara mengingat Indonesia adalah negara maritim yang memiliki lautan 2/3 lebih luas daripada daratan. Program Kapal Pemuda Nusantara tahun 2012 menjadi salah satu strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda dalam mencapai ketahanan bahari nasional. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan di sektor kebaharian Indonesia dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda di sektor kebaharian dalam mempertahankan ketahanan bahari nasional dengan studi kasus program Kapal Pemuda Nusantara KPN tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menggambarkan strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda pada program Kapal Pemuda Nusantara KPN tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi pengembangan kepemimpinan pada program KPN tahun 2012 belum berjalan maksimal yang didasari beberapa hal, diantaranya : belum ada database purna program sebagai media pengawasan pasca kegiatan, perlunya pembenahan dalam sistem seleksi daerah untuk memilih peserta yang memiliki minat khusus di bidang kepemimpinan di sektor kemaritiman, dan belum adanya kegiatan pre-departure training sebagai kegiatan pemahaman sebelum program, serta kegiatan post-program sebagai media evaluasi purna program secara berkelanjutan.

Youth leadership development in the maritime sector as one of the area that is an important part of a country 39 s resilience considering that Indonesia is a maritime country that has an ocean 2 3 wider than the mainland. Youth Ship Archipelago Program in 2012 became one of the youth leadership development strategy in achieving national marine resilience. This thesis aims to analyze the maritime sector leadership in Indonesia and analyze strategy for leadership development of youth in the maritime sector in maintaining the resilience of marine national, case study in Youth Ship Archipelago Program KPN in 2012. This study used qualitative methods to describe the strategy for leadership development of youth in the Youth Ship Archipelago Program KPN in 2012. The results showed that the strategy of leadership development has not maximal which is based on several things, including no database as a media to monitoring the post activity program, the need for improvements in the system the selection area to select participants who have a special interest in the areas of leadership in the maritime sector, and the lack of pre departure training activities as the activities of prior understanding of the program and post program activities as a full evaluation of media programs."
