"ABSTRAKPraktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Guardian Pharmatama Plant Citeureup, Bogor. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat memahami peranan, tugas, serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi. Selain itu, melalui PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Calon apoteker juga diharapkan dapat mempelajari secara langsung penerapan cGMP CPOB dan mengetahui gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pembuatan Modul Pelatihan Kualitas Dasar yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan karyawan PT Guardian Pharmatama terhadap pemahaman CPOB dan penerapan aspeknya serta mengevaluasi efektivitas Pelatihan Kualitas Dasar yang dilakukan selama PKPA.

ABSTRACTInternship was conducted at PT Guardian Pharmatama Citeureup Plant, Bogor. This internship is aimed to make the student of apothecary profession understand the role, duty, and responsibility of pharmacist in pharmaceutical industry. In addition, through this internship the student of apothecary profession is expected to gain insight, knowledge, skills, as well as practical experience in doing the pharmaceutical work at pharmaceutical industry. The students of apothecary profession are also expected to learn directly the implementation of cGMP CPOB and know the real picture of the problems in pharmaceutical work at pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment that is given entitled Creating a Basic Quality Training Module that aims to improve the knowledge of the employees of PT Guardian Pharmatama towards CPOB comprehension and the implementation of its rsquo aspects and evaluate the effectiveness of Basic Quality Training conducted during internship program."

"Kedudukan Apoteker pada industri farmasi telah tercantum jelas dalam CPOB yaitu berperan sebagai personil kunci dalam produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu yang harus independen antara satu terhadap yang lain serta merupakan apoteker purnawaktu. Mengingat pentingnya peran apoteker dalam industri farmasi, maka calon apoteker harus mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan yang cukup serta memiliki pengalaman yang memadai. Univesitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Guardian Pharmatama dalam mengadakan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai suatu sarana pembelajaran bagi calon apoteker yang berlangsung pada periode Juli – Agustus 2019. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, calon apoteker menjadi lebih siap ketika bekerja dan dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang dimilikinya dalam rangka mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian yang ada di industri farmasi. Selama PKPA penulis diberikan tugas khusus yaitu melakukan pembuatan standar waktu untuk kegiatan penyiapan mesin produksi. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah mengurangi waste time produksi yang berakibat pada pengurangan lead time produk serta meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.

The position of Apothecary in the pharmaceutical industry has been clearly stated in CPOB, namely having a role as key personnel in production, quality control, and quality assurance who must be independent from one another and are full-time pharmacists. Given the important role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists must obtain sufficient knowledge and have sufficient experience. Univesitas Indonesia collaborates with PT Guardian Pharmatama in holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) activity as a learning tool for prospective pharmacists which takes place in the period July - August 2019. With this activity, prospective pharmacists are more ready when working and can apply knowledge owned in order to overcome problems related to pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. During PKPA the author is given a special task, namely making time standards for production machine preparation activities. The purpose of this special task is to reduce production waste time which results in reduced product lead time and improves company performance."

"ABSTRAKPemerintah melalui Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan BPOM membuat pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik atau CPOB sebagai panduan yang harus diterapkan oleh Industri farmasi. Selain itu, Pasal 9 Peraturan Pemerintah No. 51 Tahun 2009 tentang Pekerjaan Kefarmasian menyatakan bahwa Industri farmasi harus memiliki 3 tiga orang Apoteker sebagai penanggung jawab. Seorang apoteker merupakan personil kunci yang harus memahami tugas dan tanggung jawabnya serta senantiasa meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilannya agar dapat menjalankan tugasnya secara professional di Industri Farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA di Industri Farmasi merupakan pengalaman praktis, pelatihan, dan penerapan ilmu yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi calon apoteker sehingga dapat memahami implementasi CPOB dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi dilaksanakan di PT. Guardian Pharmatama periode Bulan Februari-Maret 2016.

ABSTRACTThe Government through the National Regulatory Agency BPOM makes the guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practice CPOB as guidelines to be applied by the pharmaceutical Industry. The Government Regulation, article 9 number 51 in 2009 on Pharmaceutical Works states that the Pharmaceutical Industry must have 3 three Pharmacists as person in charge. A pharmacist is a key personnel who must understand his duties, responsibilities and constantly improve his insights, knowledge, skills to perform his duties professionally in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacist Profession Internship PKPA in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a practical experience, training, and application of the knowledge gained during lectures to improve the competence of prospective pharmacists to understand the implementation of the GMP CPOB and have a clear vision of the pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical ndustry. This Pharmacist Profession Internship was held at PT. Guardian Pharmatama in February March 2016."

ABSTRACTIn the GMP guidelines 2012 , Pharmaceutical Industry shall implement a quality management system in making a drug. The system is required to achieve quality objectives to consistently and reliably, thus obtained medicinal products that are effective, safe, and qualified. Quality assurance of a drug does not just rely on the implementation of certain testing, but also let drugs made under carefully controlled and monitored conditions. Pharmacists are required to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and ability to apply and develop their knowledge in a professional manner in order to implement a comprehensive quality assurance system and overcome the problems that arise in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Prospective pharmacists practice the pharmacist internship in Landson PT Pertiwi Agung started on July 6, 2016 until August 30, 2016. It is expected that the prospective pharmacist can understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in Landson PT Pertiwi Agung, and has insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical Industry."
