"Kenaikan suhu global bumi hingga 2 0C memberi pengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas sapi. Efek negatif kenaikan suhu global dapat dikurangi dengan mempelajari adaptasi hewan pada tingkat individu hingga gen. penelitian bertujuan untuk mempelajari respons fisiologi dan ekspresi gen termoregulator Hsp90 dan ATP1A1 sapi Bali di beberapa daerah di Inonesia. Pengumpulan data fisiologi, sampel darah sapi dn kondisi lingkungan dilakukan di Cipelang Kabupaten Bogor, Desa Lompo Tengah Kabupaten Barru, Desa Sumber Klampok Kabupaten Buleleng, dan Desa Telaga Bertong Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Sampel darah diambil dari vena jugularis untuk diisolasi RNA, lalu ditranskripsi balik menjadi cDNA yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses qRT-PCR. Ekspresi gen dilakukan dengan metode komparasi deltas Ct dengn normalisasi oleh gen GADPH.
Analisis data fisiologi dan kondisi lingkungan dengan uji multivariate dan korelasi Pearson, sedangkan analisis ekspresi gen dengan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Suhu udara, kelembaban udara dan intensitas matahari di empat lokasi berbeda nyata p=0 , tetapi kecepatan angin tidak berbeda nyata p=0,056 , sehingga mempengaruhi perbedaan suhu kulit, suhu rektum, suhu tubuh dan laju pernapasan. Respons sapi terhadap cekaman panas dengan cara peningkatan suhu kulit, suhu rektum, suhu tubuh, laju pernapasan, peningkatan ekspresi gen Hsp90 dan ATP1A1. Rasio ekspresi gen Hsp90/GADPH dan ATP1A1/GADPH berbeda setiap lokasi penelitian karena dipengaruhi kondisi iklimnya.

Earth 39 s global temperature rise to 2 0C had a significant effect on the productivity of cattle. The negative effect of the global temperature rise can be reduced by studying the adaptation of animals at the individual level to the gene level. The research aimed to study the physiology response and gene expression of Hsp90 dan ATP1A1 on Bali cattle in some areas in Indonesia. The physiology profiles of cattle, blood samples and environmental conditions were collected from Cipelang, Lompo Tengah village, Sumber Klampok village and Telaga rtong village. Blood samples were taken from jugular vein to isolate RNA that was reverse transcribed info cDNA followed by qRT PCR process. Gene expression was performed by the comparative delta Cycle threshold Ct method which GADPH as internal control gene.
Analysis of physiological data and environmental conditions were done by multivariate test and Pearson correlation test, whereas gene expression analized by Kruskal Wallis test. Air temperature, air humidity and the light intensity at four locations were significantly different p 0, but the wind speed did not differ significantly p 0,056, thus affecting differences in skin, rectal and body temperature, and respiratory rae. Bali cattle responded to heat stress by increasing the skin, rectal and body temperatures respiratory rate, and upregulated of Hsp90 and ATP1A1 genes. The ratio of the genes expression of Hsp90 GADPH an ATP1A1 GADPH were difference each the study sites because it 39 s climatic conditions.

"Padi yang dapat dibudidayakan di lahan kering diperlukan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan. Analisis morfologis dan molekuler merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengetahui toleransi tanaman terhadap kekeringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan varietas padi yang tahan kekeringan melalui analisis morfologis serta molekuler. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari INPARI 32, INPARI 42, Pare Bakato Kaka, dan Pare Lambem yang ditumbuhkan pada dua perlakuan yaitu kontrol dan kekeringan (germinasi pada PEG 6000 20% dan modifikasi penyiraman). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase perkecambahan, bobot radikula, dan rata-rata jumlah daun (35 HST) pada tiap varietas tergolong toleran, sementara itu untuk skor kelengkungan daun diketahui bahwa Pare Lambem menunjukkan kondisi daun yang tergolong agak peka (skor 5), sedangkan tiga varietas lain tergolong kategori toleran (skor 1). Data tinggi tanaman serta panjang daun pada 7 HST dan 35 HST menunjukkan pola hasil yang sama, yakni Pare Lambem berbeda signifikan pada perlakuan kontrol dan kekeringan berdasarkan uji t (kategori peka), sementara varietas lain termasuk kategori toleran. Berdasarkan tujuh parameter uji, diperoleh kategori toleransi total. Pare Lambem tergolong kategori agak toleran (42,8%), sedangkan varietas lain tergolong kategori toleran (85,7%). Hasil analisis molekuler menunjukkan bahwa fragmen OsDREB2A terdapat pada varietas uji serta memiliki homologi 100% dengan sekuens DREB2A dari kultivar Pokkali. Mutasi sekuens tidak ditemukan pada urutan nukleotida maupun asam amino dari sampel varietas uji terhadap spesies pembanding. Struktur protein pada sampel uji menunjukkan kemiripan dengan model protein dari kultivar Pokkali. Varietas Jawa (peka) menunjukkan perbedaan sekuens nukleotida, asam amino, dan struktur protein terhadap kultivar Pokkali dan sampel uji.

Rice that can be grown in dry land is needed to increase food security. Morphological and molecular analysis are mechanisms to determine the drought tolerance level of plants. This study aims to determine drought-resistant rice varieties through morphological and molecular analysis. The samples used consisted of INPARI 32, INPARI 42, Pare Bakato Kaka, and Pare Lambem grown in two treatments (control and drought treatment (PEG 6000 20% and water modification)). The results showed that the percentage of germination, radicle weight, and the average number of leaves (35 DAP) in each variety belonged to the tolerant category, while for the leaf curvature scores, it was known that Pare Lambem showed a leaf condition that was classified as sensitive category (score 5), while the other three varieties belonged to the tolerant category (score 1). Data on plant height and leaf length at 7 DAP and 35 DAP showed the same yield pattern, namely Pare Lambem was significantly different in the control and drought treatment samples based on the t-test (sensitive category), while other varieties were in the tolerant category. Based on the seven test parameters, the total tolerance category was obtained. Pare Lambem was classified into the slightly tolerant category (42.8%), while other varieties were classified as tolerant (85.7%). The molecular analysis results showed the presence of OsDREB2A in all tested varieties also had 100% homology with DREB2A sequences from the Pokkali. Sequence mutations were not found in the nucleotide or amino acid sequences of the tested samples against the comparison species. The protein structures of the tested samples showed similarities to the protein model of the Pokkali cultivar. The Java variety (sensitive) showed differences in nucleotide sequences, amino acids, and protein structure against Pokkali and tested samples."

"Setiap varietas tanaman padi memiliki perbedaan tingkatan toleransi terhadap cekaman ferrous ion (Fe2+) dan memicu toksisitas Fe dan kerusakan oksidatif pada padi. Perbedaan ketahanan toleransi cekaman Fe disebabkan karena adanya tingkat regulasi ekspresi yang berbeda pada gen OsFER yang dapat ditemukan pada kromosom 11 dan 12. Analisis molekuler dari identifikasi genom hingga profil ekspresi gen OsFER dalam merespons cekaman Fe dan oksidatif dilakukan terhadap beberapa varietas padi. DNA genom dari ke delapan varietas padi (Impari 42, Cupatmangu, Situbagendid, Wayapo, Kangkung, Sigupai, Ciherang dan Sunggal.) diisolasi dan dilakukan amplifikasi PCR menggunakan primer OsFER2. Hasilnya menunjukkan kesamaan 100% karakteristik OsFER pada semua varietas padi yang dipelajari di kromosom 11 (LOC_Os11g01530) dan kromosom 12 (LOC_Os12g01530). Namun, struktur protein lengkap kompleks ferritin hanya ditemukan pada kromosom 12, sedangkan pada kromosom 11 hanya terdapat sebagian area alfa-helix OsFER dengan situs aktif (asam glutamat, tirosin) yang membentu ferooxsidase diiron centre. Analisis ekspresi relatif gen OsFER dilakukan terhadap varietas Kangkung dan Sunggal pada lima kondisi perlakuan cekaman FeSO4 dan cekaman oksidatif menggunakan H2O2 (FeSO4 300ppm, FeSO4 600ppm, H2O2 30mM, H2O2 60mM, dan kombinasi FeSO4 300ppm dan H2O2 30mM) yang diterapkan pada varietas Kangkung (toleran) dan Sunggal (rentan). Perhitungan ekspresi gen relatif menggunkan teknik amplikasi cyclic menggunakan qPCR. Persentase efisiensi gen OsFER Ch.11, OsFER Ch.12 dan GAPDH sebesar 93%, 105% dan 96%. Pada varietas Kankung, rasio ekspresi gen OsFER lebih tinggi secara signifikan pada OsFER Ch. 12 daripada OsFER Ch. 11. Gen OsFER Ch.12 diekspresikan paling tinggi pada kondisi cekaman Fe dengan nilai 1,329 pada FeSO4 300ppm dan 1,207 pada FeSO4 600ppm. Sebaliknya OsFER Ch. 11  justru di represi dengan nilai 0,717 dan 0,704. Sedangkan pada varietas Sunggal tidak menunjukkan perubahan signifikan pada ekspresi gen baik pada OsFER Ch.11 maupun OsFER Ch.12 dalam kondisi stres. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ekspresi OsFER Ch.12 yang lebih tinggi pada varietas Kangkung berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan toleransi terhadap cekaman Fe2+ dibandingkan dengan varietas Sunggal yang lebih rentan. Diferensiasi regulasi  ekspresi gen OsFER memberikan potensi untuk memahami perbedaan mekanisme toleransi di antara varietas padi terhadap cekaman Fe2+ dan kerusakan oksidatif.

Rice varieties exhibit varying tolerance levels to ferrous ion (Fe2+ )stress, which can lead to Fe toxicity and oxidative damage. This differential tolerance is attributed to differences in the regulation of OsFER gene expression. OsFER genes are located on chromosomes 11 and 12 and play a crucial role in iron sequestration and detoxification.This study investigated the molecular basis of OsFER gene from genome identification until the expression profile of OsFER in response to Fe2+ stress and oxidative damage in some rice varieties. Genome identification of eight rice varieties (Impari 42, Cupatmangu, Situbagendid, Wayapo, Kangkung, Sigupai, Ciherang dan Sunggal) was done by using PCR and OsFER target gene and continued into sequence analysis. The results show that all rice varieties studied have 100% alignment similarity and OsFER characteristics on chromosome 11 at LOC_Os11g01530 and chromosome 12 at LOC_Os12g01530, which have striking differences. The complex's complete protein structure is found on Ch. 12, while only a portion of alpha-helix is on OsFER Ch.11 containing active sites polypeptide situs aktif Glutamic Acid (E) Tyrosin (Y) and built the Ferroxidase diiron centre. The relative gene expression was applied  in two rice varieties: Kangkung (tolerant) and Sunggal (sensitive) under FeSO4 stress and oxidative stress induced by H2O2 treatment conditions: FeSO4 300ppm, FeSO4 600ppm, H2O2 30mM, H2O2 60mM, and combination of FeSO4 300ppm and H2O2 30mM. Relative gene expression was quantified using real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR). The amplification efficiency of OsFER Ch.11, OsFER Ch.12, and GAPDH was determined to be 93%, 105%, and 96%.In the Kangkung variety, the expression ratio of OsFER genes was significantly higher for OsFER Ch.12 compared to OsFER Ch.11. OsFER Ch.12 expression was highest under Fe2+ stress conditions, with values of 1.329 at 300 ppm FeSO4 and 1.207 at 600 ppm FeSO4. Conversely, OsFER Ch.11 expression was repressed under these conditions, with values of 0.717 and 0.704, respectively. In contrast, under stress conditions, the Sunggal variety did not exhibit significant changes in gene expression for either OsFER Ch.11 or Ch.12.These findings suggest that the higher expression of OsFER Ch.12 in the Kangkung variety contributes to its enhanced tolerance to Fe2+ stress compared to the more susceptible Sunggal variety. Differences in the regulation of OsFER gene expression have the potential to provide insight into differences in the mechanisms of tolerance to Fe2+ stress and oxidative damage between rice varieties."

"Suhu permukaan bumi umumnya berbeda sesuai lokasi geografis, salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh ketinggian wilayah. Wilayah Universitas Indonesia UI terletak pada ketinggian 50--140 m dpl dengan suhu rata-rata 28,6 C, sementara wilayah Kebun Raya Cibodas KRC terletak pada ketinggian 1.300--1.425 m dpl dengan suhu rata-rata 20,06oC. Perbedaan suhu diduga dapat memengaruhi respons tumbuhan seperti ekspresi gen heat shock protein Hsp 70. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui ekspresi gen Hsp70 pada Emilia sonchifolia dan Sphagneticola trilobata yang berasal dari UI dan KRC.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengisolasi RNA dari daun muda Emilia sonchifolia dan Sphagneticola trilobata UI dan KRC, diubah menjadi complementary DNA cDNA dengan tektik reverse transcription, dan diamplifikasi dengan teknik polymerase chain reaction PCR menggunakan primer Hsp70 Arabidopsis thaliana.
Hasil amplifikasi kemudian di-sequencing dan dianalisis dengan teknik in-silico. Hasil amplifikasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat produk parsial gen Hsp70. Penyejajaran urutan basa nukleotida antara keempat sampel yang diteliti dengan gen Hsp70 dari spesies referensi Arabidopsis thaliana menunjukkan adanya kesamaan secara parsial, dan perbedaan satu basa nukleotida posisi ke-65 yang tidak berpengaruh pada perubahan asam amino. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa gen Hsp70 terekspresi pada Emilia sonchifolia dan Sphagneticola trilobata yang tumbuh di UI dan KRC.

The temperature of earth surface is generally different according to geographical location, one of which is influenced by the altitude. Universitas Indonesia UI is located at an altitude of 50 140 m amsl with an average temperature of 28.6 C, while Kebun Raya Cibodas KRC located at an altitude of 1.300 1.425 m amsl with an average temperature of 20,06 C. Temperature differences are thought to affect plant responses, such as the expression of heat shock protein Hsp 70 genes. The research aims to find out the expression of Hsp70 genes on Emilia sonchifolia and Sphagneticola trilobata derived from UI and KRC.
The study was conducted by isolating RNA from young leaves of Emilia sonchifolia and Sphagneticola trilobata collected from UI and KRC, then converted into complementary DNA cDNA. The cDNA product was further amplified by polymerase chain reaction PCR using Hsp70 Arabidopsis thaliana primer. The amplification products then sequenced and analyzed by in silico techniques.
The results of amplification show that there is partial product of the Hsp70 gene. The sequencing results show a nucleotide variation in the 65th base which has no effect on amino acid changes. The results indicate Hsp70 gene is expressed in Emilia sonchifolia and Sphagneticola trilobata grown in UI and KRC.

"Asteraceae merupakan salah satu famili tumbuhan yang bersifat invasif. Tumbuhan dengan sifat invasif dapat lebih mentoleransi suhu tinggi akibat adanya peran mekanisme Hsp70. Gen Hsp70 merupakan gen yang terkonservasi didalam sel sebagai bentuk adaptasi terhadap beberapa cekaman lingkungan, salah satunya adalah cekaman suhu. Perbedaan suhu rata-rata antara Universitas Indonesia-Depok yaitu 28,6oC dan Kebun Raya Cibodas dengan suhu rata-rata 20,06 oC menjadi dasar dilakukannya penelitian untuk melihat tingkat ekspresi gen Hsp70 pada Ageratum conyzoides dan Synedrella nodiflora. Penelitian diawali dengan isolasi RNA dari organ daun dengan metode CTAB yang telah dimodifikasi dan dilanjutkan dengan sintesis cDNA.
Hasil dari cDNA diamplifikasi dengan PCR menggunakan primer Hsp70 yang digunakan oleh Sung 2001 pada Arabidopsis thaliana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya amplifikasi gen Hsp70 secara parsial, serta adanya variasi basa nukleotida pada sampel lokasi Universitas Indonesia dan Cibodas pada posisi basa ke 110 dan 108 yang mengakibatkan adanya perbedaan pembacaan asam amino. Namun perbedaan asam amino tersebut tidak membuat perubahan prediksi struktur protein pada sampel.

Asteraceae is one of the invasive plant family. Invasive plants have more ability to tolerating high temperatures with the role of the Hsp70 mechanism. The Hsp70 gene is conserved in cells as a form of adaptation to some environmental stresses, one of which is temperature stress. The difference of average temperature between Universitas Indonesia Depok which is 28,6oC and Cibodas Botanical Garden with average temperature 20,06oC become the basis of this research to see the level of Hsp70 gene expression in Ageratum conyzoides and Synedrella nodiflora plants at two locations with different temperature. The research begins with RNA isolation from the leaf tissues with modified CTAB method followed by cDNA synthesis. The cDNA then amplified by PCR using a Hsp70 primer used by Sung 2001 in Arabidopsis thaliana.
The results showed that there is a partial amplification of the Hsp70 gene, as well as the presence of nucleotide base variations in Universitas Indonesia Depok and Cibodas at base positions number 110 and 108 which resulted in differences in amino acid readings. However, these amino acid differences do not make a change in protein structure prediction of the samples.

Telah dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian berbagai konsentrasi asam amino sistein 3 mM, 5 mM, dan 7 mM terhadap kualitas spermatozoa sapi sumba ongole Bos indicus pascakriopreservasi. Seekor sapi sumba ongole SO dijadikan sebagai donor semen. Semen dikoleksi setiap satu minggu sekali selama enam minggu untuk memenuhi pengulangan yang dibutuhkan. Sampel semen sapi SO diencerkan menggunakan pengencer Tric Citrite Fructose Yolk TCFY dan penambahan sistein. Kelompok kontrol 0 mM , semen diencerkan dalam TCFY tanpa penambahan asam amino, sedangkan pada kelompok perlakuan semen diencerkan dalam TCFY dengan penambahan sistein sebesar 3 mM; 5 mM; dan 7 mM. Semen yang telah diencerkan diekuilibrasi dan dibekukan dalam nitrogen cair. Parameter kualitas spermatozoa yang dievaluasi meliputi motilitas, viabilitas, membran plasma utuh MPU , dan integritas DNA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terjadi peningkatan persentase motilitas, viabilitas, dan MPU pada kelompok perlakuan berbagai konsentrasi sistein 3 mM; 5 mM; dan 7 mM jika dibandingkan dengan 0 mM. Hasil uji ANAVA satu faktor menunjukkan pemberian berbagai konsentrasi asam amino sistein memiliki nilai rata-rata persentase motilitas, viabilitas, dan MPU yang berbeda nyata.

ABSTRACT
The research was conducted to assess the effect of cysteine in various concentration 3 mM, 5 mM, and 7 mM on spermatozoa quality of sumba ongole Bos indicus cattle postcryopreservation. Sumba ongole SO cattle serve as donors of semen. Semen was collected every once a week for six weeks to meet the repetition needed. The semen samples were diluted in Tric Citrite Fructose Yolk TCFY extender and the addition of cysteine. The control group 0 mM semen diluted in TCFY without cysteine, while in the treatment group, semen diluted in TCFY with the addition of cysteine 3 mM 5 mM and 7 mM. Semen has been diluted equilibrated and frozen in liquid nitrogen. The parameters of quality of spermatozoa are evaluated include motility, viability, membrane plasma integrity and DNA integrity. Based on the result, the increase in the percentage of motility, viability, and membrane plasma integrity compared to just added extender TCFY 0 mM . The one factor ANOVA showed that various concentrations of cysteine were significantly different between treatment group and control group."

Semen diperoleh dari satu ekor sapi SO yang dikoleksi setiap satu minggu sekali selama enam kali pengulangan. Sampel semen diencerkan menggunakan pengencer tris kuning telur TKT dan penambahan glutamin. Kelompok kontrol KK , semen diencerkan dalam TKT tanpa penambahan asam amino, sedangkan pada kelompok perlakuan semen diencerkan dalam TKT dengan penambahan glutamin sebesar 5mM; 15mM; dan 25mM KP1, KP2, dan KP3 . Semen yang telah diencerkan kemudian diekuilibrasi selama 2 jam dan masuk ke tahap pembekuan menggunakan nitrogen cair. Parameter kualitas spermatozoa meliputi presentase motilitas, viabilitas, integritas membran plasma utuh, dan integritas DNA. ABSTRACT
The research was conducted to assess the effect of glutamine in various concentration 5mM, 15 mM, and 25 mM on spermatozoa quality of sumba ongole cattle Bos indicus postcryopreservation. Semen was obtained from one SO cattle and was collected once a week for six repetitions. The semen samples were diluted in tris citric frutose egg yolk TCFY extender and the addition of glutamine. The control group KK semen diluted in TCFY without glutamine, while in the treatment group, semen diluted in TCFY with the addition of glutamine 5mM KP1 15mM KP2 and 25 mM KP3 . Diluted semen was equilibrated for 2 hours and enters the freezing stage using liquid nitrogen. Parameters of spermatozoa quality include precentage of motility, viability, membran integrity, and DNA integrity. One factor analysis of variance ANOVA test showed that the mean value of motility, viability, and membrane integrity of SO cattle spermatozoa postcryopreservation were significantly different between treatment group and control group."

Hasil uji analisis variansi ANAVA satu faktor menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata persentase motilitas, viabilitas, dan MPU spermatozoa sapi SO pascakriopreservasi berbeda nyata.

ABSTRAK
The present study was conducted to assess the effect of glycine in various concentration on spermatozoa quality of sumba ongole Bos indicus SO cattle postcryopreservation. One SO cattle was used as semen donor. The semen of SO cattle was collected once a week for six weeks to fulfill the required repetition. The semen sample was divided into four groups, consisting of control group KK which is semen diluted in tris citrate fructose egg yolk TCFY extender and treatment group which is semen diluted in TCFY with glycine additives at concentration 5 mM, 15 mM, and 25 mM KP1, KP2, and KP3 . Diluted semen was equilibrated and freezed in liquid nitrogen. Parameters of spermatozoa quality include percentage of motility, viability, membrane integrity, and DNA integrity were assessed. One factor analysis of variance ANOVA test showed that average value of motility, viability, and membrane integrity of postcryopreservation spermatozoa were significantly differed between glycine additives group as compared to control group P 0,05. The DNA integrity of postcryopreservation spermatozoa were stable in treatment group."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian berbagai konsentrasi glisin terhadap kualitas spermatozoa sapi sumba ongole Bos indicus SO . Seekor sapi SO dijadikan sebagai donor semen. Semen dikoleksi setiap satu minggu sekali selama enam minggu untuk memenuhi pengulangan yang dibutuhkan. Sampel semen sapi SO dibagi menjadi empat kelompok, yaitu: Kelompok kontrol KK dimana semen diencerkan dalam tris kuning telur TKT dan kelompok perlakuan dimana semen diencerkan dalam TKT dengan penambahan glisin konsentrasi 5 mM, 15 mM, dan 25 mM KP1, KP2, dan KP3 . Semen yang telah diencerkan diekuilibrasi dan dibekukan dengan nitrogen cair. Parameter kualitas spermatozoa yang dievaluasi meliputi motilitas, viabilitas, membran plasma utuh MPU , dan integritas DNA. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh yang dimiliki consumption values terhadap intention to revisit serta pengaruh mediasi yang dimiliki place attachment terhadap hubungan antara attitude dan intention to revisit dalam konteks konsumsi street food pada wisatawan domestik Gen Z yang mengunjungi Bali. Data didapatkan dari 287 responden menggunakan non-probability purposive sampling yang dianalisis menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 3.3.7. Hasil analisis menunjukkan epistemic value sebagai pengaruh paling besar pada attitude yang dimiliki wisatawan domestik Gen Z yang diikuti oleh taste value. Place attachment juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh mediasi komplementer pada hubungan attitude dan intention to revisit.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of consumption values on intention to revisit and mediation of place attachment on the connection of attitudes and intention to revisit. In context of street food consumption among domestic Gen Z travelers who visit Bali. Data gathered from 287 respondents using non-probability purposive sampling that is analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.3.7. Result shows epistemic value has primary impact on attitudes of domestic Gen Z travelers that is followed by taste value. Moreover, place attachment appear to complementary mediate the relationship between Attitude and intention to revisit."
