"ABSTRACT
Latar belakang: Terbatasnya jumlah dokter gigi di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan diduga berdampak terhadap bertambahnya peran perawat gigi dalam menanggulangi permasalahan kesehatan gigi mulut masyarakat, namun belum teridentifikasi tingkat kesesuaian pelayanan tersebut terhadap Standar Pelayanan Asuhan.Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi jenis serta distribusi pelayanan oleh perawat gigi dan mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian pelayanan tersebut terhadap standar pelayanan asuhan. Metode: Penelitian analisis deskriptif dilakukan melalui kuesioner kepada masyarakat dan perawat gigi Hasil: Dari jawaban 102 masyarakat, terlihat jenis pelayanan yang terbanyak diterima yang sesuai dengan standar adalah Penyuluhan kesehatan gigi mulut, khususnya penjelasan cara menyikat gigi yang benar 83,33 ; sedangkan yang tidak sesuai standar yaitu penggunaan antibiotik dan antinyeri sebanyak 79,41 . Dari jawaban 17 perawat gigi, pelayanan yang tidak sesuai standar yang diberikan yaitu pemberian obat antibiotik dan antinyeri 94,12 dan pencabutan gigi tetap belakang 35,29 . Kesimpulan: Pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat setempat untuk pengobatan gigi sebagian besar dipenuhi oleh perawat gigi yang beberapa dari pelayanannya tidak sesuai dengan standar.

ABSTRACT
Background The limited number of dentists in Hulu Sungai Selatan is thought to have an impact in the increase of dental nurses role in and type of services in solving oral health problems of the community, but the suitability of the services to the standard has not been identified yet. Aim To identify types and distribution of services by dental nurses and investigate the level of its suitability to the oral health care service standard. Methods This study uses descriptive analysis. Results From the total of 102 answers of community, 83.33 stated that dental health education is the most suitable to the service standard. On the other hand, 79.41 stated that the use of antibiotics and painkillers is not suitable to the service standard. Furthermore, from a total of 17 answers from dental nurses, 94.12 stated that the prescription of antibiotics and painkillers and 35.29 stated that extraction of posterior permanent teeth are not suitable to the service standard. Conclusion The fulfilment of needs of the community for oral treatment are mostly catered by dental nurses which several of their services are not suitable to the standard. "

"Perubahan sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang terjadi di Jakarta menyebabkan peningkatan pengguna pelayanan kesehatan yang berdampak pada ketidakpuasan pasien.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui korelasi kepuasan pasien terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Poli Gigi Puskesmas Jakarta Pusat.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi potong lintang dengan menggunakan 92 sampel yang diberikan kuisoner. Uji non-parametik Spearman digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa kuat korelasi yang ada.
Hasil: Terdapat 15 item pada variabel mutu pelayanan yang memiliki nilai p< 0,05.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat 13 item yang memiliki korelasi positif sangat kuat, dan 2 item memiliki korelasi positif yang kuat.

System changing in health service that’s happening in Jakarta increase dental and oral health service user number which may cause unsatisfied patient.
Objective:The purpose of this study is to know how strong the correlation between patient satisfaction and the service quality in Poli Gigi Puskesmas Jakarta Pusat is.
Method:A quantitative study with a cross-sectional design was used in this study and there were 92respondents which have been given questionnaire. Spearman’s non-parametric test was used to know how strong the correlation is.
Result:15 items from service quality variables had p-value<0,05.
Conclusion: There’re 13 items that show very-strong positive correlation, and 2items show strong correlation.

"Latar Belakang : Estimasi usia pada individu mati dan individu hidup penting untuk identifikasi korban dan kepastian hukum. Metode Demirjian menggunakan gigi molar tiga untuk estimasi usia diatas 15 tahun.
Tujuan : Mengetahui perbandingan estimasi usia 15 - 25 tahun antara dua metode Demirjian.
Metode : Tahap perkembangan gigi molar tiga pada 50 sampel radiograf panoramik laki-laki dan 50 sampel radiograf perempuan dinilai oleh dua orang pengamat menggunakan Demirjian sepuluh tahap dan rumus regresi dua gigi. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan koefisien cohen’s kappa dan signifikansi hasil pengamatan diperoleh dari uji wilcoxon. Perhitungan penyimpangan hasil estimasi usia dilakukan pada seluruh metode.
Hasil : penyimpangan rumus regresi dua gigi ±1,090 tahun dan sepuluh tahap ±1,191 tahun.
Kesimpulan: penyimpangan dengan rumus regresi dua gigi lebih kecil dari sepuluh tahap. Estimasi usia menggunakan rumus regresi dua gigi atau sepuluh tahap berbeda bermakna sampai usia 25 tahun, namun bisa diterapkan sampai usia 22 tahun.

Background: The age estimation of individuals death and living is important for victims identification and legal certainty. Demirjian method uses third molar for age estimation above 15 years old.
Objective: To determine the comparison of age estimation between 15 – 25 years using two Demirjian methods.
Methods: Development stage of third molars in panoramic radiograph of 50 male and female samples were assessed by two observers using Demirjian ten stages and two teeth regression formula. Reliability using cohen's kappa coefficient and the significance of the observations obtained from Wilcoxon test. Deviation of age estimation using entire methods were calculated.
Results: The deviation of age estimation with two teeth regression formula ±1,090 years and ten stages ± 1,191 years.
Conclusion: The deviation of age estimation using two teeth regression formula was less than ten stages method. The age estimation using two teeth regression formula or ten stages are significantly different until the age of 25, but can be applied up to the age of 22 years.

"Terdapatnya suatu jaminan kesehatan baru yang menggantikan jaminan kesehatan sebelumnya dapat membawa kebaikan ataupun keburukan bagi pengguna. Oleh sebeb itu, perlu adanya survei kepuasan kepada peserta pengguna tentang pelayanan yang diberikan oleh masing-masing jaminan kesehatan JPKM Jaminan Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Masyarakat ataupun JKN Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di kota Sawahlunto.
Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan dan membandingkan antara sistem jaminan kesehatan JPKM dan JKN terhadap kepuasan peserta dalam pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di kota Sawahlunto.
Metode : menggunakan cross-sectional, dengan sampel pada penelitian ini diberikan kuesioner ServQual yang terdiri atas harapan dan kinerja. Subjek : Masyarakat yang pernah atau sedang menggunakan JPKM dan JKN, jumlahnya adalah 182 orang.
Analisa : Kepuasan pengguna dilihat dengan menganalisa gap antara kinerja dan harapan pada status sosiodemografi dan uji komparasi Mann Whitney test untuk melihat perbedaan kepuasan JPKM dan JKN.
Kesimpulan hasil : terdapat perbedaan kepuasan pada dimensi assurance JKN kelompok usia, semakin muda tingkat kepuasannya semakin tinggi. Pada kelompok profesi PNS/pensiunan memiliki persepsi kepuasan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok profesi lainnya. Kemudian, dimensi assurance dan reliability memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada kepuasan total pengguna JPKM dan JKN. Selanjutnya, pengguna JPKM memiliki nilai hampir mendekati kepuasan dibandingkan JKN.

The new health insurance which change the old insurance it doesn rsquo t absolutely have a goodness. Therefore, we need observe user satisfaction in dental health service which have been given to users by JPKM Sub regional Community Health Insurance and JKN National Health Insurance in Sawahlunto city.
Purpose to see the relationship and compare between JPKM system and JKN system to user satisfaction in dental health service.
Method it was cross sectional study, the subject for this study were given expectation ServQual questionnaire and perception ServQual questionnaire. Subject all users had experiences using JPKM and JKN or were current users in Sawahlunto city, a total are 182 people.
Analysis user satisfaction was identified by analizing gap between perception and expectation on sosiodemographic status and comparison test Mann Whitney test to see significantly differences.
Conclusion of findings on JKN assurance dimention there are differences of satisfaction based on age variable. On profession variables, PNS pensiunan group has higher satisfaction than other professions. Then, reliability and assurance dimentions give signifficant effect to total satisfaction, and JPKM user have higher satisfaction than JKN user.
