"ABSTRAK
Industri jasa transportasi online saat ini tumbuh dengan sangat pesat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi penjualan yang dilakukan Grab Indonesia sebagai penyedia jasa transportasi online terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 100 responden yang tinggal di wilayah Jabodetabek, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, pengguna smartphone, mengetahui promosi penjualan yang dilakukan Grab, dan belum pernah menggunakan aplikasi Grab. Data penelitian didapat dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara promosi penjualan terhadap purchase intention pada Grab Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
Online based transportation service industry has nowadays been growing up rapidly. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of sales promotion of Grab Indonesia as online based transportation service provider on purchase intention. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents living in the Jabodetabek area, people aged 17 years and above, users of smartphones, knowing Grab sales promotion and had never used the Grab application. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed by simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is influence between sales promotions on purchase intention in Grab Indonesia."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh promosi penjualan terhadap minat beli produk The Body Shop. Promosi penjualan diukur menggunakan skala pengukuran yang dikembangkan oleh Schimp 2003 yaitu incentives dan temporarily dan Chandon et al. 2000 yaitu manfaat utilitarian atau utilitarian hedonic dan manfaat hedonis atau hedonic benefit. Variabel minat beli diukur dengan menggunakan lima indikator yang dikembangkan oleh Schiffman dan Kanuk 2008 . Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang berusia 17-35 tahun, berdomisili di wilayah DKI Jakarta, mengetahui promosi penjualan The Body Shop dan belum pernah membeli produk The Body Shop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara promosi penjualan terhadap minat beli produk The Body Shop. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perusahaan harus mengetahui jenis promosi penjualan yang akan digunakan dan melihat manfaat promosi penjualan yang akan diberikan berdasarkan perspektif reaksi konsumen sehingga akan berdampak positif terhadap minat beli konsumen.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is to analyze the effect of sales promotion on purchase intention of The Body Shop Product. To measure sales promotion, we used four dimensions namely incentives, utilitarian benefit, hedonic benefit and temporarily which is based on the scale developed by Schimp 2003 and Chandon et al. 2000 . To measure purchase intention, we used the 5 item scale which is based on the scale developed by Schiffman and Kanuk 2008 . This is a quantitative research with data collective using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents aged 17 35 years, living in the Jabodetabek area, knowing The Body Shop sales promotion and had never bought The Body Shop rsquo s product. The results shows that there is a significant positive relation between sales promotion on purchase intention in The Body Shop. The researcher suggest that the marketers need to understand what promotional tool works better at a given promotional benefit from the perspective of the consumer reaction."

"Lingkungan media sosial yang mampu menyajikan berbagai informasi akan menjadi suatu hal yang memudahkan individu dalam menemukan hal yang mereka inginkan. Salah satunya dalam mengetahui informasi akan suatu produk. TikTok menyajikan berbagai jenis konten informatif yang berisi ulasan dari berbagai sudut pandang berdasarkan pengalaman yang dimiliki reviewer. Hal ini membantu konsumen dalam mengadopsi informasi yang didukung oleh kenyamanan, popularitas, kepercayaan, penghinaan melalui ulasan yang dibagikan. Ulasan konsumen pada platform TikTok menawarkan informasi yang beragam dengan jumlah informasi yang dapat membantu konsumen dalam mengevaluasi produk sebelum membeli. Penelitian ini menggunakan dual process theory dalam mengetahui persepsi konsumen dengan mediasi bantuan informasi (information helpfulness). Berdasarkan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa homofili sumber dan popularitas sumber mempengaruhi kemanfaatan informasi. Source Homophily memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap niat beli, pengaruhnya terhadap niat beli secara tidak langsung dimediasi oleh bantuan informasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling menggunakan survei online kepada pengguna TikTok dengan umur 17-34 tahun. dikumpulkan sebanyak 200 responden yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini dapat membantu manajer merumuskan strategi perusahaan pemasaran yang menargetkan pengguna TikTok khususnya pada industri kecantikan.

A social media environment that is able to present a variety of information will be something that makes it easier for individuals to find what they want. One of them in knowing the information about a product. TikTok presents various types of informative content that contains reviews from various points of view based on the reviewer's experience. This helps consumers adopt information that is supported by convenience, popularity, trust,  designed through shared reviews. Consumer reviews on the TikTok platform offer information that varies with the amount of information that can help consumers evaluate products before buying. This study uses dual process theory in knowing consumer perceptions by mediating information usefulness. Based on the research, it was found that Source Homophily and Source popularity affect the usefulness of information. Source Homophily also has a significant effect on purchase intention, its influence on purchase intention is indirectly mediated by information assistance. Data collection was carried out using a purposive sampling method using an online survey of TikTok users aged 17-34 years. 200 respondents were collected which were then processed and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). This research can help managers formulate a marketing company strategy targeting TikTok users especially in the beauty industry."

"Tesis ini menganalisa faktor-faktor yang dihipotesiskan dapat mempengaruhi niat konsumen untuk membeli konten game mobile online di Indonesia. Ada lima variable yang dihipotesiskan mempearuhi niat pembeli konsumen pada konten mobile game online di Indonesia yaitu visual appeal, portability, hedonic browsing, perceived risk, dan juga utilitarian browsing. Model penelitian ini diambil dari berbagai peneliti seperti jurnal dan juga studi orang sebelumnya. Menggunakan beberapa jurnal seperti, “Understanding Impulse Buying in Mobile Commerce: An Investigation into Hedonic and Utilitarian Browsing” dari Zheng, Men, Yang, dan Gong, 2019; “Why Do People Play Games? A Meta-analysis” dari Hamari, Keronen, 2017; “Relationaship Between Consumers Percieved Risks and Consumer trust: A Study of Sainsbury Store” dari Amin, Mahasan, 2014; “Understanding Continuance Intention to Play Online Games: The Roles of Hedonic Value, Utilitarian Value, and Perceived Risk” dari Sharma, Ghosh, 2020. Ada Sembilan hipotesis yang disimpulkan dari model yang telah dibikin oleh peneliti. Berdasarkan 213 responden konsumer online gamers di wilayah JABODETABEK yang memenuhi kriteria yang penulis sudah tetapkan, ditemukan bahwa empat variabel dapat mempengaruhi niat pembelian konsumer pada konten mobile game online, yaitu visual appeal, portability, hedonic browsing, dan juga utilitarian browsing.

This thesis analyzes the hypothesized factors that influence consumer intentions to buy online mobile game content in Indonesia. There are five variables that are hypothesized to influence consumer buying intent on online mobile game content in Indonesia, namely visual appeal, portability, hedonic browsing, perceived risk, and also utilitarian browsing. This research model was taken from various researchers such as journals and also previous studies of people. Using several journals such as, “Understanding Impulse Buying in Mobile Commerce: An Investigation into Hedonic and Utilitarian Browsing” from Zheng, Men, Yang, and Gong, 2019; “Why Do People Play Games? "ABSTRAK
Promosi pada produk digunakan untuk memberikan informasi, mempengaruhi, membujuk, dan meningkatkan perhatian konsumen. Promosi yang dilakukan secara online merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi pengiklan. Media iklan pada internet mendorong berkembangnya jenis iklan yang ditawarkan. Salah satu perkembangan jenis iklan online merupakan Owned Media, dimana Owned Media merupakan media iklan yang dimiliki perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan promosi perusahaan itu sendiri. Klasifikasi Owned Media ini yang dimanfaatkan oleh Spotify Indonesia. Sebagai aplikasi streaming musik bermodelkan freemium, dimana konsumen bisa mendapatkan layanan akses penuh tanpa dikenai biaya, namun konsumen akan mendapatkan iklan sebagai pengganti biaya subscription. Iklan tersebut digunakan Spotify untuk mempromosikan keuntungan Spotify Premium agar konsumen mendapatkan kognisi, sikap, juga perilaku konsumen, sejalan dengan hierarchial response theory hingga konsumen dapat menentukan keputusan ingin berpindah dari layanan gratis ke layanan berbayar. Hasilnya, iklan Owned Media Spotify tersebut cenderung tidak disukai konsumen dan berpengaruh terhadap kognisi, sikap, nilai yang dirasakan, dan juga intensi pembelian. Kata kunci: Periklanan Online, Owned Media, Freemium, Intensi Pembelian.

ABSTRACT
Promotion in product is used to giving the information, influence, persuading, and increasing the awareness of the consumer. The online promotion is challenging for the advertiser. Advertising media based on internet motivates the development of advertisement type itself. One of the development in online type advertising is Owned Media, which is the company owned advertising media and used for optimizing the company rsquo s promotion itself. This classification of online advertising media was executed by Spotify Indonesia. As a music streaming application with a freemium business model, where the consumer does not have to pay subscription cost to get the full access, but consumer is obtained an advertising material which can interrupted their service as a substitution for a subscription cost. This advertising section used by Spotify Indonesia for promoting their Premium Access. Consumer can get the information about the benefits and features which is cognitive process, attitude, behavior, similar to Hierarchial Response Model so they can decide whether they want to pay the premium version or stay in free service. The result, Owned Media advertising is lead to be dislike by consumer and its impacted with cognitive system, attitude, intention to pay, also the perceived value. "

Penelitian ini menggunakan online behavioral advertising yang terbaru dan mengukur pengaruh iklan tersebut terhadap attitude toward the ads dan niat pembelian pada e-commerce kategori e-marketplace di Indonesia.
Metode penelitian yang diguanakan adalah survei dalam bentuk pengisian kuisioner oleh responden yang pernah mengunjungi situs web e-marketplace. Responden diperlihatkan contoh online behavioral advertising yang telah diimplementasikan oleh e-marketplace di Indonesia dalam bentuk gambar maupun video terlebih dahulu sebelum pengisian kuisioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa online behavioral advertising berpengaruh positif pada perceived creepiness, threat, dan reactance sehingga menghasilkan attitude toward the ad dan niat pembelian yang negatif. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa perceived ad intrusiveness meningkatkan ancaman yang diarasakan oleh konsumen.

Society is becoming very dependent on all the convenience of sophistication of existing technology. One of proof is greater the number of people in Indonesia have been connected with internet. The increase of internet user certainly support the growth of e-commerce. So the companies perform various forms of offerings and promotions effectively and efficiently with the intent to get consumers and generate profits as much as possible.
This study uses newer online behavioral advertising techniques and measures the effect of online behavioral advertising (OBA) implementation on attitude towards ads and purchase intention in e-commerce categorized as e-marketplace in Indonesia.
The research method used is survey context in the form of questionnaire to respondent which ever visited e-marketplace website. Respondent were showed by author the example of OBA using picture and video before answer the quitionnaire.
The finding shows online behavioral advertising led to increased perceived creepiness, which led to increased threat, increased reactane so overall have a negative effect on attitude toward the ad and purchase intention. In addition, the results also prove that perceived ad intrusiveness increase perceived threat on consumers.

"This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth EWOM, brand awareness and brand image on purchase intention of online transportation in Indonesia. The research data is based on 338 respondents who have taken the online questionnaire, and are those who have not yet used online transportation in Indonesia, but have obtained information about it through online media. Purposive sampling method has been used in this research where population members selected to participate in this research is based on the authors judgment. The analysis method used is structural equation model SEM through AMOS software.
The result shows that there is a positive and significant influence of electronic word of mouth, brand awareness, and brand image on purchase intention with brand image as a mediator between electronic word of mouth, brand awareness and purchase intention variables. This research certainly has several limitations, thus future research may include other variables in order to obtain new knowledge and understanding in the context of online transport.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh electronic word of mouth, brand awareness, dan brand image terhadap purchase intention pada transportasi online di Indonesia. Data penelitian berdasarkan 338 responden yang berpartisipasi melalui kuisioner online, dan responden yang belum pernah menggunakan transportasi online di Indonesia, tetapi pernah membaca informasi terkait transportasi online via media online. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan beberapa kriteria tertentu/ Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation model SEM dengan bantuan software AMOS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel electronic word of mouth, brand awareness, brand image terhadap purchase intention, serta brand image berperan sebagai mediator antara electronic word of mouth, brand awareness dan purchase intention. Penelitian ini tentunya memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, sehingga penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggunakan variabel penelitian lainnya yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman baru dalam konteks transportasi online.

"Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh e-service quality dan sales promotion terhadap perceived quality dan attitude dapat mempengaruhi purchase intention asuransi kendaraan digital di Indonesia. Penelitian ini secara empiris mengacu pada asuransi kendaraan yang berbasis digital dalam layanannya dan diolah dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Dari 216 responden yang belum memiliki asuransi kendaraan digital didapatkan informasi bahwa dimensi dari e-service quality (efficiency, privacy, contact) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap perceived quality, namun tidak untuk dimensi lainnya (fulfilment dan availability). Monetary promotion berpengaruh seacara positif terhadap perceived quality namun tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap purchase intention. Selain itu, perceived quality terhadap asuransi kendaraan digital berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude sehingga mendorong purchase intention asuransi kendaraan digital. Penelitian ini akan memberikan saran kepada perusahaan asuransi kendaraan untuk mengetahui pengalaman layanan digital yang diinginkan dan mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan purchase intention.

This study examines the effect of e-service quality and sales promotion on perceived quality and attitude drive favorable purchase intention on digital car insurance in Indonesia. This research empirically refers to digital-based car insurance in its services and processed by the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The data were collected from 216 respondents who do not have digital car insurance. The results show that the dimensions of e-service quality (efficiency, privacy, contact) positively influence the perceived quality of digital car insurance but the others dimension (fulfilment and availability) do not have positive effect. Monetary promotion also positively builds perceived quality but does not have a direct impact on purchase intention. The results also confirm that perceived quality on digital car insurance have positive impact on the attitude and also their attitude drives favorable purchase intention on digital car insurance. This study will provide insights for car insurance companies to know the desired experience in the digital touchpoints and what marketing techniques are suitable for driving purchase intention.

"Fenomena Korean Wave kini sudah mendunia dan Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara utama yang sangat terdampak oleh fenomena ini. Sehingga penggunaan selebritis Korea kini digunakan oleh perushaan di Indonesia sebagai endorser dengan tujuan agar dapat mempercepat consumer purchase. Namun, terdapat sebuah gap antara fenomena tersebut dengan teori pemilihan celebrity endorser. Untuk memperoleh celebrity endorser yang tepat, biasanya celebrity tersebut harus memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan image dari celebrity tersebut harus cocok atau sesuai dengan produk. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukan adanya hubungan yang tidak cocok antara celebrity dan brand, namun celebrity endorser yang digunakan diakui dan disetujui oleh konsumen maka celebrity tersebut akan dianggap congruent dengan brand apa pun. Kasus dengan celebrity endorser Korea dengan brand situs belanja online, belum diketahui hubungannya, karena berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu, Indonesia masih berada dalam kategori yang belum sepenuhnya memandang Korean Wave sebagai suatu fenomena yang sudah diadposi. Sehingga, penelitian ini akan berfokus kepada hubungan celebrity – brand congruence antara celebrity endorser Korea dengan brand e-commerce terhadap consumers’ purchase intention. Sebanyak 332 responden dengan umur antara 18 – 41 dan sudah pernah melihat iklan situs belanja online yang menggunakan celebrity endoser Korea, mengisi kuesioner secara online. Metode structural (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji dan mengevaluasi hipotesis. Model ini menemukan bahwa Attitudes Towards Brand tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap consumers’ purchase intention dan celebrity - brand congruence tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap consumers’ purchase intention. Penelitian ini, secara praktis dapat diterapkan kepada Situs Belanja Online untuk mengatur strategi pemasaran kedepannya untuk meningkatkan consumers’ purchase intention dengan menggunakan celebrity endorser Korea

The Korean Wave phenomenon has now become global, and Indonesia is one of the countries that is greatly affected by this phenomenon. The use of Korean celebrities as endorsers is increasing among local companies especially on online marketplaces to generate purchase intention. Celebrity – Brand Congruence is one of the factors when choosing the right celebrity as an endorser, the image of the Celebrity and the Brand should match. Previous studies show an incongruent relationship between Celebrity and the Brand but still managed to maintain the congruency image as the celebrity is accepted and acknowledged by consumers. The congruency between Korean Celebrity and Online Marketplace has not been tested, as previous studies show that Indonesia has not fully viewed Korean Wave as an adopted phenomenon. An online survey was used and was filled out by 332 respondents aging between 18 – 41 and who have already seen an online marketplace advertisement that uses Korean celebrities as their endorsers. Structural Equation Model was used to test the hypothesis. The results show that Celebrity – Brand Congruence has no direct effect on Purchase Intention for online marketplaces and Brand Credibility has the most significant effect on Purchase Intention. This study offers managerial implications to online marketplaces in using celebrity endorsers more effectively, as marketing communication tools to increase revenue."
