"Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan dan kegunaan yang dirasakan oleh pelanggan mengenai rekomendasi dari blogger; dan bagaimana persepsi dari para pembaca blog tersebut mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku dari pelanggan dalam pembelian online. Reputasi blogger juga dipertimbangkan dalam penelitian ini untuk memoderasi hubungan yang diusulkan antara kepercayaan, kegunaan yang dirasakan, sikap dan niat pada belanja online. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa manfaat atau kegunaan yang dirasakan dari rekomendasi blog berpengaruh positif pada sikap dan niat pembaca blog untuk berbelanja online. Kepercayaan juga memiliki efek positif pada kegunaan yang dirasakan oleh pembaca blog dalam hal rekomendasi blogger; dan juga berpengaruh pada sikap dan niat dari para pembaca blog pada belanja online. Adapun sikap pembaca blog pada belanja online terbukti memiliki efek pada niat pelanggan untuk berbelanja online. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu toko belanja online untuk memprediksi perilaku pembelian dari para pelanggan di masa depan melalui rekomendasi blogger dan memberikan wawasan berguna dalam hal strategi pemasaran.

The focus of this research is to examine the effect of trust and usefulness that is perceived by customers regarding blogger recommendation and how the blog reader's perceptions influence customer's attitude and purchasing behavior online. Blogger reputation is also considered in this research to moderate the proposed relationship between trust, perceived usefulness, attitude and intention on online shopping. This research finds that perceived usefulness of blog recommendations has positive effect on blog readers'attitudes and intention on online shopping. Trust has also positive effect on blog readers'perceived usefulness of blogger recommendation and also effect on blog readers'attitudes and intention on online shopping. As for blog readers'attitude on shopping online is proven to have effect on customer's intention to shop online. This research can enable online shopping store to predict future customer's purchasing behavior through blogger recommendation and provide useful insights in terms of marketing strategies."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Instagram Account Characteristic terhadap studi kasus Beauty Blogger Indonesia terhadap Consumer Purchase Intention yang terjadi di dalam transaksi online produk kecantikan dan perawatan diri. Penelitian juga berlandaskan pada peran mediasi Key Opinion Leadership yang dimiliki oleh Beauty Blogger Instagram dan Consumer Behavioral Intentions. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengikut akun Instagram Beauty Blogger yang telah melakukan pembelian produk kecantikan secara online. Data diperoleh dan diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek-aspek pada Instagram Account Characteristic memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda dalam hubungannya dengan Key Opinion Leadership, yaitu Perceived Originality dan Perceived Quality yang tidak memiliki pengaruh positif, Perceived Uniqueness menurunkan pengaruh secara negative dan Perceived Quantity yang berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Key Opinion Leadership. Hal tersebut kemudian menghasilkan pengaruh Key Opinion Leadership yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Consumer Behavioral Intentions pada aspek Intention to Interact dan Intention to Recommend tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap aspek Intention to Follow the Advice. Ketiga aspek tersebut kemudian diperkuat secara positif dan signifikan dengan pengaruh moderasi, yaitu Online Interaction Propensity dan Perceived Fit with Personal Interest. Pada akhirnya menjadikan ketiga aspek pada Consumer Behavioral Intentions menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap Consumer Purchase Intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram Account Characteristic on Indonesian Beauty Blogger case studies on Consumer Purchase Intention that occurs in online transactions of beauty and personal-care products. The research is also based on the mediating role of Key Opinion Leadership owned by Instagram Beauty Blogger and Consumer Behavioral Intentions. The samples used in this study are followers of the Instagram Beauty Blogger account who have purchased beauty products online. Data is obtained and processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that the aspects of the Instagram Account Characteristics had a different influence in relation to Key Opinion Leadership, namely Perceived Originality and Perceived Quality that did not have a positive effect, Perceived Uniqueness decreases the influence negatively and Perceived Quantity that positively influences Key Opinion Leadership. This then resulted in a positive and significant effect of Key Opinion Leadership on Consumer Behavioral Intentions on aspects of Intention to Interact and Intention to Recommend but did not have a positive effect on the aspect of Intention to Follow the Advice. These three aspects are then reinforced positively and significantly with moderating influences, namely Online Interaction Propensity and Perceived Fit with Personal Interest. In the end it made the three aspects of Consumer Behavioral Intentions show a positive influence on Consumer Purchase Intention."

"Perkembangan Internet yang pesat mendorong industri online content service tumbuh dengan cepat. Banyak aplikasi yang menyediakan akses untuk download musik digital melalui Smartphone, Tablet, MP4 Player, atau Personal Computer. Untuk dapat berhasil dalam menjual musik digital secara online, sangatlah penting untuk mengetahui alasan kenapa pelanggan mau atau tidak mau membayar untuk musik digital online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa pengaruh persepsi nilai terhadap minat beli musik digital melalui iTunes Store dan menganalisa pengaruh kesadaran etis konsumen tentang pembajakan online terhadap ke dua variable tersebut.
Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Lisrel sebagai pengolah data, perceived usefulness tidak terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perceived value. Perceived of enjoyment memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perceived value. Technicality memberikan pengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap perceived value, Perceived fee memberikan pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap perceived value. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa persepsi nilai memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli musik digital melalui iTunes Store dan pengaruh kesadaran etika diri konsumen yang tinggi tentang pembajakan online memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap persepsi nilai dan keinginan membeli musik digital di iTunes Store.

The proliferation of the internet has encouraged the growth of online content service industry. There are lots of applications that provide access to download digital music through Smartphone, Tablet, MP4 Player, or Personal Computer. In order for the music digital to succeed, it is essential to understand why consumers are willing to pay for digital music online. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of perceived value and purchase intention in the context of digital music through iTunes Store and analyze the influence the ethical self-efficacy for online piracy with the other two variable.
With Lisrel application to run the data, the result indicate perceived usefulness doesn’t have significant influence on perceived value, while perceived of enjoyment have significant influence on perceived value. Technicality doesn’t have significant influence on perceived value. Perceived fee have negative significant influence on perceived value. The result indicate that perceived value have significant influence on purchase intention in the context of music digital through iTunes Store and the ethical self-efficacy for online piracy have significant influence on perceived value and purchase intention.

"Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis perilaku etis, kemampuan mendengarkan, kemampuan menjalin hubungan dan kemampuan mengelola dari sales executive berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain riset konklusif deskriptif, dengan metode kuantitatif yang akan dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode (single cross section), dengan unit analisis pelanggan Sales Executive Honda Mobil Indonesia.
Penelitian ini disebar dengan konteks sampel yakni 103 responden yang merupakan pelanggan yang pernah berkomunikasi dengan Sales Executive Honda Mobil Indonesia dalam periode 6 bulan dan telah melakukan keputusan pembelian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam mengolah dan menganalisis data yang didapatkan dari kuesioner adalah perbandingan hasil uji Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Lisrel 8.51 dan uji regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perilaku etis, kemampuan mendengarkan dan kemampuan menjalin hubungan dari seorang sales executive Honda Mobil tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kemampuan mengelola emosi dari seorang sales executive berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of sales executive’s ethical behavior, listening ability, relational skill and emotional intelligent towards consumer purchase decision. The research design used for this research is conclusive descriptive research design with a quantitative method which is executed one time at a time (single cross section) and the unit of analysis for this research is consumer of Honda Mobil Indonesia.
This research is distributed to 103 respondents who have purchased and communicated with the sales executive in the last 6 months. The analysis technique used in processing and analyzing the data are Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) (using Lisrel 8.51 software) and Regression (using SPSS 22 software).
The result of this research shows that the ethical behavior, listening ability and relational skill of Sales executive does not influence consumer purchase decision significantly. In the other side, the emotional intelligent of Sales Executive influences consumer purchase decision positively.

"ABSTRAK
Rekomendasi blogger menjadi salah satu sumber informasi bagi konsumen ketika ingin melakukan pembelian online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh rekomendasi blogger terhadap produk kosmetik terhadap intensi belanja online konsumen wanita dengan moderasi blogger reputation. Penelitian ini menggunakan 235 data sampel dari orang yang pernah membaca blog terkait produk kosmetik. Hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa trust dan perceived usefulness of recommendations tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap intention to shop online. Social influence juga memiliki pengaruh signifikansi yang negatif terhadap attitude toward online shopping. Peranan efek moderasi dari blogger reputation hanya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengaruh antara trust dengan attitude toward online shopping.

ABSTRACT
Blogger recommendations become one of the sources of information for consumers when they want to make an online purchase. This study aims to determine the influence of bloggers recommendations on cosmetic products on the intention of online shopping of women consumers with blogger reputation as moderation variable. The study uses 235 sample data from people who have read the blog related cosmetic products. The results of data processing using PLS SEM showed that that trust and perceived usefulness of recommendations had no direct effect on intention to shop online. Social influence also has a negative significance influence on the attitude toward online shopping. The role of moderation effects of blogger reputation only significantly influences the effect of trust with attitude towards online shopping."

Rebranding adalah sebuah strategi marketing yang lumrah dilakukan oleh
banyak perusahaan, terutama saat ada situasi dimana sebuah perusahaan diakuisisi
oleh perusahaan lainya. Dalam situasi tersebut strategi rebranding menjadi sangat
penting untuk diterapkan demi mendapatkan kepercayaan konsumen untuk terus
menggunakan produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Dalam penelitian ini, dapat
dilihat faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan konsumen
dengan keinginan pembelian. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan
pada proses rebranding terlihat dari sikap skeptis dan resistensi terhadap
perubahan yang membentuk brand attitude seseorang. Dalam penelitian ini,
hubungan yang ditimbulkan antara sikap skeptis dan resistensi dapat dibuktikan
dan bersifat positif. Rasa keingintahuan menjadi faktor penting untuk
mempengaruhi tingkat resistensi. Pada penelitian ini terlihat hubungan yang
signifikan dan bersifat negatif antara rasa keingintahuan seseorang dengan
resistensi yang dimiliki. Pada akhirnya, resistensi akan mempengaruhi sikap yang
dimiliki oleh seorang konsumen pada saat rebranding terjadi. Dari sikap yang
dimiliki oleh seseorang tersebut, terbentuk tingkat keinginan pembelian yang
tinggi pada sebuah merek.

companies, especially when there is a situation where a company acquired by
other companies such as merger and acquisition. In such a situation, it becomes
very important for a rebranding strategy to be applied correctly in order to obtain
the trust of consumers to continue to use the product or service being offered and
develop a favorable attitude towards brand. In this study, there are factors that will
affect the level of consumer trust and purchase intention. Factors that influence
the level of trust will be shown and driven by skepticism and resistance to change
that will shape a customers's brand attitude. In this study, the relationship arising
between skepticism and resistance can be proven positive. Curiosity becomes an
important factor to influence the level of resistance. The study shows, there is a
significant relationship between curiosity and resistance and the relationship is
negative. It means the more curiosity shown by the customer, the less resistance
he or she will have toward a brand that undergoes changes. In the end, resistance
will affect the attitude towards brand when undergoes rebranding process. This
attitude will proved center reason why a customer use the service in the website

"Investigasi online purchase intentions di e-commerce Indonesia dengan fokus pada pengaruh trust, perceived risk, and perceived usefulness of online reviews adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Temuan tersebut berasal dari survey online yang ditanggapi oleh 203 partisipan pengguna e-commerce di Indonesia. Menurut hasil dari Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS, perceived usefulness of online reviews mempengaruhi trust dan online purchase intention. Selain itu, perceived risk dan online purchase intentions tidak terpengaruh oleh trust. Lalu, perceived risk mempengaruhi online purchase intention. Menurut temuan tersebut, perusahaan e-commerce Indonesia harus bekerja untuk mendorong pelanggan memposting ulasan positif secara online untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan memperkuat pembelian online.

Investigating online purchase intentions in Indonesian e-commerce with a focus on the influence of trust, perceived risk, and perceived usefulness of online reviews is the goal of this study. The findings came from an online survey that had 203 respondents of Indonesian e-commerces users. According to results from partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS, the perceived value of online reviews affects trust and online purchase intention. Furthermore, perceived risk and purchase intention are unaffected by trust. Additionally, perceived risk affects plans to make purchases online. According to the findings, Indonesian e-commerce companies should work to encourage customers to post positive reviews online in order to increase trust and strengthen online purchases."

"Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap intensi pembelian dan ekuitas merek yang dimiliki oleh online influencer dalam menggunakan fitur siaran langsung pada aplikasi TikTok di Indonesia. Penelitian ini melaksanakan survei terhadap 248 responden yang berusia 18 hingga 24 tahun, pernah menggunakan fitur live streaming di TikTok dan berdomisili di Indonesia. Adapun metode penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online menggunakan Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software pengolahan data LISREL dan SPSS. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ideal-self congruity pada self-congruity theory dan virtual interactivity terbukti memengaruhi online influencer’s brand equity secara signifikan yang selanjutnya akan berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention melalui brand awareness, brand image, dan brand loyalty secara berurutan.

This study discusses the factors that influence purchase intention and brand equity owned by online influencers through the usage of live streaming features on the TikTok app in Indonesia. This study conducted a survey of 248 respondents aged 18 to 24 years, ever used live streaming feature in TikTok, and lived in Indonesia. The questionnaire distribution method was collected online using Google Form and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL and SPSS data processing software. The results in this study show that ideal self-congruity in self-congruity theory and virtual interactivity are proven to significantly affect online influencer's brand equity which will further affect purchase intention through brand awareness, brand image, and brand loyalty respectively."

Besarnya pangsa pasar transportasi online menjadikan persaingan ketat antara penyedia jasa ojek online di Indonesia. Faktor ini menjadi salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi adanya persaingan harga antar penyedia jasa ojek online. Keberadaan ojek online di Indonesia pun membantu mitra pengemudi dalam meningkatkan perekonomian, belum dengan ditambah tip yang acapkali mereka dapatkan dari konsumen Indonesia. Di penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari promosi harga, price consciousness, feelings of gratitude towards price promotion, perceived sacrifice to tipping serta religuisitas intrinsik dan ekstrinsik terhadap intensi mayoritas penduduk Indonesia, yaitu konsumen muslim dalam memberi tip terhadap mitra ojek online. Data dikumpulkan melalui self-administrated questionnaire kepada responden muslim pengguna ojek online dan pernah menggunakan promosi harga yang diberikan ojek online di Indonesia.  Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah promosi harga, feelings of gatitude towards price promotion, perceived sacrifice to tipping, dan religiusitas intrinsik yang mempunya pengaruh atas intensi memberi tip terhadap mitra ojek online. Sedangkan, price consciousness dan religiusitas ekstrinsik tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi untuk pelaku industri yang bergerak di bidang transportasi online untuk mengambil keputusan tentang bauran pemasaran terutama di aspek promosi dan harga.



The large market share of online transportation creates a heavy competition between online motorcycle taxi service providers in Indonesia. This factor is one of the factors that influence price competition among online motorcycle taxi service providers. The existence of online motorcycle taxis in Indonesia also helps online motorcycle taxi driver to improve to their welfare, not to mention with the added tip they often get from the consumers. In this study, researchers used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the impact of price promotion, price consciousness, feelings of gratitude towards price promotion, perceived sacrifice to tipping, also intrinsic and extrinsic religiosity on the intentions of the majority of the Indonesian population, Muslim consumers in giving tip to online motorcycle taxi drivers. Data was collected through a self-administrated questionnaire to Muslim respondents who use online motorcycle taxi and have used price promotions that was given by online motorcycle taxi in Indonesia. The results of this study are price promotion, feelings of gratitude towards price promotion, perceived sacrifice to tipping, and intrinsic religiosity have an influence on the intention to tip. Meanwhile, price consciousness and extrinsic religiosity do not have a significant effect to online motorcycle taxi drivers tipping. The results of this study can be used as a reference for industry players engaged in online transportation to make decisions about their marketing mix, especially in the aspects of promotion and price.

Salah satu cara untuk berkompetisi adalah dengan meningkatkan customer experience para konsumen yang seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi beralih menjadi online customer experience. Online customer experience memiliki beberapa indikator dan penilitian ini akan melihat faktor apakah yang penting untuk meningkatkan online customer experience agar dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yang membuat konsumen untuk merencanakan atau melakukan pembelian kembali. Perilaku konsumen dalam membeli furniture dapat dikategorikan sebagai high involvement sehingga penelitian akan menggunakan e-commerce furniture sebagai objek penelitian.

Technology developments are rapidly growing, the bigger opportunities for many industries including retail products to cover a wider market in order to get maximum profit. One of way to compete is by increasing customer experience, which evolves become an online customer experience as technology growth. Online customer experience has several indicators and this research will look at what factors are important to improve online customer experience so that it can affect customer satisfaction that makes consumers plan or make a repeat purchase. Consumer behavior in buying furniture can be categorized as high involvement so that research will use e-commerce furniture as the object of research. The results showed that the ease of use, security, and information quality factors had no effect on customer satisfaction while fulfillment realibility was the factor that most influenced consumer satisfaction."
