"ABSTRAK
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengembangan strategi pemasaran dalam konteks pasar perumahan. Transformasi global, perubahan kebijakan pemerintahan,masalah yang muncul dari kemiskinan, inflasi harga, dan krisis keuangan menyarankan ide untuk merumuskan model bisnis baru yang ditujukan untuk mengatasi kesulitan bagi keluarga berpenghasilan menengah-ke-bawah membeli rumah yang layak. Membeli rumah dianggap investasi terbesar dari anggaran keluarga. Terutama di negara-negara berkembang, hal ini sudah sejak lama berlaku. Melalui evolusi model bisnis yang berfokus pada kebijakan perumahan dan subsidi, model GDB dikembangkan. Perumusan model bisnis ini bergantung pada tiga faktor penting, yaitu pemerintah, sektor perbankan, dan pengembang.Ketiga faktor penentu diatas saling mempengaruhi dan tentu saja berakibat kepadakeluarga berpenghasilan menengah-ke-bawah. Penerapan model GDB di pasar perumahan Indonesia terbukti berguna dengan kontribusinya dalam menangani masalah keterjangkauan atau anggaran keuangan keluarga berpenghasilanmenengah-ke-bawah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model GDB menekan harga perumahan, menjamin ketersediaan perumahan yang layak, danmeningkatkan kerjasama antara pemerintah, sektor perbankan, pengembang, dan manajer dalam konteks pasar perumahan.

ABSTRACT
his paper discusses the development of marketing strategy in the context ofhousing market. The global transformation, change in governance policy, theemerging issue of poverty, the price inflations, and the financial crisis suggests theidea to formulate a new business model in which addressed to cope with thedifficulties of middle to low income families in buying decent houses. Purchasinga house is considered to be the single largest investment of a family rsquo s budget.Especially in developing countries, such matter has been particularly true.Through the evolution of business model focusing on housing policy andsubsidies, the GDB model is developed. The formulation of this business modelrelies on three important determinants, namely government, banking sector, anddevelopers. These three determinants affect each other and consequently themiddle to low income families as well. The implementation of GDB model inIndonesian housing market proves to be useful with its contribution in dealingwith the issue of middle to low income families rsquo affordability or budget issue.The finding shows that GDB model suppress housing prices, ensures theavailability of decent housing, and increases cooperation between government,banking sector, developers, and managers in the context of housing market.

"ABSTRAK
Pertumbuhan penduduk yang tinggal di kota semakin tinggi disertai meningkatnya urbanisasi. Menurut United Nations Population Fund (UNPFA), 2011 menyatakan bahwa saat ini terdapat lebih dari 50% (3,3 miliar) populasi dunia hidup di daerah perkotaan, dan diperkirakan akan bertambah menjadi 5 miliar penduduk pada tahun 2030.
Dalam penelitian ini dirancang sebuah Pengembangan Model E-health di Indonesia menggunakan framework yang terdiri dari 6 layer yaitu layer hard infrastructure, layer city system, layer soft infrastructure, layer ecosystem, layer people dan layer goal. Model ini diharapkan menjadi model dalam pengembangan konsep e-health di Kabupaten Bogor, sehingga proses pembangunan tidak serta merta mengambil model di negara lain
Tesis ini juga melakukan analisis Cost Net Benefit dengan memperhitungkan layer hard infrastucture dan menggunakan 3 skenario yaitu skenario 1 implementasi e-health menggunakan dana APBD menghasilkan nilai NVP ≤ 0 ( -Rp. 3.868 milyar untuk wireline dan ?Rp. 2.194 milyar untuk wireless), IRR (-24% untuk wireline dan -9% untuk wireless) < MARR dan CBA < 1, skenario 2 implementasi e-health menggunakan dana APBD dengan memperhitungkan jumlah UPK menghasilkan bahwa jumlah UPK yang dapat di implementasi yaitu untuk wireline 106 UPK dan wireless 139 UPK, skenario 3 implementasi e-health menggunakan dana APBD dan jika ada bantuan menghasilkan bahwa dana bantuan minimal sebesar Rp. 938 juta untuk wireline dan Rp. 532 juta untuk wireless.

ABSTRACT
Population growth in urban area increasing as well as urbanization. According to the United Nations Population Fund (UNPFA) 2011 states that there are currently more than 50% (3.3 billion) the world's population live in urban areas, and is expected to increase to 5 billion people by 2030
This study propose e-health development model using a framework consists of six layers, that is layer of hard infrastructure, city system layer, layer soft infrastructure, ecosystem layer, layer and layer people goal. This model is expected to be a model in the development of the concept of e-health in Bogor regency, so that the development process using model from another country as reference but adjusted with condition in Indonesia especially Bogor regency
This thesis also conducts Net Benefit Cost analysis taking into account the layer of hard infrastructure and use 3 scenarios that is scenario 1 implementation of e-health use APBD, the result NVP ≤ 0 (-Rp. 3,868 billion for wireline and -Rp. 2,194 billion for wireless), IRR (-24% to -9% for wireline and wireless) < MARR and CBA < 1, scenario 2 the implementation of e-health use APBD and calculating the amount of UPK, the result that amount of UPK can be implementation that is 106 UPK for wireline and 139 UPK for wireless, scenario 3 the implementation of e-health use APBD and if there is help generate that funding of at least Rp. 938 million for wireline and Rp. 532 million for wireless."

"Since year 1997 up to 1999, 64 banks in Indonesia have been liquidated/closed by Central Bank and numbers of bank have followed banking re-capitalization program or under control of Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency/OKRA. It brings Indonesia into a big economic problem because Bank's role in Indonesian economy was very important. Indonesia becomes a country which has a big burden and very hard to recover from the crisis. That is the reason that the author intends to explore more precisely the condition of Indonesian Banking.
This research is designed to make a model that can be used to predict Bank Failure with case study in Indonesian Banking 1997 - 1999. This research purpose is to differentiate good bank and failure bank, so the result of this research will contribute to banking knowledge in Indonesia and will help the Indonesian to select a good bank.
This research uses Multiple Logistic Regression Model as a methodology with more than 2 (two) independent variables. The model had been chosen since the type of dependent variable is binary (Good bank or Failure bank) and allows us to use 'dummy data' that can not be possible in conventional model.
The numbers of data sample in this research were 144 banks : 81 failure banks and 63 good bank. Data used in the model was the last published financial statement before the bank failure. The dependent variable is failure/good bank and there are 16 independent variables related to Capital, Asset Quality, Earning/ Profitability, Liquidity and Efficiency.
The model was tested by determination coefficient Cox & Snell R Squared and Nagelkerke R Squared. The test shows that the model is significant (0.6 & 0.8). it means that independent variable used in the model has significant correlation to dependent variable. Kolmogorov Smimov Test shows that the model be able to differentiate failure bank and good bank. Hosmer & Lemeshow Test proves that the prediction of the model is fit with the actual data. The above tests summarize that the model can be used to predict and differentiate between failure bank and good bank."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan model bisnis Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU) di Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU). Berdasarkan Laporan Manajemen PT X, kondisi SPKLU saat ini masih kurang menarik bagi pelanggan, gagal mencapai pendapatan yang ditargetkan, dan merugi. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan model bisnis SPKLU perlu dilakukan untuk memperoleh keuntungan. Penelitian ini diterapkan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya karena penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan model bisnis SPKLU yang berlokasi di SPBU. Objek penelitian adalah SPKLU di SPBU PT X, dan wawancara dilakukan dengan manajemen dan pelanggan PT X. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara dan analisis dokumen berdasarkan kerangka Business Model Canvas sebagai salah satu tools manajemen strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggan berharap SPKLU menawarkan proposisi nilai lebih saat menunggu pengisian kendaraan listrik dalam rentang waktu sekitar 30-60 menit seperti memperoleh makanan, minum kopi, atau menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Hal ini menyebabkan perubahan model bisnis SPKLU menjadi one-stop-service atau multi-sided platform dibandingkan dengan model bisnis saat ini yang hanya melayani pengisian daya kendaraan listrik.

This research aims to analyze the business model development of a charging station (SPKLU) in a gas station (SPBU). Based on PT X’s management report, the current state of SPKLU is still lack of attractiveness to customers, failing to accomplish targeted revenue, and suffering loss. Hence, SPKLU needs to revive its business model to earn profit. This research is applied using a case study method and a qualitative approach. This research varies from previous studies because the research is conducted on developing the business model of SPKLU which has located in SPBU. The research object is a SPKLU in SPBU of PT X, and interviews are conducted with management and customers of PT X. The data for this research are collected through interviews and document analysis based on Business Model Canvas framework as one of strategy management tools. The results show that customers expect SPKLU to offer more value propositions while they are waiting within the charging time of approximately 30-60 minutes such as having meals, drinking coffee, or completing work. This lead to the change of SPKLU’s business model to become a one-stop service or multi-sided platform compared to the current business model which solely offers electricity charging."

"E-waste merupakan salah satu masalah utama di dunia, termasuk Indonesia yang mana memiliki tingkat konsumsi yang tinggi terhadap produk-produk elektronik. E-waste di Indonesia diperkirakan akan semakin meningkat dikarenakan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan belum adanya E-waste management yang baik sehingga aliran sampah masih banyak masuk ke sektor informal dan belum dapat dipetakan dengan baik. Untuk dapat memetakan aliran sampah dan jumlah E-waste yang dihasilkan dibutuhkan lifespan dari masing-masing produk elektronik sebagai input. Pada kondisi saat ini, produk-produk elektronik yang telah rusak atau sudah tidak dipakai lagi biasanya tidak langsung dibuang tetapi disimpan dan masuk dalam kategori storage time. Efek dari storage time dapat memperpanjang total lifespan, menurunkan collection rate, dan menurunkan pasokan untuk recycling yang dapat mengganggu sistem E-waste Management. Sehingga model distribusi lifespan untuk mendapatkan persentase sampah yang dihasilkan per tahun dan cara penurunan storage time menjadi kunci penting dalam E-waste Management. Data lifespan didapatkan dari kuesioner survei pada individu dan rumah tangga di Pulau Jawa. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil model distribusi yang better fit terhadap data lifespan dan storage time dan persentase end-of-life per tahun dari produk-produk elektronik di Indonesia dengan penilaian model fit pada Distribusi Normal, Distribusi Lognormal, dan Distribusi Weibull.

E waste is one of the major problems in the world, including Indonesia which has a high level of consumption of electronic products. E waste in Indonesia is expected to increase due to the rapid development of technology and the absence of proper E waste management so that the flow of waste is still a lot of entry into the informal sector and can not be adequately mapped. To be able to map the flow of waste and the amount of E waste generated, lifespan required from each electronic product as an input. In current conditions, defective or outdated electronic products are usually not directly disposed of but stored or fall into a category of storage time. The effects of storage time can extend the total lifespan, decrease the collection rate, and decrease the supply for recycling that can disrupt the E waste Management system. So the lifespan distribution model to get the percentage of waste generated per year and how to decrease storage time becomes an important key to E waste Management. Lifespan data were obtained from survey questionnaires on individuals and households in Java. This study gives a better fit distribution model for lifespan data, and storage time and percentage of annual end of life electronic products in Indonesia with model fit assessment on Normal Distribution, Lognormal Distribution, and Weibull Distribution."

Tokopedia sebagai brand e-commerce terpopuler di Indonesia yang juga memperlihatkan ciri Human Brand dipilih sebagai objek penelitian. Human Brand Model adalah skema praktis untuk membangun Human Brand pada sebuah Merek. Human Brand Model terdiri dari empat lapisan, yaitu brand traits, brand attributes, brand authenticity, dan brand benefits. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan human brand model yang dilakukan oleh Tokopedia. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Tokopedia melalui komunikasi dan kebijakan internal mampu memenuhi penerapan indikator-indikator dari human brand model. Hal utama yang dilakukan oleh Tokopedia adalah dengan pendekatan emosi dalam pesan komunikasi yang dilakukan.

There are changes in consumer behavior along with technological developments, especially in online transactions. One of the biggest online transactions is in e-commerce. E-commerce brands with human attributes have the advantage of being chosen by consumers. Tokopedia as the most popular e-commerce brand in Indonesia which also shows the characteristics of Human Brand was chosen as the object of this research. Human Brand Model is a practical scheme for building a Human Brand on a Brand. The Human Brand Model consists of four layers, namely brand traits, brand attributes, brand authenticity, and brand benefits. This study aims to see how the human brand model is being implemented by Tokopedia. This research method is a case study with a qualitative approach. The result of this research is that Tokopedia, through communication and internal policies, is able to fulfill the indicators of the human brand model. The main thing that Tokopedia does is with an emotional approach to its communication messages."

ABSTRACT
The Role of Government in Developing Indonesian Film in the Global Film MarketThis thesis intent to map out the current conditions and challenges facing Indonesian films within the context of accessing international film markets and to identify suitable supportive government policies. This research departs from studying sales patterns of Indonesian films through participation in international film festivals. The research outcome demonstrates that government policies may play a significant role in internationalizing Indonesian films through various programs to support its sustainable competitiveness.The research is based on qualitative interpretative methods in obtaining information and insights from both domestic and international film industry stakeholders as well as various government policymakers involved in the Indonesian film sector. The outcome of this research is expected to contribute in formulating policy strategies related to support the sustainable internationalization of Indonesian films. "Terorisme seringkali dipandang sebagai isu maskulin yang menerapkan norma-norma dan konstruksi gender tradisional. Keterlibatan perempuan dalam kelompok teroris kebanyakan dipandang sebagai pendukung, motivator, dan agen regenarasi ideologi. Saat ini partisipasi dan peran perempuan dalam kelompok teroris semakin meningkat dengan maraknya serangan teror yang menggunakan perempuan sebagai pelaku utama dan agen sumber intelijen manusia bagi kelompoknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-interdisipliner guna mengintegrasikan teori intelijen, gender, dan terorisme melalui wawancara dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa peran perempuan dalam kelompok teroris di Indonesia tidak lagi dipandang sebagai pendukung saja, melainkan sebagai anggota berharga yang memiliki peran penting untuk keberlangsungan dan eksistensi kelompok melalui perbantuan logistik, upaya pengumpulan dan penyaluran pendanaan. Perempuan juga berperan sebagai agen intelijen untuk jaringan atau kelompok yang mengumpulkan informasi, serta memiliki kemampuan untuk merekrut anggota baru melalui media sosial, pengajian atau perkumpulan dan mencari perempuan untuk menjadi istri para anggota kelompok sehingga jaringan semakin luas dan informasi juga bertambah. Dalam hal ini, perempuan memiliki peran aktif dalam mengurangi intelligence gap untuk kelompoknya. Hal ini juga meningkatkan potensi ancaman bagi perempuan dikarenakan perempuan seringkali tidak dipandang sebagai ancaman. Bukan berarti perempuan melepaskan peran-peran tradisional, namun perempuan memiliki kedudukan yang lebih substansial dalam kelompok teror di Indonesia.

Terrorism is often seen as a masculine issue that applies traditional gender norms and constructions. Women's involvement in terrorist organizations is mostly seen as supporters, motivators and agents of ideological regeneration. Currently, the participation and role of women in terrorist organizations is increasing with the rise of terror attacks that use women as the main perpetrators and human intelligence source agents for their groups. This research uses qualitative-interdisciplinary methods to integrate gender studies, intelligence studies, and terrorism studies through interviews and document studies. The research results found that the role of women in terrorist organizations in Indonesia is no longer seen only as supporters, but as valuable members who have an important role in the group's sustainability and existence through logistical assistance and efforts to collect and distribute funding. Women also act as intelligence agents for groups to collect information, and have the ability to recruit new members through social media, recitations or associations and look for women to become wives of group members to grow their network and information also increases. In this case, women have an active role in reducing the intelligence gap for their group. This also increases the potential threat to women because women are often not seen as a threat."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian dalam tesis ini ingin menguji peran dari psychological sense of
community terhadap intensi loyalitas serta menguji peran dari satisfaction with
core attribute terhadap overall satisfaction. Komunitas yang dijadikan objek
penelitian adalah Hijabers Community (HC). Penelitian menggunakan metode
Structural Equations Modelling (SEM). Berdasarkan data dari 100 responden
dapat diketahui bahwa dalam psychological sense of community dan satisfaction
with core attribute berpengaruh positif terhadap emotional experience melalui
collective hedonic service (event) yang dapat berdampak pada peningkatan overall
satisfaction dan loyalty intention. Namun psychological sense of community dan
satisfaction with core attribute tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap overall
satisfaction dan loyalty intention apabila tidak diciptakan stimulus dari emotional
experience. Dengan demikian, memuaskan pelanggan tidak selalu menjadi kunci
penciptaan nilai atau pendorong utama dari kesetiaan tetapi interaksi pelanggan
secara efektif lebih meningkatkan "co-creation experience" (Prahalad,2004).

ABSTRACT
The research in this thesis is to examine the role of psychological sense of
community to the intention to examine the role of loyalty and satisfaction with
core attribute to overall satisfaction. Research using Structural Equations
Modeling (SEM). Based on data from 100 respondents to note that in the
psychological sense of community and satisfaction with core attribute has a
positive effect on emotional experience through collective hedonic service (event)
that may have an impact on improving the overall satisfaction and loyalty
intention. But the psychological sense of community and satisfaction with core
attribute has no positive effect on overall satisfaction and loyalty intention, if its
not created with stimulus of emotional experience. Thus, satisfying the customer is
not always the key to value creation or main driver of loyalty but more effective
customer interactions to improve "co-creation experience" (Prahalad, 2004)"

Hasil studi menunjukkan tentang hubungan antara inkubator bisnis dan perusahaan startup digital dan program bimbingan yang disediakan oleh inkubator bisnis untuk mengembangkan perusahaan startup digital.

The growing number of digital start-up companies have a significant impact on the industry and economy globally, rising a question of how these companies commend their businesses out of intriguing ideas. The role of a business incubator in fostering and nurturing digital start-ups is argued to be necessary as business owners start developing the ideas. The roles of business incubators in developing digital start- ups become a question, how may the guidance program support the digital start-ups in developing and executing ideas? This study endeavors to elaborate on the role of business incubators in developing digital start-up companies using a systematic literature review and qualitative data analysis. The study result shows about relationship between business incubator and digital startup company and the guidance program provided by business incubator to develop digital startup company."
