"Inovasi telah membawa peradaban melalui berbagai perubahan. Di antara banyaknya perubahan yang ada, globalisasi memiliki dampak yang paling besar, terutama dalam hal hubungan sosial dan struktur. Globalisasi telah memicu budaya-budaya yang berbeda untuk saling bersinggungan, menyebabkan adanya hibridisasi antar budaya. Glokalisasi muncul saat budaya local berpadu dengan budaya popular. Melihat komik digital, makalah ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis adaptasi manhwa Korea dalam Webtoon sebagai bagian dari glokalisasi dalam komik digital Indonesia berjudul 7 Wonders. Makalah ini menggunakan konten analisis kualitatif untuk pengumpulan data dan menggunakan paradigma interpretif. Unsur glokalisasi dalam serial Webtoon “7 Wonders” dapat dilihat dari penggunaan budayalokal Indonesia di dalam konten dari serial tersebut. Sementara itu, layout dan gaya menggambar mengikuti budaya popular Korea. Berdasarkan penemuan, serial Webtoon “7 Wonders” mengandung unsur glokalisasi seperti terlihat dalam penggabungan budaya Indonesia dan Korea di dalamnya. Serial tersebut mengambil gaya dan layout dari manhwa Korea popular dan memperkayanya dengan konten budaya lokal.

Innovations have led humanity to numerous changes. Amongst the many shifts and changes, globalisation was deemed

to have the most consequential impact in human history, especially in social relationships and structures. As

globalisation leads to different cultures intersecting, some cultures may start to create a hybrid. Glocalisation exists

when a local culture is mixed with a popular culture. Looking at webcomics, this paper aims to analyse the adaptation

of Korean manhwa in Webtoon as a part of glocalisation in an Indonesian webcomics titled “7 Wonders”. This

research paper will use qualitative content analysis for data collection and adopts an interpretive paradigm. The presence of glocalisation in the Webtoon series “7 Wonders” can be identified in the usage of local Indonesian culture as the content of the series. Meanwhile, the layout and style largely adopts that of the popular Korean culture. Based on the findings, the presence of glocalisation can be seen in the Webtoon series “7 Wonders” through the mixture of Indonesian and Korean culture within the series. The series adopts the style and layout of popular Korean manhwa, while enriching the content with local culture."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh dividend policy terhadap cost of debt dengan pemoderasi Indonesia rsquo;s 100 Top Business Groups. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 1.193 unbalanced panel data observation pada perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2010-2014 dan 449 observasi diantaranya terafiliasi dengan business groups. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan dividend policy, business group, dan profitability berpengaruh negatif terhadap cost of debt. Namun keberadaan business group tidak terbukti memperkuat pengaruh negatif dividend policy terhadap cost of debt. Selain itu, bankruptcy risk berpengaruh positif terhadap cost of debt, sedangkan Tangibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap cost of debt. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung the information content effect dalam the signalling hypothesis theory.

ABSTRACTThis thesis analyzes the effect of dividend policy to cost of debt with Indonesia 39 s 100 Top Business Groups as moderating variable. Our sampel are 1,193 unbalanced panel data observation of non financial company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 2014 those are including 449 observations affiliated with business groups. Our research shows that dividend payout, business group, and profitability negatively affect the cost of debt. But the existence of the business group is not proven to strengthen the negative effect of dividend policy on cost of debt. While bankruptcy risk affect the cost of debt positively, but Tangibility doesn rsquo t affect the cost of debt. These results support the information content effect and the signaling hypothesis theory. "

"Makalah ini memaparkan hasil analisis perbandingan kualitas terjemahan dari webtoon “7 Wonders” Bahasa Indonesia ke dalam bahasa Arab. Webtoon “7 Wonders” diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Arab oleh penggemar dengan 2 penerjemah yang berbeda. Hal ini menarik untuk diketahui melihat banyaknya penggemar webtoon dan tidak sedikit webtoon yang diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Arab. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kualitas penerjemahan Peter Newmark (1988), translation as a science, translation as a craft, translation as an art, dan traslation as a taste. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kedua penerjemah cenderung menerjemahkan teks sumber (Tsu) secara harfiah kata per kata sehingga penerjemahannya hanya sampai pada translation as a science dan craft. Ideologi penerjemah pertama lebih berorientasi pada bahasa sasaran (domestikasi) sedangkan penerjemah kedua tetap mempertahankan unsur budaya bahasa sumber (pengasingan). Diharapkan temuan dari penelitan ini mampu membantu meningkatkan kualitas penerjemahan dan meningkatkan apresiasi masyarakat terhadap karya sastra terutama dalam bentuk komik, sehingga nantinya akan ada webtoon resmi berbahasa Arab untuk memberi peluang kepada para komikus Arab dalam berkarya dan memperluas bidang alih bahasa.

This paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of translation quality of two versions arabic translation in the Indonesian webtoon “7 Wonders”. The webtoon “7 Wonders” was translated into Arabic by fans with 2 different translators. It is interesting to know that there are many webtoon fans and not a few webtoons are translated into Arabic. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative method. This study uses Peter Newmark's (1988) translation quality theory, translation as a science, translation as a craft, translation as an art, and translation as a taste. Based on the results of the analysis, the two translators tend to translate the source language word for word so the translation only comes to translation as a science and craft. The ideology of the first translator is more oriented towards the target language (domestication) while the second translator still maintains the cultural elements of the source language (foreignization). Hope this findings of this research can help improve the quality of translation, and increase public appreciation of literary works, especially in the form of comics, so that later will be an official Arabic webtoon to provide opportunities for Arabic comic artists to work and expand the field of translation."
