"In recent years, the rising competitive environment with shorter product life cycles and high customization forces
industries to increase their flexibility, speed up their response, and enhance concurrent engineering designs. To integrate
these prospects, supply chain collaboration becomes a pertinent strategy for industries to strengthen their
competitiveness. The network design problem is used to implement supply chain collaboration. In the buying and
selling process, sharing information between buyer and supplier are important to obtain a transaction decision. The
optimimum supply chain profit can be identified by mathematical model of network design problem. The Mathematical
Model takes into consideration the uncertainity in negotiation of supply chain, transportation problems, and locationallocation
of products from supplier to buyer in the planning based on the time value of money. The results show that
the model can be used to optimize the supply chain profit. The supplier gets a profit because income were received in
the initial contract, while the buyer profit comes from lower pay."

"This paper presents a continuing study of the human cognitive aspect application in the technical systems. The last
studies design a human-centered design based on the German culture. The result shows a significant difference of
human performance between Germans and Indonesians. Therefore, this study examines the human cognitive model
based on Indonesian culture to investigate whether the different cognitive model based on the culture aspect can
improve the human performance. The study was conducted on 60 people classified by age, young (16-34 years old) and
old (older than 34 years old). Participants render predictions on an assembly activity for two interim states of two
different types of products which are the Builderific brick and the Pulley Release based on four types of the assembly
strategy model (Reference, Combination, Human Behavior 1, and Human Behavior 2). The dependent variables are
prediction time, mental workload, and predictive accuracy. The results show that the models of human assembly
strategies and the products have significant influences on mental workload and predictive capability. The age variable
significantly influences mental workload, performance, and prediction capabilities."

Computer network is very useful in work beings communicate with each other. Therefore network security is needed which will keep the secret of information and also avoid the attacks that inflict a negative impact.
At this final project will discuss about how to test and analysis of one of the IDS (Intrusion Detection System) tools based on host or commonly called HIDS (Host-Based Intrusion Detection System). And HIDS used is OSSEC because it is open source. This test aims to find out the success of OSSEC, response time and influence ossec againt network performance through throughput obtained. Also compare ossec with suricata and honeyd. Results from testing of the functional test, OSSEC is able to detect port scanning attack and SSHD brute force attack. On the calculation of response time, calculated based on the features OSSEC as active-response capable of disconnecting against the attacker's IP and response time obtained is 2.1397618 seconds. Also OSSEC have no great influence on network performance.

"ABSTRAK
High annealing temperature - random amplified polymorphic DNA (HAT-RAPD) marker was used to identify and investigate the genetic relationship among 15 Paphiopedilum species of Venus slipper. The total of 72 primers was screened and 16 primers could be used for DNA amplification with clear amplified products to construct DNA fingerprints. The total of 248 polymorphic bands was found. A dendrogram, which constructed from the polymorphic bands using UPGMA by the NTSYS program, showed genetic similarities among 15 Paphiopedilum species with similarity coefficients ranging from 0.252 to 0.624. The orchids were classified into 3 clusters. These results indicated that the HAT-RAPD markers are capable to specify Paphiopedilum, and can be used in the breeding program and for genetic resource conservation in the future.

"ABSTRAK
Subspace-based direction-finding methods assume that all sources manifold vectors are linearly independent. However, when this condition is not satisfied, the estimation methods will subsequently fail to identify the directions of the sources. This undesirable effect is referred to as a manifold ambiguity. In this paper, the presence of anifold ambiguity associated to a higher-order statistics-based array processing is investigated. By analyzing the geometrical shape of the corresponding array manifold, a class of ambiguous sets based on a
uniform partition of the effective manifold curve can be found. A general procedure is provided in order to model and categorize these ambiguities into the form of ambiguous generator sets.

"ABSTRAK
Cellular symptoms present a model system for the analysis of living structures in laboratories such as metabolic studies and drug screening. In living organisms, cells are often encountered with compaction, tension, and shear. Most cells are intangible and balanced when a solid or seminal stratification (monolayer culture) is connected. In distortion reaction, cells experience intense biochemical changes. The stressed cells on the culture combine in the Vivo environment, which creates dramatic shape changes and biochemical reactions. These microsystems can meet broad applications in the biomedical research field since deformation, compression or fluid flow have been found to induce biochemical changes in cells derived from various tissues. The aim of this project is to design and to develop a microfluidic device which will allow for the culturing of adhered cells in microfluidic chambers (micro-wells) while controlling, at the micro scale, the mechanical deformation applied on the substrate on which cells are attached. During this work, a Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) double layered microfluidic device was designed and fabricated which enables controlled micro-sized deformation of the cell culturing microwells. Moreover, a relation was found between measured deformation values and simulations."

ABSTRAK
The detection of Campylobacter spp. in meat products was developed by using loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) combined with DNA-based bioassay methods, including a lateral-flow dipstick (LFD) and gold nano-DNA probe (AuNPs) assay. The LAMP primers were designed from the conserved nucleotide regions of Campylobacter spp. The analytical sensitivity of the LAMP-LFD and LAMP-AuNPs analysis was 360 fg/μl. The analytical specificity of LAMP-based assays showed no cross-reactions to Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella Typhimurium, Escherichia coli, Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter aerogenes, Serratia marcescens, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Klebsiella oxytoca and Citrobacter diversus. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of both LAMP-LFD and LAMP-AuNPs for the detection of pre-enrichment cultures from raw chicken meat samples were 100%, 95% and 96.67%, respectively. Since the processing time of LAMP-based assays is 60-90 minutes, it is applicable as a point-of-care screening test for food safety and as a process control of Campylobacter spp. contamination."
