Internet user participation through user-generated-content on social media can contribute to the dissemination of information. This ability is used in digital marketing. In its application, digital marketing can be adapted to the needs of the nation branding strategy. This shows the relation between nation branding and the use of social media platforms. YouTube, as one of the commonly used social media in Indonesia, was chosen as the focus of this discussion. This journal paper conducts studies using a narrative literature review approach to explore and understand the concept of nation branding and its relation to content creators who promote Indonesian cultural products on YouTube. In addition, this study is also analyzed using qualitative content analysis to enrich the research regarding YouTuber as influencers who are able to influence external and internal audiences in interpreting Indonesian cultural products. Nation brand as product can be promoted to build a positive image of Indonesia. Nation brand in the form of Indonesian cultural products, such as regional cuisine, are then discussed in gastronomy which links food with inherent culture. In strengthening the identity of the nation brand, the role of internal audiences who are Indonesian citizens is also essential because it determines the position of the nation brand as a crucial element in building Indonesia's reputation. This orientation towards the internal audience is explained as internal nation branding."

"ABSTRACT
This paper discusses current Indonesia local government accountability system which has undergone fundamental change since the reform era. Through a number of regulations, local governments now have to submit reports which include LPPD, LKPj, ILPPD, and LKPD. In line with what have been constructed by many experts, from normative perspective, those reports have the potential to facilitate a sound local government financial management and in turn, make them more accountable. Has current Indonesia local government accountability system been effectively implemented? Have these accountability mechanisms delivered their potential benefits as promised and constructed by many experts? In order to critically answer the questions, this study employs qualitative method with theory driven approach. The data is mainly obtained through conducting meta analysis through critically reviewing relevant sources or documents. Analysis goes from data reduction, to data organization and to interpretation. Research findings show that Indonesia existing local government accountability system has not been effectively implemented and brought all the potential benefits as calculated in both theoretical realm of accountability as well as constructed Indonesian government regulations. The findings of the study are particularly valuable in terms of filling the void on the analysis and information of current practice of local government accountability system in Indonesia reform era which have been marred by a number of problems, irregular and incomplete reporting, the absence of enforceability, limited capacity of local governments to produce appropriate reports, corruptive behavior of the auditors, and limited public participation."

Local government investment in the form of direct investment is the capital investment in business entities which aims to increase regional economic growth, increase regional income, and improve the welfare of the community. The behavior of decision making requires Information on bank performance, knowledge of banking governance, and shareholder agreements with bank directors. This study aims to analyze performance behavior and investment of provincial government that affects the profit of regional development banks in Indonesia. The method of analysis is done using descriptive statistic and multiple linear regression. Multiple Linear Regression with dependent variable of regional development bank profit and independent variable consist of Bank size (SIZE), business risk of BPD bank (RISK_Bt), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operational Cost to Operating Income (BOPO), Return of Equity (ROE), Interest Rate of Bank (INTEREST), Provincial Capital Investment to Bank BPD (PMD), Regional Minimum Wage (UMR), Initial Public Offering Dummy (DIPO), and Bank Business Target Dummy (DSARBISB). The result of descriptive statistical analysis concluded that the capital investment of 26 provincial governments in 26 regional development banks describes the varying bank performance caused by different bank sizes. The results of multiple regression analysis can conclude that all independent variables are able to both explain the dependent variable at a significant level of level below 1%, as well as individually ten independent variables that are statistically significantly different with zero at levels below 1%, below 5%, and below 10%."

"ABSTRACT
For more than a decade, Indonesia has been practicing decentralization. During this period, local governments still experience difficulties in generating local revenues to fund their development. Local government bonds (LGBs) are actually one of the finest sources for financing local development. However until now there is no real practice in issuing local bonds in Indonesia though it is allowed in the existing regulation. There are still many considerations which hindered the realisation of LGB issuance ranging from the rule of mechanism to the local governments readiness themselves. To gain more insights about the issue, learning from another country (in Japan) on how they manage LGBs effectively and securely will be beneficial. Comparison model between the two countries is chosen to see the regulation and managerial aspects in LGB implementation including the main institution in central level, rules of the game, buyers and purposes. By having this comparison, it is expected that some crucial factors can be looked at, which may then provide us some information on why LGBs are yet to bloom in Indonesia. Moreover, the comparison is expected to provide some basis about the possibility to ease policy adoption for Indonesia in managing LGBs."
