"Pemilu yang telah diselenggarakan pada tahun 2024 salah satu rangkaiannya mencakup pemilihan anggota DPR, DPD, dan DPRD. Oleh karena itu, banyak dari partai politik peserta pemilu yang melakukan setiap tahapan dalam mencalonkan anggotanya termasuk pemenuhan salah satu syarat mengenai kuota keterwakilan perempuan. Pengaturan kuota keterwakilan perempuan merupakan salah satu upaya dalam menerapkan kebijakan afirmasi yang telah diatur baik dalam Undang-Undang Dasar, Undang-Undang, maupun peraturan lebih lanjut lainnya. Akan tetapi dalam pelaksananaanya masih terdapat ketidakpastian hukum mengenai pemenuhan kuota keterwakilan perempuan, sebagaimana yang telah diatur dalam Peraturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Nomor 10 Tahun 2023. Skripsi ini mencoba menganalisis Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 125-01-08-29/PHPU.DPR-DPRD-XXII/2024 yang berkaitan dengan pembatalan hasil pemilu akibat tidak terpenuhinya syarat keterwakilan perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode doktrinal melalui pendekatan kepustakaan guna menjawab akibat dari tidak terpenuhinya syarat kuota keterwakilan perempuan terhadap hasil pemilu.

The elections that have been held in 2024 include the election of members of the DPR, DPD, and DPRD. Therefore, many of the political parties participating in the elections carry out every stage in nominating their members including the fulfillment of one of the requirements regarding the quota of women's representation. The regulation of the quota of women's representation is one of the efforts to implement the affirmation policy that has been regulated both in the Constitution, Law, and other further regulations. However, in its implementation there is still legal uncertainty regarding the fulfillment of the quota of women's representation, as regulated in the General Election Commission Regulation Number 10 of 2023. This thesis tries to analyze the Constitutional Court Ruling Number 125-01-08-29/PHPU.DPR-DPRD-XXII/2024 relating to the cancellation of election results due to the non-fulfillment of women's representation requirements. This research uses the doctrinal method through a literature approach to answer the consequences of not fulfilling the quota requirement for women's representation on election results."
