"Light is one of the most important factor in plant tissue culture. The growth and development of plant in vitro are affected by light quality. This study examines the influence of different light qualities on the in vitro growth and development of oil palm shoots. Oil palm shoots were cultured in Murashige & Skoog medium under either white fluorescent lamp, white light-emitting diode (LED), red LED, blue LED, combination of red and blue LED, or in darkness. The results show that the growth and development of oil palm shoots are influenced by the light quality. Root initiation and shoot elongation were good under red light, while chlorophyll and sugar content was better produced under white and blue light than red light. In addition to white fluorescent lamp, the combination of red and blue LED resulted in higher growth parameter compared to other light treatments, but the results were not significantly different."

"ABSTRAK
The rapid development of cyberscape has added a new repertoire of security challenges to the state. Despite these emerging cyberthreats, cybersecurity in Indonesia remains in a fledgling state. As such, it is imperative for Indonesia to implement best practices in cybersecurity for the fulfilment of national security. These best practices can arguably be learned from countries that have experience in cybersecurity, particularly hyperconnected societies where access to the internet is an essential, if not vital, common good and the securing that access is imperative. This paper aims to provide a comparative overview of how cybersecurity policies are implemented in three different countries: Estonia, Singapore, and South Korea. These countries have been selected due to their advanced approaches to cybersecurity. From the comparative survey, several best practices in cybersecurity are distilled based on the experiences of the surveyed countries. Then, this paper assesses whether Indonesia exhibits these best practices and concludes how these best practices could be implemented."

"The purpose of the study was to compare the nutritional status of children receiving supplementary food from the high and low performing health centers in East Sumba District, Indonesia.
Assessment of all 15 health centers was the first stage to determine the performance level using input output process approach, and 568 selected households from two performance categories was the second stage to investigate nutritional status. A Scoring system was used to determine the performance level, and anthropometry was used to assess nutritional status. SPSS 10.0 and Epilnfo 6.04b were used for data analyses. The study was conducted from February to March 2001.
All input-process-output and personnel capability variables between the two performance levels were significantly different. The supplementary feeding package fulfilled optimally the standard requirement, but the method and frequency of distribution did not The prevalence of malnutrition was significantly different between the two performance levels.
Lack of transportation and small number of personnel might have influenced the improper nutrition service management.

"Seven erodibility indices were tasted on various soils and various land-use types in West Java. Based on these data, the effect of land-use and soil condition on the various factors influencing soil erodibility are demonstrated. It is found that the indices are often not well related and reasons for this area discussed. It is concluded that with the present knowledge the K-factor seems to be the most reliable index, but its use should be restricted to soils with similar conditions as the American soils on which the index was developed."
