"With the passage of time, supply chain processes have shifted toward IT-based business processes regarding service-oriented architecture (SOA) to augment the agility, integration, and flexibility of IT-based applications in enterprise networks. SOA, as a fast-growing paradigm in IT, uses Web service technologies and provides new pattern integration and interoperability in processes, services, and data. Consequently, many reference models have been developed in the field of SC processes to support the requirements for the related modeling, as well as to apply the development and implementation of supply chain information systems. The aim of this paper is to compare six main supply chain reference models regarding SOA and its underlying concepts and to identify which reference model can support different stages of information system development. The results show that no supply chain reference model can support both the coordination and interaction of process models in more detail and with a service-oriented approach in supply chain process modeling. Moreover, there is a need for a plausible methodology for business process modeling based on the service-oriented approach in the domain of supply chain management (SCM)."

"ABSTRAK
In this paper, we modelled a multi-product four-level integrated supply chain network problem consisting of a supplier, a producer, a wholesaler, and multiple retailers. The aims of this paper are both to find the number of optimum stockpiles in each level and the optimum period length such that the total cost of the chain is minimized while constraints such as limited procurement cost, limited space, and limited ordering cost are satisfied. Mentioned problem is a large non linear programming problem so a developed sequential quadratic programming (SQP) is used to solve the problem. Next, three numerical examples are solved in order to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed methodology and also to evaluate the performance of SQP. At the end, a sensitivity analysis is performed on the change rate of the integrated objective function obtained based on the change rate of the period length."

"Pemrosesan ulang kembali sebuah produk adalah hal yang biasa dilakukan didalam industri proses. Hal tersebut merupakan enabler untuk reverse supply chain di industri proses. Namun penelitian mengenai reverse supply chain di industri proses masih terbatas. Penelitian sebelumnya mengelola risiko reverse supply chain di industri proses secara terpisah yang dapat menyebabkan munculnya permasalahan baru.
Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan semua risiko sehingga proses manajemen risiko dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Untuk mengembangkannya, dibutuhkan daftar risiko dari aktivitas reverse supply chain secara menyeluruh di industri proses, dibutuhkan juga kriteria untuk risiko tersebut. Data yang didapat diolah dengan menggunakan AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) - PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) berdasarkan preferensi dari ahli.
Telah dikumpulkan 8 kriteria dari penelitian sebelumnya, dengan bobot berdasarkan penilaian ahli sebagai berikut: biaya atau investasi tambahan (0.064), pengelolaan volume barang atau produk (0.040), kerugian karena gangguan (0.047), kecepatan recovery bisnis jika terjadi gangguan (0.111), keunggulan daya saing (0.088), lingkungan (0.241), tanggung jawab sosial (0.097), hukum dan undang-undang (0.312). Selanjutnya, penelitian ini melakukan prioritasisasi risiko dengan pendapat ahli dengan menggunakan PROMETHEE.
Penelitian menemukan urutan risiko dari yang paling tinggi ke rendah dimulai dari risiko regulasi, risiko lingkungan, risiko reputasi dan branding, risiko kualitas dan stabilitas, risiko pemindahan dan penanganan, risiko teknis, risiko informasi, risiko penjadwalan dan kapasitas, risiko kuantitas, risiko persediaan dan risiko perlawanan. Dari hasil analisis sensitivitas didapat bahwa 3 kriteria yang paling mempengaruhi hasil akhir PROMETHEE adalah kriteria biaya atau investasi tambahan, kriteria hukum dan undang-undang dan kriteria keunggulan daya saing.

Reprocessing a product is a common practice in the process industry. This is an enabler for the reverse supply chain in the process industry. But research on the reverse supply chain in the process industry is still limited. Previous research managed the risk of reverse supply chain in the process industry separately which could lead to new problems.
This research integrates all risks so that the risk management process is carried out thoroughly. To develop it, it requires a list of risks from the overall reverse supply chain activities in the process industry, and also the criteria for these risks. The data obtained is processed using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) - PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking of Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation) based on expert preferences.
8 criteria have been collected from previous studies, with weights based on expert judgment as follows: investment cost (0.064), volume management (0.040), business interruption value (0.047), business recovery time after interruption (0.111), competitive advantage (0.088), environment (0.241), social responsibility (0.097), legislation (0.312). Furthermore, this study prioritizes risk with expert opinion using PROMETHEE.
The research found the order of risk from the highest to the lowest starting from regulatory risk, environmental risk, reputation and branding risk, quality and stability risk, transfer and handling risk, technical risk, information risk, scheduling and capacity risk, quantity risk, inventory risk and risk of resistance. From the results of the sensitivity analysis, it was found that the 3 criteria that most affected the final results of PROMETHEE were the criteria for additional costs or investments, legal and legal criteria and criteria for competitive advantage.

Supply chain financing (SCF) merupakan bagian dari layanan trade facility yang diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mendapatkan likuiditas sambil mengoptimalkan modal kerja. Saat ini, perbankan membangun solusi SCF berbasis layanan digital yang dikenal sebagai digital platform Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). Studi kasus pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan Bank X sebagai objek studi kasus, dimana Bank X merupakan salah satu Bank BUMN Indonesia. Digital platform FSCM telah dibangun oleh Bank X sejak tahun 2014, yang mana pengembangan platform tersebut dilakukan melalui kerjasama fee sharing dengan pihak ketiga. Seiring dengan peningkatan penggunaan platform FSCM, terdapat permasalahan peningkatan biaya yang besar sebagai akibat meningkatnya financing bank. Hal tersebut dikarenakan melalui mekanisme fee sharing, maka besarnya cost ditentukan dari besarnya financing yang terjadi melalui platform. Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan kajian lebih lanjut mengenai metode yang seharusnya digunakan oleh perbankan dalam mengembangkan digital platform-nya, dalam hal ini digital platform FSCM. Berbagai hal yang harus dianalisis antara lain dilihat dari sisi biaya, manfaat, dan risiko, dengan menggunakan analisis cost dan benefit melalui perhitungan cash flow projection, mengukur besarnya Return on investment (ROI), Payback period (PP), Net present value (NPV), dan Profitability index (PI). Perbandingan cost and benefit akan dilakukan atas tiga alternatif metode pengembangan digital platform, yaitu metode fee sharing, metode out sourcing, dan in sourcing.


Supply chain financing (SCF) is part of the trade facility service which is expected to help companies to obtain liquidity while optimizing working capital. Currently, banks are building a digital services-based of SCF solution, known as the Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) digital platform. The purpose of this research is to know the costs and benefits comparison of FSCM digital platform development on 3 (three) different platform development methods : Software as a System (SaaS), Purchasing System (Out-Sourcing), and In house development (In-Sourcing). This research combines literature study and company observations. The literature study is obtained through books, journals, thesis, and also several websites related to cost and benefit analysis studies. The company observation will use one of the biggest BUMN Bank in Indonesia as the case study object. This findings can be used as reference for banking to determine which digital platform development method is more suitable with their preferences.

Laporan ini membahas seputar kegiatan kerja praktik yang telah dilakukan oleh peserta kerja praktik atas nama Dennis Pratama Kamah di perusahaan Joint Operating Body Pertamina Talisman Jambi Merang JOB PTJM pada Departemen Supply Chain Management dimulai pada 13 Juni 2016 dan diselesaikan pada 26 Agustus 2016. Peserta KP berperan sebagai web developer untuk mengembangkan implementasi proyek aplikasi GO-Hemat dan SCM Dashboard berbasis web. Laporan berisikan pendahuluan mengenai tempat kerja praktik, penjelasan dari serangkaian kegiatan kerja praktik yang dilakukan, serta kesimpulan dan saran dari kerja praktik yang telah dilakukan. Proses model yang digunakan adalah prototyping model dimana implementasinya tidak menggunakan web-framework tertentu dan hanya memanfaatkan library pendukung. Kesulitan selama implementasi adalah pada penetapan requirement yang belum begitu jelas di awal dan membutuhkan pembaruan di setiap iterasi. Kedua aplikasi telah berhasil diimplementasikan dan memenuhi fitur dan requirement dasar maupun tambahan yang dibutuhkan.

ABSTRACT
This report discusses the practical work activities undertaken by the practitioners on behalf of Dennis Pratama Kamah at Joint Operating Body Pertamina Talisman Jambi Merang JOB PTJM at the Supply Chain Management Department which started on June 13, 2016, and completed on August 26, 2016. The author acts as a web developer to develop implementation of GO Hemat and SCM Dashboard which are based on web applications. The report contains an introduction of the practical workplace, an explanation of a series of practical work activities undertaken, conclusions, and suggestions from that practical work. The model process used is prototyping model which implementation does not use a specific web framework and only use the supporting libraries. The difficulty faced during the implementation is the decision of the requirements which are not very clear at the beginning and still needs updates in each iteration. Both applications had been successfully implemented and meet the basic additional features or requirements needed."

Pada skripsi ini dibahas mengenai pemilihan strategi green supply chain management
(GSCM) untuk PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP).
GSCM dilakukan sebagai upaya mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari aktivitas-aktivitas yang
dilakukan perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dan
subkriteria pemilihan strategi GSCM dan menganalisis pemilihan strategi GSCM yang sesuai
untuk PT.XYZ. Melalui penelitian ini akan terbentuk jaringan ANP yang terdiri dari 6
kriteria dan 29 subkriteria yang terkumpul berbagai studi literatur dan pendapat para pakar.
Dari 6 kriteria terdapat 1 kriteria yang berisi strategi GSCM, yaitu terdiri dari risk-based
strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy.
Metode ANP memudahkan pemilihan strategi GSCM yang kompleks melalui proses yang
terstuktur dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif konsep ramah lingkungan dari para pakar
dan perusahaan. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa innovation-based strategy sebagai
strategi green supply chain management yang paling tepat dan sesuai untuk PT.XYZ

ABSTRACT
This study elaborates business strategy selection for green supply chain management for
PT.XYZ via Analytical Network Process. GSCM is initiated as a response to reduce
environmental impacts from industrial activities. The purposes of this study are identifying
criteria and sub criteria in selecting GSCM Strategy and analyzing a suitable GSCM strategy
for PT.XYZ. This study proposes ANP network of 6 criteria and 29 sub criteria, which
collected from literature review and experts judgement. One from six criteria contains GSCM
strategy choices which are risk-based strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based
strategy, dan closed loop strategy. ANP solves complex GSCM strategy-selection by using
more structured process and considering green perspectives from experts and PT.XYZ. The
result from this research is innovation-based strategy as the most suitable and proper green
supply chain management strategy for PT.XYZ"

Industri UKM memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing UKM secara global, maka idnustri UKM perlu memanfaatkan teknologi e-commerce yang memiliki keuntungan operasional bagi UKM. Bidang fesyen menjadi salah satu fokus pengembangan industri 4.0 di Indonesia. Pelanggan yang menggunakan e-commerce memiliki kecendrungan untuk membeli produk dengan cepat, untuk itu percepatan rantai pasok dengan menerapkan konsep lean supply chain diharapkan mampu mewujudkan hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempercepat waktu aliran rantai pasok yang terjadi di UKM fesyen e-commerce dengan pendekatan Business Process Reengineering. Temuan waste pada aliran rantai pasok akan dihilangkan atau dikurangi dengan best practice BPR yang didapatkan berdasarkan wawancara kemudian diolah dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP . Kemudian akan dikaitkan dengan tools lean dan menghasilkan beberapa skenario. Didapatkan skenario terbaik, yakni UKM melakukan strategi outsourcing khusus bagian produksi dengan efisiensi waktu mencapai 55,29 atau 13,89 hari.

SME industry has an important role in the economic growth of Indonesia. To improve the competitiveness of SMEs globally, SMEs need to utilize e commerce technologies that have operational advantages for SMEs. Fashion field becomes one of the focus of industry development 4.0 in Indonesia. Customers using e commerce have a tendency to buy products quickly, for that supply chain acceleration by applying the concept of lean supply chain is expected to realize it. This study aims to accelerate the supply chain time flow that occurs in SME fashion e commerce with Business Process Reengineering approach. The waste findings in the supply chain flow will be eliminated or reduced by the best practice BPR obtained based on the interview and then processed by Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP method. It will then be associated with lean tools and generate some scenarios. Obtained best scenario, the SMEs to do a special outsourcing strategy part production with the efficiency of time reached 55.29 or 13.89 days."
