"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh iklan media sosial terhadap niat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan total 97 responden. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier. Hasil perhitungan data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung antara iklan media sosial dengan minat beli sebesar 0,504 atau 50,4%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklan Instagram media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli untuk semua produk yang diiklankan oleh e-commerce pada iklan Instagram, kepada generasi milenial di Jakarta, Banten, dan Jawa Barat.

This study aims to examine the effect of social media advertising on purchase intention. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data was collected through a survey with a total of 97 respondents. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire and data analysis used linear regression. The results of the calculation of research data show that there is a direct influence between social media advertising and purchase intention of 0.504 or 50.4%. The results showed that social media Instagram ads had a positive effect on buying interest for all products advertised by e-commerce on Instagram ads, to the millennial generation in Jakarta, Banten, and West Java."

"Lebih dari 3 miliar orang di dunia menggunakan web untuk menemukan produk, hiburan, dan teman (Chaffey, 2012). Realitas bahwa web juga digunakan untuk menemukan produk, kemudian mendorong perubahan praktik bisnis dan pemasaran ke ranah digital. Pemasaran digital berbeda dengan dengan pemasaran tradisional, tantangan terbesarnya terletak pada penentuan inovasi yang relevan, baik dengan perusahaan, maupun dengan audiens yang dituju (Chaffey, 2012: 8). Relevansi menjadi salah satu indikator penentuan keberhasilan praktik pemasaran digital. Akan tetapi, untuk menjadi “relevan” itu tidak mudah. Perlu ada serangkaian riset untuk mengenali siapa audiens kita, mengetahui apa minatnya, bahkan mencari tahu apa yang mereka tidak suka, yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan tujuan/misi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, di sini saya menggunakan perspektif Antropologis milik Ingold, yaitu korespondensi dalam upaya mengenali audiens sebagai basis data penentuan proses mendesain dan memproduksi konten pemasaran digital. Melalui korespondensi, saya menemukan bahwa perspektif Antropologi dapat mendukung proses mendesain dan memproduksi konten social media menjadi lebih relevan dengan minat audiens, sebagaimana yang menjadi tujuan praktik pemasaran digital.

More than 3 billion people worldwide use the web to find products, entertainment and friends (Chaffey, 2012). The reality that the web is also used to find products, then drives changes in business and marketing practices to the digital realm. Digital marketing is different from traditional marketing, the biggest challenge lies in determining relevant innovations, both with the company and with the intended audience (Chaffey, 2012: 8). Relevance is one indicator of determining the success of digital marketing practices. However, to be "relevant" is not easy. There needs to be a series of research to identify who our audience is, find out what their interests are, even find out what they don't like, which is then adjusted to the company's goals/mission. Therefore, here I use Ingold's Anthropological perspective, namely correspondence in an effort to identify the audience as a database for determining the process of designing and producing digital marketing content. Through correspondence, I found that the Anthropological perspective can support the process of designing and producing social media content to be more relevant to the interests of the audience, as is the goal of digital marketing practices."

"Industri pakaian  merupakan industri yang tidak akan menghilang dan dapat memberikan peluang bisnis yang besar.  Dengan tingginya permintaan akan pakaian dan aksesoris, maka dibutuhkan usaha untuk mendukung UMKM dalam memanfaatkan kesempatan ini. Alaskaki Concept sebagai subjek dari penelitian ini merupakan salah satu UMKM yang menjual pakaian dan aksesoris. Business coaching dilakukan pada UMKM ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam,observasi dan survei kepada pemilik, karyawan, dan pelanggan UMKM. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui analisis proses bisnis, analisis kanvas model bisnis, analisis STP (Segementing, Targetting, Positioning), analisis internal dan eksternal, dan mengarah pada analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan Instagram sebagai saluran pemasaran digital dan pembuatan  panduan dalam mengunggah konten instagram untuk UKM Alaskaki Concept.

The clothing industry is an industry that will not disappear and can provide great business opportunities. With the high demand for clothing and accessories, efforts are needed to support MSMEs in taking advantage of this opportunity. Alaskaki Concept as the subject of this research is one of the SMEs that sells clothing and accessories. Business coaching is carried out on these MSMEs using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations and surveys to owners, employees, and customers of MSMEs. The data collected is analyzed through business process analysis, business model canvas analysis, STP (Segementing, Targeting, Positioning) analysis, internal and external analysis, and leads to a SWOT analysis. This study aims to optimize the use of Instagram as a digital marketing channel and guide making on uploading Instagram content for Alaskaki Concept MSME."

"Tesis ini ingin menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh media performance portal social media terhadap sebuah attitude program social marketing, serta hubungannya dengan source credibility portal tersebut. Program sosial yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah program Generasi Berencana. Penelitian menggunakan metode Structural Equations Modelling (SEM).
Berdasarkan data dari 150 responden maka dapat diketahui bahwa dalam program social marketing, kredibilitas sumber, engagement, dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap pembentukan prilaku, namun tidak untuk awareness sebuah program. Kemudian didapatkan temuan bahwa sikap berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku, namun norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh secara positif dalam pembentukan niat perilaku.

The thesis is to examine the influence of marketing mix by media performance social media portals attitude towards a social marketing program, and its relationship with the source credibility portal. Social programs that made the object of research are the generation of program planning. The Research is using Structural Equations Modeling (SEM).
Based on data from 150 respondents it can be seen that in social marketing programs, source credibility, engagement, word of mouth and positive influence on the formation of behavior, but not for an awareness program. Then research obtained findings that attitudes influence behavioral intention, but not subjective norms positively influence the formation of behavioral intentions."

Era digitalisasi saat ini memang sudah merasuki sendi-sendi kehidupan. Hampir semua tatanan sosial masyarakat berubah, tak terkecuali di bidang pemasaran. Muncul media-media baru yang dianggap lebih efektif untuk menyukseskan kegiatan pemasaran. Jurnal ilmiah ini akan menganalisis pemasaran dari brand AirAsia selaku salah satu maskapai penerbangan bertarif rendah dalam memanfaatkan media digital dalam upaya untuk berkomunikasi ataupun berpromosi kepada para konsumennya. Analisis akan berfokus pada media sosial dan situs resmi dari AirAsia. Pada akhirnya, tulisan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang cukup jelas bagaimana maskapai penerbangan AirAsia menjalankan strategi pemasaran digital sebagai salah satu kunci kesuksesannya menjadi maskapai bertarif rendah terbaik di dunia.

At present, the era of digitized has penetrated to the core of people 39 s lives. Almost every social construct has changed because of it, including within the field of marketing. Leading to the increasing number of medias deemed more effective to make a successful marketing strategy. This scientific journal will analyse the brand AirAsia, as a low cost commercial airline, in incorporating several digital media outlets in their marketing strategy for both promotional outlet and as a communication channel to their consumers. The analysis will focus onto the social media as well as AirAisa 39 s official website. In general, this journal is expected to provide a clear description in how AirAsia 39 s successfully implemented their digital marketing strategy making them one the best low cost commercial airline in the world. "Latar Belakang: Pemasaran rumah sakit melalui media digital menjadi semakin diminati karena masifnya pengguna internet di seluruh dunia. Rumah Sakit UKRIDA merupakan rumah sakit yang relatif baru di kawasan Jakarta Barat yang telah mengimplementasikan pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, memperkuat brand image, serta membangun brand loyalty. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemasaran digital dengan loyalitas pengunjung dan citra merk RS UKRIDA. Metode: Data primer diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner online oleh 105 orang pengunjung rumah sakit. Pemasaran digital dinilai dari aspek perceived relevance, informativeness, usefulness, authenticity, entertainment, aesthetics, dan variety. Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara seluruh aspek pemasaran digital dengan citra RS maupun dengan loyalitas pengunjung. Authenticity dari konten pemasaran digital memiliki hubungan paling dominan terhadap citra RS dan loyalitas pengunjung. Citra RS juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan loyalitas pengunjung. Regresi logistik ganda menunjukkan citra rumah sakit memiliki hubungan paling erat dengan loyalitas pengunjung (OR = 18,817) setelah dikontrol oleh variabel pemasaran digital. Kesimpulan: Upaya promosi RS UKRIDA di media digital harus diimbangi dengan upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan pasien dengan tujuan untuk mempertahankan citra rumah sakit serta membangun loyalitas pengunjung.

Introduction: Hospital marketing through digital media is becoming increasingly popular due to the massive number of internet users worldwide. UKRIDA Hospital, a new hospital in West Jakarta, has implemented digital marketing to increase brand awareness, strengthen brand image, and build brand loyalty. Objectives: This study aims to determine the relationship among digital marketing, visitor loyalty, and the brand image of UKRIDA Hospital. Methods: Primary data were collected from 105 hospital visitors using an online questionnaire. Digital marketing is assessed in terms of perceived relevance, informativeness, usefulness, authenticity, entertainment, aesthetics, and variety. Results: There was a significant relationship between all aspects of digital marketing and both hospital image and visitor loyalty. Content authenticity showed the most dominant relationship to hospital image and visitor loyalty. Hospital image was also found to have a significant relationship with visitor loyalty. Multiple logistic regression indicated that hospital image had the closest relationship with visitor loyalty (OR = 18.817) after being controlled by digital marketing aspects as confounding variables. Conclusion: Digital marketing efforts of UKRIDA Hospital must be balanced with efforts to improve service quality to increase patient trust and satisfaction, with the aim of maintaining the image of the hospital and building visitor loyalty."
