"The study of quality management is associated with improved quality. Improved quality also is basically related to the decision-making at every stage of the production process. The decisions made will determine the success rate of quality improvement can be achieved. To achieve optimal results, we need quality improvement model as a planning program. The impact is related to the cost. This paper reviews several models of quality improvement. The discussion begins with a list of some existing models. Afterwards the models are grouped into a model approach that surveys the impact of quality improvement on the stages in the production process. Analysis is carried out on several models in order to achieve a target of the desired quality. From the analysis and discussion on the models of product quality improvement, it was found that the commercial aspects need to be taken into account in improving the product quality."

"Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis tantangan dan masalah, dan juga membantu salah satu Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM) yang bernama ZENMUAY yang berjalan di industri olahraga di Indonesia, untuk mencari solusi dari masalah yang dimilikinya. Studi ini sendiri memakai metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan analisis, ditemukan bahwa perusahaan memiliki masalah pada sistem pelaporan keuangan dan mereka perlu melakukan analisis kelayakan investasi untuk mengambil keputusan pada pilihan dimana mereka harus tetap menyewa tempat yang mereka pakai dengan harga sewa yang naik dari tahun sebelumnya atau pindah ke tenpat lain dengan harga sewa yang lebih murah dan tempat yang lebih besar. Kedua masalah dan tantangan tersebut di analisis dengan menggunakan analisis Five Forces Framework, SWOT, TOWS, Business Model Canvas, Segmenting, Targeting, dan Positioning (STP), dan Market Overview. Solusi yang disajikan untuk UMKM adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi keuangan dari Bank Indonesia yang bernama Si-APIK untuk mengatasi masalah pada sistem pelaporan keuangan, dan melakukan analisis keuangan dengan menghitung net present value, internal rate of return, discounted payback period, dan profitability index sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan.

The aim of this study is to discuss challenges and problems, and also help one of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) called ZENMUAY that engaged in the sports industry in Indonesia, to find solutions to its problems. This study uses qualitative methods. Based on the analysis, it was found that the company had problem in financial reporting system and they are required to analyze their financial feasibility for making decision in either stay in their current place with the increase in lease price or move to other place with cheaper rent and bigger place. The problem and challenges analyzed by analyzing Five Forces Framework, SWOT, TOWS, Business Model Canvas, Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning Analysis, and Market Overview. The solution provided for the MSME is to use financial application from Bank Indonesia, called Si-APIK for fixing their financial repot system, and analyze the investment feasibility through calculates net present value, internal rate of return, discounted payback period, and profitability index of the company."
