"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor inovasi terhadap peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan pada perusahaan telekomunikasi. Perusahaan telekomunikasi yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah PT Indosat Tbk., sampel diambil dari pelanggan Indosat yang berada di Jabodetabek dan menggunakan produk dan layanan GSM dari Indosat. Faktor inovasi yang digunakan adalah relative advantage dan compatibility, dan dilihat dari 4 area inovasi yaitu produk, layanan, teknologi, dan pemasaran. Sedangkan loyalitas pelanggan tersusun dari beberapa anteseden, yaitu customer expectation, perceived quality, perceived value, corporate image, customer satisfaction, customer trust/confidence, customer commitment, customer complaint, dan customer loyalty. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) didapatkan bahwa ternyata faktor inovasi tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, namun tetap memiliki pengaruh total yang signifikan melalui pengaruhnya terhadap anteseden dari loyalitas, seperti customer expectation, perceived quality, corporate image, dan customer trust/confidence. Selain itu, didapatkan pula bahwa faktor inovasi (relative advantage dan compatibility), komitmen pelanggan (customer commitment), kepercayaan pelanggan (customer trust/confidence), dan kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) merupakan empat faktor utama yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Indosat. Melalui pengaruhnya yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas, Indosat perlu mempertimbangkan faktor inovasi (relative advantage dan compatibility) dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggannya, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan value dari Indosat.

This study aimed to investigate the influence of innovation factors to increase customer loyalty in the telecom companies. Telecommunications Company which becomes object of the research is PT Indosat Tbk., and samples were taken from our customers who live in Jabodetabek and use of products and services from Indosat's GSM. Innovation factors used are relative advantage and compatibility, and its being view from four areas of innovation, product, service, technology, and marketing. While customer loyalty is composed of several antecedents, namely customer expectation, perceived quality, perceived value, corporate image, customer satisfaction, customer trust/confidence, customer commitment, customer complaint, and customer loyalty. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using showed that in fact innovation factors has no significant direct influence on customer loyalty, but still has a significant total effect through its influence on the antecedents of loyalty, as customer expectation, perceived quality, corporate image and customer trust/confidence. In addition, it was found also that the factor of innovation (relative advantage and compatibility), commitment of customer, customer trust, and customer satisfaction are the four main factors that have significant influence on customer loyalty in Indosat. Through a significant effect on loyalty, Indosat will need to consider the factor of innovation (relative advantage and compatibility) in improving customer loyalty, which in turn will increase the value of Indosat."

"Untuk mempertahankan dan mengembangkan hubungan dengan konsumen, kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) adalah hal yang utama. Dari kepuasan ini akan tercipta loyalitas pelanggan yang pada akhirnya akan menjamin kehidupan dan daya saing bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang harus diprioritaskan oleh perusahaan untuk terus ditingkatkan kualitasnya, hal tersebut untuk meningkatkan customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty bagi perusahaan pada tiga bank BUMN, yaitu Bank BNI,Bank BRI, dan Bank Mandiri.
Faktor-faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bank reliability, physical aspect, bank trust, customer orientation, bank image, bank facilities, dan bank fee. Dengan metode structural equation modeling didapatkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh pada customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty pada setiap bank berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, bank-bank tersebut juga harus menyesuaikan perancangan aktivitas Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dari sisi yang berbeda pula.

In order to retain customers and develop relationship with them, customer satisfaction is the main key. Customer satisfaction will lead to customer loyalty that will ultimately guarantee the existence and competitiveness of the organization. This research aims to find out what factors should be prioritized to continuously be improved that will increase customer satisfaction and customer retention of the company on three state-owned banks, Bank BNI, Bank BRI, and Bank Mandiri.
The factors used in this research are bank reliability, physical aspect, bank trust, customer orientation, bank image, bank facility, and bank fee.Structural equation modeling method shows that the factors that influence customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at each bank are different and therefore each bank also has to adjust the design of their CRM activities from different side.

"Kualitas infrastruktur jalan Indonesia hanya menempati peringkat ke-64 dari 137 negara yang diteliti. Peringkat tersebut tertinggal dari Singapura yang menempati peringkat ke-2, Malaysia ke-23, Brunei Darussalam ke-33, Thailand ke-59. Kendala kurang optimalnya infrastruktur disebabkan permasalahan ketersediaan dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur jalan berdasarkan aspek berkelanjutan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis indikator infrastruktur jalan di Indonesia berdasarkan aspek berkelanjutan dan mengevaluasi pengaruh masing-masing indikator terhadap variabel dari infrastruktur jalan berkelanjutan menurut persepsi antara Aparatur Sipil Negara ASN dan kontraktor terhadap indikator infrastruktur jalan baik dari segi eksisting maupun dari segi harapan.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tinjauan pustaka untuk mendapatkan variabel dan indikator. Selanjutntya metode survei dilakukan untuk melihat persepsi ASN dan kontraktor terhadap variabel dan indikator tersebut. Analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0.
Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ASN menyatakan bahwa untuk kondisi eksisting infrastruktur jalan, indikator penerangan jalan adalah yang paling berpengaruh dengan ditunjukkan nilai loading factor terbesar yaitu sebesar 0.904, sedangkan untuk harapan dari infrastruktur jalan, indikator proses peninjauan lingkungan adalah yang paling berpengaruh dengan ditunjukkan dengan nilai loading factor terbesar yaitu 1.000.
Kontraktor menyatakan bahwa untuk kondisi eksisting infrastruktur jalan, indikator proses peninjauan lingkungan adalah yang paling berpengaruh dengan ditunjukkan dengan nilai loading factor terbesar yaitu sebesar 1.000, sedangkan untuk harapan dari infrastruktur jalan, bahwa indikator akses pejalan kaki, sepeda, dan angkutan umum adalah yang paling berpengaruh dengan ditunjukkan dengan nilai loading factor terbesar yaitu 1.000.

The quality of Indonesia 39 s road infrastructure is ranked only 64th out of 137 countries studied. The ranking left behind of Singapore placed second, Malaysia on 23rd , Brunei Darussalam on 33rd , and Thailand on 59th. The constraints of less optimal infrastructure due to problems of availability and maintenance of road infrastructure based on sustainable aspects.
This study aims to analyze indicators of road infrastructure in Indonesia based on sustainable aspects and evaluate the correlation of each indicator to the variables of sustainable road infrastructure according to the perception between the civil servant and the contractor on the road infrastructure indicator either from the existing condition or the expectation condition.
The method used in this research is literature review to get the variables and indicators. Furthermore, the survey method is conducted to see the perceptions of civil servant and contractors on these variables and indicators. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling SEM with Partial Least Square approach using SmartPLS 3.0 software.
From the result of the research, it is concluded that civil servant stated that for the existing condition of road infrastructure, indicator of street lighting is the most correlated with indicated by the biggest loading factor factor that is equal to 0.904, while for the expectation from road infrastructure, environmental assessment process indicator is the most correlated with indicated by the largest loading factor value is 1,000.
The contractor stated that for the existing condition of road infrastructure, the environmental review process indicator is the most correlated with the largest loading factor value of 1,000, while for the expectation from the road infrastructure that pedestrian, bicycle and public transportation access indicators are the most correlated as indicated by the largest loading factor value of 1,000.
