"There are many models for measuring service quality, SERVQUAL, SERPERF, STIEQUAL,
E-SQ and E-S-QUAL. Every model offers some advantages and weakness. Previous research
proved that E-S-QUAL model is the best assessment to measure online service quality
in banking industry because it has an excellent external validity and enough consistency in
reliability. The objectives of this research are to examine the effects of online service quality
in banking industry on the effect on customer satisfaction. Research involved 124 customers
internet banking. By measuring criterion validity of E-S-QUAL, it found that E-S-QUAL has a
good validity and reliability for measuring the quality of banking online services. By using F
test, the result revealed that all dimensions of online service quality has significantly effects
on customer satisfaction. By using t –test only site aesthetic variable has significantly effect
on customer satisfaction. The managerial implication of this research is that banking industry
should develop online service not only for effeciency, system availability, privacy, assurance,
but the most important thing is also the aesthetics aspect to enhance their customer satisfaction."

"The research aim was to assess the influence of the service quality of mobile banking (m-banking) against customer satisfaction at the greatest banks in Indonesia. Elements of the quality of mobile banking services (m-banking) were speed, security, accuracy, and trust. The population of this study was bank customers from eight of the greatest bank in Indonesia -- Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, Bank BCA, Bank BNI, Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, and Bank Panin -- who used mobile banking which totaled 19.9 million customers with the size of the sample being 400 respondents. The sampling method used nonprobability sampling by incidental sampling. The results by using a structural equation modeling (SEM) found significant influences between service quality of mobile banking (m-banking) partially and simultaneously to customer satisfaction."

"Mengkonsumsi kopi sudah menjadi rutinitas bagi sebagian orang setiap hari, berbagai hal pun menjadi alasan mereka untuk mengunjungi kedai kopi. Hal ini juga terjadi di Payakumbuh, dimana mengkonsumsi kopi sudah menjadi rutinitas bagi masyarakat disana. Intensitas yang tinggi menjadi pemicu industri ini berkembang pesat, untuk memenuhi berbagai alasan tersebut muncullah kedai kopi dengan berbagai konsep. Dalam industri ini, hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah bagaimana membentuk loyalitas dari para konsumennya. Salah satu faktor pembentuk loyalitas itu sendiri adalah kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh kualitas layanan, atmosfer toko, dan kewajaran harga yang memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dan membentuk loyalitas. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah konklusif deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan self-administered questionnaire. Dalam penelitian ini Terdapat 197 responden berusia < 18 - 55 tahun di Payakumbuh yang merupakan konsumen kedai kopi di Payakumbuh dalam 3 bulan terakhir yang berpartisipasi. Data yang berhasil terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25 dan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kualitas layanan, atmosfer toko, dan kewajaran harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan yang kemudian memengaruhi loyalitas.

Coffee consumption has become routine for numerous individuals, and their motivations for frequent coffee shops vary. This also occurs in Payakumbuh, where coffee consumption has become a habit for the locals. High intensity is the catalyst for this industry's quick growth; to meet these needs, coffee shops with varied concepts develop. The issue that needs to be addressed in this sector is how to establish consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction is one of the aspects that contribute to building a foundation of loyalty. This study examines at how service quality, store atmosphere, and price fairness effect consumer satisfaction and loyalty. The study approach employed was conclusive descriptive, with quantitative methodologies via a self-administered questionnaire. In this study, 197 Payakumbuh residents aged 18 to 55 years old who had visited a coffee shop in the previous three months took part. The data was analyzed with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) and processed with SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 4. According to the study's findings, service quality, store atmosphere, and price fairness all influence satisfaction, which in turn influences loyalty.

"Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menjadi pemicu adanya transisi pada aktivitas industri retail, dari bentuk yang tradisional yaitu brick and mortar menjadi bentuk yang lebih digital dan berbasis internet. Lebih lanjut, transisi tersebut juga menghasilkan terjadinya kombinasi dari keduanya menjadi bentuk multichannel dengan tujuan pengalaman konsumen yang seamless, sehingga usaha penyedia layanan adalah mengoperasikan bentuk layanan multichannel yang tertutup menjadi layanan multichannel yang terintegrasi. Melalui pendekatan akademis ataupun industri, pengembangan layanan multichannel bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pelayanan konsumen dengan lebih efektif. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan konseptualisasi consumer experiences sebagai pedoman analisis. Kemudian, penelitian ini juga menghipotesiskan customer experiences (utilitarian, aesthetic appeal dan playfulness) sebagai instrumen penghubung antara kualitas layanan multichannel (MSDQ) dan intensi penggunaan kembali. Untuk memberikan gambaran konseptual yang lebih kompleks, customer involvement juga dihipotesiskan memiliki pengaruh moderasi pada customer experiences. Perceived compatibility juga digunakan sebagai variabel mediasi antara customer experiences yang berpengaruh pada intensi penggunaan kembali. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, data dikumpulkan dari konsumen multichannel di Indonesia (n=412). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model yang dikonseptualisasikan adalah prediktor yang baik yang berdampak pada intensi penggunaan kembali. Keterbatasan dan implikasi dari penelitian ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut.

Development of information and communication technologies (ICT) have led the transition of retail industries, from traditional (i.e.,) to digital and internet-based exchanges. Further, the transition also has led to the combination of both channels to enhance seamless customer experience, promoting a shift from siloed multichannel to integrated multichannel business. Towards the increasing attention from both academic and industrial approach, the growing of multichannel proposed to serve consumer effectively. This study adopted quantitative method approach using the conceptualization of multichannel customer experience as analytical guideline. Then, this study draws on nomological model that hypothesizes thus customer experience (containing utilitarian, aesthetic appeal and playfulness) as linking instrument between multichannel service delivery quality (MSDQ) and continued engagement intention. Supplementary, customer involvement also posits to impact customers’ experience. Perceived compatibility also posits as mediating variable between customer experience in the effect on continued engagement intention. To achieve the research objective, data collected from multichannel shoppers in Indonesia (n=412). The finding demonstrates the model conceptualized were good predictors which impact to continued engagement intention. Limitations and implication of this study is are further discussed. "

"Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor fundamental yang menentukan keberhasilan sebuah organisasi dalam mewujudkan visi dan misinya. Khususnya dalam industri jasa perbankan, keberadaan sumber daya manusia memiliki fungsi strategis dan menentukan kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan dalam hal ini menjadi faktor kunci sukses bagi organisasi yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pelayanan seperti perbankan. Dalam kaitannya dengan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai frontoffice pada Panin Bank cabang Utama Palmerah. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pegawai frontoffice adalah bagian dari tujuan perusahaan Panin Bank.
Dari berbagai metode peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pegawai frontoffice maka peranan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja dianggap menjawab kebutuhan pegawai dalam meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Dari teori yang mendasari pengaruhnya terhadap kualitas pelayanan maka digunakan teori John P.Kotter untuk kepemimpinan, Federick Herzberg untuk motivasi kerja dan Zethaml untuk kualitas pelayanan.
Penelitian menggunakan survei dengan melibatkan 100 orang yang diambil dengan teknik sensus. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui penelitian lapangan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Sebelum dilakukan analisis, terlebih dahulu instrumen di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dengan jumlah responden 30 orang. Pengujian validitas dengan rumus Spearman Rank dan pengujian reliabilitas dengan rumus Spearmen Brown. Analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural yang dihitung dengan menggunakan program LISREL.
Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai frontoffice. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin efektif pelaksanaan fungsi kepemimpinan, maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja pegawai. Kedua, kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai frontoffice.
Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin efektif pelaksanaan fungsi kepemimpinan, maka semakin baik kualitas pelayanan pegawai. Kepemimpinan juga memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kualitas pelayanan melalui motivasi kerja, sehingga kepemimpinan yang efektif akan mendorong motivasi kerja pegawai yang selanjutnya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Ketiga, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai frontoffice.
Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi kerja, maka semakin baik kualitas pelayanan pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka kepemimpinan harus diperbaiki dengan menciptakan situasi krisis dengan menunjukkan fakta-fakta bahwa perusahaan sedang mengalami persaingan ketat yang menuntut perubahan-perubahan untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dan pimpinan juga harus menjadi orang pertama dalam memulai setiap visi perubahan yang telah diprogramkan. Perbaikan motivasi kerja dapat dilakukan dengan mengutamakan fungsi edukatif dalam melaksanakan pengawasan, memberikan umpan balik terhadap hasil kerja pegawai, dan mengevaluasi penerapan sistem kompensasi dan karir agar lebih transparan dan adil.

Human resource is the fundamental factor that determine of organization success in realizing the vision and mission. Especially in banking service industries, existence of human resource have the strategic function and determine the service quality. In this case, service quality become the key success factor for service organization like a banking. In relation with the problem, this research aimed to know the influence of leadership and work motivation toward service quality of frontoffice employee at Panin Bank Palmerah main branch office. The improvement service quality of frontoffice employee is an element of Panin Bank company.
From several methods in improve their service quality. Leadership and motivation is needed employee to imporove their performance. After considering various theories which influence towards service quality, it was decided to explore the influence of leadership based on John P.Kotter theory, Work motivation is based on Federick Herzberg,Theory Service Quality is based on Zethmal Theory.
The research using survey by involving 100 peoples taken with census technique. Primary data used that collected with field research through spreading questionnaire. Before the analysis were conducted, first the instrument was test its validity and reliability to 30 respondents. Validity test with Spearmen Rank formula and reliability test with Spearmen Brown formula. Structural equation modeling (SEM) used for data analysis which calculated by using LISREL program.
Result of hypothesis examination indicate that: firstly, leadership have the influence to work motivation of frontoffice employee. This result indicate that more effective of leadership function, employee work motivation will increase. Second, leadership have the influence to service quality of frontoffice employee.
This result indicate that more effective of leadership function, will increasing the service quality. Leadership also have the indirect effect to service quality through work motivation, so that effective leadership will push the work motivation and than improve the service quality. Third, work motivation have influence to service quality of frontoffice employee.
This finding indicate that more increase work motivation, will increasing the service quality. Based on the research result, leadership must be improved by creating the crisis situation with showing the facts that is company in the tight competition conditon which need changes to keep the existence and leader also have to become the first person in strarting every change vision which have been programmed. Improving work motivation can be done by give priority the educative function in doing supervision, give the feedback toward employee work result, evaluate applying of compensation and career system to be more fair and transparent."

"Kepuasan mahasiswa akan tutorial tatap muka (TTM) sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh pegawai UPBJJ-UT Kupang dan tutor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: pertama, gambaran kualitas layanan TTM secara umum di UPBJJ-UT Kupang. Kedua, Aspek-aspek layanan TTM yang perlu diperbaiki agar pelayanan dapat ditingkatkan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner ke sejumlah mahasiswa dalam rangka untuk menilai dan membandingkan antara kualitas layanan yang diharapkan (expected service) dan yang dirasakan (perceived service) oleh mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat aspek-aspek layanan TTM yang harus diperbaiki oleh UPBJJ-UT dan tutor. Penelitian ini menyajikan suatu analisis akan pengujian kualitas layanan dari sisi mahasiswa.

Student's satisfaction of face-to-face tutorial (TTM) is influenced by the quality of services that the staffs of the Kupang Regional Centre and tutor give. The aim of this research is to find out: first, the quality of TTM services at the Kupang Regional Centre. Second, what aspects of services that needs to be improved in accordance with the student's satisfaction. Data gathered by spreading questionnaires to the students in order to evaluate and compare between students' expected services and students' perceived services. The research result shows that there are aspects of TTM services that need to be improved by the Regional Centre and tutor. This research presents an analysis of assessment of the quality of services from the student's point of view."

"Tesis ini menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas jasa teknis dan kualitas jasa fungsional terhadap kepuasan layanan terhadap nasabah peserta kegiatan pada program "DAYA" dan Economic quality of life para nasabah. Selain itu penelitian juga dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana peran kepuasan layanan dan Economic quality of life terhadap nasabah dalam membangun intensi berperilaku . Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan metode multiple regresi linear untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh satu variabel bila dipengaruhi oleh dua variabel secara bersamaan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas jasa teknis dan kualitas jasa fungsional terhadap kepuasan layanan terhadap nasabah peserta kegiatan pada program "DAYA", antara kepuasan layanan dengan intensi berperilaku nasabah. Namun dari hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas jasa teknis dan kualitas jasa fungsional terhadap Economic quality of life nasabah peserta kegiatan pada program "DAYA" dan antara Economic quality of life dengan intensi berperilaku nasabah.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of technical service quality and functional service quality to service satisfaction and Economic quality of life of the customer to participants in the "DAYA" program. In addition, research is also carried out to see how the role of the service satisfaction and Economic quality of life of the customer in intentions behavior. This research is a descriptive study using multiple linear regression to determine how the effect of one variable when it is affected by two variables simultaneously.
The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between technical service quality and functional service quality to the customer satisfaction of participants in the "DAYA" program, the customer satisfaction with the intention behavior. the study also showed that there is not a positive and significant relationship between technical service quality and functional service quality to Economic quality of life of participants in the program activities "DAYA" between Economic quality of life with the intention of customer behavior.

"Penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan Wajib Pajak (Suatu studi untuk Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor di SAMSAT Kota Depok). Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kepuasan Wajib Pajak dalam melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya yang diukur dari dimensidimensi kualitas pelayanan dan untuk mengidentifkasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan Wajib Pajak. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan rumus Baliley yaitu berjumlah 100 respnden.
Dari hasil analisis kepuasan Wajib Pajak diperoleh hasil bahwa pelayanan di SAMSAT Kota Depok belum memenuhi harapan Wajib Pajak dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan Wajib Pajak.

This research is about the influence of service quality to satisfaction taxpayer (a studi for vehicle tax in SAMSAT Depok City). This research has goals to description the level of taxpayers satisfaction will be able to pay their obligation is measured from service quality dimension and identification influence of service quality to satisfaction taxpayer. The total of samples in this research based on Baliley formula are 100 respondents.
As result of analysis fron taxpayers satisfaction, the service has not got a good service to taxpayers. This shown by average taxpayers expectation is more than average taxpayers perceived for the fifth services dimension. And service quality have influence is significant to taxpayer satisfaction.

"ABSTRAK
Pada era globalisasi, tranparansi, keterbukaan informasi publik untuk
mengakses data. Pemerintah melakukan pemerintahan yang good governance
untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Salah satu bentuk good governance adalah
pelayanan publik, yang digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dunia usaha
(private sector), dan masyarakat (society). Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat
ini memungkinkan untuk melayani publik secara online dan terintegrasi. Pada
penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh sistem perizinan online,
gambaran sistem perizinan online yang tersedia, dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang
mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan tersebut.
Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process
(AHP) untuk mengkaji penelitian kualitas pelayanan dengan model hierarki, yang
meliputi: kriteria kualitas interaksi yang terdiri dari subkriteria sikap, perilaku,
dan keahlian; kriteria kualitas lingkungan fisik yang terdiri dari subkriteria kondisi
sekitar, desain, dan faktor sosial; serta kriteria kualitas hasil yang terdiri dari
subkriteria waktu tunggu, kesan, rasa emosi, akses data. Penelitian ini dianalisis
dan selanjutnya dikategorikan berdasarkan persepsi pemohon, frontline,
pemerintah.
Berikutnya hasil penelitian berdasarkan persepsi gabungan menunjukkan
bahwa subkriteria yang memiliki prioritas nilai kepentingan untuk daya ungkit
(langsung) terhadap kualitas hasil adalah akses data, waktu tunggu, kesan, dan
rasa emosi, terhadap kualitas interaksi adalah keahlian, sikap, dan perilaku,
terhadap kualitas lingkungan fisik adalah faktor sosial, kondisi sekitar, dan desain.
Untuk alternatif solusi yang diusulkan adalah sistem perizinan online.

ABSTRACT
In the era of globalization, transparency, public information openness to
access the data. The government delivering good governance to answering these
challenges. One of good governance is a public service, is used to meet the needs
of the business (private sector), and community (society). The development of
information technology makes it possible to serve the public with online system
and intregrated. In this study aims to assess the effect of online licensing system,
quick look online licensing system, and the factors that influence the service
quality.
Furthermore, the methods Analytic Hierachy Process (AHP) to assess
research service quality with hierarchy model, include: criteria interaction quality
consist of attitude, behaviors, and expertise; criteria physical environment quality
consist of ambient condition, design, and social factor; and criteria outcome
quality consist of waiting time, tangibles, valence, and access data. This research
analysed and continued be categorized based on perception Applicant, Frontline,
Government.
Next the result of research based on combination all perception show that
subcriteria which has important priority for direct forming at outcome quality is
access data, waiting time, tangibles, valence, and at interaction quality is
expertise, attitude, and behaviours, and next at physical environment quality is
social factor, ambient condition, and design. For solution alternative to propose is
online licensing system."
