"ABSTRACTThis research is about revitalization of research and development (RND) institution in Indonesia. One of the problems faced by Indonesia for decades since independence in 1945 is the institutional arrangement, including RND institutions. The presence of RND institutions is needed to develop new products and improving old products, including helping the government to strengthen the public policy. However, the presence of many institutions -both at the national level (LIPI, BPPT, LAPAN, BATAN, and Division of RND in Ministry), and local level (Division of RND in Provinces and Regency/Municipality)- often not followed by the coordination and synergy well, overlapping research topics, and no inter-institutional research collaboration. Budget, quality of the researcher, number of publication of research and patent, are another challenge. In Indonesia, research was done more to satisfy and curiosity of researchers and not based on market needs. So, Indonesia is necessary to reorientation of science and development by revitalize the RND institution. Mintzberg (1979) in The Structuring of Organizations noted the RND Institution is the support unit in middle levels. Based on the complexity of the problem, I proposed three research questions: (1) how effective the RND institution, what are problems that arise in RND institution, and what is exactly model revitalization for RND institution? This study will use mixed method that combines quantitative research that uses survey method and qualitative research method that uses in-depth interview, focused group discussion, and literature study. The respondent of this research is the researcher in RND institution to find out their experiences and problems during becomes researcher. To formulate the definition of existing problems, I will use tool of Checkland and Scholes (1990), as known as CATWOE and to make the model, I will use Soft System Methodology. "

"Penyediaan APAR yang sesuai, pemasangan yang tepat dan pemeliharaan yang benar, serta pelatihan penggunaan merupakan suatu sistem salah satu pencegahan kebakaran yang sangat efektif dalam pencegahan kebakaran. Namun pada kenyataan di PT.PM ditemukan pengelolaan yang kurang sesuai dengan peraturan melingkupi pemilihan, pemasangan, inspeksi, perawatan, dan penggunaan. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi jumlah APAR sebanyak 109 unit dengan disain studi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan masih terdapat penempatan sejumlah 68 APAR yang kurang sesuai , inspeksi dan pemeliharaan yang kurang mendetail. Hal ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan jumlah anggota sebanyak 50 personil, dalam melakukan pengelolaan APAR, tidak terdapat nya peraturan, dan kurang sosialisasi mengenai pengelolaan APAR.

Provision of appropriate fire extinguisher, proper installation and maintenance, as well as training to use is a highly effective sistem protection in fire prevention. But in reality at PT.PM has been founded less management in accordance with the regulations surrounding the selection, installation, inspestion, maintenance, and usage. This is descriptive study which evaluate the amount of 109 units fire extiguisher.

Research shows there are 68 of fire extinguisher placement is less appropriate, inspection and, maintenance are less detailed. This is because of the limited number of fire brigades team members 50 personil in managing fire extinguisher, absence of regulation, and the lack of socialization on the management of fire extinguisher."

"Perilaku pengobatan dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku ODHA dalam minum obat ARV, mulai dari minum obat ARV hingga konsumsinya. Penggunaan ARV mengharuskan ODHA untuk mematuhi dan menjalankan pengobatannyasecara teratur. Pelanggaran ringan terhadap ketentuan minum obat dapat mengakibatkan kegagalan proses pengobatan dan mengakibatkan timbulnya resistensi. Di Di Indonesia, angka kejadian kegagalan pengobatan ARV masih tinggi karena kepatuhan minum obat yang buruk. Per September 2014, ada 38.399 orang yang menghentikan pengobatan ARV dan tidak ditindaklanjuti. Tujuan penelitian Hal ini untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang mendalam tentang perilaku pengobatan ODHA Yayasan Kotex Mandiri terkait pengetahuan, efikasi diri, sejarah efek samping obat, akses ke layanan kesehatan, pengalaman distigmatisasi dan diskriminasi dalam pelayanan kesehatan, dukungan tenaga kesehatan, dan dukungan kelompok. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi kasus. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dan penelitian dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ODHA di Kotex. Dasar Mandiri memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang HIV, cara penularan, dan Pengobatan ARV, memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi, memiliki riwayat efek samping obat-obatan seperti mual, demam, ruam, tetapi dapat ditangani dengan baik dan tidakmenyebabkan perilaku putus obat, mendapatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan sangat mudah, tidak mengalami stigma dan diskriminasi dalam pelayanan kesehatan dimana mereka berobat, mendapat dukungan dari tenaga kesehatan, dan kelompok (keluarga, teman, dan LSM). Adanya program pendampingan dari Yayasan Kotex Mandiri dalam pelayanan kesehatan memberikan dampak seperti peningkatan pengetahuan dan motivasi untuk berobat ODHA.The treatment behavior in this study is the behavior of PLWHA in taking ARV drugs, starting from taking ARV drugs to their consumption. The use of ARV requires PLWHA to comply with and carry out their treatment pengobatanregularly. Minor violations of the provisions for taking medication can result in failure of the treatment process and lead to the emergence of resistance. In Indonesia, the incidence of ARV treatment failure is still high due to poor medication adherence. As of September 2014, there were 38,399 people who stopped ARV treatment and were not followed up. The purpose of this research is to get an in-depth picture of the treatment behavior of PLWHA at the Kotex Mandiri Foundation regarding knowledge, self-efficacy, history of drug side effects, access to health services, experiences of stigmatization and discrimination in health services, support for health workers, and group support. This research is a type of qualitative research using a case study design. The method used is in-depth interviews and document research. The results showed that most of the PLWHA in Kotex. Basic Mandiri has good knowledge about HIV, modes of transmission, and ARV treatment, has high self-efficacy, has a history of side effects of drugs such as nausea, fever, rash, but can be handled well and not causing drug withdrawal behavior, getting access to health services is very easy, not experiencing stigma and discrimination in health services where they seek treatment, getting support from health workers, and groups (family, friends, and NGOs). The existence of a mentoring program from the Kotex Mandiri Foundation in health services has an impact such as increasing knowledge and motivation to seek treatment for PLWHA."
