"Children's programming made easy. Really easy. What librarian doesn't dream of offering more and better children's programs with less effort? After all, these are usually the most popular and sought-after programs in the library. But they are also the most demanding: any librarian who has put in the sweat and time required to pull together a single quality program will balk at the prospect of putting together eighteen programs per week! In Maryland's Carroll County, story boxes have made this impossible dream come true for twenty years. Now MacMillan, writer, storyteller, and former children's librarian, outlines the proven story box system for sharing an array of successful programs. Story boxes offer a simple method for capturing ideas, talent, creativity, and resources available in your library. Including step-by-step instructions from concept through implementation and supplemented by programming tips, A Box Full of Tales answers all your questions:
# What is a story box?
# What goes into a story box?
# How is one put together?
# Who can contribute?
# How do you get buy-in from others to share this resource?
In addition, find detailed plans for fifty great story boxes including suggested books, fingerplays, songs, props, crafts, and sign language. From ah-choo! to antlers, from monkey business to zoo escapes."

Russell, David W.
"Michie and Chambers’ BOXES methodology created a black box system that was designed to control a mechanically unstable system with very little a priori system knowledge, linearization or approximation. All the method needed was some notion of maximum and minimum values for the state variables and a set of boundaries that divided each variable into an integer state number. The BOXES methodology applies the method to a variety of systems including continuous and chaotic dynamic systems, and discusses how it may be possible to create a generic control method that is self organizing and adaptive that learns with the assistance of near neighbouring states."

Kleon, Austin
"In his New York Times bestseller Steal Like an Artist, Austin Kleon showed readers how to unlock their creativity by stealing from the community of other movers and shakers. Now, in an even more forward-thinking and necessary book, he shows how to take that critical next step on a creative journey getting known. Show Your Work is about why generosity trumps genius. It's about getting findable, about using the network instead of wasting time networking. It's not self-promotion, it's self-discovery let others into your process, then let them steal from you. Filled with illustrations, quotes, stories, and examples, Show Your Work offers ten transformative rules for being open, generous, brave, productive. In chapters such as You Don't Have to Be a Genius; Share Something Small Every Day; and Stick Around, Kleon creates a user's manual for embracing the communal nature of creativity what he calls the ecology of talent. From broader life lessons about work (you can't find your voice if you don't use it) to the etiquette of sharing and the dangers of oversharing to the practicalities of Internet life (build a good domain name; give credit when credit is due), it's an inspiring manifesto for succeeding as any kind of artist or entrepreneur in the digital age."

"ABSTRAK
Despite adequate documentation of monograph arrearages in academic libraries, backlogs of music materials for the entire library community have gone unreported. In confirming the existence of music backlogs, it also becomes necessary to address questions concerning how the grew, what causes these backlogs to continue, and what it might take to eliminate them. In a survey of institutional subscribers to the Music Cataloging Bulletin, libraries were asked to quantify their uncataloged scores and sound recordings and to describe their music cataloging staff and procedures. Of the 358 participating libraries, 77% reported having music backlogs. These backlogs grew primarily as a result of large acquisitions and gifts without corresponding staffing staff to process them. Respondents also cited lack of knowledgeable staff as a deterrent to the reduction and elimination of the backlog."

Handle on the container used in industry has an important role to reduce injuries while doing the activity Manual Materials Handling (MMH). Handle design in Indonesia Industry is usually located on top or no handle. Therefore, study is conducted to determine the handle position on the box which is often used as container. The method used is the Design of Experiment (DOE) based on psychophysical and physiological criteria for male workers. A psychophysical criterion refers to the Borg scale for Rating Perceived Exertion (RPE), whereas the physiological criterion refers to the heart rate. RPE and heart rate is a dependent variable, while the independent variables used were four box sizes, nine handling positions, and three handle positions on the box. Ten subjects from industrial workers performed 27 combinations for one day during four day. The results of this study indicate: (1) a significant factor influencing psychophysical criteria are 3 main effects, while the physiological criteria just 2 main effects, handle position and box size. (2) Based on psychophysical criteria, the handle position on top has a higher RPE values than other positions. (3) Based on physiological criteria, the the handle position on top produces a higher heart rate than the other positions."

Abstract
In 2008, PT Bayan Resources Tbk listed its shares in Bursa Efek Indonesia with code BYAN at Rp 5,800/share, the Company ranked eighth in production category in Indonesia is also made strategic alliances with its majority buyer to part of shareholders and in 2010 the Company made a back door listing on Australian stock exchange through the acquisition of Kangaroo Resources. However the transaction volume is very low with significant price increase, the closing price on December 30, 2011 was Rp 18,000 per share. This thesis tries to see the reasonableness of the company's stock price through free cash flow to the firm model and then compare it with enterprise value to reserves and the price to earnings ratio models, the results of calculations performed using those three models indicate that the fair value of the company's stock price is Rp 7,450.

"Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), sekitar 1,19 juta nyawa terancam setiap tahun akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas [1].

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 1.19 million lives are threatened each year due to traffic accidents. Vehicle safety, particularly in frontal impacts, is crucial in reducing the risk of serious injuries. Crashworthiness is a key parameter in vehicle structure design to ensure passenger safety during collisions. This study analyzes a crash box with a honeycomb filler structure using ABAQUS/CAE simulations to enhance the crashworthiness of vehicles in absorbing impact energy. The honeycomb structure is simulated in three main configurations: hexagonal, square, and overexpanded, and compared with an empty crash box structure. The materials used are aluminum (Al5083-H116) and Vero Gray FullCure 850 for honeycomb and Low Carbon Steel for crash tube. The primary parameters analyzed are mean force (Pm), peak force (Pmax), energy absorption (EA), specific energy absorption (SEA), and crush force efficiency (CFE). The simulation results show that crash boxes with honeycomb filler structures have better energy absorption capabilities compared to empty crash boxes, with EA values being 70% higher across all filler variations. The most optimal honeycomb structure variation for the crash box filler in this study is the square configuration with aluminum material, oriented towards the cross-section."
