Digital companies have the opportunity to grow and compete competitively through technological developments and open investment. However, Covid-19 pandemic might be opportunity or threat for them to develop further. This research will empirically examine the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and ambidexterity in improving digital company performance through role of strategic agility and business model innovation. Total 68 digital companies spread across Indonesia will be examined to test research hypothesis. This research will provide insight that through entrepreneurial orientation and ambidexterity towards strategic agility, can achieve business model innovation and subsequently achieve good performance in terms of finance, innovation, and organization."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat reaksi pasar saham China dengan adanya pengumuman merger dan akuisisi lintas negara dari perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari tahun 2012 ndash; 2016. Dengan menggunakan metode event study serta menggunakan teori signal dan institution based-view, reaksi pasar dilihat dari nilai rata-rata cumulative abnormal returns (CAR) yang diterima pemegang saham dari tiap perusahaan sampel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada nilai positif yang diterima oleh pemegang saham perusahaan asal China yang melakukan merger dan akuisisi lintas negara.

The purpose of this research is to know how the Chinese market reacts to the cross border merger and acquisitions announcement. This research is using data from 2012 ndash 2016. By using event study as methodology, and combining signalling theory and institution based view as supporting theory, reactions of Chinese market is seen from CAR value received by investors.
