"Research on the oil contents of microalgae i.e. Botryococcus braunii, Nannochloropsisand Spirulina platensisof different cultivation time have been done at Research Center for Marine and Fishery Product Processing and Biotechnology(RCMFPPB) Laboratory, Slipi, Jakarta. The three species of microalgae were cultivated outdoor in 100 L of seawater medium of 20 ppt salinity using sun light intensity and continuous aerations. Experiments were conducted in three replicates.
Observations on the cell growth were carried out every 2 days and the biomass were harvested on day 5, 9 and 15 and sun-dried. Oil were extracted from the dry biomass using hexane. The highest
cell density was reached by S. platensiswith 8.46 log cell/mL on day 13, while the highest growth rate was shown by S. platensiswith growth rate (k) = 9.40 on day 3. The highest yield of oil was obtained from B. brauniion day 9 which was 14.90%."

"ABSTRAK
Mikroalga biasanya hanya dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ikan. Kandungan minyak mikroalga mengandung EPA dan DHA. Selain minyak, mikroalga juga mengandung protein dan karbohidrat yang dapat dijadikan sumber pangan dengan gizi yang baik. Saat ini, sedang marak dilakukan penelitian guna mencari cara memperoleh minyak secara optimum. Untuk memperoleh minyak dari mikroalga ada beberapa metode salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan metode ultrasonik. Kadar minyak yang dihasilkan berbeda-beda sesuai dengan pelarut yang digunakan. Waktu memanen biomassa mikroalga juga perlu diperhitungkan agar dapat diperoleh biomassa yang maksimal. Scenedesmus sp. dapat dipanen pada hari ke 13 dan Coelastrum sp. dapat dipanen pada hari ke 10.

ABSTRACT
Microalgae are usually used as fish feed. The content of microalga oil containing EPA and DHA. Microalgae also contains protein and carbohydrate that can be used as a source of food with good nutrition. Currently, many research is being done to find way to get optimum oil. There are several methods to obtain oil, one of that is ultrasonic method. The oil produced varies according to the solvent. Harvesting time of microalgae biomass also considered in order to obtain the maximum biomass. Scenedesmus sp. can be harvested on 13th day and Coelastrum sp. on 10th day."

"The purpose of the research is to predict some factor influencing dividend policy of companies. Factors that are predicted influencing dividend policy in this research are focused on 4 factors: cash position, leverage, growth, current ratio. The research examines financial statement of 254 public companies that are listed on Jakarta Stock Exchange from December 31, 2003 until December 31, 2005. The results of this research are in the year of 2003 independent variable current ratio gives significant in influence on dividend payout ratio , and in the year of 2004 - 2005 independent variable gives significant to dividend payout ratio is cash position. For year 2003 - 2005 only cash position that gives significant influence on dividend payout ratio."

Perkenankanlah saya terlebih dahulu memanjatkan puji dan syukur ke hadirat Tuhan YME, Allah SWT, atas rahmat dan karunia-Nya kepada kita semua, sehingga pada pagi yang berbahagia ini, kita dapat berkumpul bersama dalam acara pengukuhan saya sebagai Guru Besar Tetap dalam Ilmu Kesehatan Anak pada Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Indonesia.

Endokrinologi Anak dan Remaja erat hubungannya dengan proses tumbuh-kembang anak, oleh karena itu saya akan mengajukan di sini pidato pengukuhan dengan judul : "Peranan hormon dalam proses tumbuh-kembang Anak dan Remaja". Mengingat bidangnya luas sekali, maka terlebih dahulu saya mohon maaf, bahwa saya akan membatasi diri pada aspek-aspek dan masalah-masalah terpenting saja. Begitu pula mohon maaf atas istilah-istilah yang akan saya pakai, karena masih banyak yang belum ada dalam bahasa Indonesia.

Salah satu Sasaran Utama Umum pada Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Tahap ke II 1993 - 2018 (PJPT 11) adalah meningkatkan kualitas anak-anak demi masa depan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Indonesia.

Pada saat ini jumlah penduduk Anak dan Remaja di Indonesia (0 - 19 tahun) adalah sekitar 86 juta. Mereka inilah, ditambah dengan yang masih akan lahir, akan merupakan SDM yang, insya Allah, akan menyukseskan PJPT II nanti.

Endokrinologi Anak dan Remaja adalah bidang ilmu yang khusus mempelajari, meneliti, mengevaluasi dan memecahkan masalah dalam proses tumbuh-kembang anak yang ada kaitannya dengan hormon.
