"ABSTRAK
Romansa di tempat kerja merupakan fenomena yang niscaya terjadi dan menjadi bagian
tak terpisahkan dari dinamika organisasi. Romansa di tempat kerja memiliki dampak
ganda: positif dan negatif bagi organisasi. Oleh sebab itu, maka organisasi harus berhatihati
dalam melakukan formulasi kebijakan terkait masalah ini. Banyak literatur
menyatakan bahwa dalam pembuatan kebijakan terkait romansa di tempat kerja harus
dimulai dari teori keadilan organisasi. Penelitian ini mencoba mengungkapkan kebijakan
apakah yang dipersepsikan paling adil dalam merespon romansa di tempat kerja. Metode
kuasi eksperimen melalui instrumen skenario digunakan dalam penelitian. Metode ini
memungkinkan subjek eksperimen memberikan respon terkait berbagai kombinasi/variasi
hubungan romansa di tempat kerja yang didasarkan pada 4 jenis kriteria (jenis hubungan
- asal pasangan - dampak hubungan - jenis kebijakan). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan
bahwa kebijakan memberikan konseling dipersepsikan sebagai kebijakan paling adil
untuk semua kombinasi/variasi hubungan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa respon organisasi
terhadap romansa di tempat kerja haruslah kebijakan yang tidak bersifat koersif.

ABSTRACT
Romance in the workplace is a common phenomenon and inevitable from organization
dynamics. Romance in the workplace has double effects to the organization: positive and
negative. Therefore, organization must be careful in formulating policies concerning this
phenomenon. Many literatures said that in formulation policies concerning romance in
the workplace must be started from organizational justice theory. This research tries to
find out what policies which perceived as the most fair. Quasi experiment method with
scenario instrument is chosen. This method allows experiment subjects to give response
to different combinations/varieties of romance in the workplace based on 4 criterias (type
of romance – origin of couple – impact of romance – romance policies). Result shows
that giving counseling is perceived as the most fair policy for all combinations/varieties
of romance in the workplace. It shows that organization’s response to romance in the
workplace should not coercive policies."

"ABSTRACT
Even after the rise of Indonesian feminist film directors by the likes of Nia Dinata, Mira Lesmana, Mouly Surya, Nan T Achnas and Lola Amaria, the Indonesian moviegoers still flocked into badly written teenage romance dramas. This paper interrogates the way romance and femininities have been shaped within the cinematic representation in London Love Story 2, Promise and Dear Nathan. It is concluded that the Indonesian romance teenage dramas are entrenched with masculine power and dominance spectacles in which the feminine heroines have been treated as passive objects of desire whose agency and subjectivities are being stripped away. Using feminist literature on post feminist romance cinema, the heroines in these films have mostly been constructed as independent, smart and seemingly agentive at first, but nevertheless pursued romantic, traditional, heterosexual relationships saturated with masculine control and dominance. This paper shows that post feminist popular culture has transpired globally and morphed into transnational post feminism that influenced the production and consumption of such text in Indonesia."
