"Organizational learning culture is essential in every organization, including in a not-for-profit organization. Unfortunately, there is a lack of research investigating factors important to build learning culture in not-for-profit organization, especially in Indonesia. This paper is an empirical report of a research conducted in XYZ, a not-for-profit-organization working to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The research aimed to examine factors to be addressed to improve the learning culture at XYZ. Adapting scales from previous studies, the research is a co­ relational study, measuring three key factors that potentially affect learning culture in this kind
of organization: ( 1) psychological safety; (2) perceived behavioral control; and (3) tools and
technology for knowledge sharing. Reliability analysis demonstrates that the scales have good to very good internal consistency. Using a survey design, we collected data from 32 employees comprising 20 staff members and 12 teachers from both genders (20 female, 12 male) and two age groups (26 being 30 years of age or below, and 6 being above 35 years old). The result
shows that 44.4 percent of learning culture in XYZ can be explained by tools and technology for
knowledge sharing and that 40.5 percent by perceived behavioral control, both at a significant level of 0.01; while psychological safety factor is not statistically significant in the study. The study concludes that perceived behavioral control as well as tools of technology for knowledge sharing are the factors for which intervention measures should be crafted to improve learning culture in XYZ.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari Perceived Organizational Support POS terhadap Employee Engagement. Pada penelitian ini, variabel Perceived Organizational Support diukur dengan menggunakan konsep dari Eisenberger dkk 1986 yang terdiri dari 36 indikator dan tiga dimensi, yaitu dimensi Fair Organizational Procedures, Supervisor Support, dan dimensi Favorable Rewards Job Conditions. Sedangkan untuk variabel Employee Engagement digunakan konsep dari Gallup Consultant 2006 yang diukur dengan 12 indikator atau dikenal dengan Q-Twelve Q-12. Pada konsep tersebut terdapat empat dimensi, yaitu What do I Get, What do I Give, Do I Belong, dan How Can We Grow.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang mana sumber data merupakan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan tetap non operasional di kantor pusat PT. Jasa Marga Persero tbk, dengan metode non probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan koefisien determinasi untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 15,9 employee engagement dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Organizational Support.

This research aiming to analyzing the effect of Perceived Organizational Support POS to Employee Engagement. The Perceived Organizational Support variable in this research measured by using the concept from Eisenberger Et al 1986 that has 36 indicators and three dimensions, which are Fair Organizational Procedures, Supervisor Support, and Favorable Rewards Job Conditions. Jasa Marga persero using non probability sampling method. This research using a simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination to examine the influence between the variables. The result of this research showed that 15,9 of employee engagement are influenced by the Perceived Organizational Support.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Pegawai, Kerja Sama, dan Pelatihan Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai Tetap Non PNS Bidang Non Medis RSCM.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap non pns bidang non medis di RSCM sebanyak 104 responden.Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian konklusif, dengan penelitian kausal. Data penelitian ini diolah denganperangkat lunak SPSS Versi 23, menggunakan teknik Uji Regresi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemberdayaan Pegawaidan Kerja Sama terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan secara positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, serta pelatihan tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan secara positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasional pegawai tetap non pns bidang non medis RSCM.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Empowerment, Teamwork and Training on Organizational Commitment of Non PNS Permanent Employee Field of Non Medical RSCM. Respondents in this study were employees Non PNS Permanent Employee Field of Non Medical in RSCM as many as 104 respondents. Design of this research is conclusive, with causal research. This research data is processed by software SPSS version 23, using the technique of Regression Test results showed that the Employee Empowerment and Team work shown to influence significantly and positively to the commitment Organizational, and the training did not prove to have a significant effect and positively to the commitment of Organizational Non PNS Permanent Employee Field of Non Medical in RSCM."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen karir
organisasi dan kompetensi karir mempengaruhi kepuasan karir pada pegawai
staff PT SCG Pipe and Precast Indonesia, serta untuk mengetahui apakah
kompetensi karir dapat memediasi pengaruh manajemen karir organisasi
terhadap kepuasan karir. Responden penelitian ini adalah 89 pegawai staff PT
SCG Pipe and Precast Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa
kepuasan karir dipengaruhi secara positif oleh manajemen karir organisasi
dan kompetensi karir. Pada uji mediasi menggunakan teknik causal step
Baron dan Kenny (1986) dengan metode regresi berganda pada SPSS, dan
didapat kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi karir memediasi secara parsial antara
pengaruh manajemen karir organisasi terhadap kepuasan karir.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational career management and career competencies on employee career satisfaction and determine whether career competency mediates the effect of organizational career management towards career satisfaction. 89 respondents are employees of the staff of PT SCG Pipe and Precast Indonesia. Results of this research found that career satisfaction is positively influenced by organizational career management and career competencies. To determine mediation in this study uses causal step analysis developed by Baron and Kenny (1986) and uses multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS. The result found that career competency partially mediates between organizational career management influence on career satisfaction."

"Tesis ini berupaya untuk mengisi kesenjangan literatur dengan mereplikasi penelitian terdahulu terkait perilaku komunikasi pegawai (Employee Communication Behavior) berupa megaphoning yakni pembagian informasi secara sukarela pegawai tentang pencapaian organisasi (megaphoning positif) dan kelemahan organisasi (megaphoning negatif) pada instansi pemerintah, Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) pada situasi krisis. Penelitian ini berdasarkan komunikasi organisasi dalam membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang dapat memengaruhi perilaku publik yakni perilaku pegawai sebagai publik internal. Karena komunikasi saja tidak dapat menjamin hubungan yang baik dalam jangka panjang, diperlukan strategi yang dapat membangun hubungan secara menyeluruh. Strategi manajemen hubungan dalam penelitian ini berupa keaslian organisasi (organizational authenticity), pemberdayaan pegawai (employee empowerment), kualitas hubungan pegawai organisasi (employee-organization relationship) untuk membangun hubungan antara organisasi dan pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena belum ada yang menguji tentang Employee Communication Behavior pada lembaga pemerintah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei kepada pegawai di Sekretariat DJP, sebanyak 202 data terkumpul untuk diolah menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasilnya, variabel yang memiliki keterkaitan signifikan dengan megaphoning positif maupun negatif secara langsung ialah organizational authenticity dan employee-organization relationship. Sedangkan employee empowerment tidak signifikan secara langsung berkaitan dengan megaphoning positif maupun negatif. Employee-organization relationship terbukti signifikan memediasi hubungan organizational authenticity dan employee empowerment dengan megaphoning positif maupun negatif.

This thesis attempts to fill the gap in the literature by replicating previous research to employee communication behavior, megaphoning, the voluntary sharing of information by employees about organizational achievements (positive megaphoning) and organizational weaknesses (negative megaphoning) in government, the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) in crisis situations. This research is based on organizational communication in building and maintaining relationships that can influence employee behavior as internal public. Communication cannot guarantee a good relationship in long term, a strategy is needed that can build relationships as a whole. The relationship management strategy in organizational authenticity, employee empowerment, and the quality of employee-organization relationships to build relationships between the organization and employees. This research was conducted because no one had tested employee communication behavior in government institutions. This research using a quantitative approach through a survey of employees at the DJP, 202 data were collected to be processed using the SEM-PLS method. Variables that have a significant relationship with positive or negative megaphoning directly are organizational authenticity and employee-organization relationship. Meanwhile, employee empowerment is not directly related to megaphoning positive or negative. Employee-organization relationship is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between organizational authenticity and employee empowerment with megaphoning positive and negative."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement, work environment, dan organizational learning terhadaporganizational commitment dengan studi pada perusahaan asuransi milik negara.Variabel employee engagementdiukur melalui perangkat Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES)oleh Schaufeli dan Bakker (2004), variabel work environmentdiukur berdasarkan McGuire dan McLaren (2009) dan Sedarmayanti (2001), sedangkan organizational learning diukur menggunakan teori dari Watkins dan Marsick (2003), dan variabel organizational commitment diukur menggunakan teori dari Mowday, Steers, dan Porter (1979).Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis dilakukan pada pegawai tetap non-manajerial di PT TASPEN (Persero) yang telah bekerja minimal selama satu tahun di perusahaan dengan jumlah responden terkumpul sebanyak 180 orang. Data penelitian ini dianalis menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Squaredengan bantuan perangkat lunak WarpPLS v.6. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa employee engagement dan organizational learningmemiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap organizational commitment pegawai. Berbeda dengan work environmentyang memiliki pengaruhdengan arah positifterhadap organizational commitmentpegawainamun tidak signifikan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examines the effect of employee engagement, work environment, and organizational learning on organizational commitment. Employee engagement variable is measured by Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) from Schaufeli and Bakker (2004), work environment is measured based on McGuire and McLaren (2009) and Sedarmayanti (2001), organizational learning is measured by theory from Watkins and Marsick (2003), and last for organizational commitment is measured by Mowday, Steers, and Porter (1979).This study uses quantitative approachin collecting data with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analysis was conducted on non-managerial permanent employees at PT TASPEN (Persero) who had worked for at least one year in the company with 180 respondents collected. The data of this study were analyzed using Partial Least Square analysis techniques by using WarpPLS v.6. The results prove that employee involvement and organizational learning have a significant effect on employee organizational commitment. Whereas the work environment has a positive influence to the organizational commitment of employees but is not significant."

"Perilaku inovatif pada karyawan dapat didorong dengan menerapkan sebuah proses pembelajaran yang telah tersistem dengan baik di dalam perusahaan, hal ini dapat dinamakan dengan organisasi pembelajaran. Selain perilaku inovatif, organisasi pembelajaran juga dapat dipercayai meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja dari karyawan,yang selanjutnya dapat meningkatkan perilaku inovatif yang dimiliki dari parakaryawan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari organisasi pembelajaran terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan dengan keterlibatan kerja sebagai mediasi, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM .Data penelitian diperoleh dari 244 karyawan 2 dua perusahaan dealer mobil di Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organisasi pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan kerja, dimana keterlibatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang juga positif terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan. Sedang kanorganisasi pembelajaran juga memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif terhadap perilaku inovatif karyawan. Sehingga menunjukkan peran mediasi keterlibatan kerja yaitu partial mediation.

Iovation has been regarded as one of the most important aspect in a succesful company. Innovation is not something that could take place in a second, a company has to nurture and develop the innovative behaviors of their employees. Innovative behaviors can be nurtured and developed by continuous learning and developing a learning a culture, or becoming a learning organization. Besides inonovative behavior, a learning organization can also develop a sense of well being, that is work engagement, which in turn can also develop innovative behavior of the employees.
This study aims to analyze the effect of learning organization towards employees rsquo innovative behavior and mediated by work engagement using Structural Equation Modelling SEM method. Research data were collected from 244 employees of 2 two automobile dealers company in Indonesia using questionnaires.
The study result showed that learning organization has a positve effect towards work engagement, in which work engagement has a positive effect toward employees rsquo innovative behavior. Also, learning organization has a positive effect towards employees rsquo innovative behavior, which means work engagement has a role of partial mediation.

"Penelitian tesis ini dilakukan di Organisasi Nirlaba XYZ, yang bekerja untuk memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Tantangan yang dihadapi organisasi ini adalah untuk membangun budaya pembelajaran organisasi agar bisa mencapai tujuan-tujuan strategisnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan desain non-eksperimental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi budaya pembelajaran organisasi di XYZ adalah tools dan teknologi untuk berbagi pengetahuan dan perceived behavioral control. Untuk meningkatkan budaya pembelajaran organisasi di Organisasi Nirlaba XYZ, peneliti merekomendasikan intervensi berupa workshop tentang solusi tools dan teknologi untuk berbagi pengetahuan serta pelatihan manajemen waktu untuk meningkatkan faktor perceived behavioral control.

This research is conducted in the Organization XYZ; it is a not-for-profit organization working to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The challenge faced by the organization is to build an organizational learning culture in order to achieve its strategic objectives. The research is a correlational research with a non-experimental design. The result shows that the factors affecting organizational learning culture in XYZ are tools and technology for knowledge sharing and perceived behavioral control. As interventions to improve organizational learning culture in XYZ, the researcher recommends a workshop on tools and technology for knowledge sharing in XYZ and time management training to increase perceived behavioral control among the staff."
