"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek dan melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian, kemudian agar memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan yang dapat terjadi di Apotek. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan selama satu bulan. Calon apoteker juga mendapatkan tugas khusus dengan tujuan untuk memperoleh rancangan Klinik Pratama kerjasama dengan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) yang dapat diimplementasikan.

Profession internship at Apotek Atrika aims the pharmacist candidate could understand the role and responsibility within prepare and do the pharmaceutical care, then could have knowledge, skill and practice experience. In addition, could have the real working world about the problem that could be held. Profession internship was held during one month. The pharmacist candidate also get the specific assignment aims to get a plan Pratama Clinic which cooperate with Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) that could be implementation."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Atrika bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek dan melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, dan memahami permasalah yang dapat terjadi dalam pelaksanaan praktik kefarmasian dan strategi untuk menghadapinya. Praktek kerja profesi dilakukan selama satu bulan yang terdiri atas manajemen apotek dan pelayanan kefarmasian pada pasien meliputi swamedikasi, pelayanan resep dokter, dan tes kesehatam. Pada pelaksanaan praktek kerja terdapat tugas khusus berupa analisis rancangan klinik pratama yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan yang terdiri atas 3 orang dokter umum dan 1 orang dokter gigi dengan waktu pelayanan kurang dari 24 jam.

The aims of internship at Apotek Atrika was to know about the functions and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacys managerial and clinical pharmaceutical practices, to have knowledge and experience about clinical pharmaceutical practices, and to understand about the challenges and their solutions in clinical pharmaceutical practices. The internship was held in one month which is divided into two sub majors: pharmacys managerial and clinical pharmaceutical practices such as swamedikasi, prescription, and healthcare. The specific assignment was about design analysis of clinic-BPJS collaboration. The clinic were designed with 3 doctors, 1 dentist, and less than 24 hours working time."

Pharmacy is a health care facility, where the pharmacist profession has devoted oath of occupation can do their responsibility, the place where practice of pharmacy and distribution of pharmaceuticals to the public. The existence of community pharmacies in the environment intended to ensure sufficient availability of pharmaceutical preparations for the community. To achieve this goal, the pharmacist needs to know how to do a proper management of pharmaceutical preparations so that the pharmaceutical preparation is always available at pharmacies and ready to be distributed to people in need. Pharmacist Internship Program ( PKPA ) conducted on June 3rd to February 29th 2016 in the Kimia Farma Num. 352 Pharmacy for prospective pharmacists have the knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy that is in terms of the implementation of pharmacy services and pharmacy management. Through the PKPA, prospective pharmacists is expected to increase the insight, knowledge and skills in managing patient care and pharmaceutical preparations in pharmacy."

Practice Profession of Pharmacists at Apotek Atrika aims to understand the main duties, functions, and role of pharmacists pharmacy manager (APA) in pharmacies and to provide an opportunity for prospective pharmacists to adapt directly to the actual working environment in Pharmacy and understand the management and administration systems in Apotek Atrika."

"Kegiatan PKP (Praktek Kerja Profesi) yang dilaksanakan di apotek yaitu Apotek Atrika memiliki tujuan agar mahasiswa mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan saat Praktek Kerja Profesi di apotek adalah pengkajian resep. Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan agar resep yang diberikan dokter oleh pasien telah sesuai dengan yang diatur PMK 35 tahun 2015.

The PKP Activity (Praktek Kerja Profesi) carried out in Apotek Atrika has a goal to make students understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies, have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in pharmacy, and have an overview real about work issues pharmacy in pharmacy. Special assignment given at the PKP in pharmacy is a prescription assessment. The purpose of this special assignment is in order to know whether the prescription given by the patient's doctor has been arranged in accordance with the PMK 35 2015."

"Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) harus memiliki kemampuan baik dalam bidang kefarmasian dan manajemen. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Safa bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami peran Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) dalam kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek dan memahami kegiatan pengelolaan dan administrasi di Apotek.Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Rekapitulasi Penolakan Permintaan Resep Bulan Februari 2016 dan Barang Non Resep Bulan Februari 2016 di Apotek Safa.Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui data sepuluh jenis obat resep terbanyak ditolak pada bulan Februari 2016, barang non resep terbanyak yang ditolak pada bulan Februari 2016, omzet yang seharusnya diperoleh jika tidak terjadi penolakan tersebut, jenis barang yang paling sering ditolak serta alasan penolakannya.

Apothecary Profession Internship at Apotek Safa aims to make students understand the role of Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA) in the activities of pharmacy service at Pharmacy and understand the management and activities at Pharmacy.A special assignment report which is given has title Recapitulation of Rejection Request of Prescription in February 2016 and Non Prescription Goods in February 2016 at Apotek Safa.The purpose of spesial assignment is to determine data ten types of prescription drugs most rejected in February 2016, non prescription goods that most rejected in February 2016, the turnover of which should be obtained in the absence of such rejection, the most frequent type of goods rejected and reason for refusal."

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Panduan Interaksi Obat pada Formularium Obat Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat.Tujuan dilaksanakan tugas khusus ini yaitu menyusun Panduan Interaksi Obat-Obat yang terdapat pada Formularium Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk yang bermanfaat bagi dokter, apoteker, perawat, dan tenaga kesehatan lain dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan yang rasional dan optimal di Puskesmas untuk mengurangi kejadian adverse drug event.

ABSTRACTPharmacists internship was conducted at Kebon Jeruks Public Health Center of West Jakarta. The purpose of internship gives prospective as pharmacist to apply the role, duties, and responsibilities in Kebon Jeruks Public Health Center of West Jakarta so they will have the knowledge, skill, attitude behaviour (professionalism) as well as insights and real experiences (reality) to do clinical pharmacy in public health center, studying the management, see and learn the strategies and the development of the practice of the profession of pharmacist in health centers, have a real picture of the problems (problem-solving) practices and able to communicate and interact with doctor and nurse. The specific tasks given entitled Drug Interactions Guidline According to Formularium Kebon Jeruks Public Health Center of West Jakarta. The purpose of this particular task is summarize potential drug interactions in the Formularium so it will benefit physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other health workers in carry out a rational health care and optimal to reduce the incidence of adverse drug events."
