"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat bertujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami peran dan fungsi seorang Apoteker pada Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota, terutama berkaitan dengan pengetahuan dan pemahaman baik secara teori maupun pengalaman praktis tentang tatacara perizinan, pembinaan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian sumber daya kesehatan. Selain itu juga agar calon Apoteker memiliki gambaran nyata mengenai permasalahan kefarmasian di pemerintahan. Sedangkan tugas khusus yang diberikan dengan judul Pelaksanaan Program Pembinaan, Pengawasan, dan Pengendalian terhadap Apotek BT oleh Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat memiliki tujuan agar calon Apoteker memahami proses pelaksanaan kegiatan binwasdal yang dilakukan oleh seksi Sumber Daya Kesehatan di Sudinkes Jakbar terhadap apotek di Jakarta Barat.

Professional pharmacist internship at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi West Jakarta was executed to make soon-to-be pharmacist understand about their responsibilities at government, have a knowledge, and also have a direct experience about how to make a license, educate, supervision, and control of health resource. Besides, they also have to learn about pharmaceutical government problem and how to solve it. Meanwhile, my individual task with title Program Pembinaan, Pengawasan, dan Pengendalian terhadap Apotek BT oleh Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat were gave to make me and all soon-to-be pharmacist who read it understand about how to do the educate-supervision-and control program which has executed by health resource section at Suku Dinas Kesehatan West Jakarta."

Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith bertujuan agar apoteker dapat mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi, memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi.Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Evaluasi Hasil Catatan Pelatihan di PT. Bufa Aneka. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti program pelatihan perusahaan telah lulus dan memenuhi standard yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.

Professional Pharmacist Internship at PT. Pabrik Pharmasi Zenith aiming so that prospective pharmacists are able to understand their duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to carry out the practice of pharmacy in the pharmaceutical industry, understanding GMP in pharmaceutical industry and have a real picture of the pharmaceutical practice issues and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in the framework of the development of pharmaceutical practice.The given special task entitled Evaluation of Training Records Results at PT. Bufa Aneka. The purpose of this special task is to determine whether the trainees who attended training programs the company has passed and meets the company standards."

"Dalam Peraturan Kepala BPOM No. HK 03.1.23.10.11.08481 tahun 2011 menyebutkan bahwa sediaan farmasi termasuk obat yang beredar harus memenuhi persyaratan khasiat, keamanan dan mutu yang harus dipenuhi oleh industri farmasi. Pedoman bagi suatu industri farmasi dalam proses produksi dan segala aspek yang terkait di dalamnya diatur dalam Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Hal ini merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab apoteker karena sesuai dengan PP RI No. 51 tahun 2009, salah satu fasilitas kefarmasian tempat pengabdian apoteker adalah fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi atau Industri farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi dilakukan pada bulan April-Mei 2016 di PT Actavis Indonesia. Praktek kerja profesi ini bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PT Actavis Indonesia dan untuk memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industri Farmasi.

According regulation from Chief of BPOM No. HK 03.1.23.10.11.08481 pharmaceutical preparations including drug should meet the requirements of efficacy, safety and quality that must be met by the pharmaceutical industry. Guidelines for a pharmaceutical industry in the production process and all aspects related to it set in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This is one of responsibility of a pharmacist because base on PP 51 ON 2009 one of the pharmaceutical facility where pharmacists should dedicated their pharmaceutical services is the pharmaceutical industry. Internship was held in April-May 2016 at PT Actavis Indonesia. This Internship was aimed to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in PT Actavis Indonesia and to understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the Pharmaceutical Industry."

Saat ini ada 205 perusahaan farmasi yang berkompetensi memperebutkan pasar farmasi domestik. Persaingan yang ketat membuat industri farmasi harus selalu menjaga mutu produknya agar sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan. Indonesia memiliki pedoman yang digunakan sebagai acuan untuk memastikan sistem mutu terjaga di lingkungan industri farmasi, yaitu pedoman Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Pada suatu industri farmasi diwajibkan memiliki apoteker sekurang-kurangnya 3 orang, yaitu pada bagian pemastian mutu (QA), pengawasan mutu (QC) dan produksi. Pada laporan praktik kerja profesi ini dijelaskan tentang peranan apoteker terutama pada departemen pemastian mutu (QA). Secara Keseluruhan PT. Actavis Indonesia telah menerapkan ketentuan yang terdapat dalam Pedoman CPOB. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini juga dapat memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan dan pengembangan pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi oleh calon apoteker.

Sediaan farmasi hanya boleh diproduksi oleh industri farmasi yang telah memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan. Pharmaceutical work is the manufacture including the quality control of pharmaceuticalpreparations, security, procurement, storage, and distribution or distribution of drugs, drug management, prescription drug services, drug information services, and the development of drugs, medicinal and traditional medicines. Pharmaceutical preparations may only be produced by the pharmaceutical industry which has a license from the Minister of Health. The pharmaceutical industry shall comply with the requirements for Good Practice of Drugs CPOB as set out in Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No.1799 / MENKES / PER / XII / 2010. In addition, the pharmaceutical industry is required toapply good and correct medicinal methods in all aspects and sequences of drug-making activities to produce medicines that meet quality, efficacy, and safety requirements. One aspect regulated in the CPOB is the personnel aspect. In this aspect it is explained that the pharmacist is a key personnel in the production, quality control, and quality assurance. Seorang apoteker, wajib untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai apa yang sudah dicantumkan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut di dalam fasilitas kefarmasian yang ada di Indonesia. Industri farmasi adalah wujud nyata dari fasilitas produksi sediaan farmasi tempat seorang apoteker menjalankan fungsinya.
