Selain itu juga, diharapkan agar calon apoteker mempelajari mengenai struktur apotek dan memahami proses pelayanan yang tersedia di apotek. Dalam melakukan pelayanan resep, dilakukan pengkajian dan analisis terhadap rasionalitas resep yang diterima. Untuk itu, pada tugas khusus dilakukan pengkajian dan analisis terhadap resep pasien rheumatoid arthritis.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No.254 Pos Pengumben dilaksanakan selama 4 minggu dari 1-31 Mei 2016. Praktek Kerja Profesi ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma No.256 yang meliputi Pengelolaan Sediaan Farmasi, Alat Kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai telah sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 35 Tahun 2015 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek tahun 2014. Tetapi untuk kegiatan Pelayanan Farmasi Klinis masih perlu ditingkatkan. Tujuan khusus dalam Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Kimia Farma No.254 Pos Pengumben agar mahasiswa dapat menganalisis kerasionalan resep dari pasien Rheumatoid Arthritis atau Rematik.

Pharmacist Professional Practice in Kimia Farma 254 Pos Pengumben was held 4 weeks from May 1st-31st, 2016. The Profession practice aims for students to be able to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmacy (Apotek) management, and to practice pharmacy services in accordance with the provisions of law and pharmaceutical ethics. Overall, the activity in the pharmaceutical service Kimia Farma 256 which includes the Management of Pharmaceutical Products, Medical Devices, Medical Materials and Consumables accordance with Permenkes No. 35, 2015 on Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacy , 2014. But for Clinical Pharmacy Services activities need to be improved. Special assigment given intended students to analyze the rationality of recipes from patients with rheumatoid arthritis."

"ABSTRAKApotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Sebagai tenaga kefarmasian, profesi Apoteker dituntut berperan dan bertanggung jawab dalam kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Setelah melakukan praktik kerja profesi, Apoteker mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di bidang profesi, maupun bidang managerial, dan juga sebagai retailer. Selain itu, mendapatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam praktik kefarmasian di Apotek antara lain melakukan pelayanan resep dan pelayanan swamedikasi.

ABSTRACTPharmacy is pharmaceutical services fasilities for doing pharmaceutical practices by the Apothecary. As a pharmaceutical personnel, the Pharmacist is in charge to play the role and responsible for managerial activities like management of pharmaceuticals, medical device and medical consumable, also clinical pharmacy activities regarding the operational standart. The aim of the internship at Pharmacy was to gaining knowledge and skills, also understand pharmacist rsquo s duties and responsibilities regarding the goverment legislation. This internship was done for one month at Kimia Farma 254 Pos Pengumben Pharmacy, West Jakarta. After the internship, the Pharmacist knew their duties and responsibilities in managerial, and also as a retailer. Having knowledge and skills such as prescription and self medication services. "

"Kegiatan praktek kerja profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan standar pelayanan farmasi di puskesmas. Selain itu juga, diharapkan agar calon apoteker mempelajari mengenai struktur puskesmas, instalasi farmasi, serta jenis pelayanan yang tersedia di puskesmas. Dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, petugas depo farmasi memberikan pelayanan konseling kepada pasien yang menggunakan obat dengan instruksi khusus. Untuk itu, dibuat sebuah lembar balik berisi gambar dan instruksi untuk memudahkan petugas dan pasien dalam proses konseling.

Pharmacist professional practice in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk was conducted for prospective pharmacists to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the provisions of the pharmaceutical care standard in community health center. It is also expected that the prospective pharmacist learned about the structure of the community health center, pharmacy, as well as the types of services provided. In doing pharmaceutical care, pharmacy depot personnel provide counseling services to patients who use the drug with special instructions. The purpose of this special assignment is to analyze one of prescriptions of dermatitis atopic at Kimia Farma Pharmacy. In general, Kimia Farma 254 Pos Pengumben Pharmacy has implemented pharmaceutical services standard in accordance with applicable laws."
