"Tingginya kebutuhan akan obat dalam dunia kesehatan mendukung Industri Farmasi menjadi salah satu industri yang dikendalikan dan diawasi secara ketat oleh pemerintah baik dari segi produksi, perizinan, peredaran, maupun kualitas obat yang diedarkan. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan industri farmasi dalam rangka mempertahankan kualitas obat yang diproduksinya tetap memenuhi standar mutu yaitu dengan menerapkan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di Industri Farmasi. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2016 di PT. Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia agar calon Apoteker memiliki bekal pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Industri Farmasi. Melalui PKPA tersebut, diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat mengembangkan kompetensi dan wawasan untuk dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan menerapkan CPOB di Industri Farmasi.

The high demand of drugs in the field of health supports Pharmaceutical Industry became one of the industries that controlled and monitored by government in terms of production, licensing, distribution and quality of drugs in circulation. One of the efforts made by Pharmaceutical Industry in order to maintain drugs quality that were produced still meet quality standards by implementing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Pharmacists are required to have knowledge and experience to be able to overcome problems that occur in Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacist Internship Program (PKPA) conducted on February-March 2016 at Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia for prospective pharmacist to have the knowledge and understanding of the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Through this PKPA, prospective pharmacist is expected to develop their competency and insight to be able to carry out the work of pharmacy and implement GMP in Pharmaceutical Industry."

"Industri Farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pembuatan obat adalah seluruh tahapan kegiatan dalam menghasilkan obat meliputi pengadaan bahan awal, produksi, pengemasan, pengawasan dan pemastian mutu hingga diperoleh obat untuk didistribusikan. Setiap industri farmasi perlu mengikuti pedoman dari Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik dalam menjalankan seluruh proses produksi obat. Pedoman CPOB dimaksudkan untuk digunakan oleh industri farmasi sebagai dasar pengembangan aturan internal sesuai kebutuhan. PT. Pharmaceutical industry is a business entity which has a license from Ministry of Health to doing some manufacturing of drugs or pharmaceutical ingridients. Manufacturing of drug is in producing a drug includes preparing raw material procurment, production, packaging, quality control, quality assurance to obtain the drug for distribution. Pharmaceutical industry need to follow the guiglines of Good Manufacturing Practice in conducting the entire process of drug manufacturing. GMP guidelines are intended for use by the pharmaceutical industry as the basic for internal rules as needed. PT. Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia is one of pharmaceutical industry which has both pharmaceutical products in domestic manufacturing and imported from GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) supplying site. PT. Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia already meet the requirements of the whole aspects of the Good Manufacturing Practice."

Internship at PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia aims to make prospective pharmacists understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists as well as the application of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP in pharmaceutical industry. This internship also aims to make prospective pharmacists have insight, knowledge, skill, and practical experience as well as an overview of pharmaceutical work in pharmaceutical industry. Activities undertaken during internship at PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia are conducted in Quality Control section which is part of Quality Department. The specific assignment given is entitled Construction of Excel Spreadsheet That Used in Data Processing at QC Laboratory. The purpose of this particular task is to obtain data that can be guaranteed accuracy through a protected and validated system, avoiding errors and fraud in data processing, and making data processing becomes faster."

My Specific assignment is Trending and Evaluation of Stability Pareto A Product in 2011-2015. The purpose of this spesific assignment are to look at the performance stability of the product, to evaluate the parameters of the product specifications so critical and to provide recommendations on the parameter specifications of the finished product are not eligible continuously during stability testing to avoid complaints from customers or withdrawal of the drug."

"Industri farmasi merupakan sarana untuk memproduksi sediaan farmasi yang memiliki berbagai fungsi yang berhubungan langsung dengan tubuh manusia untuk menunjang kesehatan manusia. Proses pembuatan yang dilakukan dalam industri farmasi harus disertai dengan pengawasan dan pemastian mutu. Tindakan pemastian mutu dalam suatu industri farmasi diperlukan untuk mendapatkan kepastian dengan tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi, sehingga produk yang dihasilkan akan selalu memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan. The Industrial pharmacy is a facility for producing the pharmaceutical products which have a variety of functions to support human health. The manufacturing process in the industrial pharmacy should be accompanied by quality control and quality assurance. Measures of quality assurance in a pharmaceutical industry with the certainty required to obtain a high level of confidence, so that the resulting product will always meet the requirements that have been set. Penulis juga mendapat tugas untuk melakukan gap analisis penerapan CPOB dalam rangka menambah pengetahuan penulis tentang CPOB di industri farmasi. Professional pharmacist practice at PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia GWI was done from February to March 2017. The practice was aimed to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and to know the application of Good Manufacturing Practice CPOB . PT GWI is one of the foreign owned companies engaged in the production, repackaging, and distribution of pharmaceutical preparations. The author was placed in the department of Regulatory Conformance. The author also got the task to do gap analysis of the application of CPOB in order to increase the author 39 s knowledge about CPOB in the pharmaceutical industry. Specific tasks obtained by the author was to do computerized system validation CSV on packaging line in the form of testing access level security. Specific tasks provided knowledge and new experience in the field of computerized system validation to the author."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di industri farmasi bertempat di PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama delapan minggu pada bulan Februari hingga Maret 2016. Praktek Kerja Profesi di industri farmasi bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan GMP/CPOB di Industri Farmasi; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Mahasiswa apoteker telah memperoleh wawasan mengenai peran dan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di industri farmasi, yaitu Apoteker berperan penting di industri farmasi dalam penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) dengan tujuan menghasilkan kualitas dan mutu obat yang konsisten baik. Tugas khusus yang diperoleh saat PKP di industri farmasi yaitu Penanganan Keluhan terhadap Produk untuk Menghindari Kerusakan Segel Tutup Botol. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk Memahami bagaimana cara pelaksanaan investigasi terhadap keluhan pada produk, bagaimana alur dalam penanganan keluhan, dan tindakan yang dilakukan dalam hal perbaikan dan pencegahan guna menghindari kejadian berulang. Masalah yang terjadi di PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia salah satunya yaitu keterbatasan jumlah tenaga kefarmasian khususnya Apoteker sehingga mempengaruhi tugas dan tanggung jawab yang harus diselesaikan.

Profession Internship in the pharmaceutical industry aims to make students understand the role of the pharmacist, duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience doing the work of pharmacy in the pharmaceutical industry; understanding the application of GMP in Pharmaceutical Industry; and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical jobs in the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist students have gained insight into the role and the work done in the pharmacy pharmaceutical industry, which is Pharmacist that hold an important role of the pharmaceutical industry in the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) with the aim of producing quality and consistent good quality of medicines.

The special task obtained during internship in the pharmaceutical industry is the Complaints Handling Products to Avoid Damage Seal Bottle Caps. These special task aims to understand how the implementation of the investigation of the complaint on the product, how the flow in the handling of complaints and action taken in case of repair and prevention in order to avoid recurrence. Problems that occur at PT. Sanofi Aventis Indonesia one of them is limited number of personnel, especially pharmacist that thereby affecting the duties and responsibilities that must be resolved."

Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi yang dilaksanakan di PT Johnson & Johnson Indonesia bertujuan agar mahasiswa calon apoteker dapat mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi tersebut. Registrasi obat terdiri dari registrasi baru, registrasi variasi dan registrasi ulang, dimana pengajuan registrasi dilakukan dengan menyusun dossier registrasi yang diserahkan ke BPOM untuk dievaluasi. Permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang dialami Regulatory Affair adalah seringkali terdapat ketidak sesuaian dokumen yang diberikan oleh pembuat dokumen dengan persyaratan dokumen yang dibutuhkan BPOM. Tugas khusus yang diberikan saat Praktek Kerja Profesi di Industri Farmasi adalah Kajian Kelengkapan Dossier Registrasi Obat dari Global Regulatory Affair Johnson & Johnson terhadap Ketentuan Kelengkapan Dokumen Registrasi Obat di Indonesia. Tugas khusus ini memiliki tujuan agar mahasiswa dapat menghitung persentase ketidaklengkapan dossier registrasi yang diberikan Global RA kepada Lokal RA, serta melakukan analisis penyebab ketidaklengkapan dossier tersebut.

Professional Internship Programs that held in PT Johnson & Johnson Indonesia aims that pharmacists can understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmaceutical industry. In addition, students are expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do the work of pharmacy in pharmaceutical industry, especially in Regulatory Affair, understanding drug registration, particularly on the registration variations and re-registration, and have a real picture of the work pharmacy problems in the pharmaceutical industry. Drug registration consists of a new registration, registration variations and re-registration, which submitted for registration by drafting a registration dossier to BPOM to be evaluated. Problems in Regulatory Affair is theres often a discrepancy documents provided by author of the document with BPOMs required paperwork. Special assignment given at the Professional Internship Programs is the Study of Drug Registration Dossier completeness of Global Regulatory Affair Johnson & Johnson against Drug Registration Document Completion Conditions in Indonesia. The purpose of this special assignment to allow students calculate incompleteness percentage of registration dossier given from Global RA to Local RA, and analyze the cause of dossier incompletenes."
