"Selama ini organisasi mengalami banyak masalah dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hal ini tercermin dengan adanya fakta dari laporan performa internal dan audit dari induk organisasi. Hasil audit dapat dijadikan momentum perbaikan untuk peningkatan kapabilitas pengembangan perangkat lunak pada organisasi. Meningkatnya kapabilitas organisasi dalam hal tersebut akan membantu menyelesaikan berbagai masalah terkait. Hasil audit yang lebih baik dapat meningkatkan postur organisasi dari sudut pandang induk organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian terhadap kerangka kerja yang diadopsi organisasi. Dari hasil penilaian dapat diketahui rekomendasi agar organisasi mendapatkan manfaat dari kerangka kerja yang dipilih. Penelitian juga membuat pemetaan peran dalam Scrum dengan penanggung jawab kebutuhan dokumen audit yang telah ditentukan induk organisasi. Panduan yang dibuat diharapkan memudahkan organisasi dalam memenuhi standard induk organisasi, sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan menerapkan praktek agile.

All this time the organization experienced many problems in the software development process. This is reflected by the fact of internal performance reporting and audit of the parent organization. The audit results can be used as a momentum of improvement for increasing the capability of the software development organization. Increased organizational capability in doing so will help solve related problems. Better audit results will be able to improve the posture of the organization from the perspective of the parent organization.

In this research conducted an assessment of the software development framework adopted by the organization. From the assessment results can be known recommendation for the organization to improve benefit from the chosen framework. The study also makes mapping roles in Scrum with the person in charge of the audit document predetermined by parent organization. The result exptected to facilitate the organization in meeting the standards of the parent organization, according to the needs, and applying agile practice."

"Tujuan setiap organisasi penghasil perangkat lunak adalah membangun sebuah produk yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dengan kualitas yang baik, sesuai jadwal dan sesuai anggaran, namun PT. XYZ belum dapat menghasilkan produk sesuai dengan jadwal yang diberikan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyak permasalahan dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunaknya, namun belum diketahui hal yang mana saja yang perlu untuk ditingkatkan karena belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran capability level. Ketika capability level telah diketahui maka akan lebih mudah untuk melakukan peningkatan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak.Untuk meningkatkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak, dalam penelitian ini dengan software process improvement yang terdiri dari proses mengukur measure capability level menggunakan CMMI-DEV dengan continuous representation, hasilnya akan dianalisis analyze process area mana yang capability level-nya masih perlu perbaikan untuk kemudian dilakukan perubahan change.Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi untuk melakukan peningkatan berdasarkan masing ndash; masing process area dan rekomendasi tersebut dibuat berdasarkan pendekatan IDEAL. Diharapkan dengan peningkatan kualitas dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak bisa menyelesaikan masalah PT. XYZ dan juga bisa menjadi faktor pendorong untuk meningkatkan daya saing.

Building a product that fulfill the customer needs with a good quality, on time and on budget is a purpose of every software company, however XYZ is not yet delivered a product on time. It happened because of many problems in software process development, and the company still cannot find out which process that needed to be improved, because the company is never measure the capability level. When the capability level is already measured, then it will be easier to improve the software development processes.To improve the software development processes, this research will use software process improvement which contain of process measure capability level using CMMI DEV with continuous representation and the result will be analyzed on which process area that the capability level need to be improved, and after that change the process that need to be changed.The final result of this research will be a recomendation that depend on the process area result and the recommendation made based on IDEAL model approach. Hopefully with the software process improvement will solve XYZ problem and create an additional value to increase the competitiveness. "

"Pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall mulai tidak relevan dengan PT XYZ. Kecepatan perubahan dari permintaan pengguna, membuat pengerjaan proyek PT XYZ menjadi terlambat. Scrum merupakan kerangka kerja yang dapat mengatasi cepatnya perubahan tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, PT XYZ perlu melakukan adaptasi kerangka kerja Scrum. Menurut software enginering institute, terdapat 3 dimensi penting dalam sebuah proses yaitu People, Procedure and Method, dan Tools yang akan menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Dimensi people menggunakan Sociomery dan Motivation Method untuk mengetahui kondisi tim saat ini serta menganalisa peran-peran saat ini pada perusahaan. Dimensi procedure and method menggunakan A Guide to agile with CMMI yang difokuskan pada process area Project roadmap CMMI dan acara-acara pada Scrum Guide. Sedangkan pada dimensi Tools, dengan mencari pada mensin pencarian di internet dengan kata kunci ‘free Scrum Tools’ lalu dibandingkan antara keunggulan serta kekurangan dari tiap Tools tersebut. Hasil dari dimesi people dibagi menjadi tiga bagian berdasarkan peran-peran pada Scrum yaitu, Scrum Master, Product Owner dan Development Team. Scrum Master yang terpilih adalah responden nomor 2 dan 10 berdasarkan hasil Sociometry yang paling populer dari tim tersebut, sedangkan Product Owner diperankan oleh pemimpin proyek XYZ Tracker dikarenakan memiliki tanggung jawab yang hampir memadai dari tanggung jawab seorang Product Owner. Development Team dibagi menjadi 2 tim berdasarkan hasil Sociometry dan kemampuan individual yang masing-masing tim berjumlah 7 orang . Pada dimensi procedure and method, terdapat 50 rekomendasi rancangan adaptasi procedure and method. Sedangkan hasil dimensi Tools, menggunakan ‘ApaScrum’ yang memiliki keunggulan dalam memberikan kemudahan dalam penggunaan serta dapat menghasilkan artefak yang dibutuhkan dalam Scrum.

The waterfall software development is becoming irrelevant with PT XYZ. The speed of change from user requests resulted in the slowdown of project work from PT XYZ . Scrum is a framework that can overcome those rapid changes. Therefore, PT XYZ needs to adapt the Scrum framework. According to the software engineering institute, there are 3 important dimensions in a process namely People, Procedure and Method, and Tools which will be the focus of this research. The People dimension uses Sociomery and Motivation Method to determine the current condition of the team and analyze the current roles in the company. The procedure and method dimension uses A Guide to Agile with CMMI which is focused on the CMMI Project roadmap process area and events on the Scrum Guide. While in the Tools dimension, by searching on search engines on the internet with the keyword 'Free Scrum Tools' then comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each of these Tools. the results of the people dimension are divided into three sections based on roles in Scrum namely, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Development Teams. The selected Scrum Masters are respondents number 2 and 10 based on the results of the most popular Sociometry from the team, while the Product Owner is played by the XYZ Tracker project leader because it has almost the same responsibility as the responsibility of a Product Owner. The Development Team was divided into 2 teams based on the results of Sociometry and the individual abilities of each team totaled 7 people. On the procedure and method dimension, there are 50 recommended procedures and method adaptation designs. While the results of the Tools dimension, which used 'ApaScrum' has the advantage of providing ease of use and can produce the artifacts needed in Scrum"

"PT XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan asuransi jiwa yang ada di Indonesia. Divisi Teknologi Informasi adalah divisi yang bertugas melakukan pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ. Namun berdasarkan fakta yang ada, pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dilakukan Divisi Teknologi Informasi masih banyak yang selesai tidak tepat waktu. Salah satu penyebab keterlambatan ini adalah proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yang belum dijalankan dengan baik. Perbaikan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. CMMI Dev merupakan salah satu kerangka kerja yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas dari proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dan dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Pada penelitian ini, rekomendasi perbaikan dibuat berdasarkan CMMI Dev ver. 1.3. Area proses yang dipilih sesuai dengan area proses pada project roadmap yaitu Project Planning, Project Monitoring and Control, Requirement Management, Configuration Management dan Process and Product Quality Assurance. Penilaian tingkat kapabilitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan SCAMPI C dengan alat bantu PIID dan Quantitative Assessment. Rekomendasi perbaikan disusun berdasarkan kerangka kerja IDEAL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kapabilitas dan rekomendasi perbaikan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Rekomendasi perbaikan disusun berdasarkan specific practise yang ada di CMMI Dev ver. 1.3 project roadmap sehingga dapat membantu Divisi Teknologi Informasi menyelesaikan pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan tepat waktu.

PT XYZ is one of the life insurance companies in Indonesia. Information Technology Division is a division in charge of software development in PT XYZ. But based on the facts, Software development undertaken by the Information Technology Division is still many that is not finished on time. One of the causes of this delay is the software development process that has not been run properly. Software process improvement is needed to solve this problem. CMMI Dev is one of the frameworks that can be used to measure the level of capability of the software development process and can be used to improve the software development process.

In this research, improvement recommendations were made based on CMMI Dev ver. 1.3. The process area selected according to the process area on the roadmap project ie Project Planning, Project Monitoring and Control, Requirement Management, Configuration Management and Process and Product Quality Assurance. Capability level assessment is done by using SCAMPI C with PIID and Quantitative Assessment tools. The improvement recommendations are created based on IDEAL framework.

The result of this research is level of capability and recommendation of software process improvement. The improvement recommendations are based on the specific practice in CMMI Dev ver. 1.3 project roadmap so that can help the Information Technology Division complete the software development in a timely manner."

"Scrum merupakan kerangka kerja bersifat agile yang didesain secara sederhana untuk menghasilkan perangkat lunak secara bertahap dan iteratif. Manajemen proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak yang menerapkan Scrum bersifat kolaboratif antara tim pengembang dengan konsumen. PT. XYZ telah menerapkan Scrum sejak 2012, namun dalam pelaksanaanya menemui beberapa permasalahan. Permasalahan utama yaitu tidak tercapainya target waktu pelaksanaan pengembangan perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak yang menerapkan kerangka kerja Scrum.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Scrum Maturity Model. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap pegawai PT. XYZ yang berperan sebagai Scrum Master pada proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak yang telah menerapkan kerja Scrum. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menilai tingkat kematangan setiap proses pada kerangka kerja Scrum. Hasil analisis tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk mencapai tingkat kematangan yang lebih tinggi.Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu PT. XYZ berhasil mencapai tingkat kematangan 2 Scrum Maturity Model. Tingkat kematangan 2 dicapai melalui sasaran umum Basic Scrum Management dan Software Requirement Engineering. Rekomendasi sasaran perbaikan diberikan untuk memperbaiki proses- proses untuk mencapai tingkat kematangan 3, 4, dan 5. Untuk mencapai tingkat kematangan 3, sasaran perbaikan difokuskan pada perbaikan manajemen hubungan dengan pelanggan dan manajemen iterasi. Sementara itu, untuk mencapai tingkat kematangan 4 sasaran perbaikan direkomendasikan untuk praktik-praktik yang terkait standarisasi manajemen proyek. Untuk mencapai tingkat kematangan 5, sasaran perbaikan direkomendasikan untuk memperbaiki praktik-praktik terkait manajemen kinerja proyek.

Scrum is an agile framework designed for simplicity to produce software incrementally and iteratively. Scrum project management implement collaboration between developer?s team and the consumers. PT. XYZ has implemented Scrum since 2012, but encountered some problems in its implementation. The main problem is the projects don't achieve the time target of software development timeline. This research is aimed to examine the maturity level of project management of software development that implement Scrum frameworks.

This research was conducted using quantitative research methodology using Scrum Maturity Model. Data were collected through questionnaires to employees of PT. XYZ which acts as a Scrum Master on software development projects that have implemented Scrum framework. Data analysis was performed by assessing the maturity level of each process on the Scrum framework. The results of the analysis of project management maturity level of software development process are used to provide recommendations for improvement to achieve a higher level of maturity.

The conclusion from this research is PT. XYZ reached maturity level 2 of Scrum Maturity Model. Maturity level 2 is achieved through a common goal of Basic Scrum Management and Software Requirement Engineering. Recommendations for improvement are given to improve processes to achieve maturity level 3, 4, and 5. To achieve maturity level 3, the recommendation focused on improving customer relationship management and iteration management. Meanwhile, to achieve maturity level 4, the recommendations are to improve practices related to standardization of project management. To achieve maturity level 5, the recommendations are to improve practices related to project performance management."

"Banyak pesaing membuat PT Asuransi XYZ harus adaptif dan cepat dalam menyediakan layanan aplikasi yang baik kepada pelanggan. Perusahaan ini sudah banyak melakukan perubahan baik dari struktur organisasi hingga budaya khususnya dalam software development yang sudah mengadopsi Agile dan DevOps. Namun pada kenyataannya masih besar keterlambatan waktu penyebaran pada aplikasi. Melalui permasalahan menjelaskan bahwa ada permasalahan dari sisi people yakni developer yang masih memiliki mindset individual. Menjawab permasalahan tersebut dengan Budaya DevOps bahwa developer tidak hanya memikirkan tentang coding namun bagaimana product ini dapat di production dengan cepat. Penulis melakukan studi literatur terhadap teori DevOps dengan berlandaskan model yang dibuat oleh Luz (2019) dan teori lainnya. Kemudian memetakan kondisi saat ini berdasarkan hasil studi literatur yang telah dibuat melalui kuesioner. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dipilih yang tidak memenuhi threshold untuk diberikan rekomendasi. Rekomendasi diberikan validasi terhadap teori DevOps, kemudian di lanjutkan validasi dengan orang expert dan yang terakhir validasi dengan orang internal. Rekomendasi budaya meliputi deployment dilakukan lebih sering dan tidak perlu menunggu waktu khusus, tim pengembang perlu mengetahui bagaimana proses yang ada pada bagian operasi, tim operasi perlu memberikan feedback kepada tim pengembang dan memiliki rasa kepercayaan (trust) antara tim pengembang dan tim operasi.

The highly competitive insurance industry has forced PT Asuransi XYZ to be more adaptive to changes and fast in providing good application services to customers. To stay ahead of the competition, PT Asuransi XYZ introduced changes to both organizational structure and the entire company work culture. The key steps were to adopt Agile and DevOps. Previously, there was considerable delay in the deployment time of the applications. DevOps comes from a train of thought, where developers not only think about coding but also how the product can be released to production quickly. Researchers conducted a literature study on the DevOps theory based on the model created by Luz (2019) and other theories. Then they mapped the current conditions based on the results of literature studies that have been made through a questionnaire. Based on these conditions, those who did not meet the threshold were chosen to be given a recommendation. Recommendations are validated against the DevOps theory, then proceeded with validation by expert people and finally validated by internal people. Cultural recommendations include very frequent deployments and drastically cut-short the development to release time. The development team should be aware of the process in the operations section, the operations team needs to provide regular feedback back to the development team. Both teams need to have a sense of trust between them to achieve the goal."

"PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan penyedia layanan TI di Indonesia, yang menggunakan CMMI untuk perbaikan proses. Melalui implementasi CMMI, PT. XYZ berharap memperoleh manfaat melalui perbaikan proses. Namun sampai dengan penelitian ini dilakukan, PT. XYZ belum memperoleh manfaat yang optimal. Hal ini dilihat dari beberapa delivery proyek yang tidak tepat waktu dan realisasi effort dari beberapa proyek lebih besar dari perencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat yang diperoleh PT. XYZ dari implementasi CMMI. Identifikasi manfaat dilakukan dengan membandingkan data implementasi proyek sebelum dan setelah CMMI. PT. XYZ berharap dapat mengidentifikasi proses yang belum optimal pada pelaksanaannya, sehingga PT. XYZ dapat melakukan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan proses tersebut menjadi lebih baik. Berdasarkan identifikasi manfaat tersebut, kemudian digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat yang berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak. Selanjutnya, PT. XYZ menentukan prioritas manfaat yang harus dicapai yang berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek pegembangan perangkat lunak. Pada penelitian ini, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen pendukung PT. XYZ. Hasil penelitian ini adalah identifikasi manfaat CMMI yang diperoleh PT. XYZ. Kemudian melakukan analisis terhadap manfaat CMMI yang mempengaruhi kriteria kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak.

PT. XYZ is one of IT service providers in Indonesia who use CMMI for process improvement. With the implementation of CMMI, PT. XYZ expect to gain benefit through process improvement. But until this research is done, PT. XYZ has not derive optimal benefits, based on several delivery projects that are not on time and effort realization of some projects bigger than planning.

This research aimed to identify the benefits obtained by PT. XYZ after CMMI implementation. Identifying benefits gained by performing comparison the data of project implementation before and after CMMI. PT. XYZ look forward to identify the processes that is not optimal when project implementation. Based on these results, PT. XYZ can evaluate and improve the process better. The result of benefit identification is used to identify which benefits that affect the success of software development project. PT. XYZ determine the priority of the benefits to be achieved, making it easier to gain the benefit that influence the success of software development projects. In this research, the data used are primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires while the secondary data obtained from PT. XYZ supporting documents.

The results of this study was identification of the CMMI benefits that obtained PT. XYZ which affecting success criteria for software development projects."

"PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan rintisan yang menjual produk-produk alami melalui situs web dan aplikasi mobile mereka. Proyek perangkat lunak di PT XYZ diimplementasikan menggunakan metode agile dan kerangka kerja Scrum agar tanggap dengan kebutuhan pasar dan pelanggan. Nyatanya, proses pengembangan perangkat lunak masih mengalami keterlambatan dalam perilisan karena rendahnya tingkat ketercapaian target untuk sprint. Dampak yang ditimbulkan adalah tidak tercapainya Objective and Key Result (OKR). Berdasarkan wawancara dengan narasumber dari PT XYZ, yaitu anggota tim Scrum yang terdiri dari Product Manager, Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, dan QA Analyst menunjukkan bahwa akar permasalahaan yang dihadapi perusahaan erat kaitannya dengan proses implementasi Scrum, terutama acara dan artefak Scrum. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi pemicu penelitian ini untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap implementasi Scrum di perusahaan. Evaluasi implementasi Scrum dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) dan metode penilaian Standard Capability Maturity Model Integration Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) kelas C. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Scrum di PT XYZ masih berada pada tingkat kematangan 1 karena terdapat sebuah goal di tingkat kematangan 2 belum fully achieved, yaitu goal basic Scrum management dengan nilai 71,43% largely achieved. Setelah melakukan penilaian, penelitian ini menghasilkan 3 rekomendasi untuk artefak Scrum, 4 rekomendasi untuk acara Scrum, 2 rekomendasi untuk komponen pendukung Scrum, dan 5 rekomendasi untuk akar permasalahan penelitian. Penelitian ini juga menyertakan langkah-langkah perubahan yang dapat dilaksanakan perusahaan untuk memperbaiki alur proses Scrum terkait acara dan artefak Scrum. Rekomendasi dan langkah-langkah perubahan diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan ketercapaian target sprint sehingga memungkinkan perilisan proyek perangkat lunak yang tepat waktu dan mencapai nilai bisnis yang diharapkan perusahaan

PT XYZ is a start-up company that sells natural products through its website and mobile application. The software project at PT XYZ is implemented using agile methods and the Scrum framework to respond to the market and customer needs. In fact, the software development process is still experiencing delays in release due to the low rate of achieving targets for sprints. The impact is not achieving the Objective and Key Result (OKR). Based on interviews with representatives from PT XYZ, namely members of the Scrum team consisting of Product Manager, Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and QA Analyst, it shows that the root problems faced by the company are closely related to the Scrum implementation process, especially Scrum events and artifacts. These problems are the trigger for this research to evaluate the implementation of Scrum in the company. Evaluation of Scrum implementation is carried out using the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) framework and the Standard Capability Maturity Model Integration Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Class C assessment method. The results of the assessment show that the implementation of Scrum at PT XYZ is still at maturity level 1 because there is a goal at maturity level 2 that has not been fully achieved, namely the basic Scrum management goal with a value of 71.43% (largely achieved). After conducting the assessment, this research resulted in 3 recommendations for Scrum artifacts, 4 recommendations for Scrum events, 2 recommendations for Scrum supporting components, and 5 recommendations for the root causes of the research. This research also includes change steps that companies can implement to improve the Scrum process flow regarding Scrum events and artifacts. Recommendations and change steps are expected to be able to improve the achievement of the sprint targets to enable the timely release of software projects and achieve the expected business value of the company."

"Pada tahun 2015 PT. XYZ baru saja membuat sebuah direktorat baru untuk manajemen proyek, untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh XYZ. Salah satu permasalahan terbesarnya adalah manajemen proyek yang belum sesuai dengan ekspektasi manajemen. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut XYZ harus memperbaiki proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan jumlah pelanggan yang semakin meningkat namun resource masih tergolong kurang memadai. Oleh karena itu untuk melakukan manajemen proyek yang lebih baik, salah satu upaya yang bisa dijalankan adalah dengan mengadopsi CMMI-Dev dengan representasi continuous pada manajemen proyek XYZ.Riset ini menelaah tentang evaluasi tingkat kapablitas proses pada proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sedang dilaksanakan oleh XYZ. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menyusun rekomendasi perbaikan proses untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di XYZ berdasarkan kerangka kerja CMMI-Dev dengan representasi continuous. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan acuan CMMI-Dev 1.3 representasi continous dengan tools SCAMPI C memberikan informasi bahwa 1 dari 6 proses area terpilih sudah memiliki kapabilitas tingkat 1, Proses area tersebut adalah Measurement Analysis MA . Kemudian 5 proses area lainnya masih berada kapablitas tingkat 0. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut menunjukan bahwa manajemen proyek XYZ masih perlu melakukan perbaikan, maka rekomendasi yang diberikan pada penelitian adalah untuk memperbaiki pada proses area PP, PPQA, REQM, CM dan PMC.

In 2015 XYZ publishing the new directorate of project management to solve problem on XYZ. One of the biggest problem that faced by directorate of project management is project management which not passed the expectation from XYZ Management. Based on that problem, XYZ have to improve the quality of software process development with condition the number of project that always grow and low resource. So that, XYZ need to improve the project management practice, one of the solution that XYZ want to implement is adopting CMMI Dev continuous representation on XYZ Project Management.This research explains about the evaluation of capability level processes which being held on current condition by XYZ. Then, the next step will explain about how to make some improvement recommendations to improve software development process based on CMMI Dev continuous representation.The results of the evaluation using SCAMPI C tools based on CMMI Dev continuous representation is represent that only one process area from 6 the choosen process area has got a capability level 1, and the process area is Measurement Analysis MA . Then, the other process area still in capability level 0. Based on that situation, shows that XYZ project management should have some improvement especially for the 5 process area, so that the recommendation from this research should focus on the 5 process area too, there are PP, PPQA, REQM, CM and PMC."

"PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan jasa konsultasi dan penyedia aplikasi, saat ini PT XYZ belum memiliki standar baku dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Berdasarkan analisis tahap awal yang dilakukan, hal tersebut menyebabkan tidak tercapainya 12% target waktu penyelesaian proyek. Maka untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut PT XYZ perlu meningkatkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan standar baku proses pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan CMMI Dev 1.3. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan tingkat kematangan dari aktivitas pengembangan perangkat lunak saat ini. Sehingga, menghasilkan rekomendasi peningkatan proses pengembangan peragkat lunak yang tepat bagi PT XYZ. Untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi maka dilakukan penilaian dengan metode SCAMPI-C dan pendekatan continuous representation, dengan pemilihan area proses penilaian menggunakan CMMI Roadmap. Penilaian dilaksanakan dengan metode PIID, kemudian dibuat skala prioritas dari rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dengan metode AHP. Penelitian ini menghasilkan capability level 0 dengan 3 practice yang terpenuhi dan 37 practice yang tidak terpenuhi dari 5 area proses yang terdapat pada project roadmap yaitu PP, PMC, REQM, CM, dan PPQA. Sehingga target yang akan dicapai adalah capability level 1. Dari 37 practice yang tidak terpenuhi untuk mancapai capability level 1 dibuat rekomendasi pada setiap practice dengan urutan prioritas pelaksanaan, sesuai hasil AHP, yaitu PP, REQM, PMC, CM, PPQA. Terakhir dilakukan validasi direktur dengan hasil rekomendasi semua 37 practice akan dilaksanakan.

PT XYZ is a consulting firm and application provider. PT XYZ does not have a standard in the software development process. Based on the initial analysis, this causes a delay of 12% of the project completion time target. So to solve these problems, PT XYZ needs to improve the software development process with the standard software development process, namely in this study using CMMI Dev 1.3. This study aims to determine the capability level and produce recommendations for improving the software development process that is right for the company. To make recommendations, conduct an assessment using the SCAMPI-C method assisted by PIID. The approach used is continuous representation, selecting the assessment process area according to the CMMI Roadmap, namely the project roadmap with PP, PMC, REQM, CM, and PPQA process areas. The result of this study is the ability level 0, with three practices meeting and 37 not meeting the five assessment process areas. So that it can determine the target it wants to achieve is level one of capability. To reach level one of capability, make recommendations from 37 practices that are unmet. Next, make a priority order of recommendations using AHP with the results of PP, REQM, PMC, CM, and PPQA. Finally, the Director validates the results of all recommendations that will implement by generating all recommendations from 37 practices that will implement."
