"ABSTRAK
Kesehatan reproduksi merupakan hak bagi setiap manusia namun belum ada
kebijakan publik program kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja disabilitas intelektual.
Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengumpulan informasi untuk advokasi
kebijakan publik program kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja disabilitas intelektual.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain Rapid Assesment
Prosedure. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 orang, dipilih secara
purposive dan snowball, yaitu berbagai pemangku kepentingan yang terkait
dengan isu kesehatan reproduksi dan disabilitas. Metode pengumpulan data
melalui indepth interview pada tahap analisis. Tahapan penelitian ini yaitu
analisis; strategi pro aktif dengan membuat factsheet, press release serta
penyelenggaraan lokakarya; mobilisasi sebagai langkah awal dari membangun
koalisi; dan aksi advokasi melalui lokakarya. Hasil analisis didapatkan belum
adanya kebijakan publik program kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja disabilitas
intelektual karena bukan program prioritas dan hasil lokakarya diperoleh usulan
rekomendasi yang selanjutnya dibuat dalam bentuk policy brief berupa melakukan
kajian perundang-undangan dan modul yang sudah ada terkait kesehatan
reproduksi dan disabilitas dengan melibatkan semua pihak untuk berkoordinasi,
modul psikoedukasi kesehatan reproduksi bagi remaja tunagrahita yang sudah ada
perlu masuk ke dalam sistem pemerintah serta penyediaan alat peraga kesehatan
reproduksi di SLB C.

ABSTRACT
Reproductive health is a right for every human being yet there is no public policy
for concentrating reproductive health for adolescents intellectual disability. This
study aims at collecting information for advocacy on the issue. This study used a
qualitative research with Rapid Assessment Procedure design. The informants in
this study amounted to 12 people were selected purposively and employed
snowball, procedure a number of informant were selected consist of different
stakeholder. Data were collected through in-depth interview on the analysis stage.
Stages of this research is the analysis; pro-active strategy to create factsheets,
press releases and organizing workshops; mobilization as the first step of building
coalitions; and advocacy action through workshops. The results of the analysis
indicated no public policies for reproductive health programs for adolescents
intellectual disability because is not a priority program and the results of the
workshop obtained by the proposed recommendations were subsequently made in
the form of policy briefs be reviewing legislation and existing modules related to
reproductive health and disabilities by involving all parties to coordinate,
psychoeducation module reproductive health for adolescents intellectual
disability existing need to get into the government system and the provision of
reproductive health props in SLB C."

"Gangguan mental emosional merupakan gangguan kesehatan yang terjadi di seluruh negara yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup seseorang dan dapat terjadi pada seluruh kalangan usia. Lansia merupakan salah satu kelompok usia berisiko terkena gangguan mental emosional sebagai akibat dari berkurangnya kemampuan fisik dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat ketidakmampuan fisik terhadap gangguan mental emosional yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya. Studi ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia yang tercatat dalam Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2018 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat ketidakmampuan fisik terhadap gangguan mental emosional secara statistik (p = 0,000<0,05), dengan tingkat ketergantungan ringan (PR = 2,021, 95% CI (1,936-2,109)), ketergantungan sedang (PR = 3,189, 95% CI (2,818-3,610)), ketergantungan berat (PR = 3,350, 95% CI (2,920-3,843), dan ketergantungan total (PR = 2,770, 95% CI (2,419-3,173)) setelah dikontrol oleh variabel pendidikan dan jumlah riwayat penyakit kronis. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan tingkat ketidakmampuan fisik terhadap gangguan mental emosional baik setelah di kontrol oleh variabel pendidikan dan jumlah riwayat penyakit kronis.

Emotional mental disorders are health problems that occur in all countries that can affect a person's quality of life and can occur in all age groups. Elderly is one of the age groups at risk for mental-emotional disorders as a result of reduced physical ability to carry out daily activities. Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between the level of physical disability and emotional mental disorders that are influenced by other variables. This study used a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were all elderly people who were recorded in the 2018 Riset Kesehatan Dasar who met the inclusion criteria. The results showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between the level of physical disability and emotional mental disorders (p = 0.000 <0.05), with a mild degree of dependence (PR = 2.021, 95% CI (1.936-2.109)), moderate dependence (PR = 3.189, 95% CI (2.818-3.610)), severe dependence (PR = 3.350, 95% CI (2.920-3.843), and total dependence (PR = 2.770, 95% CI (2.419-3.173)) after being controlled by variable education and the number of history of chronic disease.So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of physical disability with mental emotional disorders after being controlled by the education variable and the number of history of chronic disease."

"Perilaku seksual berisiko adalah suatu aktivitas seksual yang dilakukan untuk mencapai kepuasan seksual dan berdampak pada masalah kesehatan reproduksi, diantaranya kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan dan Infeksi menular Seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku seksual berisiko. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik korelatif denganpendekatan cross sectionalpada 100 responden siswa SMA di Kota Tangerang menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakanmeliputi kuesioner pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi, pola asuh, perilaku seksual berisiko, paparan media, dan pengaruh teman sebaya. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan tidak terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dan pola asuh orang tua dengan perilaku seksual berisiko p value>0,05 . Meskipun demikian, peneliti merekomendasikan perlunya penyuluhan dan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dan pendekatan oleh perawat di puskesmas untuk mengaktifkan program PKPR dan BKR guna meningkatkan kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan mencegah perilaku seksual berisiko, mengingat terdapatnya 57 remaja di SMA Swasta Kota Tangerang yang memiliki perilaku seksual berisiko.

Risky sexual behavior is defined as sexual activities performed to gain sexual satisfaction which may affect health reproduction, such as unwanted pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Infections. This study aimed to identify correlation between knowledge of reproductive health, parenting role, and risky sexual behavior. The study design was analytical with cross sectional approach and involving 100 high school students in Tangerang through convenience sampling technique. The instruments were questionnaires of knowledge of reproductive health, parenting role, risky sexual behavior, media exposure, and peer influence. The result showed no significant correlation between knowledge of reproductive health, parenting role, and risky sexual behavior p value 0,05 . Nonetheless, the study recommends for counseling and education of reproductive health as well as the approach of public health center nurses to implement PKPR and BKR in order to improve reproductive health for preventing risky sexual behavior, considering that 57 of adolescents in private high schools in Tangerang demonstrated risky sexual behaviors."

"This is time for adolescence reproductive health to receive serious attention from various parties, such as the government, educators, religious leaders and the youth themselves. Studies from some parts of Indonesia indicated that the incidence of teenage pregnancies is increasing. The global information on sexual matters has been claimed for influencing the youth to perform a risky behavior which in turn affecting their reproductive health. Basically, this paper discusses the phenomenon of adolescence reproductive health based on the research that was conducted by PPK-LIPI in collaboration with IPPA in Surabaya. Some important issues that can be highlighted are closely related to youth sexual behavior. A number of youth has already been exposed to pornography materials and some of them have engaged in sex before marriage. Although the percentage is quite small, however, it indicated that pre-marital sexual relationship occured among youth. This phenomenon likes the tip of the iceberg : what is reflected might be smaller than the factual. Ironically, the majority of people still hold a sigma that reproductive health issues are associated with sexual matters. Consequently, spreading-out information on reproductive health issues to youth is not allowed because it might stimulate them to practice pre-marital sexual intercourse. Therefore, such adolescence-friendly approaches are needed to socialize and empower the youth to perform healthy reproductive life. Advocacy models such as peer educator and youth center actually can bring a lot of advantages and positive impacts to youth as well as their parents."

"Kerentanan tunagrahita terhadap pelecehan seksual meningkat dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman terkait seksualitas dan kesehatan reproduksi (Tang & Lee, 1999; WHO, 2009; Arisanti dalam Asra, 2013). Meski demikian, kebutuhan tunagrahita tersebut tidak diiringi dengan ketersediaan informasi dan layanan yang memadai (WHO, 2009). Penelitian ini kemudian ditujukan untuk membuktikan apakah program psikoedukasi bagi siswa dan orangtua dapat meningkatkan pemahaman kesehatan reproduksi siswi sekolah dasar penyandang tunagrahita ringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain subjek tunggal. Perbandingan pre dan post test kemudian menunjukkan peningkatan dari 68% menjadi 100%. Dengan hasil tersebut, program psikoedukasi bagi siswi dan orangtua dinilai berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman kesehatan reproduksi pada diri partisipan.

For people with intellectual disability, their vulnerability to sexual victimization increased due to the lack of knowledge that related to sexual and reproductive health (Tang & Lee, 1999; WHO, 2009; Arisanti in Asra, 2013). Those needs often face information and service barriers (WHO, 2009). The aim of the research was to examine whether psychoeducational program for student and parents would increase the reproductive health knowledge of female elementary student with mild intellectual disability. This research used the single subject design. Pre and post test results show that the program succeed to increase participant?s reproductive health knowledge from 68% to 100%."

Prevalensi masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja meningkat seiring dengan kondisi pergaulan dan gaya hidup remaja yang semakin bebas sehingga diperlukan pencegahan berupa pengembangan kualitas diri remaja untuk mencegah masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Penulisan bertujuan memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan ABC Integrasi dalam pelayanan dan asuhan keperawatan komunitas melalui integrasi teori CSHM, FCN dan Manajemen pada remaja dengan risiko masalah kesehatan reproduksi. Hasil Kualitas diri remaja pada keterampilan spiritual yang baik 24,19% dan kualitas diri yang cukup 75,81%. Kualitas diri remaja pada keterampilan emosional yang baik 1,61% dan kualitas diri cukup 98,39%. Kualitas diri remaja pada keterampilan sosial yang baik 26,61% dan kualitas diri yang cukup 73,39%. "ABSTRAK
Remaja banyak mengalami masalah akibat perilaku beresiko. Oleh karena itu remajamembutuhkan penanangan khusus melalui pendidikan kesehatan dan pelayanan kesehatanreproduksi, namun pemanfaatan program pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di KotaMakassar masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pemanfaatanpelayanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja dan menganalisis determinan yang mempengaruhipemanfaatan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain crosssectional yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret ndash; Mei 2018 di Kota Makassar. Datadikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner secara mandiri oleh 383 siswa-siswi sekolahmenengah atas yang diambil secara acak dari total enam sekolah. Data dianalisismenggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik ganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitianmenemukan hanya 24,3 siswa-siswi yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksiremaja. Hasil analisis membuktikan faktor pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi danpelayanan yang tersedia OR= 1,74; CI 95 = 1,040-2,911 berhubungan denganpemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Siswa-siswi yang berpengetahuantinggi berpeluang hampir 2 kali lebih tinggi untuk memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatanreproduksi remaja dibandingkan yang berpengetahuan rendah setelah dikontrol variabeldukungan keluarga dan dukungan teman. Untuk itu perlu sosialisasi kepada siswa-siswi danorang tua secara rutin, penyebaran informasi melalui media online / jejaring sosial, pelatihanpeer educator dan pembentukan organisasi sekolah dibidang kesehatan reproduksi dapatdilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksiremaja.

ABSTRACT
Adolescents face many problems due to risky behavior. Therefore, they require specialconsideration through the administration of health education and reproductive healthservices, but the utilization of adolescent reproductive health service programs in Makassaris still relatively low. The purpose of this study was to identify the rates at which adolescentreproductive health services were utilized and to analyze the determinants affecting suchutilization. This research was a quantitative project with a cross sectional design, and itwas conducted in March to May of 2018 in Makassar City. Data were collected via theindependent completion of questionnaires by 383 senior high school students randomlyselected from a total of six schools. Data were analyzed using chi square testing andmultiple logistic regression using SPSS. This study found that only 24.3 of the studentstook advantage of adolescent reproductive health services. The results of the analysis provethat knowledge of reproductive health and the available services OR 1.74 95 CI 1.040 ndash 2.911 are related to the utilization of adolescent reproductive health services. It wasfound that students with high levels of knowledge are nearly two times more likely to utilizeadolescent reproductive health services than those with low levels of knowledge after theresults were controlled for the variables of family and peer support. It is necessary topromote socialization between students and parents on a regular basis, disseminateinformation through online media social networking, administer peer educator training,and establish school organizations in the field of reproductive health to increase awarenessand utilization of adolescent reproductive health services."

"Setiap remaja berhak untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi sesuai dengan tumbuh kembangnya melalui pelayanan klinis, konseling dan KIE pada pendidikan formal dan non formal. Berdasarkan penelitian awal melalui wawancara dengan siswa di salah satu sekolah di Kab. Ogan Ilir, diperoleh informasi bahwa siswa belum mendapatkan pengetahuan yang baik tentang kesehatan reproduksi di sekolah maupun dari orang tua, guru menuturkan bahwa siswa terkesan malu dan merasa tabuh ketika membahas masalah pernikahan dan kesehatan reproduksi, siswa menganggap materi yang disampaikan oleh guru kurang pantas untuk disampaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis terhadap program pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja tingkat SMA sederajat di Kab. Ogan Ilir pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam pada 10 orang informan utama guru, tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas dan penyuluh KB dan 2 orang informan kunci dari Dinas Kesehatan dan Dinas P3AP2KB, Focus Group Discussion pada 4 kelompok siswa dengan total 40 orang siswa dari 4 sekolah dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu semua sekolah telah menerapkan kebijakan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja melalui pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja oleh guru di sekolah, program PKPR oleh tenaga Puskesmas dan Program PIK-R oleh penyuluh KB. SDM yang terlibat sebagian besar memiliki latar belakang yang sesuai dengan kesehatan reproduksi namun masih memerlukan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta telah memiliki panduan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan namun dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa penyesuaian. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang menghambat proses pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya adalah ketersediaan anggaran, sarana dan alat pendukung yang belum memadai, serta tidak semua remaja dapat di jangkau dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan. Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja melalui pendidikan oleh guru di sekolah, program PKPR dan PIK-R sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan sangat bermanfaat bagi remaja, namun masih perlu dioptimalkan lagi dalam hal pelaksanaannya.

Every teenager has the right to receive reproductive health services in accordance with their growth and development through clinical services, counseling and information in formal and non-formal education. Based on initial research through interviews with students at one of the schools inĀ  Ogan Ilir, information was obtained that students had not received good knowledge about reproductive health at school or their parents, the teacher said that students seemed embarrassed and felt timid when discussing marriage and reproductive health issues, students considered the material presented by the teacher to be inappropriate to convey. The aim of this research is to conduct an analysis of the adolescent reproductive health education program at high school and equivalent levels in Ogan Ilir in 2023. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 main informants, teachers, health workers at the Community Health Center and family planning instructors and 2 key informants from the Health Service and P3AP2KB Service, Focus Group Discussions on 4 groups of students with a total of 40 students from 4 schools and document review. The results of this research are that all schools have implemented adolescent reproductive health education policies through adolescent reproductive health education by school teachers, the PKPR program by Community Health Center staff and the PIK-R Program by family planning counselors. Most of the human resources involved have a background that is relevant to reproductive health but still require training to increase their knowledge and skills, and already have guidelines for implementing activities, but in implementation there are several adjustments. There are several obstacles that hamper the process of implementing activities, including inadequate budget availability, supporting facilities and equipment, and not all teenagers can be reached in implementing activities. Adolescent reproductive health education through education by teachers in schools, the PKPR and PIK-R programs are in accordance with needs and are very beneficial for adolescents, but still need to be optimized further in terms of implementation."
