"Pada skripsi ini dibahas mengenai pemilihan strategi green supply chain management (GSCM) untuk PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP). GSCM dilakukan sebagai upaya mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari aktivitas-aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dan subkriteria pemilihan strategi GSCM dan menganalisis pemilihan strategi GSCM yang sesuai untuk PT.XYZ. Melalui penelitian ini akan terbentuk jaringan ANP yang terdiri dari 6 kriteria dan 29 subkriteria yang terkumpul berbagai studi literatur dan pendapat para pakar. Dari 6 kriteria terdapat 1 kriteria yang berisi strategi GSCM, yaitu terdiri dari risk-based strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy. Metode ANP memudahkan pemilihan strategi GSCM yang kompleks melalui proses yang terstuktur dengan mempertimbangkan perspektif konsep ramah lingkungan dari para pakar dan perusahaan. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa innovation-based strategy sebagai strategi green supply chain management yang paling tepat dan sesuai untuk PT.XYZ.

This study elaborates business strategy selection for green supply chain management for PT.XYZ via Analytical Network Process. GSCM is initiated as a response to reduce environmental impacts from industrial activities. The purposes of this study are identifying criteria and sub criteria in selecting GSCM Strategy and analyzing a suitable GSCM strategy for PT.XYZ. This study proposes ANP network of 6 criteria and 29 sub criteria, which collected from literature review and experts judgement. One from six criteria contains GSCM strategy choices which are risk-based strategy, efficiency-based strategy, innovation-based strategy, dan closed loop strategy. ANP solves complex GSCM strategy-selection by using more structured process and considering green perspectives from experts and PT.XYZ. The result from this research is innovation-based strategy as the most suitable and proper green supply chain management strategy for PT.XYZ."

Lebih jauh lagi penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis apa saja bentuk-bentuk penerapan GSCM dan dampaknya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis eksploratori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan strategi case study. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada dua perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor yang berbeda yaitu perusahaan peritel dan perusahaan teknologi informasi komunikasi supaya untuk memperkaya studi ini dengan melihat penerapan GSCM dari kacamata dua perusahaan yang memiliki sifat yang berbeda. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat memberikan motivasi perusahaan lain untuk mendorong penerapan konsep ini di perusahaan mereka. Lebih jauh lagi diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah untuk pengembangan kebijakan-kebijakan terkait lingkungan hidup agar mendorong perusahaan yang beroperasi di Indonesia untuk menjalankan usahanya dengan cara yang berkelanjutan (sustainable)

ABSTRACTThis thesis will touch upon the drivers and barriers of implementing GSCM by companies in Indonesia and compare those with the previous study. Furthermore the study will try to analyze the type of GSCM implementation and its impacts. This study is an exploratory type that uses qualitative approach and case study strategy. This study is carried out at two companies that focus in different sector, namely a retailer company and an information and communication company. This is done to enrich the study by seeing the GSCM implementation by companies that coming from two different sectors. It is hoped that this study can provide motivation to other companies to implement this concept into their companies. Furthermore it is hoped that this study can provide inputs for the government in developing policies related to environment that can drive companies that operate in Indonesia to run their business in a sustainable way."

"Industri minyak dan gas semakin lama berkembang dengan sangat baik dan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja perusahaan, para kontraktor minyak dan gas harus mampu lebih efisien dan efektif dalam Supply Chain Management (SCM). Salah satu metode pengukuran kinerja SCM yang berkembang sangat pesat dan paling mewakili pengukuran dari segi financial maupun non-financial adalah Balanced Scorecard yang diperkenalkan oleh Kaplan dan Norton tahun 1992. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Balanced Scorecard untuk merumuskan serangkaian indikator pengukuran kinerja bagian SCM pada KKKS (Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama). Setelah melakukan perumusan indikator pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard, dilakukan pemetaan hubungan (cause-effect relationship) terhadap perspektif dan indikator yang berada pada perspektif yang sama dengan menggunakan analisis DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory). Pemetaan dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan pengaruh antar perspektif maupun indikator, sehingga dapat digambarkan peta strategi yang dapat diaplikasikan oleh KKKS untuk meningkatkan kinerja bagian SCM.

Oil and gas industry growing very well and to be able to optimize performance of company, oil and gas contractor should be able to be more efficient and effective in the Supply Chain Management (SCM). One of the methods of performance measurement that is growing very rapidly and most representative measurements in terms of financial and non-financial is Balanced Scorecard that introduced by Kaplan and Norton in 1992. This study used Balanced Scorecard method to formulate a set of indicators for measuring performance of SCM on PSC (Production Sharing Contract).

After making formulation of indicators measuring performance using Balanced Scorecard method, researchers mapped the relationships (cause-effect relationship) to perspectives and indicators that are located on the same perspective by using DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory). Mapping conducted to see cause and effect relationship between perspectives and indicators, so it can be drawn strategic map that can be applied by PSC in order to improve performance of SCM."
