"Pola konsumsi masyarakat saat ini yang suka makan di restoran telah memunculkan fenomena baru. Masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas muslim membutuhkan sertifikasi halal pada restoran sebagai sarana perlindungan dari mengkonsumsi makanan haram. Namun, perilaku konsumen untuk bersantap di restoran halal tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh adanya sertifikasi halal melainkan juga faktor budaya dan religiusitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk membedah pengaruh faktor perceived value, perceived usefulness, budaya serta religiusitas konsumen terhadap behavioral intention konsumen restoran bersertifikasi halal. Responden penelitian ini adalah masyarakat berusia 18-25 tahun yang pernah mengunjungi restoran bersertifikasi halal dalam satu bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness, horizontal collectivism, dan vertical individualism memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Sedangkan variabel religiusitas terbukti mempengaruhi hubungan perceived usefulness dengan behavioral intention, horizontal collectivism dengan behavioral intention, vertical individualism dengan behavioral intention, dan horiontal individualism dengan behavioral intention.
The consumption pattern of today?s society that like to dine in restaurant has created a new phenomenon. Indonesia, which is a Muslim majority country needs halal certification on restaurant as a protection for consumer from consuming a non-halal food. However, consumer behavior to dine in a halal certified restaurant is not only affected by halal certification, but also by culture and religiosity. This research using a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to analyze the effect of perceived value, perceived usefulness, culture, and religiosity towards cosumer?s behavioral intention to dine in halal-certified restaurant. Respondents of this research are those who are between 18 ? 25 years old and have visited halalcertified restaurant within the last month. This research find that perceived usefulness, horizontal collectivism, and vertical individualism affect consumer's behavioral intention. This research also find that religiosity affect the relationship between perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, horizontal collectivism and behavioral intention, vertical individualism and behavioral intention, and horiontal individualism and behavirola intention."

"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor (performance expectancy, effrt expectancy, subjective norm, facilitating conditions, price value, perceived security, dan perceived privacy) terhadap behavioral intention untuk menggunakan dompet digital pada generasi Z (lahir pada tahun 1997-2005) di Indonesia, khususnya wilayah Jabodetabek. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat variabel financial awareness sebagai variabel moderasi yang dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara subjective norm dan price value terhadap behavioral intention. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 205 responden melalui survei cross sectional yang selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Model penelitian ini merupakan hasil modifikasi UTAUT2 dengan menambahkan variabel perceived security, perceived privacy, dan financial awareness. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, dan price value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Effort expectancy berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Subjective norm, perceived security, dan perceived privacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention. Terakhir, hubungan antara subjective norm dan price value terhadap behavioral intention tidak dimoderasi oleh financial awareness.

This study aims to determine the influence of factors (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, subjective norm, facilitating conditions, price value, perceived security, and perceived privacy) on the behavioral intention to use a digital wallet in generation Z (born 1997-2005). ) in Indonesia, especially the Jabodetabek area. In this study, there is a financial awareness variable as a moderating variable that can strengthen or weaken the relationship between subjective norm and price values on behavioral intention. The data used in this study were 205 respondents through a cross-sectional survey which were then processed and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). This research model is the result of modification of UTAUT2 by adding the variables perceived security, perceived privacy, and financial awareness. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and price value have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Effort expectancy has a negative and significant effect on behavioral intention. Subjective norm, perceived security, and perceived privacy have no effect on behavioral intention. Finally, the relationship between subjective norm and price values on behavioral intention is not moderated by financial awareness."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang memengaruhi purchase intention untuk produk suplemen bersertifikasi halal dengan mengembangkan theory of reasoned action (TRA) dengan subjective norm sebagai variabel eksogen dan variabel eksogen tambahan seperti religiosity, halal knowledge dan halal certification serta attitude sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dengan memperoleh 193 data yang berasal dari survei berupa kuesioner online menggunakan google form kepada Muslim dan Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang berdomisili di Indonesia serta pernah membeli suplemen yang sudah bersertifikasi halal selama rentang waktu Maret 2020 - Maret 2022. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Subjective Norm, Halal Knowledge dan Attitude berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention, sedangkan Religiosity dan Halal Certification tidak berpengaruh. Selanjutnya, variabel Halal Certification, Halal Knowledge dan Subjective Norm ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukan bahwa attitude tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam memediasi variabel religiousity dengan purchase intention.

This study aims to identify factors that influence purchase intention for halal-certified supplement products by developing a theory of reasoned action (TRA) with subjective norms as exogenous variables and additional exogenous variables such as religiosity, halal knowledge and halal certification and attitude as mediating variables. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive design by obtaining 193 data from a survey in the form of an online questionnaire using a google form to Muslims and Indonesian citizens (WNI) who live in Indonesia and have purchased supplements that have been certified halal during the period March 2020 - March 2022. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study found that Subjective Norm, Halal Knowledge and Attitude have a significant effect on Purchase Intention, while Religiosity and Halal Certification have no effect. Furthermore, the variables Halal Certification, Halal Knowledge and Subjective Norm were found to have a significant relationship with Attitude. The results of the mediation test show that attitude has no significant effect in mediating the religiosity with purchase intention

"Saat ini sertifikasi halal dan pelabelan halal semakin gencar dilakukan diberbagai belahan dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Namun sayangnya, masih banyak restoran di Indonesia yang belum mengantongi sertifikat halal untuk produk makanan yang mereka sediakan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana theory of planned behavior, food quality, price fairness, dan servicescape mempengaruhi revisit intention konsumen restoran yang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal. Data dari penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner online dan diisi secara individu oleh responden. Berdasarkan 386 sampel konsumen muslim yang mengonsumsi makanan pada restoran yang belum memiliki sertifikasi halal, theory of planned behavior yang terdiri dari attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memengaruhi revisit intention. Food quality, substantive stage of servicescape, dan communicative stage of servicescape tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap revisit intention. Price fairness dan food quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude. Attitude memediasi hubungan antara price fairness terhadap revisit intention dan food quality terhadap revisit intention. Trust tidak memberikan efek moderasi dalam pengaruh attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control terhadap revisit intention. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara terhadap 5 narasumber konsumen muslim di Indonesia terhadap restoran yang sudah memiliki sertifikasi halal. Faktor attitude, subjective norm, dan perceived behavioral control memengaruhi revisit intention. Price fairness dan food quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude.

Nowadays, halal certification and halal labeling are increasingly being done in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. In the other hand, there are still many restaurants in Indonesia that have not obtained halal certification for the food they make and provide to the masses. Therefore, this study aims to determine how theory of planned behavior, food quality, price fairness, and servicescape affect the revisit intention of consumers for restaurants that do not have any halal certification. The data from this study were tested using the method known as Partial Least Square Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data collection is carried out by distributing online questionnaires that are filled out individually by respondents. Based on 386 samples of Muslim who consume food at restaurants that do not have halal certification, the theory of planned behavior consisting of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control affects revisit intention. Food quality, substantive stage of servicescape, and communicative stage of servicescape have no significant effect on revisit intention. Price fairness and food quality have a significant effect on attitude. Attitude mediates the relationship between price fairness on revisit intention and food quality on revisit intention. Trust does not provide a moderating effect in the relationship between attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on revisit intention. Based on the results of interviews with 5 Muslim consumer in Indonesia to restaurants that already have halal certification. Theory of planned behavior consisting of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control affects revisit intention. Price fairness and food quality have a significant effect on attitude."

"ABSTRAK
Perluasan Theory of Planned Behavior TPB digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui intensi individu dalam mendonasikan uang. Responden berjumlah 232 orang telah mengisi kuesioner dengan teknik convenience sampling. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma deksriptif, norma moral, perceived behavioral control, dan pengalaman masa lalu Selain itu, keyakinan agama dijadikan sebagai variabel moderasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya norma deskriptif, norma moral dan perceived behavioral control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi perilaku berdonasi dan keyakinan agama berperan dalam memoderasi seluruh variabel independen dalam penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
An extended Theory of Planned Behavior TPB was used to predict individual rsquo s intention on donating money. Respondents n 232 completed an online questionnaire using convenience sampling. Multiple regression analyses used in order to test the influence of attitude, descriptive norm, moral norm, perceived behavioral control, and past behavior. Furthermore, religious beliefs is integrated as a moderating variable. This study shows only descriptive norm, moral norm and perceived behavioral control that significantly influencing behavioral intention to donate on an individual. Meanwhile, religious beliefs has role on moderating all independent variables on this study."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi intensi untuk mengunjungi restoran asing jepang dan korea bersertifikat halal di Indonesia yang diukur melalui Therory of Planned Behavior (TPB) seperti attitude, subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control dan juga dengan adanya moderasi religiusitas untuk setiap variabel. Data yang diolah, diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 246 responden masyarakat Indonesia yang beragama Islam, berusia diatas 17 tahun, dan pernah mengunjungi restoran asing Jepang dan Korea yang bersertifikat halal. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan LISREL.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjective norms dan perceived behavioral control berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi, sedangkan religiusitas memoderasi faktor perceived behavioral control secara positif terhadap intensi.

The study aims to determine the factors that affect Indonesian peoples intention to patronage halal restaurant from Japan and Korea by using Theory of Planned Behavior TPB like attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and moderated by religiosity. Data obtained from 246 respondents aged 17th and above, is Muslim, and have visit foreign halal restaurant from Japan and Korea. Data was performed by descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL software. The result indicate that subjective norms and perceived behavioral control are significantly affecting Indonesian peoples Intention to visit halal restaurant, and that religiosity significantly and positively moderate perceived behavioral control towards Intention to patronage."

"Industri makanan adalah bisnis yang tak lekang oleh waktu. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat, pada tahun 2010 terdapat 2.916 usaha restoran dan rumah makan berskala menengah dan besar di Indonesia. Segmen quick-casual dining telah menjadi salah satu industri food service terbesar di dunia. Salah satu bentuk restoran quick-casual di Indonesia adalah Restoran Solaria.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel restaurant image, perceived value dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap behavioral intention konsumen Solaria. Penelitian menggunakan desain riset deskriptif dengan metode survei. Sampel dihimpun dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan teknik judgment sampling sebanyak 275 sampel. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian data diolah dengan teknik analisa data SEM.
Hasil menunjukan kepuasan konsumen mampu membentuk behavioral intention secara langsung. Restaurant image mampu membentuk perceived value konsumen secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung mampu membentuk kepuasan konsumen melalui mediasi perceived value. Selain itu, perceived value mampu membentuk behavioral intention secara tidak langsung dengan dimediasi kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan konsumen mempunyai peranan yang signifikan sebagai mediasi untuk membentuk behavioral intention pada industri quick-casual restaurant.

Food industry is an eternal business. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) has recorded, that in 2010 there were 2.916 restaurants with medium and large business scale in Indonesia. Quick-casual dining segment has become one of the biggest food service industry in the world. Solaria is the one of quick casual restaurant form in Indonesia.
The objective of this research is to determine the influence of the restaurant image, perceived value and customer satisfaction on consumer behavioral intention Solaria. This research is using descriptive research design with survey method. Non probability sampling with judgment sampling technique were used to collect 275 samples. Questionnaire with Likert scale was used as measuring tool. SEM data analysis technique applied to achieve the objective of this research.
The result displays that customer satisfaction is able to directly shape the behavioral intention. Restaurant image is able to directly shape perceived value and it's able to shape customer satisfaction indirectly with perceived value as the mediation. More over, perceived value is able to directly shape customer satisfaction and it's able to shape behavioral intention indirectly with customer satisfaction as the mediation. It showed that customer satisfaction has significant mediating role in forming behavioral intention in the quick-casual restaurant industry.

"Telah banyak penelitian tentang produk halal dikembangkan oleh beberapa peneliti, namun sangat terbatas penelitian yang mengambil objek restoran bersertifikat halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Theory of Planned Behavior dalam menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kendali perilaku terhadap intensi pembelian di restoran bersertifikat halal dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui self-administrated questionnaire di wilayah Jabodetabek. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kendali perilaku berpengaruh terhadap intensi pembelian. Moderasi religiusitas mempengaruhi norma subjektif dan persepsi kendali perilaku terhadap intensi pembelian, sedangkan moderasi religiusitas tidak mempengaruhi sikap terhadap intensi pembelian.

Numbers of research dealing with halal product have been conducted by many researchers. However, very limited numbers of research were focusing in restaurant with halal certification. The purpose of this research is to analyze application of Theory of Planned Behavior in purchase intention toward restaurant with halal certification with religiosity as moderating variable. Data was collected from self-administrated questionnaire within Jabodetabek and analyzed using multiple regression. The result of this research shows that attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control affect purchase intentiony. Moderation of religiosity significantly effects subjective norms and perceived behavioral control in purchase intention, while moderation of religiosity does not affect attitude in purchase intention."

"Pertumbuhan internet yang pesat mendorong pasar m-payment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam behavioral intention konsumen dalam mengadopsi m-payment, dengan studi kasus GO-PAY di Indonesia. GO-PAY sendiri adalah dompet virtual yang dapat digunakan untuk pembayaran transaksi dalam aplikasi GO-JEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan model konseptual yang mencakup unsur-unsur Technology Acceptance Model TAM dan teori difusi inovasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 167 responden yang telah menggunakan layanan yang disediakan oleh aplikasi GO-JEK tetapi belum pernah menggunakan GO-PAY dalam enam bulan terakhir, dan dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kompatibilitas dan persepsi kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention konsumen untuk mengadopsi m-payment, namun dua komponen TAM ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

The rapid growth of internet help drives the mobile payment market. This research aims to understand the factors that play roles in consumers behavioral intention in adopting mobile payment, with the case of GO PAY in Indonesia. GO PAY itself is a virtual wallet that can be used for payment of all transactions within the GO JEK mobile app. This research uses a conceptual model that includes elements of technology acceptance model TAM and innovation diffusion theory. Judgmental sampling was used with 167 respondents that have used services provided by the GO JEK application but never used GO PAY in the past six months and were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that compatibility and perceived trust have positive effects towards consumer 39s behavioral intention to adopt mobile payment GO PAY in Indonesia, but surprisingly two components of TAM found to be having no significant effect. Managerial implications are discussed as well as further research recommendations."

"Masalah pencemaran lingkungan yang terjadi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir memaksa sektor transportasi untuk mempercepat adopsi kendaraan listrik yang ramah lingkungan. Indonesia merupakan pasar yang besar untuk kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat. Walaupun demikian, adopsi kendaraan listrik di Indonesia masih tergolong sedikit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat pembelian (purchase intention) kendaraan listrik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan landasan Theory of Planned Behavior dan Technology Acceptance Model dengan tambahan lima variabel yaitu price value, perceived risk, environmental self-image, infrastructure barrier, dan financial incentive policy untuk lebih menjelaskan niat pembelian kendaraan listrik di Indonesia. Data penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dengan cara non-probability sampling. Data diolah menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan software SmartPLS. Berdasarkan data sampel 242 responden, didapatkan hasil bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan price value secara positif mempengaruhi attitude terhadap perilaku pembelian kendaraan listrik. Temuan lain adalah attitude terhadap perilaku pembelian, price value, dan financial incentive policysecara positif mempengaruhi purchase intention sementara perceived risk dan infrastructure barrier berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi tersebut.

Environmental pollution problems that have occurred in recent years have forced the transportation sector to accelerate the adoption of environmentally friendly electric vehicles. Indonesia is a large market for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles. Even so, the adoption of electric vehicles in Indonesia is still relatively small. This study aims to determine the relationship between the factors that can influence the purchase intention of electric vehicles in Indonesia. This study uses the basis of the Theory of Planned Behavior and Technology Acceptance Model with the addition of five variabels, namely price value, perceived risk, environmental self-image, infrastructure barrier, and financial incentive policy to better explain the intention to purchase electric vehicles in Indonesia. Research data was taken using a questionnaire distributed online by means of non-probability sampling. Data is processed using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS software. Based on sample data of 242 respondents, the results show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and price value positively influence attitudes toward electric vehicle buying behavior. Another finding is that attitude towards buying behavior, price value, infrastructure barrier, and financial incentive policy positively affect purchase intention while perceived risk negatively affects this intention."
