"Memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan suatu hal yang diinginkan oleh setiap perusahaan. Hal tersebut merupakan keunggulan kompetitif yang perlu dimiliki oleh perusahaan agar dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan yang lainnya. Salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas adalah dengan memiliki pegawai-pegawai yang merasa engaged dengan pekerjaannya. Seorang pegawai yang engaged, akan memiliki kinerja yang baik selama bekerja berdasarkan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu, dan pegawai yang berkinerja baik adalah pegawai yang diinginkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh dan menganalisis pengaruh dari work engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai pada salah satu perusahaan pertambangan di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data adalah metode structural equation modeling (SEM), dimana dari metode tersebut, diperoleh hubungan antar variabel dalam model penelitian, hubungan apa sajakah yang signifikan, serta seberapa signifikan hubungan tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work engagement memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai, dimana semakin tinggi engagement pegawai, maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Work engagement juga dipengaruhi oleh job resources seperti autonomy, developmental opportunities, dan social support dimana pengaruh yang paling signifikan diberikan oleh developmental opportunities. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa work engagement memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai pada perusahaan, serta perusahaan perlu berfokus untuk meningkatkan developmental opportunities pegawai agar tingkat engagement pegawai dapat meningkat, yang dapat mengakibatkan meningkatnya kinerja pegawai tersebut.

Having qualified human resources is something that is wanted by every company. It is a competitive advantage that every company needs to keep it competitive with other companies. One way to get qualified human resources is by having employees that feels engaged with their job. An engaged employee, they will perform better when working based on previous studies, and employees that have good performance are the employees that is wanted by companies. This study aims to obtain and analyze the effect of work engagement on employee performance at one of mining company in Indonesia. The method that is used in processing the data is structural equation modeling (SEM) method, in which from that method, the relationships between variables in study model, which relationships are significant, and how significant the relationships were obtained.
Study results shows that work engagement have a significant relationship with employee performance, in which the higher the engagement level of an employee, the better the performance of that employee. Work engagement is also affected by job resources such as autonomy, developmental opportunities, and social support, in which the most significant effect are given by developmental opportunities. Therefore, based on the study results, it can be concluded that work engagement have significant relationship with employee performance in the company, and the company needs to focus on increasing employee?s developmental opportunities so that the engagement level of employees will increase, in which it will make the employee to perform better.

"Industri manufaktur memiliki daya serap terbesar ketiga dibandingkan sektor lainnya di Indonesia, membuat peran tenaga kerja menjadi penting bagi industri manufaktur. Salah satu indikator besarnya peran tenaga kerja adalah employee engagement yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal, salah satunya yaitu diversity management. Sayangnya, keragaman dalam industri manufaktur di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Industri manufaktur masih didominasi oleh laki-laki dan jumlah pekerja disabilitas tergolong rendah dibandingkan sektor lainnya. Selain itu, masih terdapat diskriminasi suku, ras, dan etnis padahal Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan hal-hal tersebut. Terdapat pula fenomena ageisme yaitu pemberian stigma dan diskriminasi dari kelompok yang lebih muda terhadap yang lebih tua maupun sebaliknya. PLS-SEM merupakan metode yang lazim digunakan dalam topik penelitian ini. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat 218 responden yang merupakan pekerja industri manufaktur di Kota Cilegon. Hasilnya yaitu age diversity management merupakan satu-satunya faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Selain itu, tidak ada perbedaan koefisien jalur yang signifikan antara kelompok laki-laki dan kelompok perempuan
Manufacturing industry has the third largest absorption capacity compared to other sectors in Indonesia, making the role of labor important for the manufacturing industry. One indicator that can represent the role of labor is employee engagement which is influenced by several things, one of which is diversity management. Unfortunately, the diversity in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia is still relatively low. The manufacturing industry is still dominated by men and the number of disabled workers is low compared to other sectors. In addition, there is still ethnic, racial, and ethnic discrimination even though Indonesia is a country rich in these things. There is also the phenomenon of ageism, namely stigma and discrimination from the younger group towards the older group and vice versa. PLS-SEM is a method commonly used in this research topic. In this study, there were 218 respondents who were workers in the manufacturing industry in Cilegon City. The result is that age diversity management is the only factor that has an effect on employee engagement. In addition, there was no significant difference in path coefficients between the male and female groups."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor inovasi terhadap peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan pada perusahaan telekomunikasi. Perusahaan telekomunikasi yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah PT Indosat Tbk., sampel diambil dari pelanggan Indosat yang berada di Jabodetabek dan menggunakan produk dan layanan GSM dari Indosat. Faktor inovasi yang digunakan adalah relative advantage dan compatibility, dan dilihat dari 4 area inovasi yaitu produk, layanan, teknologi, dan pemasaran. Sedangkan loyalitas pelanggan tersusun dari beberapa anteseden, yaitu customer expectation, perceived quality, perceived value, corporate image, customer satisfaction, customer trust/confidence, customer commitment, customer complaint, dan customer loyalty. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) didapatkan bahwa ternyata faktor inovasi tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, namun tetap memiliki pengaruh total yang signifikan melalui pengaruhnya terhadap anteseden dari loyalitas, seperti customer expectation, perceived quality, corporate image, dan customer trust/confidence. Selain itu, didapatkan pula bahwa faktor inovasi (relative advantage dan compatibility), komitmen pelanggan (customer commitment), kepercayaan pelanggan (customer trust/confidence), dan kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) merupakan empat faktor utama yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Indosat. Melalui pengaruhnya yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas, Indosat perlu mempertimbangkan faktor inovasi (relative advantage dan compatibility) dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggannya, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan value dari Indosat.

This study aimed to investigate the influence of innovation factors to increase customer loyalty in the telecom companies. Telecommunications Company which becomes object of the research is PT Indosat Tbk., and samples were taken from our customers who live in Jabodetabek and use of products and services from Indosat's GSM. Innovation factors used are relative advantage and compatibility, and its being view from four areas of innovation, product, service, technology, and marketing. While customer loyalty is composed of several antecedents, namely customer expectation, perceived quality, perceived value, corporate image, customer satisfaction, customer trust/confidence, customer commitment, customer complaint, and customer loyalty. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using showed that in fact innovation factors has no significant direct influence on customer loyalty, but still has a significant total effect through its influence on the antecedents of loyalty, as customer expectation, perceived quality, corporate image and customer trust/confidence. In addition, it was found also that the factor of innovation (relative advantage and compatibility), commitment of customer, customer trust, and customer satisfaction are the four main factors that have significant influence on customer loyalty in Indosat. Through a significant effect on loyalty, Indosat will need to consider the factor of innovation (relative advantage and compatibility) in improving customer loyalty, which in turn will increase the value of Indosat."

"ABSTRAK
Teknologi eSIM dibeberapa negara sudah diimplementasikan pada beberapa perangkat vendor seperti Apple dan Samsung. ITU mengatakan bahwa penyebaran secara luas eSIM dan Remote Provisioning akan menjadi enabler suatu disruption karena kelebihan yang dimiliki teknologi eSIM tersebut. Oleh karena itu Dengan adanya eSIM dikawatirkan akan meningkatkan potensi churn rate yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor adopsi eSIM yang akan berpotensi mempengaruhi peningkatan churn rate. Model yang dibuat dengan mengambil Faktor adopsi dari metode VAM dan penelitian sebelumnya yang menganalisa efek dari kebijakan Mobile number Portability terhadap Intensitas switching pelanggan. Setelah Model dianalisa didapatkan faktor adopsi perceived usefulness of ESIM (PUESIM), perceived fee of eSIM (PFESIM) dan perceived technically of ESIM (PTE) menjelaskan sekitar 55.6% ATTESIM, dan attitude towards ESIM (ATTESIM) dan perceived technically of ESIM (PTESIM) bersama-sama menjelaskan sekitar 55.3% ESIM-induced self-efficacy (ESIMSEF). Model yang diusulkan memprediksi nilai switching intention SINT R2 hanya 41.9% intensi switching yang meyebabkan meningkatkan potensi churn rate pelanggan seluler. Hal ini disebabkan karena beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah masih adanya switching barrier orang untuk beralih oleh yang bisa perceived switching cost yang masih tinggi tidak mampu meningkatkan itensi orang untuk beralih

ABSTRACT
ESIM technology in several countries has been implemented on several device vendors such as Apple and Samsung. ITU said that the widespread deployment of eSIM and Remote Provisioning would become an enabler of a disruption due to the advantages possessed by the eSIM technology. Therefore, it is feared that with eSIM will increase the potential for high churn rates. The purpose of this study is to determine the eSIM adoption factors that will potentially affect the increase in churn rate. The model is created by taking the adoption factor from the VAM method and previous research that analyzes the effect of the Mobile number Portability policy on customer switching intensity. After the Model has been analyzed, the adoption of perceived usefulness of ESIM (PUESIM), perceived fee of eSIM (PFESIM) and perceived technic of ESIM (PTEIM) factors explain about 55.6% ATTESIM, and attitude towards ESIM (ATTESIM) and perceived technically of ESIM (PTESIM) together explain about 55.3% ESIM-induced self-efficacy (ESIMSEF). The proposed model predicts the value of SINT R2 switching intention is only 41.9% switching intentions which causes a potential increase in cellular customer churn rate. This is due to several factors including the existence of switching barriers for people to switch by those who can still feel the high switching costs that are not able to increase people's intention to switch.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor inovasi dan quality of service terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT Indosat Tbk., PT Telkomsel, dan PT XL Axiata. Faktor inovasi yang digunakan yaitu inovasi produk, layanan, teknologi, dan pemasaran. Faktor quality of service yang digunakan yaitu kualitas jaringan, jangkauan, kejernihan suara, data transfer, dan customer service. Sedangkan loyalitas pelanggan tersusun dari beberapa variabel, yaitu customer expectation, perceived value, corporate image, perceived ease of use, customer satisfaction, customer trust, customer commitment, customer complaint, dan customer loyalty. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) didapatkan bahwa ternyata faktor inovasi dan quality of service tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, namun tetap memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan melalui pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas, melalui anteseden seperti customer commitment, customer trust, dan customer satisfaction.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi orang bersepeda dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Pengambilan data dilakukan kepada para pesepeda sebagai responden. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan (person need), kebijakan pemerintah (government), infrastruktur (private infrastructure), karakteristik individu (individual characteristic), komunitas (community), dan lingkungan (environment).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang terbukti mempengaruhi motivasi orang bersepeda secara positif adalah kebutuhan (person need), kebijakan pemerintah (government), komunitas (community), dan lingkungan (environment). Sedangkan faktor infrastruktur (private infrastructure) dan karakteristik individu (individual characteristic) tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi bersepeda.

The purpose of this research is to identify factors that influence motivation of cycling by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data is taken from bikers as respondens. Factors used in this research are person need, government's policy, private infrastructure, individual characteristic, community, dan environment.
The result of the research shows that factors person need, government policy, community and environment have positively influence motivation of cycling. While, private infrastructure and individual characteristic have no influence to the motivation of cycling.

"Indonesia akan mengalami bonus demografi pada tahun 2045. Salah satu faktor yang harus dipenuhi Indonesia untuk menikmati bonus demografi adalah sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan penyerapan sumber daya manusia tersebut. Sayangnya, kualitas sumber daya manusia dan penyerapannya ke pasar tenaga kerja masih kurang baik. Angka pengangguran mengalami tren kenaikan setiap tahunnya. Menganalisis keahlian kerja yang dimiliki oleh sumber daya manusia adalah langkah menuju pengembangan sistem pendidikan dan karir untuk masa yang akan datang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesenjangan keahlian yang terjadi di kalangan lulusan sarjana teknik industri saat pertama kali mendapatkan pekerjaan, serta melihat hubungan antara variabel keahlian kerja dalam membentuk employability confidence. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan teori keahlian kerja dan employability confidence serta pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Penelitian menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner online. Total terdapat 121 responden dari lulusan sarjana teknik industri yang sudah memiliki pekerjaan tetap dengan total pengalaman 6-24 bulan. Dari penelitian diketahui beberapa hal, diantaranya seberapa besar kesenjangan keahlian yang terjadi dan variabel-variabel keahlian kerja apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap employability confidence

Indonesia will gain a demographic bonus in 2045. One of the factors that must be acquired by Indonesia to gain the benefits of demographic bonus is great quality in human resources and absorption of these human resources. Unfortunately, the quality of human resources and their absorption into the labor market is under standard. The unemployment rate is experiencing an increasing trend each year. Analyzing the work skills possessed by human resources is a step towards developing the education and career system for the future. This study aims to look at the skills gaps that occur among industrial engineering graduates when they got their first employment and see the relationship between skill variables that created the employability confidence. The research was conducted based on the theory of employability skills and employability confidence and data processing was carried out using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. This study uses primary data through an online questionnaire. A total of 121 respondents from industrial engineering graduates who already have permanent employment with a total experience of 6-24 months. From the research, it is known several things such as how big the skills gap that occurs and what employability skills variables that affect the employability confidence"

"Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang sedang mengalami masa pembangunan infrastruktur yang besar. Masalah keselamatan kerja tidak terpisahkan dari berbagai masalah yang sering terjadi dalam proyek konstruksi. Implementasi desain untuk keselamatan (DfS) adalah salah satu strategi terpenting untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi desain keselamatan kerja menggunakan dua pendekatan statistik, yaitu pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) dan jaringan syaraf tiruan (ANN). SEM menganalisis pola hubungan antara variabel dan indikatornya, sementara ANN memetakan berbagai pola serupa untuk membuat prediksi tentang variabel yang mempengaruhi implementasi DfS. Sebagai hasilnya, desainer, pemilik, kebijakan, alat/peralatan, pengetahuan, dan dokumen kontrak secara positif mempengaruhi implementasi DfS dengan desainer dan dokumen kontrak sebagai variabel yang paling signifikan. Oleh karena itu, industri dan lembaga pemerintah disarankan untuk memprioritaskan faktor dokumen kontrak dan desainer dengan variabel lain sebagai faktor pendukung dalam program mereka untuk mempercepat implementasi DfS di Indonesia.

Indonesia as a developing country is experiencing a period of massive infrastructure development. Problems regarding work safety are inseparable from various issues that often occur in construction projects. Implementing design for safety (DfS) is one of the most important strategies to prevent work accidents. This study aims to analyze multiple factors that influence the implementation of work safety design using two statistical approaches, namely structural equation modeling (SEM) and artificial neural network (ANN). SEM analyzes the relationship pattern between variables and their indicators and ANN maps various similar patterns to make predictions on variables that influence DfS implementation. As a result, designer, owner, policy, tools/equipment, knowledge, and contract document are positively affect DfS implementation with designer and contract document as the most significant variables. Accordingly, the industry and government agencies are advised to prioritize contract document and designer factors with other variables as supporting factors in their program to accelerate DfS implementation in Indonesia."

"Modifikasi dan konstruksi proyek EPC migas onshore brownfield melibatkan banyak komponen mulai dari engineering, material, sampai kepada metode konstruksi yang kritikal yang meningkatkan unsur risiko. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yang terjadi dan pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja waktu dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Studi ini juga memberikan peta alur risiko untuk variabel risiko dominan yang digunakan untuk menganalisis lebih jauh akar permasalahan dan dampaknya.
Hasil dari analisis ini menuntun kepada tindakan evaluasi terhadap kriteria kualifikasi tender EPC pada proyek migas yang memerlukan perbaikan pada kriteria manajemen proyek, project execution plan, kualifikasi personel dan pengalaman kontraktor dalam eksekusi proyek onshore.

Modification and constructing EPC oil & gas onshore brownfield comprises many components such as: engineering, materials, and critical construction methods which are certainly increasing risks during project execution. These study aims to investigate risks occur and dominant effect to project time performance using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
This paper shall provide risk path mapping for dominan risks which shall be used to identify root cause and the consequences.
The result of this analysis leads to improvement at criterion of EPC project tender qualification especially at project management, project execution plan, personnel qualification and contractor experiences for onshore project.
