"Masyarakat Indonesia adalah masyarakat patriarki, di mana peran perempuan dalam masyarakat, dan kehidupan negara nasional tidak jelas karena mereka selalu didominasi oleh laki-laki. Hal ini tercermin dalam hampir semua produk hukum yang disahkan oleh panitia legislatif Selanjutnya, ringkasan perlindungan hak-hak perempuan dalam UU Hak Asasi Manusia yang meliputi 7 sektor kehidupan, tidak mengatur protect¡on hak perempuan dalam budaya dan environrnent. Ini mungkin menjadi ancaman bagi kehidupan masyarakat, terutama untuk perempuan dalam budaya dan sektor lingkungan.

"ASEAN Commission on the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Women and Children merupakan komisi yang dibentuk dengan tujuan mempromosikan dan melindungi hak perempuan dan anak di negara anggota ASEAN. Komisi yang sudah bekerja sepuluh tahun ini telah melaksanakan program kerjanya mulai dari melakukan pertemuan, perumusan deklarasi, dan rekomendasi kebijakan. Namun, realitas sosial gender di negara anggota, khususnya Indonesia masih berkata lain. Masih banyak permasalahan perempuan di kawasan yang belum terselesaikan dan cenderung bersifat stagnan meskipun sudah adanya komisi yang ditugaskan ini. Terjadi suatu disparitas antara komitmen di kawasan dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di lapangan. Penelitian ini akan membahas kesenjangan pengadopsian kebijakan hak perempuan yang telah dikeluarkan oleh ACWC dalam lingkup Indonesia. Children is a commission established with the aim of promoting and protecting the rights of women and children in ASEAN member countries. The Commission, which has been working for ten years, has implemented its work program starting from holding meetings, formulating declarations, and making policy recommendations. However, the social reality of gender in member countries, especially Indonesia, still says otherwise. There are still many women's problems in the region that have not been resolved and tend to be stagnant despite the existence of this commission. There is a disparity between commitments in the region and the social reality happening in the region. This study will discuss the gap in the adoption of women's rights policies that have been issued by the ACWC in Indonesia. Through a normative approach and multiculturalism feminism, this research answers that the gap is caused by legalistic problems in the mandate of the ACWC, the norms rooted in the region, and the localization problems at Indonesian domestic level."

"Skripsi ini fokus membahas mengenai perlindungan hukum atas hak kesehatan pekerja perempuan tetap PT SIL. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum yang berpersepektif perempuan. Pengalaman perempuan akan digali untuk mengetahui bagaimana hukum melindungi hak-hak dan kepentingan perempuan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan dengan 2 (dua) metode, yaitu metode kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Metode kepustakaan dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait serta peraturan perusahaan (PKB PT SIL) dengan menggali informasi dari berbagai sumber buku-buku, internet, jurnal, dan artikel. Metode studi lapangan dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara secara mendalam dengan informan, yaitu pekerja perempuan tetap PT SIL dan observasi langsung ke PT SIL, hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa peraturan perusahaan (PKB PT SIL) telah mengakomodir dan memenuhi hak-hak kesehatan bagi pekerja perempuan tetap PT SIL dan perempuan tidak pernah merasa rugi atas peraturan tersebut. Sedangkan ditemukan juga suatu catatan kecil mengenai hasil penelitian adalah minimnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan pekerja perempuan tetap PT SIL akan peraturan-peraturan yang mengatur saat mereka bekerja.

This thesis focus on discussing the legal protection of the right to health of women workers remained PT SIL. This research is law that focus on women. Women's experiences will be explored to determine how the law protects the rights and interests of women. The research will be carried out with 2 (two) methods, namely literature and field studies. The method is done by analyzing the literature legislation and regulations related to the company (PKB PT SIL) to gather information from various sources of books, internet, journals, and articles. Methods of field study conducted by in-depth interviews with informants, the women workers remained at Sweet Indolampung Company and direct observation to Sweet Indolampung Company, the research found that companies rules has to accommodate and fulfill health rights for women workers remained Sweet Indolampung Comapany and women never feel the loss on these rules. While also found a small note about the results of the study is the lack of understanding and knowledge of working women still Sweet Indolampung Company of the rules governing when they work."
