"Industrial process identification and control design is devoted to advanced identification and control methods for the operation of continuous-time processes both with and without time delay, in industrial and chemical engineering practice. The simple and practical step- or relay-feedback test is employed when applying the proposed identification techniques, which are classified in terms of common industrial process type : open-loop stable, integrating; and unstable, respectively. Correspondingly, control system design and tuning models that follow are presented for single-input-single-output processes. Furthermore, new two-degree-of-freedom control strategies and cascade control system design methods are explored with reference to independently-improving, set-point tracking and load disturbance rejection. Decoupling, multi-loop, and decentralized control techniques for the operation of multiple-input-multiple-output processes are also detailed. Perfect tracking of a desire output trajectory is realized using iterative learning control in uncertain industrial batch processes. All the proposed methods are presented in an easy-to-follow style, illustrated by examples and practical applications. "

"Hasil produksi yang tidak stabil, yang diakibatkan oleh tingkat cacat produk yang tinggi dan penerapan push system menghasilkan pemborosan-pemborosan seperti, banyaknya jumlah inventori dan jumlah produk cacat, penanganan material yang berlebihan, dan gerakan-gerakan kerja yang tidak perlu. Dalam penelitian ini Value Stream Mapping digunakan untuk memetakan kondisi proses yang aktual, dengan tujuan untuk menemukan pemborosan-pemborosan yang ada. Dari peta lama disusunlah peta baru yang dirancang untuk meminimalkan proses-proses yang tidak menambah nilai pada produk yang dibuat Perilaku dari peta yang baru kemudian diperiksa dengan menggunakan simulasi. Pembuatan Detail Process Chart dari proses yang sekarang berjalan digunakan untuk memahami pemborosan dalam proses penanganan produk cacat yang tinggi.
Solusi dari masalah ini dirancang dalam proposed detail process chart sebagai panduan operasi yang baru. Kelebihan dari process chart ini adalah kemampuan dalam menggambarkan langkah proses dengan sangat detail, yang memudahkan untuk menganalisa dan membuat perbaikan terhadap proses yang sedang berjalan. Dari future map yang telah disimulasikan, didapatkan pengurangan production lead time sebesar 60,58%, dan pengurangan waktu pengerjaan 1000 unit produk, sebesar 29,88%.

Production output variation, that caused by high defect rate and push production system, produces wastes like, high inventory, defect product, poor material handling, and unnecessary motion. In this study Value Stream Mapping used for mapping current process, to find wastes. Future map is build based on current condition, which is designed for minimizes process that not add value to the product, after that the behavior of proposed production system is checked by using simulation. Detail process chart is used for understanding the wastes that related to high defect rate.
The solution for this problem is constructed in proposed detail process chart as a new guidance for the operation. This process chart is able to visualize in detail, steps in a process that it will make easier to analyze and propose improvement in current condition. From the simulated future state, we got 60,58% reduction in production lead time, and 29,88% reduction in process time to produce 1000 unit product.

"Pusat Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Keuangan (Pusintek) menggunakan kerangka Manajemen Layanan TIK atau Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) dan mengimplementasikan ISO 20000 sebagai standar dalam sistem manajemen layanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kegiatan implementasi ISO 20000 proses service delivery yang telah berjalan di Pusintek sekaligus mengetahui apakah implementasi tersebut telah berjalan dengan efektif.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus.  Cakupan pembahasan pada penelitian ini adalah identifikasi sistem manajemen layanan TIK, pemetaan klausul standar sistem manajemen layanan, analisis proses Plan-Do-Check- pada proses service delivery, serta analisis hambatan yang dihadapi dalam rangka implementasi ISO 20000 pada proses service delivery.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan implementasi ISO 20000 proses service delivery yang berjalan di Pusintek saat ini telah memenuhi klausul-klausul yang terdapat pada persyaratan standar ISO 20000-1:2011 – Part 1 Service Management System Requirements melalui struktur organisasi kelompok kerja ITSM. Implementasi ISO 20000 proses service delivery juga telah berjalan efektif di Pusintek mengikuti deming cycle dengan penerapan Plan-Do-Check-Act pada masing-masing peran yang ada. Sementara itu, hambatan yang dihadapi oleh dalam ISO 20000 proses service delivery terdapat pada area sumber daya manusia (SDM), hambatan terkait perencanaan dan user engagement.

Center for Financial Information System and Technology (Pusintek) uses Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and applies ISO 20000 as a standard in its service management system. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of ISO 20000 service delivery process that has been running in Pusintek and also to discuss whether or not it has been implemented effectively.
This study is a qualitative research with case study approach. The scope of the discussion in this study is the identification of IT service management systems, mapping of service management system standard clauses, the Plan-Do-Check-Act analysis process in the service delivery process, and the analysis of the barriers in implementing ISO 20000 in the service delivery process.
Results of this study shows that the implementation of ISO 20000 service delivery processes at Pusintek has already met the clauses complying with the requirements of the ISO 20000-1: 2011 standard - Part 1 Service Management System Requirements. The implementation of the ISO 20000 service delivery process has also been effective in Pusintek following the deming cycle with the implementation of Plan-Do-Check-Act in each of the existing roles. Meanwhile, barriers related to ISO 20000 service delivery process are human resources (HR), planning and user engagement.

"ABSTRAK
Banyak negara telah mengimplementasikan BIM dalam memajukan sektor indusri kontruksi. BIM merupakan generasi baru dari CAD yang mempermudah proses kontruksi dan terbukti dinegara maju BIM mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan nilai dari proyek kontruksi. Namun di Indonesia masih sangat sedikit pengguna BIM, sehingga perusahaan harus mempersiapkan strategi untuk implementasi BIM.
Dalam penelitian dilihat dari sudut pandang developer telah dilakukan identifikasi mengenai kendala dan strategi yang telah di terapkan dalam proses implementasi BIM oleh salah satu developer di Indonesia dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner terbuka dan wawancara mendalam. Kemudian hasil dari identifikasi tersebut dikembangkan kembali dengan studi literature yang hasilnya digunakan untuk membuat urutan strategi implementasi BIM dibantu dengan instrument kuisioner tertutup. Hasil dari pembuatan urutan tersebut di olah kembali menjadi skema implementasi BIM yang bertujuan untuk menjadi acuan oleh developer di Indonesia dalam implementasi BIM.

ABSTRACT
Many countries have had BIM implementation in construction industry. BIM is new generation of CAD that simplify the process and has proven in developed countries BIM is able to increase productivity and value of construction projects. Howeer in Indonesia BIM user is very rare. Some company has to prepare the strategy for BIM implementation.
This research has looked by the perspective of developer, researcher identified the strategis to resolve constraint that have been applied in implementation processes of BIM by one of developer in Indonesia. Then the result of identification are developed and be adapted with study literature and the result would use as a input to create sequence of process aided by questionnaire. The sequence of process that have created by the researcher , will use to develope the scheme of BIM implementation that aim to be a reference for developers in Indonesia as guidance to implement BIM.

"PT Data Sinergitama Jaya (PT DSJ) sebagai penyedia layanan data center bagi pihak ketiga, dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam mengelola data center-nya yaitu efisiensi sumber daya infrastruktur data center yang rendah. Untuk membantu mengatasi masalah rendahnya efisiensi sumber daya infrastruktur data center yang rendah tersebut, sesuai dengan best practice yang ada, PT DSJ berencana untuk menggunakan tool Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM). Produk DCIM yang ada di pasaran cukup banyak, sedangkan biaya investasi yang harus dikeluarkan cukup besar serta DCIM adalah sistem yang cukup kompleks, untuk itu diperlukan analisis yang komprehensif atas alternatif produk DCIM yang akan digunakan. Analisis perbandingan produk DCIM dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process dengan membandingkan alternatif produk DCIM yang ada dengan kriteria kualitas perangkat lunak berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010 dan kriteria bisnis. Hasil akhir pemeringkatan menunjukkan peringkat produk DCIM yang paling tepat bagi PT DSJ berturut-turut adalah StruxureWare, RaMP, Cormant-CS, dcTrack dan Nlyte DCIM.

PT Data Sinergitama Jaya as a data center provider that give data center service for third party; facing challenge in managing their data center; which is low efficiency of their infrastructure resources. In order to solve data center infrastructure resources inefficiency problem, following known best practice PT DSJ is planned to implement Data Center Infrastructure Management system. Currently there are several DCIM product that available in the market. Considering DCIM implementation cost is high and DCIM is a complex system, therefore a comprehensive analysis has to be performed before deciding which DCIM product that will be implemented. The process of selecting the most suitable DCIM product was done by using AHP methode that compared between alternatives with software quality criteria that follow ISO/IEC 25010 standard quality model and business criteria. The final result of prioritation process is this following order: StruxureWare, RaMP, Cormant-CS, dcTrack and Nlyte DCIM

Yaitu sebagai alat yang dipakai untuk mengalirkan arus listrik dari satu alat ke komponen yang lain, yang dimulai / dibangkitkan dari sumber arus / AC generator yang kemudian dialirkan keberbagai komponen dan terakhir dismpan dalam battery, sehingga unit kendaraan tersebut dapat beroperasi. Untuk itu para produsen kendaraan bermotor roda dua, seperti: PT. Astra Honda Motor, PT. Kawasaki Motor Indonesia, dan beberapa perusahaan lainnya selalu berupaya meningkatkan dan mengembangkan industri mereka dengan mencari material yang dapat menekan biaya produksi, efisien dan berkualitas. Dalam merancang wiring harness yang baru, dalam produksi kapasitas besar, ditemui adanya beberapa perubahan maupun spesifikasi kabel yang digunakan. Seperti adanya ukuran kabel yang besar yang diinginkan oleh customer atau produsen kendaraan roda dua. Untuk itu perlu adanya penambahan alat atau mesin yang dapat menunjang produktifitas serta efisiensi dalam proses produksi. Maka dirancang suatu mesin yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dari produksi untuk membantu proses pengerjaan tersebut, dimana komponen-komponen yang digunakan dalam pembuatan mesin tersebut berasal dari komponen mesin lain yang telah teruji kapasitasnya. Hal ini guna menekan biaya pembelian mesin baru yang memiliki harga relatif mahal. Tanpa mengesampingkan standard kualitas yang ditentukan. Sehingga pada akhirnya dengan rancangan mesin alternatif ini dapat menyederhanakan proses yang juga dapat mengurangi biaya operasional dalam proses produksi.

Wiring harness is kind of equipment which is very important for vehicle. It is use to flow the electrical from one component to another. It is begin from or electric produce from the source of electric, that is called AC generator. And then electric current will flowed to every component and it will be end or store in battery, so the vehicle could operation as well. With this matter the producer of vehicle, especially such as PT. Astra Honda Motor, PT. Kawasaki Motor and some others company, they always try to do their efforts to improve and develop their industry by find out the material which is could reduce the cost production, efficiency and also quality. In designing for new wiring harness for vehicle model in large capacity, it will find so many changes, dimension or specification of wire which is used. The changes is such as size of wire or kind of wire. For example like size of wire that used by customer or producer of two wheel vehicle. For that needed some additional of tools of machine which might be able to support the productivities and efficiency in line production. There for a machine have to designed that could fulfill necessity of production to helping process is done, the components where used in designing this machine comes from existing parts, where those parts is already tested the endurance and durability. This things to reduce the cost for buying new machine with high price. Of course the quality is priority. At last this alternative machine designed to simplify the regular process of production which is has effect with reducing the cost of operational."
