"The event communication has for objective to give another dimension to the company or to the brand, by bringing it out of its daily life and by developing relations with its target public, around their centers of interests. It may be by sharing the same passions, by making live feelings to a group, by federating and by creating links; because today we need a more emotional and more real component.
Since a few years, the event communication seems to be "revisited" by companies and appears to stand out as an alternative to media or other more traditional tools. For the upholders of the relationship marketing, this communication delivers “a social message which affects the spectator or the auditor in its inhalation to be a part of a social, sports or artistic community” (Perlstein and Picket, 1985).
Therefore, we are going to expose our researches and would try to answer the following problem: "what is the impact of the event communication on the Moroccan large company, independently of any different parasite variable? ".
The objective of our research is to try to make notions understand around the event communication, and especially the evaluation of its added value on the efficiency of the Moroccan large company. To try to answer these questions derived of our problem, our research will concentrate on: a first theoretical part around a set of concepts, a second part will be the object of an empirical study.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh event marketing Brighspot Market terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion.
Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 105 mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Indonesia, dengan kriteria pernah melakukan pembelian pada event marketing Brightspot Market.
Hasil penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh bahwa event marketing memiliki pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap pembelian impuls Terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang juga mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian impuls konsumen pada saat mengunjungi event marketing Brightspot Market.
The objective of this research is to identify how the impact of event marketing toward impulse buying decision.
This quantitative study using questionnaire and apply linear regression method to analyze the data. The sample of this research is 105 University of Indonesia Social and Politics faculty students within criteria that have been attend Brightspot Market event.
The result of this study reveals that event marketing has significant impact toward impulse buying, however event marketing elements only have moderate impact towards impulse buying. There are other factors that affect customers impulse buying decision while attend Brightspot Market event.

"Penelitian ini akan menjabarkan pemasaran bisnis online niche dengan online shop yang dijalankan dengan menggunakan media sosial. Bagaimana melihat peluang pada ceruk (niche) dan melakukan komunikasi pemasaran pada pemasaran di era digital. Penelitian ini akan mengambil studi kasus mengenai pemasaran niche barang-barang khusus individu yang memiliki tubuh big size. Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan paradigma post positivis.
Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan, banyak netpreneur yang berbisnis pada komunitas big size dengan menjalin hubungan atau relasi dengan melakukan komunikasi secara langsung dan saling berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dengan penggunaan media sosial. Selain itu, bentuk pemasaran dilakukan dengan konsep new wave marketing untuk menjaring konsumen dalam komunitas.

This study will describe the niche marketing online business with an online shop through by using social media. How do see opportunities in nicheand do the marketing communication in the digital age. This study will take a case study on marketing niche specialty items individuals who have a big body size. The approach of research is qualitative research with post-positivist paradigm.
From this research found, many netpreneur doing business in a niche with a relationship or a relationship with to communicate directly and interact with customers with the use of social media. Moreover, this form of marketing is done with the concept of the new wave of marketing to attract customers in the community.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisis pengaruh dari penerapan strategi komunikasi relationship marketing yang terdiri dari personal selling dan direct marketing serta pengaruh dari relationship outcomes yang terdiri dari kepercayaan, komitmen dan kepuasan hubungan terhadap keputusan nasabah didalam berinvestasi saham. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yang berlandaskan pada penelitian kuantitatif dan anaiisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis univariat, multivadat serta analisis jalur. Penelitian ini dapat rnenunjukkan bahwa Personal Selling Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan terhadap Hubungan memiliki hubungan Iangsung yang signiiikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam berinvestasi saham.

This research aims to analyse the effects of implementing the communication strategy of Relationship Marketing, specifically, Personal Selling and Direct Marketing and the effects of Relationship Outcomes which consist of trust, commitment and relationship satisfaction on the customers’ decision in stock investment The research method used is quantitative method and for the analysis, the researcher undertakes univariate analysis, multivariate analysis and path analysis. This research found the significant direct effect of Personal Selling, Trust and Relationship satisfaction on customer decision-making in stock investment."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi persuasi dalam relationship marketing yang dilakukan oleh pelaku bisnis network marketing khususnya enterpriser HDI di dalam memasarkan bisnis di masa pandemi Covid-19. Relationship marketing dan taktik persuasif memiliki peran dalam menyebarkan informasi yang dapat membangun kedekatan serta memotivasi para member dalam bisnis network marketing. Enterpriser melakukan pemasaran melalui media sosial Instagram dengan pendekatan yang lebih soft melalui sharing, membangun bonding dan personal branding dengan memperlihatkan komunitas positif, serta mempersuasi dengan menggali ketakutan positif. Pemasaran melalui media sosial Instagram mempermudah percepatan bisnis dan menjangkau member.

This study aims to understand the communication strategy used by business actors, particularly HDI enterprises, in building their marketing relationships during the COVID-19 pandemic era. Relationship Marketing and persuasive tactics have a role in disseminating information that can build closeness with members and motivate members in the network marketing business. Enterprisers does marketing through Social Media Instagram with a soft approach through sharing, bonding and and personal branding by showing a positive community, and persuading by exploring positive fears. Marketing through social media Instagram makes it easier to accelerate business and reach members.

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh efektivitas event marketing terhadap buying intention produk Speedy Instan. Event marketing merupakan salah satu aktivitas promosi yang dilakukan oleh banyak brand dengan tujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan brand involvement, brand emotion dan brand attitude. Selain aspek brand yang menjadi perhatian juga dilakukan penelitian terhadap aspek event itu sendiri. Perpaduan antara brand dan event merupakan dua faktor penting dalam pengukuran efektivitas suatu event marketing dan juga terhadap buying intention dari suatu produk.

This study discusses the influence of the effectiveness of event marketing to the intention of buying the product speedy instant. Event marketing is one of the promotional activities undertaken by many brands with the aim to increase brand involvemnt, brand attitude and brand emotion. In addition to the brand aspect of concern was also conducted research on aspects of the event itself. The combination of brand and event are two important factors in measuring the effectiveness of a marketing event and also the intention of buying a product.

"Perusahaan tech startup memiliki daya tarik investasi karena berorientasi pada kecepatan tumbuh yang tinggi. Namun tingkat survival yang rendah membuat entrepreneur harus melakukan langkah stategis agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Studi ini mengeksplorasi faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan tech startup antara lain innovation intention dan keberadaan CEO-founder. Penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan publik tech startup di Asia, karena saat ini Asia memiliki sepertiga unicorn di dunia. Data penelitian menggunakan perusahaan tech startup yang go public sejak tahun 2015-2019. Dengan menggunakan Tobin’s Q sebagai pengukuran nilai perusahaan, innovation intention terbukti mampu meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Namun keberadaan CEO-founder justru dapat melemahkan pengaruh positif inovasi terhadap nilai perusahaan tech startup. Dalam pengujian tambahan diperoleh hasil bahwa innovation intention berpengaruh negatif terhadap total return perusahaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi memberikan referensi mengenai peranan innovation intention yang terdiri dari research and development, advertising, and marketing expense dan capital expenditure yang sebelumnya banyak diteliti hubungannya dengan kinerja perusahaan secara parsial

Tech startup companies are attractive, investment-wise, for they orient their businesses in a rapid pace of growth. However, the low survival rate forces entrepreneurs to execute strategic moves to improve performance. This study explores the factors that influence the market performance of tech startup companies, including innovation intentions and the presence of a CEO-founder. This study used public tech startup companies in Asia, because currently Asia has a third of unicorns in the world. The research data uses tech startup companies that went public since 2015-2019. By using Tobin's Q as a measurement of company value, innovation intention is proven to be able to increase company value. However, the presence of a CEO-founder can weaken the positive influence of innovation on the value of tech startup companies. In additional testing, it was found that innovation intention harmed the company's total return. This study provides a reference regarding the role of innovation intention, which consists of research and development, advertising and marketing expense and capital expenditure which has previously been studied partially about market performance."

"Organization-Public Relationship (OPR) merupakan konsep public relations yang menunjukkan peran utama public relations adalah menjalin dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan publiknya. Dalam pelayanan jasa transportasi udara, PT Angkasa Pura II dan maskapai penerbangan melakukan hubungan kerja sama dan pembinaan hubungan baik dapat meningkatkan kedekatan hubungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan OPR yang dilakukan public relations melalui cara pembinaan hubungan dan mengetahui outcome dari pelaksanaan OPR.
Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post-positivis, pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan strategi studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan OPR telah dilakukan public relations PT Angkasa Pura II dan outcome yang dihasilkan secara keseluruhan cukup baik yang memberikan kepuasan dan kepercayaan maskapai penerbangan.

Organization-Public Relationship (OPR) is the concept of public relations that indicate the primary role of public relations is to establish and maintain good relations with the public. In air transportation services, PT Angkasa Pura II and airlines do a cooperative relationship and fostering good relations can improve their relationships. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of OPR conducted by public relations through fostering relationships and knowing the outcome of the implementation of the OPR.
This study uses post positivism paradigm, descriptive qualitative approach using case study strategy. Data collection methods used are in depth interview, observation, and documentation study. The result showed that the implementation of the OPR has been conducted by public relations of PT Angkasa Pura II and overall outcome is good enough to give satisfaction and trustworthiness in airlines.
