Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan biaya operasional yang efisien & efektif merupakan hal terpenting dalam keberlangsungan Rumah Sakit. Salah satu cost-driver yang paling berpengaruh dalam Operasi Rumah Sakit adalah Rantai Pasok Obat. Namun penelitian mengenai Rantai Pasok Obat-obatan masih terbatas, terutama di Rumah Sakit Swasta yang harus memberikan keuntungan kepada pemangku kepentingan serta mematuhi kebijakan pemerintah. Rumah Sakit Primaya adalah salah satu jaringan Rumah Sakit Swasta terbesar di Indonesia dengan cabang di kota-kota terbesar di Indonesia. Skripsi ini mengusulkan penggunaan Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) untuk memodelkan Operasi Rantai Pasok Rumah Sakit sebagai alat untuk membantu dalam analisis manajerial rumah sakit. Meskipun SCOR adalah metode pemodelan rantai pasokan yang terbukti dan kuat, beberapa proses pelengkap mungkin ada yang tidak tercakup dalam standar SCOR. Oleh karena itu, tesis ini selanjutnya mengusulkan penggunaan Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) untuk digunakan sebagai alat pemodelan dengan menggunakan model SCOR sebagai basis. Penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan beberapa proses yang terstandarisasi dalam Operasional RS Primaya yang belum tercakup dalam model SCOR seperti rantai pasok internal di dalam RS serta beberapa event proses tambahan. Dengan begitu, penelitian dalam tesis ini akan berkontribusi pada pembentukan model Operasi Rantai Pasok Farmasi yang kuat yang saat ini dipraktikkan di Rumah Sakit Primaya.

Hospital is one of the most unique business as it needs to balance profit-making as well as ‘life-saving’ in terms of customer satisfaction. Therefore, efficient & effective operational cost management is paramount in a Hospital’s sustainability. One of the most influential cost-driver in a Hospital Operation is the Pharmacy or Drugs Supply Chain. However, research regarding the Drugs Supply Chain is limited, particularly in Private Hospitals in which it has to deliver profit to the stakeholder as well as comply with government policies. Primaya Hospital is one of the biggest Private Hospital chains in Indonesia with branches across Indonesia's biggest cities. This thesis proposes the use of Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) to model the Hospitals Supply Chain Operations as a tool to assist in the hospital's managerial analysis. While SCOR is a proven and robust method of supply chain modeling, some complementary processes may exist which are not covered by the SCOR standard. Therefore, this thesis further proposes the use of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) be used as a modeling tool using the SCOR model as a basis. The research conducted finds a few processes standardized in Primaya Hospital Operations which are not yet covered by the SCOR model such as the internal supply chain within the Hospital as well as some added process events. In this sense, the research in this thesis will contribute to the establishment of a robust Pharmacy Supply Chain Operation model currently practiced in Primaya Hospital."

"Teknologi informasi (TI) saat ini tidak sekedar berperan sebagai perangkat pendukung kegiatan organisasi, namun telah menjadi bagian dari strategi suatu organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Namun yang masih menjadi tantangan saat ini adalah bagaimana memastikan bahwa strategi TI selaras dengan strategi bisnis organisasi. Oleh karena itu untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, organisasi harus merencanakan arsitektur TI atau dalam konteks lebih luas yaitu Enterprise Architecture (EA). Dengan memiliki arsitektur maka suatu organisasi akan memiliki cetak biru dalam pembuatan keputusan TI jangka panjang yang tepat dengan mempertimbangkan kepentingan organisasi secara keseluruhan.PT XYZ yang dijadikan sebagai studi kasus dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan penyedia solusi produk dan jasa TI yang memiliki permasalahan pada implementasi sistem ERP. Permasalahan tersebut disebabkan karena tidak adanya standar yang dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam memilih dan mengimplementasikan sistem yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dalam penelitian ini didekati dengan merancang model EA sedemikian hingga rancangan arsitektur SI/TI yang dihasilkan selaras dengan strategi dan proses bisnis PT XYZ.Dalam usaha mengembangkan model EA, penulis membandingkan beberapa metodologi perancangan EA mencakup Zachman Framework, EAP, TOGAF, FEAF, dan Gartner. Penulis memilih TOGAF dengan metodologi ADM dalam perancangan EA untuk studi kasus PT XYZ ini karena beberapa alasan berdasarkan hasil studi literatur. Metodologi TOGAF ADM kemudian disesuaikan agar bisa digunakan secara relevan dengan kondisi dan permasalahan arsitektur di PT XYZ.Hasil akhir dari perancangan EA ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan seluruh sumber daya SI/TI yang dimiliki perusahaan, terutama dari sisi infrastruktur dan layanan yang dimiliki perusahaan untuk mendukung aktifitas bisnis, sehingga bisa menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan seperti yang tertuang dalam visi, misi, dan strategi PT XYZ.

Information technology (IT) currently does not merely act as a supporting tools of the organization activities, but has become important part of an organization's strategy to achieve its business objectives. The challenge that still exist today is how to ensure that the IT strategy aligned with the business strategy of the organization. Therefore, to address these challenges, organizations must plan an IT architecture or in a broader context, namely the Enterprise Architecture (EA). By having the architecture, an organization will have a blueprint that can be used as a basis for a creation of long-term IT decisions by considering the interests of the organization as a whole.

PT XYZ which is used as a case study in this research is an IT solution provider company that have problems with the implementation of an ERP system. The problems caused by the absence of a standard that can be used as guidelines in selecting and implementing the system in accordance with the conditions and needs of the company's business. To overcome these problems, an approach employed in this study is by designing an EA model so that the resulting design in line with the strategy and business processeses of PT XYZ.

In an effort to develop a model of the EA, the author compares several methodologies including Zachman Framework, EAP, TOGAF, FEAF, and Gartner. The author chose TOGAF ADM methodology in designing the EA for the case of study PT XYZ for a number of reasons. The TOGAF ADM is then adjusted in order to be relevant with the conditions and problems in PT XYZ.

The end result of the EA design is expected to optimize all IS/IT resources owned by PT XYZ, especially in terms of infrastructure and services to support the company's business activities and finally the company can deliver customer satisfaction as stated in the company's vision, mission, and strategy."
