"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai salah satu aplikasi dari IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) yakni Internet Protocol Televison (IPTV). Dalam emulasi jaringan ini digunakan Open IMS Core, UCT IMS Client, dan jaringan yang terdiri dari 2 router, dan 1 buah switch. Sedangkan untuk pengambilan dan pengujian data digunakan program Wireshark untuk menganalisa message flow registrasi client, pemohonan layanan IPTV sampai deregistrasi dan parameter-parameter Quality of Service (QoS) seperti: delay, dan packet loss. Pengujian dilakukan dengan merubah bandwidth pada hubungan kedua rouer, dengan kisaran nilai dari 64 kbps sampai 2.112 kbps. Pada setiap nilai bandwidth, dilakukan 3 kali percobaan dan kemudian nilai parameter-parameter QoS yang didapatkan akan dirata-ratakan. Hasil dari pengujian ini didapatkan bandwidth optimum untuk layanan iPTV yakni 2112 kbps dengan packet loss 0,85% (sesuai dengan standar ITU-T yakni kurang dari 1 %).

This final assignment discusses about one of the applications of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), namely Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). This network emulation is using Open IMS Core, UCT IMS Client, and network that consisting of two router and a switch. While for the taking and testing data are used Wireshark program to analyze the message flow from client registration, request for IPTV service, client deresgistration, and Quality of Service (QoS) parameters such as: delay, and packet loss. Testing is doing by changing the bandwidth on the network between two router, with a range of values from 64 kbps to 2,112 kbps. In each bandwidth, there are three times experiments and then the QoS parameters that obtainable is divided to get mean score. The result from this test showed the optimum bandwidth for IPTV service is 2112 kbps with packet loss 0.85 % (in accordance with ITU-T standard that is less than 1%)."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang performansi layanan Instant Messaging pada jaringan implementasi Open IMS Core. Jaringan ini menggunakan sebuah IMS Core Server, dua router, sebuah switch dan dua laptop yang digunakan sebagai client. Dari kedua router, bandwidth dikontrol sehingga besar bandwidth pada hubungan keduanya dapat dijaga. Perubahan bandwidth menggunakan standar ITU-T seri V, IDSL, dan HDSL. Pada setiap bandwidth, parameter QoS delay diukur sebannyak tiga kali percobaan melalui SIP MESSAGE yang diperoleh. Hasil delay ketiga percobaan dirata-rata untuk melihat nilai delay pada bandwidth tersebut. Standar minimum fungsi IM pada V.32 (9,6 kbps) sedangkan untuk performansi yang optimal didapatkan pada standar V.92 (56 kpbs).

This final assignment discusses about Instant Messaging service performance in Open IMS Core implementation network. This network is using an IMS Core Server, two router, a switch, and two laptop as clients. From two router, the bandwidth is controlled so the volume of the bandwidth can be maintained. ITU-T V Series, IDSL, and HDSL are used as the standard to change the bandwidth. In each bandwidth, delay QoS parameter is measured by three times experiments from SIP MESSAGE that obtainable.The delay result is evenly divided to get the delay mean score for this bandwidth. For IM function, the minimum standard is V.32 (9,6 kbps). Furthermore, for optimum performance, IM can use V.92 (56 kbps) standard."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pembangunan aplikasi Voice Over IP (VoIP) pada jaringan Open IMS Core dengan SIP sebagai signalling protocol. VoIP merupakan teknologi untuk mengirim suara dan memungkinkan percakapan suara melalui internet menggunakan internet protokol. IMS yaitu suatu arsitektur layanan berbasis IP yang memungkinkan penyediaan layanan multimedia yang terintegrasi. IMS memungkinkan konvergensi suara, video, data dan teknologi jaringan selular melalui infrastruktur berbasis IP. Pengujian jaringan ini adalah dengan melakukan perubahan bandwidth dan melihat performansi QoS VoIP, yaitu delay, jitter dan packet loss untuk mendapatkan bandwidth minimum sehingga performansi VoIP dapat berjalan baik sesuai dengan standar rekomendasi ITU-T.

This thesis discusses about the implementation of Voice Over IP (VoIP) application in the Open IMS core network with SIP as the signaling protocol. VoIP is a technology to send voice and allows voice conversations over the Internet using Internet protocols. IMS is an IP-based service architecture that enables the provision of integrated multimedia services. IMS enables convergence of voice, video, data and mobile network technology over an IP-based infrastructure. This network test is by conducting bandwidth changes and observe the performance of VoIP QoS parameter, i.e. delay,jitter, and packet loss, to obtain the minimum bandwidth so that the VoIP performances run well according to the ITU-T standard."

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari tesis ini adalah studi coupled untuk akselarator pada SoC berbasis arsistektur LEON3. Coupling ini menggunakan FIFO FSL (Fast simplex Link) bus dan direalisasikan pada FPGA virtex-6 (board Xilinx ML605). Desain dasar menggunakan APB bus, karena kemudahan dalam segi protokol dan rendah konsumsi energinya. Sedangkan untuk FSL Converter menggunakan Xilinx ISE Library. IP ini ditambahkan dengan menggunakan prinsip plug&pluy extending dari IP GRLIB. Desain coupled ini menggunakan prinsip FSM (finite state machine), simulasi menggunakan ModelSim 6, dan logika sintesis menggunaan ISE. Test real-time menggunakan monitor GRMON. Hasil tes menunjukan penggunaan APB tidak bisa digunakan untuk coupled tightly pada LEON3 karena menggunakan AMBA V.2 berbeda dengan versi 3 yang tidak terbatas, jika dibutuhkan untuk dirubah (tanpa PReady, twait) maka harus diganti dengan menggunakan AHB Bus.

Abstract
The objectives of the thesis are the studies the coupling of a hardware accelerator in a SoC based on leon3. Coupling created using FSL (Fast Simplex Link) bus with AMBA bus leon3 programmed in FPGA Virtex-6 (Xilinx ML605 board prototype). The initial design use APB bus, because of the simplicity of the APB protocol and low power. FSL converter use Xilinx ISE library. Addition of this IP uses plug&play Extending IP GRLIB. This design coupled includes design based on FSM (finite state machine), simulation using ModelSim and logic synthesis using ISE. The test is based on real-time monitor GRMon. Test results show for the APB could not be tightly coupled because of the SoC based on LEON3 using AMBA bus v2, which unlike the version 3 does not freiner if need an exchange (no pready, Twait): it must be changed using the AHB bus."
