"Quarks are the main constituents of protons and neutrons and hence are important building blocks of all the matter that surrounds us. However, quarks have the intriguing property that they never appear as isolated single particles but only in bound states. This phenomenon is called confinement and has been a central research topic of elementary particle physics for the last few decades. In order to find the mechanism that forbids the existence of free quarks many approaches and ideas are being followed, but by now it has become clear that they are not mutually exclusive but illuminate the problem from different perspectives. Two such confinement scenarios are investigated in this thesis. Firstly, the importance of Abelian field components for the low-energy regime is corroborated, thus supporting the dual superconductor picture of confinement and secondly, the influence of the Gribov horizon on non-perturbative solutions is studied."

"Pencitraan fluoresens near-infrared (NIR) merupakan metode pencitraan yang menjanjikan dalam dunia kedokteran dengan menggunakan kamera khusus dan kontras agen indocyanine green (ICG). Teknik ini menawarkan keamanan dalam penggunaannya, resolusi yang tinggi, dan sensitivitas yang baik sehingga kebutuhan akan perangkat pencitraan ini terus meningkat. Beberapa studi melaporkan penggunaan metode pencitraan fluoresens NIR dalam berbagai aplikasi medis baik menggunakan perangkat komersial, maupun perangkat rakitan sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pencitraan fluoresens near-infrared menggunakan filter plastik mika dan kamera IP CCTV serta metode subtraksi dalam mendeteksi fluoresens ICG.
Karakterisasi filter plastik mika menggunakan spektrometer dilakukan untuk mengetahui respons filter dan menentukan kombinasi warna paling efektif. Perancangan prototipe menggunakan kamera IP CCTV yang dimodifikasi sebagai komponen utama dalam mengambil citra. Metode subtraksi yang digunakan mampu menjadi alternatif dalam mendeteksi fluoresens yang dihasilkan ICG dengan mengurangi piksel dari 2 buah gambar dengan kondisi berbeda. Kombinasi filter yang paling efektif dalam meredam cahaya tampak adalah merah-kuning-hijau-biru (MKHB) yaitu pada panjang gelombang 400 nm – 680 nm dengan transmitansi sebesar 64,55%. Rata-rata koefisien absorpsi pada filter plastik mika MKHB sebesar 9,87 cm-1 pada panjang gelombang 830 ± 20 nm. Keseluruhan prototipe berhasil dibuat dan memiliki resolusi yang masih dapat diterima serta biaya produksi sebesar Rp512.000,00.

Near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent imaging is a promising imaging method in medicine using a special camera and indocyanine green (ICG) contrast agent. This technique offers safety in use, high resolution, and good sensitivity so that the need for this imaging device will continue to increase. Several studies have reported the use of NIR fluorescent imaging methods in various medical applications using either commercial devices or handmade devices. The aim of this research is to design a near-infrared fluorescent imaging system using mica plastic filters and IP CCTV cameras and subtraction methods to detect fluorescent ICG.
Characterization of mica plastic filters using a spectrometer was carried out to determine the response of the filter and determine the most effective color combination. The prototype design uses a modified CCTV IP camera as the main component in taking images. The subtraction method used can be an alternative in detecting fluorescence produced by ICG by subtracting pixels from 2 images with different conditions. The most effective filter combination in reducing visible light is red-yellow-green-blue, which is at a wavelength of 400 nm – 680 nm with a transmittance of 64,55%. The average absorption coefficient on MKHB plastic mica filters was 9,87 cm-1 at a wavelength of 830 ± 20 nm. The entire prototype was successfully made and has an acceptable resolution and a production cost of 512,000.00 IDR.

"Latar Belakang: Indocyanine green (ICG) telah banyak digunakan dalam prosedur rekonstruksi, salah satu penggunaanya adalah untuk menentukan ukuran flap dengan memanfaatkan fluoresens ICG yang menandai hotspot. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menyoroti ICG untuk evaluasi perfusi flap, di mana membutuhkan beberapa kali penggunaan ICG. Akan tetapi, penggunaan ICG dengan konsentrasi standar untuk berkali suntikan mungkin mahal, oleh karena itu studi akan meneliti tentang konsentrasi ICG yang berbeda, yang dapat berguna untuk mengurangi biaya.
Metode: Studi ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan pada 25 ekor tikus Wistar. Subjek penelitian dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok, dibedakan berdasarkan konsentrasi ICG yang disuntikkan; 1) larutan ICG standar (konsentrasi 100%); 2) 75% larutan standar; 3) 50% larutan standar; 4) 25% larutan standar, dan 5) 10% larutan standar. Flap abdomen pada tikus dielevasi dan vitalitasnya dievaluasi. Kemudian subjek akan disuntikkan larutan ICG dalam berbagai konsentrasi dan dinilai dengan menggunakan kamera dekat inframerah. Studi ini dilakukan sesuai dengan standar etik dan telah disetujui oleh komisi etik hewan di institusi kami. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 20.0.
Hasil: Para penilai tidak mengetahui intervensi yang diberikan pada saat mengulas video dari fluoresens ICG. Penilai pertama menemukan bahwa 1 fluoresens pada kelompok larutan dengan konsentrasi 25% tidak memberikan gambaran fluoresens yang adekuat, dan penilai kedua menilai seluruh gambaran fluoresens ICG adekuat. Tidak didapatkan perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok yang didapatkan dari hasil penghitungan ANOVA 1 arah (F = 1.00, p = 0.431).
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa berbagai konsentrasi ICG yang diteliti dapat memberikan gambaran flap dalam keadaan vital. Kami menemukan dengan menggunakan konsentrasi serendah 10% dari larutan standar dapat memberikan gambaran fluoresens yang adekuat. Studi ini menunjukkan hasil yang menjanjikan untuk penggunaan ICG lebih lanjut dalam praktik sehari-hari dengan biaya yang lebih rendah.

Background: Indocyanine green (ICG) has been used in many reconstructive procedures, one of them is for determining flap size by utilizing fluorescence of ICG marking the hotspot. In this study, author highlights the use of ICG for flaps with perfusion issues, at which the ICG is used in sequences. The use of the standard concentration for multiple injections, however, might be costly, therefore study on different concentrations might be useful to reduce the cost.
Methods: This was an experimental study on 25 Wistar rats. Subjects were divided into 5 groups based on the concentrations of injected ICG; 1) Standard ICG solution (100% concentration); 2) 75% of standard solution; 3) 50% of standard solution; 4) 25% of standard solution, and 5) 10% of standard solution. The epigastric flap was raised and evaluated for its vitality. Then, subjects were injected using various concentrations of ICG and the perfusion of the flap was evaluated using modified Near Infrared Camera (NIR) system. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards and approved by our institutional animal research ethics board. Data analysis was performed by using SPPS version 20.0.
Results: Appointed assessors were blinded from the intervention given reviewed the videos of ICG fluorescence. The first assessor evaluated that 1 the ICG fluorescence in the 25% concentration was not adequate for depicting vital flap while the second assessor evaluated all ICG fluorescence was adequate. There was not a statistically significant difference between groups as demonstrated by one-way ANOVA (F = 1.00, p = 0.431).
Conclusions: This study concluded that using various concentrations of ICG provided adequate fluorescence to depict vital flap. We found that as low as 10% concentration of standard ICG solution was able to depict adequate fluorescence. This study shows promising results for further usage of ICG in daily practice at a lower cost.

"Saat ini pasar dunia terus berubah, pilar keberlanjutan seperti lingkungan, ekonomi dan keadilan sosial telah menjadi bagian dari pengambilan keputusan pemasaran. Mengembangkan strategi pemasaran di tengah-tengah masalah lingkungan dan ekonomi saat ini telah menyebabkan fokus pada pentingnya pemasaran hijau. Menggunakan theory of consumption values dan value-attitude-behavior model, penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk mengeksplorasi green consumer behavior untuk green product di Indonesia. Attitude toward green product dan consumer values seperti functional value (price and quality), social value, conditional value, epistemic value, emotional value, and environmental value digunakan untuk mempelajari green consumer behavior untuk green products. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model penelitian dan diuji secara empiris dengan mengumpulkan data dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan sampel 200 responden, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa hanya social value yang berdampak positif pada green consumer behavior, functional value (price), functional value (quality), environmental value, conditional value, epistemic value, dan emotional value tidak mempengaruhi green consumer behavior. Sebagai mediator, attitude toward green product memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap epistemic value, environmental value, dan emotional value. Ini menegaskan dan secara signifikan menambah literatur green consumer behavior di pasar yang berkembang.

At the moment the world market continues to change, sustainability pillars such as environment, economy and social justice have become part of marketing decision-making. Developing a marketing strategy in the midst of current environmental and economic issues has led to a focus on the importance of green marketing. Using the theory of consumption values and value-attitude-behavior model, this research proposes to explore the green consumer behavior for green products in Indonesia. Attitude toward green product and consumer values such as functional value (price and quality), social value, conditional value, epistemic value, emotional value, and environmental value were used to study the green consumer behavior for green products. This study developed a research model and empirically tested by collecting data from questionnaires that were distributed in Indonesia. Based on a sample of 200 respondents, the results indicate that only social value has a positive impact on green consumer behavior, functional value (price), functional value (quality), environmental value, conditional value, epistemic value, and emotional value do not influence green consumer behavior. As a mediator, attitude toward green product has a significant effect on epistemic value, environmental value, and emotional value. This confirms and significantly adds to the literature of green consumer behavior in a developing market.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh green marketing terhadap green purchase behavior pada konsumen Fore Coffee di Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat dimensi yang paling berpengaruh dari green marketing terhadap green purchase behavior. Dimensi-dimensi yang terdapat dalam green marketing adalah eco-brand, eco-label, dan environmental advertisement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Pada penelitian ini sampel yng diambil sebanyak 100 responden yang berdomisili di Jakarta, pernah membeli Fore Coffee, dan mengetahui Fore Coffee sebagai produk yang ramah lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa green marketing mempunyai pengaruh terhadap green purchase behavior sebesar 58.1% dan 41,9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Pada penelitian ini juga terlihat bahwa dimensi dari variabel green marketing yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap green purchase behavior adalah environmental advertisement.
This research discusses the influence of green marketing on green purchase behavior. This research also aims to look at the most influential dimensions of green marketing to consumers buying intention. The dimensions in green marketing consist of eco-brand, eco-label, and environmental advertisement. This research uses quantitative methods and purposive sampling techniques. In this study, samples were taken from 100 respondents who live in Jakarta and consumer of Fore Coffee. The results of this study prove that green marketing has an influence on green purchase behavior at 58.1% and 41.9 % are influenced by other factors. This research also shows that dimension of green marketing variables that have the greatest influence on the green purchase behavior is environmental advertisement."

"Industri konstruksi sebagai salah satu Industri terbesar di Indonesia memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap lingkungan. Secara global, industri konstruksi menyumbang hampir 25% dari total emisi gas rumah kaca, 16% dari total konsumsi air, penyumbang 30-40% dari jumlah keseluruhan limbah padat. Salah satu solusi untuk menjawab masalah tersebut adalah menerapkan green construction, di Indonesia green construction sudah mulai diterapkan namun implementasinya masih terbatas pada proyek tertentu, rendahnya penerapan green construction akibat kendala culture and behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling dominan dalam membangun green behavior stakeholder terhadap penerapan green construction menggunakan metode Parsial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang selanjutnya dapat digunakan dalam analisa persepsi stakeholder terhadap green behavior dan hambatan green behavior pada penerapan green construction. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari 46 stakeholder green construction yaitu kontraktor dan konsultan yang memiliki pengalaman dalam proyek green construction. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat lima faktor yang paling dominan dalam membangun green behavior yaitu attitude toward green construction, technology, value, environmental knowledge dan subjective norm. Secara keseluruhan baik kontraktor dan konsultan memiliki evaluasi positif terhadap green construction dan diperoleh empat hambatan green behavior stakeholderpada penerapan green construction. Dari hasil faktor dominan penulis merumuskan rekomendasi strategi untuk meningkatkan green behavior satakeholder pada penerapan green construction.

Construction industry as one of the largest industries in Indonesia has a significant impact on the environment. Globally, construction industry contributes nearly 25% of total greenhouse gas emissions, utilizes 16% of total water consumption, contributing 30-40% of the total amount of solid waste. The solution to answer the problem is to implement green construction. In Indonesia green construction has started to be applied but the implementation is still limited to certain projects due to culture and behavior constraints. This research aims to identify the most dominant factors influencing stakeholder green behavior towards the application of green construction, using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method which can then be used in analyzing stakeholder perceptions of green behavior and green behavior barriers in application of green construction. The research data were collected from 46 green construction stakeholders (contractors and consultants) who have experience in green construction projects. This study found that there are five most dominant factors influencing green behavior: attitude towards green construction, technology, value, environmental knowledge and subjective norm. Overall, both contractors and consultants have a positive evaluation of green construction and identified four barriers to green behavior stakeholders in the implementation of green construction. Based on the results of dominant factors, the author formulates strategy recommendations to improve stakeholders’ green behavior in the implementation of green construction."
