"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No.147 dilaksanakan dengan tujuan
untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran apoteker di apotek, baik dalam bidang
manajemen apotek maupun dalam hal pelayanan farmasi klinik. Peran Apoteker
dalam manajemen apotek meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan,
penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. Pelayanan
farmasi klinik meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat,
dan konseling. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai pengkajian resep
terhadap penyakit tiroid. Resep yang diperoleh selama praktek kerja dikaji
berdasarkan persyaratan kelengkapan administratif, persyaratan farmasetik dan
pertimbangan klinis. ABSTRACT Profession Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma was held to learn and understand
the role of pharmacist in Pharmacy, especially to manage a pharmacy or to deliver
pharmaceutical care. Pharmacist has role to manage the pharmacy, such as
planning, supplying, receipt, saving, distributing, controlling, and reporting. On
the other hand, pharmacist also has to deliver a pharmaceutical care, such as
receipt assessment, dispensing, drug information, and patient counseling. Specific
assignment that been given is about the assessment of the prescribtion for thyroid
disease. Prescription obtained during profession internship be assessment by an
administrative completeness, the requirements of pharmaceutical, and
consideration of clinic. "

perundang undangan dan etika yang berlaku memiliki wawasan pengetahuan keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk pengembangan praktek kefarmasian Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan Apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan Apotek serta mampu melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang undangan dan etika yang berlaku Permasalahan praktek kefarmasian yang sering terjadi adalah stok barang yang sering habis akibat perubahan sistem pengadaan barang menjadi sistem Distribution Center kurang rutinnya pelaksanaan Konseling serta belum terlaksananya praktek Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Pemantauan Terapi Obat Pelayanan Informasi Obat dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa promosi kesehatan berupa poster mengenai hiperlipidemia yang bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat umum melalui media dan bermanfaat agar masyarakat awam menjadi paham sehingga lebih waspada dan peduli akan bahaya penyakit Kegiatan PKP ini bertujuan agar mampu memahami peran, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek. Pada pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi dilakukan pembuatan tugas khusus oleh mahasiswa calon Apoteker yang memiliki judul survey kepuasan pelanggan di apotek kimia farma no. 42 blok M Jakarta Selatan. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan di apotek kimia farma no. 42 sebagai indikator terhadap kualitas pelayanan.ABSTRACT The profession internship was implemented at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 42 Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin No. 1 Jakarta Selatan. It was aimed to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the management of pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical services in accordance with statutory provisions and ethics; has the insight, knowledge, skills and experience in pharmaceutical practice. On the implementation of the Job Training Profession be making a special task of the customer satisfaction survey in kimia farma pharmacy no. 42 blok M in South Jakarta. The aim of this special task was to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the services in kimia farma pharmacy as an indicator of the quality of service."

"ABSTRAK
Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik
kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek meliputi 2 (dua)
kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa pengelolaan sediaan
farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi
klinik, dimana kegiatan tersebut harus didukung oleh sumber daya manusia,
sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan dalam Standar
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek.
Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 merupakan apotek pelayanan yang berada
dibawah pengelolaan Unit Bisnis Bogor. Praktek kerja di apotek dilaksanakan
selama 1 bulan dari tanggal 02 November 2015 sampai dengan tanggal 30
November 2015. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKPA adalah membantu
praktek pelayanan resep serta mempelajari tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di
apotek.
Tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek adalah sebagai manajer,
profesional yaitu melaksanakan pelayanan farmasi klinik, dan retailer. Kegiatan
manajerial yang dilakukan di apotek Kimia Farma No.50 sesuai dengan Standar
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan,
penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan, dan pelaporan. Pelayanan
farmasi klinik yang telah dilakukan di apotek Kimia Farma No.50 adalah
pengkajian resep, dispensing, dan pelayanan informasi obat, namun apoteker
belum berperan dalam pelayanan farmasi klinik.ABSTRACT Apotek is a pharmacy service facilities to practice pharmacy by a
pharmacist. Pharmaceutical Services at pharmacies include two (2) activities, ie
activities managerial form of management of pharmaceutical, medical devices,
and medical materials consumables and pharmacy service clinic, where these
activities have to be supported by human resources, facilities and infrastructure in
accordance with the Standards have been set in the Pharmaceutical Services in
Pharmacy.
Kimia Farma No. 50 is a pharmacy service is under the management of
Business Unit Bogor. Working practices in pharmacies carried out for 1 month
from the date of November 2, 2015 until November 30, 2015. The activities
conducted during PKPA is helping service practices recipe and learn the duties
and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy.
Duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies are as managers,
professionals that carry out clinical pharmacy services, and retailers. Managerial
activities undertaken in the pharmacy Kimia Farma 50 in accordance with the
Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacy: planning, procurement,
receipt, storage, destruction, control, recording, and reporting. Clinical pharmacy
services that have been performed in the pharmacy Kimia Farma 50 is the
assessment prescription, dispensing and drug information services, but the
pharmacist has not been instrumental in the clinical pharmacy services."

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek SamMarie Basra Jalan
Basuki Rahmat No. 31 Pondok Bambu, Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan ini berlangsung
selama empat minggu dari tanggal 3 sampai dengan tanggal 31 Agustus 2015.
PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker
Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan
kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan
kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan,
APA di Apotek SamMarie Basra secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan
tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan
kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan
yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai
kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang
dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan,
pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaan psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun
kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan
resep dan struk pembayaran, penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan,
dan konsultasi pemakaian obat kepada pasien. Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek
SamMarie Basra adalah lemari penyimpanan narkotika dan psikotropika yang
tidak terpisah dan lemari tersebut kurang kuat.
ABSTRACT Profession Internship at pharmacy was held at Apotek SamMarie Basra. This
activity was held for a month on August 2015. Profession Internship at pharmacy
was intended to make apothecary student understand the role of pharmacist,
understand into the implementation of pharmaceutical practices, and know the
issues in pharmaceutical practice in pharmacy. Based on the activities, pharmacist
as Pharmacy Manager have been carrying out the duties and responsibilities in
pharmacy management. Apothecary student have obtained insight into routine
activities in pharmacy. Pharmaceutical technical activities include procurement,
reception, storage, sales, management of narcotics, management of psychotropics,
and prescription documentation. Non-technical activities include archiving
prescription and receipt of payment, price labelling of credit prescription for
billing purpose, and the making of Daily Sales Summary Report. Issue at
SamMarie Basra Pharmacy is the storage boxes of both narcotics and
psychotropics are not separeated each other and the storage boxes are not strong
enough.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Axia dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran apoteker di apotek, baik dalam bidang manajemen apotek maupun dalam hal pelayanan farmasi klinik. Peran apoteker dalam manajemen apotek meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. Sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinik meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat, dan konseling. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai penerapan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian yang baik di Apotek sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku beserta tinjauan mengenai beberapa permasalahan yang mungkin timbul dalam proses tersebut, serta membandingkan fakta dan teori. Selama pengamatan praktek kerja dapat diketahui bahwa pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Axia telah dijalankan dengan baik dan bertanggung jawab dan sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Secara umum, Apotek Kimia Farma telah menerapkan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di Apotek.
Internship at Kimia Farma 147 Duren Sawit Period January 2018 aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. The Special assignment is Analysis of Prescription Study of Rheumatic Disease Drugs . The purpose of this special assignment is to understand the duties and responsibilities of the Pharmacist in analysis of prescription; have insight in analysis prescription studies; as well as having a real picture of the problem in conducting the study of prescription pharmaceutical practice. In general, Pharmacy Kimia Farma has implemented Pharmacy Service Standard in Pharmacy in accordance with existing laws and regulations, the author has also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions to problems in pharmacies. "

Praktik kerja profesi di Industri Farmasi dilaksanakan di PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk. pada tanggal 6 Juli ? 31 Agustus 2015. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini memiliki tujuan umum agar mahasiswa program studi apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi; memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi; memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi.
