Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No 147 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai ketentuan perundang undangan dan etika yang berlaku memiliki wawasan pengetahuan keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk pengembangan praktek kefarmasian Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan Apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan Apotek serta mampu melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang undangan dan etika yang berlaku Permasalahan praktek kefarmasian yang sering terjadi adalah stok barang yang sering habis akibat perubahan sistem pengadaan barang menjadi sistem Distribution Center kurang rutinnya pelaksanaan Konseling serta belum terlaksananya praktek Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Pemantauan Terapi Obat Pelayanan Informasi Obat dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa promosi kesehatan berupa poster mengenai hiperlipidemia yang bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat umum melalui media dan bermanfaat agar masyarakat awam menjadi paham sehingga lebih waspada dan peduli akan bahaya penyakit "ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No.147 dilaksanakan dengan tujuan
untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran apoteker di apotek, baik dalam bidang
manajemen apotek maupun dalam hal pelayanan farmasi klinik. Peran Apoteker
dalam manajemen apotek meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan,
penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. Pelayanan
farmasi klinik meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat,
dan konseling. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai pengkajian resep
terhadap penyakit tiroid. Resep yang diperoleh selama praktek kerja dikaji
berdasarkan persyaratan kelengkapan administratif, persyaratan farmasetik dan
pertimbangan klinis. ABSTRACT Profession Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma was held to learn and understand
the role of pharmacist in Pharmacy, especially to manage a pharmacy or to deliver
pharmaceutical care. Pharmacist has role to manage the pharmacy, such as
planning, supplying, receipt, saving, distributing, controlling, and reporting. On
the other hand, pharmacist also has to deliver a pharmaceutical care, such as
receipt assessment, dispensing, drug information, and patient counseling. Specific
assignment that been given is about the assessment of the prescribtion for thyroid
disease. Prescription obtained during profession internship be assessment by an
administrative completeness, the requirements of pharmaceutical, and
consideration of clinic. "

"Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 147 Duren Sawit Periode Bulan Januari Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan Apotek, melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktik untuk melakukan Praktik Kefarmasian di Apotek; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Analisis Kajian Resep Obat Penyakit Rematik rdquo;. Tujuan dari pembuatan tugas khusus ini yaitu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam melakukan analisis pengkajian resep; memiliki wawasan dalam menganalisis kajian resep; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan dalam melakukan kajian resep praktik kefarmasian. Secara umum, Apotek Kimia Farma telah menerapkan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di Apotek.
Internship at Kimia Farma 147 Duren Sawit Period January 2018 aims to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. The Special assignment is Analysis of Prescription Study of Rheumatic Disease Drugs . The purpose of this special assignment is to understand the duties and responsibilities of the Pharmacist in analysis of prescription; have insight in analysis prescription studies; as well as having a real picture of the problem in conducting the study of prescription pharmaceutical practice. In general, Pharmacy Kimia Farma has implemented Pharmacy Service Standard in Pharmacy in accordance with existing laws and regulations, the author has also have the ability to understand the roles, duties, insights and responsibilities of pharmacists and provide solutions to problems in pharmacies. "

"Kesehatan merupakan hak asasi manusia dan harus diwujudkan sesuai dengan UUD RI tahun 1945. Untuk memenuhi hak tersebut, upaya pemenuhan kesehatan perlu dilakukan oleh seluruh pilar kesehatan di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah apotek. Apotek merupakan tempat pemberian pelayanan kefarmasian dan penyaluran sediaan farmasi kepada masyarakat. Apotek dikelola oleh seorang Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA). Melalui apotek, pelayanan kesehatan dalam bentuk pelayanan kefarmasian dapat menjangkau ke masyarakat secara merata dan menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, seorang Apoteker memiliki peranan penting dalam pengelolaan apotek, baik dari sisi manajerial, maupun sisi pelayanan klinik. Mengingat peranan penting apoteker dalam apotek, Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker perlu dilakukan di apotek oleh calon apoteker. Melalui PKPA di apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek.
Health is a human right and should be realized according to 1945 Indonesia Constitution. To fulfill those right, healthcare fulfillment need to be done by all pillars of health in Indonesia, especially pharmacy. Pharmacy can do pharmaceutical care and public pharmaceutical preparation distribution. Pharmacy is managed by a Pharmacist. Through pharmacy, health service in the form of pharmaceutical services can reach out to community evenly and thoroughly. Therefore, a Pharmacist have an important role in the management of pharmacy, in terms of managerial and clinical service. Given the important role of pharmacist in pharmacy, internship needs to be done by pharmacist to be. Through internship, pharmacist to be is expected to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacy."

Salah satu pelayanan kesehatan terdekat dengan masyarakat adalah Apotek. Farmasi khususnya apoteker memiliki wewenang untuk mengendalikan sediaan farmasi dan memberikan pelayanan informasi obat. Apoteker dituntut untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan perilaku agar dapat melaksanakan interaksi langsung dengan pasien. Peran Apoteker di komunitas (apotek) sangat penting untuk meningkatkan patients safety dengan melindungi pasien dari ketidakrasionalan penggunaan obat. Apoteker harus memahami dan dapat mengidentifikasi dan mencegah permasalahan terkait obat, farmakoekonomi, dan farmasi sosial. Untuk dapat memahami dan dapat belajar menjalankan kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan maka calon apoteker melakukan praktik kerja profesi di apotek kimia farma.
Health is a human right and one of the elements of well-being that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of Indonesia as stated in the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. One of the closest public health service to people is Pharmacy. Pharmacists have the authority to control pharmaceutical preparations and provide drug information services. Pharmacists are required to improve the knowledge, skills and attitudes in order to carry out a direct interaction with patients. Role of Pharmacists in community (pharmacy) is very important to improve the patients safety by protecting patients from irrational use of drugs. Pharmacists must understand and be able to identify and prevent drug-related problems, pharmacoeconomics, pharmaceutical and social. To be able to understand and be able to learn to carry out activities in accordance pharmacy services legislation so prospective pharmacists practice the profession working in pharma chemical pharmacy."

"ABSTRAK
Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik
kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek meliputi 2 (dua)
kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa pengelolaan sediaan
farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi
klinik, dimana kegiatan tersebut harus didukung oleh sumber daya manusia,
sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan dalam Standar
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek.
Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 merupakan apotek pelayanan yang berada
dibawah pengelolaan Unit Bisnis Bogor. Praktek kerja di apotek dilaksanakan
selama 1 bulan dari tanggal 02 November 2015 sampai dengan tanggal 30
November 2015. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKPA adalah membantu
praktek pelayanan resep serta mempelajari tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di
apotek.
Tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek adalah sebagai manajer,
profesional yaitu melaksanakan pelayanan farmasi klinik, dan retailer. Kegiatan
manajerial yang dilakukan di apotek Kimia Farma No.50 sesuai dengan Standar
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan,
penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan, dan pelaporan. Pelayanan
farmasi klinik yang telah dilakukan di apotek Kimia Farma No.50 adalah
pengkajian resep, dispensing, dan pelayanan informasi obat, namun apoteker
belum berperan dalam pelayanan farmasi klinik.ABSTRACT Apotek is a pharmacy service facilities to practice pharmacy by a
pharmacist. Pharmaceutical Services at pharmacies include two (2) activities, ie
activities managerial form of management of pharmaceutical, medical devices,
and medical materials consumables and pharmacy service clinic, where these
activities have to be supported by human resources, facilities and infrastructure in
accordance with the Standards have been set in the Pharmaceutical Services in
Pharmacy.
Kimia Farma No. 50 is a pharmacy service is under the management of
Business Unit Bogor. Working practices in pharmacies carried out for 1 month
from the date of November 2, 2015 until November 30, 2015. The activities
conducted during PKPA is helping service practices recipe and learn the duties
and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy.
Duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies are as managers,
professionals that carry out clinical pharmacy services, and retailers. Managerial
activities undertaken in the pharmacy Kimia Farma 50 in accordance with the
Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacy: planning, procurement,
receipt, storage, destruction, control, recording, and reporting. Clinical pharmacy
services that have been performed in the pharmacy Kimia Farma 50 is the
assessment prescription, dispensing and drug information services, but the
pharmacist has not been instrumental in the clinical pharmacy services."

Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 50 Bogor dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dari tanggal 2 November 2015 hingga 30 November 2015 Praktek kerja ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek serta mengkaji kegiatan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No 50 Bogor Berdasarkan praktek kerja yang dilakukan peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek adalah sebagai manajer pelaksana pelayanan kefarmasian dan retailer Selain itu kegiatan manajerial yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No 50 Bogor telah sesuai dengan Permenkes No 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek Sedangkan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik yaitu pengkajian resep dispensing dan pelayanan informasi obat di apotek ini masih dilakukan oleh asisten apoteker hal ini tidak sesuai dengan PP 51 Tahun 2009 dan Permenkes No 35 Tahun 2014 ABSTRACT Profession internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No 50 Bogor was held for four weeks started from November 2nd until November 30th 2015 This internship was intended to make apothecary student understand roles and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacy and examine pharmaceutical activities which held in Kimia Farma Pharmacy No 50 Bogor Based on the intership roles and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacy are pharmacist as manager practician amd retailer Moreover managerial activities that held in Kimia Farma Pharmacy No 50 Bogor are appropiate to Permenkes No 35 Tahun 2014 about Standard of Pharmaceutical Care in Pharmacy Beside that pharmaceutical care activities include screening prescription dispensing and giving medicine information in pharmacy are done by pharmacist rsquo s assistant this is not appropiate to Government rsquo s Regulation No 51 Year 2009 and Regulation of Minister of Health No 35 Year 2014"

"Praktek Kerja Profesi PKP di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No 7 Bogor Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal 30 Oktober 2015 PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek APA memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No 7 Bogor secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan perundang undangan yang berlaku Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek Kegiatan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan penerimaan yang menggunakan sistem distribution center penyimpanan penjualan pengelolaan narkotika pengelolaan psikotropika dan dokumentasi resep Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 7 adalah ketiadaan Apoteker Pendamping yang dapat menggantikan APA ketika sedang tidak ada di tempat Kata kunci apotek apotek kimia farma no 7 praktek kerja profesi.
