"ABSTRAK
Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik
kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek meliputi 2 (dua)
kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa pengelolaan sediaan
farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai dan pelayanan farmasi
klinik, dimana kegiatan tersebut harus didukung oleh sumber daya manusia,
sarana dan prasarana sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan dalam Standar
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek.
Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 merupakan apotek pelayanan yang berada
dibawah pengelolaan Unit Bisnis Bogor. Praktek kerja di apotek dilaksanakan
selama 1 bulan dari tanggal 02 November 2015 sampai dengan tanggal 30
November 2015. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKPA adalah membantu
praktek pelayanan resep serta mempelajari tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di
apotek.
Tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek adalah sebagai manajer,
profesional yaitu melaksanakan pelayanan farmasi klinik, dan retailer. Kegiatan
manajerial yang dilakukan di apotek Kimia Farma No.50 sesuai dengan Standar
Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan,
penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan, dan pelaporan. Pelayanan
farmasi klinik yang telah dilakukan di apotek Kimia Farma No.50 adalah
pengkajian resep, dispensing, dan pelayanan informasi obat, namun apoteker
belum berperan dalam pelayanan farmasi klinik.ABSTRACT Apotek is a pharmacy service facilities to practice pharmacy by a
pharmacist. Pharmaceutical Services at pharmacies include two (2) activities, ie
activities managerial form of management of pharmaceutical, medical devices,
and medical materials consumables and pharmacy service clinic, where these
activities have to be supported by human resources, facilities and infrastructure in
accordance with the Standards have been set in the Pharmaceutical Services in
Pharmacy.
Kimia Farma No. 50 is a pharmacy service is under the management of
Business Unit Bogor. Working practices in pharmacies carried out for 1 month
from the date of November 2, 2015 until November 30, 2015. The activities
conducted during PKPA is helping service practices recipe and learn the duties
and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy.
Duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies are as managers,
professionals that carry out clinical pharmacy services, and retailers. Managerial
activities undertaken in the pharmacy Kimia Farma 50 in accordance with the
Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacy: planning, procurement,
receipt, storage, destruction, control, recording, and reporting. Clinical pharmacy
services that have been performed in the pharmacy Kimia Farma 50 is the
assessment prescription, dispensing and drug information services, but the
pharmacist has not been instrumental in the clinical pharmacy services."

Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 50 Bogor dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dari tanggal 2 November 2015 hingga 30 November 2015 Praktek kerja ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek serta mengkaji kegiatan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No 50 Bogor Berdasarkan praktek kerja yang dilakukan peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek adalah sebagai manajer pelaksana pelayanan kefarmasian dan retailer Selain itu kegiatan manajerial yang dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma No 50 Bogor telah sesuai dengan Permenkes No 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek Sedangkan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik yaitu pengkajian resep dispensing dan pelayanan informasi obat di apotek ini masih dilakukan oleh asisten apoteker hal ini tidak sesuai dengan PP 51 Tahun 2009 dan Permenkes No 35 Tahun 2014 ABSTRACT Profession internship at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No 50 Bogor was held for four weeks started from November 2nd until November 30th 2015 This internship was intended to make apothecary student understand roles and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacy and examine pharmaceutical activities which held in Kimia Farma Pharmacy No 50 Bogor Based on the intership roles and responsibilities of pharmacist in pharmacy are pharmacist as manager practician amd retailer Moreover managerial activities that held in Kimia Farma Pharmacy No 50 Bogor are appropiate to Permenkes No 35 Tahun 2014 about Standard of Pharmaceutical Care in Pharmacy Beside that pharmaceutical care activities include screening prescription dispensing and giving medicine information in pharmacy are done by pharmacist rsquo s assistant this is not appropiate to Government rsquo s Regulation No 51 Year 2009 and Regulation of Minister of Health No 35 Year 2014"

Kegiatan PKP ini bertujuan agar mampu memahami peran, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian yang sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek. Pada pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi dilakukan pembuatan tugas khusus oleh mahasiswa calon Apoteker yang memiliki judul survey kepuasan pelanggan di apotek kimia farma no. 42 blok M Jakarta Selatan. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan di apotek kimia farma no. 42 sebagai indikator terhadap kualitas pelayanan.ABSTRACT The profession internship was implemented at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 42 Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin No. 1 Jakarta Selatan. It was aimed to understand the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the management of pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical services in accordance with statutory provisions and ethics; has the insight, knowledge, skills and experience in pharmaceutical practice. On the implementation of the Job Training Profession be making a special task of the customer satisfaction survey in kimia farma pharmacy no. 42 blok M in South Jakarta. "Apotek merupakan salah satu sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menunjang upaya pelayanan kesehatan. Apotek adalah suatu sarana pelayanan kesehatan, tempat pengabdian profesi apoteker yang telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan, tempat dilakukannya praktek kefarmasian dan tempat penyaluran perbekalan farmasi kepada masyarakat. Keberadaan apotek di lingkungan masyarakat ditujukan untuk menjamin tersedianya sediaan farmasi yang cukup bagi masyarakat. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, maka apoteker perlu mengetahui bagaimana cara melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi yang tepat sehingga sediaan farmasi selalu tersedia di apotek dan siap disalurkan pada masyarakat yang memerlukan.
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA dilakukan pada 3-27 Oktober 2016 di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor agar calon apoteker memiliki bekal pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang apotek yaitu dalam hal pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian dan pengelolaan apotek. Melalui PKPA tersebut, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek.
Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pelayanan Home Pharmacy Care untuk Penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 disertai dengan Gangguan Hiperlipidemia. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, serta pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek home pharmacy care.

Pharmacy is one of the health care facilities that support the health care effort. Pharmacy is a health care facility, where the pharmacist profession has devoted oath of occupation can do their responsibility, the place where practice of pharmacy and distribution of pharmaceuticals to the public. The existence of community pharmacies in the environment intended to ensure sufficient availability of pharmaceutical preparations for the community. To achieve this goal, the pharmacist needs to know how to do a proper management of pharmaceutical preparations so that the pharmaceutical preparation is always available at pharmacies and ready to be distributed to people in need.
Pharmacist Internship Program PKPA held on October 3th to 27th 2016 at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor for prospective pharmacists have the knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy that is in terms of the implementation of pharmacy services and pharmacy management. Through the PKPA, prospective pharmacists is expected to increase the insight, knowledge and skills in managing patient care and pharmaceutical preparations in pharmacy.
The internship given spesific assigment titled Home Pharmacy Care for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is Complicated by Hyperlipidemia Disorders. The purpose of the particular assignment are to give the pharmacist has the insight, knowledge, and practical experience to practice home pharmacy care."

berdasarkan persyaratan kelengkapan administratif, persyaratan farmasetik dan
pertimbangan klinis. ABSTRACT Profession Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma was held to learn and understand
the role of pharmacist in Pharmacy, especially to manage a pharmacy or to deliver
pharmaceutical care. Pharmacist has role to manage the pharmacy, such as

Praktik Kerja Profesi PKP di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor dilakukan selama empat minggu di bulan Februari bertempat di Jalan Merdeka No. 24, Bogor, Jawa Barat. PKP ini bertujuan untuk agar calon apoteker mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Analisis Resep Penyakit Tuberkulosis di Apotek Kimia Farma rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar mengetahui tentang penyakit tuberkulosis serta pedoman pengobatannya, mengetahui ketepatan terapi osteoporosis melalui resep yang diberikan kepada pasien dan mengetahui permasalahan terkait ketidaktepatan terapi yang terdapat pada resep. Secara umum, apoteker penanggungjawab di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 telah menyelenggarakan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan klinis dengan baik dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Selain itu, penulis juga mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan dan gambaran nyata tentang masalah dalam praktik kefarmasian, serta strategi dan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengatasinya.
ABSTRACT
Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor conducted for four weeks in February held at Jalan Merdeka No.24, Bogor City, West Java. Internship is aimed to get the pharmacist to know the duty and responsibility of the pharmacist in the pharmacy. Besides, the pharmacist can also have insight about the problem in the pharmacy, knowledge, skill, and practical experience to perform pharmaceutical work in the pharmacy. The special assignment given is entitled Analysis of Tuberculosis Prescription in Apotek Kimia Farma . The purpose of this special assignment is to know about tuberculosis and its treatment guidelines, to know the accuracy of tuberculosis therapy through prescriptions given to the patient and to identify issues related to the inappropriateness of the prescription therapy. In general, pharmacists of Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 have conducted the management of pharmaceutical preparations and clinical services well and in accordance with applicable regulations. In addition, the authors also get insight and knowledge of the problem in the practice of pharmaceutical, as well as strategies and activities undertaken to overcome them."
