Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi yaitu praktik kefarmasian secara professional dan etik, optimalisasi penggunaan sediaan  farmasi, dispensing sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, pemberian  informasi sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, formulasi dan produksi sediaan farmasi, upaya preventif dan promotif kesehatan masyarakat, pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan alat kesehatan, komunikasi efektif, ketrampilan organisasi dan hubungan interpersonal, peningkatan kompetensi diri. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Bintang Toedjoe Site Pulogadung, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia dan Apotek Atrika selama periode bulan Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA berlangsung, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
An apothecary has an important role in pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy and government. They have to fulfill the standard of competence as a requirement for working environment and professional practice. There are ten standard of competence that an apothecary must have consists of pharmaceutical practices with professional ethics, optimization of the use of pharmaceutical preparations, dispensing pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices, provision of information on pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices, formulation and production of pharmaceutical preparations, efforts to prevent and promote public health, management of pharmaceutical preparations and medical devices, effective communication, skills organization and interpersonal relationships, increasing self competence. As a stock and experience of prospective pharmacists to understand the role of pharmacists and increasing the competence, an apothecary professional work practices or as known as apothecary internship program are implemented in PT. Bintang Toedjoe Site Pulogadung, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia and Atrika Apotek Period January-April 2019. During that internship is expected that apothecary can explore the knowledge and experiences for doing pharmaceutical work in professional practice places.

Sebagai bekal dalam mendapatkan pengalaman tersebut maka dilaksanakan praktik kerja profesi di PT Bintang Toedjoe, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan dan Apotek Kimia Farma 48 Matraman selama periode bulan Januari-April 2019. Dengan adanya praktik kerja profesi ini diharapkan calon apoteker dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
As a pharmacist, insight and knowledge are needed, as well as experience related to the role of the Pharmacist in carrying out pharmaceutical work in the fields of Industry, Service and Government. As a provision in getting the experience thenprofessional work practices were carried out at PT Bintang Toedjoe, The South Jakarta Administration City Health Office, and Apotek Kimia Farma 48 Matraman period January-April 2019. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is carried out at PT Bintang Toedjoe. During PKPA it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

Analisis Tingkat Pemahaman Personil terhadap Matriks Kompetensi di Area Produksi PT Bintang Toedjoe Pulogadung = Analysis of Personnel's Understanding of Competency Matrix in The Production Area of PT Bintang Toedjoe Pulogadung
"Industri farmasi yang sudah mendapatkan izin untuk melakukan pembuatan sediaan farmasi harus mempunyai sertifikat Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) dari Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM). Dalam proses produksi, PT Bintang Toedjoe menerapkan pedoman berdasarkan CPOB dan CPOTB. Penerapan pedoman tersebut melibatkan seluruh personil produksi untuk menopang dan memastikan bahwa mutu yang dihasilkan dapat menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas. Pelatihan personil termasuk salah satu aspek dari tiga kompenen penting dalam penerapan regulasi terkait Good Manufacturing Practice yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja personil. Pentingnya pelatihan bagi personil adalah untuk membentuk peran dan tanggung jawabnya masing-masing, serta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menjadi personil yang berkualitas dan terkualifikasi. Standar kualifikasi yang ditetapkan oleh PT Bintang Toedjoe disusun berdasarkan komponen matriks kompetensi sesuai dengan area masing-masing, baik area compounding, filling, dan packaging. Standar kualifikasi dinilai setiap tahun berdasarkan matriks kompetensi yang mengacu pada Work Instruction (WI) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pemahaman personil terhadap area kerjanya. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan post test, dapat dikatakan bahwa 82% personil telah memahami matriks kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan. Sebesar 85% personil sudah memahami matriks kompetensi area masing-masing dan hanya tersisa 15% personil yang masih belum memahami matriks kompetensi dengan baik. Selain itu, berdasarkan nilai post test, seluruh personil powder sudah secara keseluruhan memahami matriks kompetensi dengan baik sehingga perlu peningkatan pemahaman kepada personil compounding, filling, dan packaging line liquid.
Pharmaceutical industries that have obtained a license to manufacture pharmaceutical preparations must have a certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In the production process, PT Bintang Toedjoe applies guidelines based on CPOB and CPOTB. The implementation of these guidelines involves all production personnel to support and ensure that the quality produced can produce quality products. Personnel training is one aspect of three important components in the implementation of regulations related to GMP used to improve personnel performance. The importance of training for personnel is to shape their respective roles and responsibilities, and to increase the knowledge, experience, and skills needed to become qualified personnel. The qualification standards PT Bintang Toedjoe are compiled based on the components of the competency matrix according to each area, both compounding, filling, and packaging areas. Qualification standards are assessed annually based on a competency matrix that refers to the Work Instruction to determine how much personnel understand their work area. Based on the results of interviews and post tests, it can be said that 82% of personnel have understood the competency matrix that has been determined. As many as 85% of personnel have understood the competency matrix of their respective areas and only 15% of personnel remain who still do not understand the competency matrix properly. Based on the post test scores, all powder personnel have overall understood the competency matrix well so it is necessary to increase understanding to compounding, filling, and packaging line liquid personnel."

Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menghasilkan SOP mengenai cara set up, pengoperasian, pembersihan alat/mesin di area produksi yang lebih jelas, singkat, padat, sederhana dan mudah dipahami sehingga dapat meminimalkan kesalahan prosedur.
ABSTRACT
Internship at PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. was intended to make apothecary student understand roles and responsibilities of pharmacist in Pharmacy Industry. This internship also have an objective to make apothecary student have concept, knowledge, skill and practical experience in conducting pharmaceutical jobs, also understand implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in Pharmacy Industry. The internship given a special assignment titled Revision of Standard Operating Procedure SOP in Class E and F at PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical Indonesia, Tbk. The aim of this special assignment are to produce Standard Operating Procedure SOP about set up operating cleaning process of instrument machine in production area more clearly, briefly and easy to understand, so it can minimize procedural errors. "
