"Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor bertujuan memahami kegiatan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek, serta memahami tugas, fungsi apoteker dalam pengelolaan sebuah apotek. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Pada Pasien dengan Obat Indeks Terapi Sempit. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk meninjau kesesuaikan farmakologis resep yang terdapat obat dengan indeks terapi sempit dan melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah pada pasien yang mendapat obat dengan indeks terapi sempit. Peran apoteker di apotek ialah menentukan kebijakan pengelolaan apotek, serta melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan dan pengendalian terhadap semua komponen yang ada di apotek, disamping melaksanakan fungsi profesionalnya sebagai seorang apoteker untuk menjamin penggunaan obat yang rasional untuk keselamatan pasien. Adanya pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah diharapkan pasien dengan obat indeks terapi sempit akan mendapatkan efek farmakologis yang maksimal dan memperkecil efek samping atupun efek toksik.
Professional Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor aims to understand the pharmaceutical activity that be done at pharmacies and understand the assignment, function of pharmacists on pharmacies management. The special assignment that is given is entitled Home Care Phamacy on Patients who Take Narrow Therapeutic Index Drugs. The aims of this special assignment is to observe phamacology suitability recipes with narrow therapeutic index drug and give homecare pharmacy to patient with narrow therapeutic index drug. The role pharmacist in pharmacy is determine managemant pharmacies priciple, implement monitoring and control function to all component in pharmacies, be side of implement the proffesional function as a pharmacist to assure utilizing of rational drug to patient safety. The homecare phamacy is hoped the patient with narrow therapeutic index drug will get the maximal phamacology effect and minimize adverse effect or toxicity."

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor
berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal 30 Januari 2015. PKP di
apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker memahami peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA),
memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan
permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang
dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan
tanggung jawab yaitu dibidang manajemen farmasi dan farmasi klinik. Mahasiswa apoteker telah
berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan yang dilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan manajemen
farmasi yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan,
pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengelolaan Narkotika dan Psikotropika.
Adapun kegiatan farmasi klinik yang telah dilaksanakan yaitu pengkajian resep, dispensing,
pemberian informasi obat dan Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO). Permasalahan praktek kefarmasian
yang terjadi adalah kurang optimal pelayanan farmasi klinik, strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah

make apothecary student the role of pharmacists, have insight into the implementation of
pharmacy work, and have a real description of the issues that occur in pharmacy. Based on the
activities undertaken at pharmacy, pharmacist at Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor in general have been
carrying out the duties and responsibilities of management pharmacy and clinical pharmacy.
Student pharmacists have managed to gain insight into the activities carried out in the pharmacy.
Pharmaceutical management activities undertaken include planning, procurement, receipt, storage,
dispensing, control, record keeping, reporting, and management of Narcotics and Psychotropic
Substances. The clinical pharmacy activities that have been carried out that assessment
prescription, dispensing, drug information services and monitoring drug therapy. Problems occur
pharmacy practice is suboptimal clinical pharmacy services, a strategy that can be done is the
addition of one staff pharmacist."

memiliki tujuan umum agar mahasiswa program studi apoteker memahami
peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan
dan etika pelayanan farmasi dan pelayanan kesehatan, memiliki wawasan,
pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek
kefarmasian dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik
kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat
dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian. Praktek profesi
dilakukan selama 1 bulan dengan tugas khusus penataan display swalayan apotek

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No.50 dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker sebagai pengelola apotek, baik dalam bidang manajemen apotek maupun dalam hal pelayanan farmasi klinik. Peran apoteker dalam manajemen apotek yaitu pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. Sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang telah dilakukan yaitu pengkajian resep, dispensing, dan pelayanan informasi obat, akan tetapi pelayanan tersebut masih dilakukan oleh asisten apoteker, belum terlihat bahwa apoteker menjalankan perannya dalam kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik tersebut. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah analisis studi komparatif pelayanan di apotek jaringan Walgreens dengan Apotek Kimia Farma. Apotek Kimia Farma dapat mengadopsi layanan Walgreens yang dapat memudahkan konsumen seperti member card, official web, aplikasi mobile app, isi ulang resep via mobile app, adanya ruang konsultasi apoteker pribadi, dan layanan imunisasi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Apotek Kimia Farma.ABSTRACT Profession Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No.50 was held to learn and understand the role and responsibility of pharmacist as a pharmacy manager, especially to manage a pharmacy or to deliver pharmaceutical care. Pharmacist has role to manage the pharmacy that is management of drugs, medical devices, and medical materials consumable, such as planning, supplying, receipt, saving, annihilation, controlling, and reporting. On the other hand, pharmaceutical care that been done such as receipt assessment, dispensing, and drug information service, but these services are still performed by the pharmacist assistant, the pharmacist has not carried out his role in pharmaceutical care. Specific assignment that been given is about the analysis of comparative studies of services in pharmacy?s Walgreens network to Apotek Kimia Farma. Apotek Kimia Farma can adopt Walgreens services to make easier the consumer, such as member card, official web, mobile app, prescription refill via mobile app, private pharmacist consultation room, and immunization services to enhance customer loyalty to Apotek Kimia Farma. Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 7 Bogor berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai

tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan
ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, emahami seluruh kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian
yang dilakukan di apotek, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan dalam praktek kefarmasian serta
mempelajari strategi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, APA di
Apotek Kimia Farma No. 7Bogor secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan
apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan perundangundangan
yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang
dilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek meliputi 2 (dua) hal, yaitu: kegiatan yang bersifat
manajerial berupa pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta melakukan
pelayanan farmasi klinik. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Studi Kelayakan Mengenai Pendirian Apotek di
Apotek Kimia Farma Sukahati Cibinong. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan
berdirinya suatu apotek dan mengetahui aspek-aspek apa saja yang menjadi penilaian dalam studi kelayakan

Tujuan dilaksanakannya praktek kerja profesi ini adalah agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinis. Apotek Kimia Farma Nomor 50 Bogor telah melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku yaitu berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Dalam praktek kerja profesi mendapat tugas khusus yaitu home pharmacy care.
Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor was held at October 2016. This internship was intended to make apothecary students understand about roles and responsilibities of pharmacist in pharmacy, understand about managerial activities of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools and also giving pharmaceutical care. Moreover, managerial activities pharmaceutical products, medical devices and single use medical tools in Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50 Bogor are appropriate with Regulation of Minister of Health No. 35 Year 2014 about Standarization of Pharmaceutical Care in Pharmacy. In this internship the student make a special assignment titled home pharmacy care."

Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 282 Jakarta Barat.
Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal 30 Oktober
2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab
apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan
ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, emahami seluruh kegiatan
pelayanan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang
permasalahan dalam praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dalam mengatasi
permasalahan tersebut. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma
No. 282 Jakarta Barat secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam
pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai
dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 Depok bertujuan untuk
memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek baik secara teknis
maupun non teknis farmasi; memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman
praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek; dan memiliki gambaran
nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan
kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan
perapotekan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul pelayanan kefarmasian di
rumah oleh apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 Depok.ABSTRACT Professional Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 Depok aims to understand
the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in both technical and non-technical
pharmacy; has the knowledge, skills, and practical experience to carry out the
practice of pharmacists in pharmacies; and to know about the problems of
pharmacy practice and learn the strategies and activities that can be done in order
to develop the pharmacies. The special assignment that is given is entitled home
pharmacy care by apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 Depok.;Professional Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 352 Depok aims to understand

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Kota Depok.
Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 5 sampai dengan tanggal 31Oktober 2015.
PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek
(APA), memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata
akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang
dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Kota Depok secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas
dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan
nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa
apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek.
Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan,
penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaan psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan
nonteknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran,
penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatan Laporan Ikhtisar Penjualan Harian
(LIPH). Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Kota Depok adalah ketiadaan Apoteker
Pendamping yang menggantikan APA ketika tidak ada di tempat. ABSTRACT Profession Internship at pharmacy was held at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 366 Kota Depok. This
activity was held for four weeks from October 5

until October 30
th
2015. Profession Internship at
pharmacy was intended to make apothecary student understand the role of pharmacist, have insight
into the implementation of pharmaceutical practice, and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in
pharmacy. Based on the activities, pharmacist as Pharmacy Manager have been carrying out the duties
and responsibilities in pharmacy management. Apothecary student have obtained insight into routine
activities in pharmacy. Pharmaceutical technical activities include procurement, reception, storage,
sales, management of narcotics, management of psychotropics, and prescription documentation. Nontechnical
activities include archiving prescription and receipt of payment, price labelling of credit
prescription for billing purpose, and the making of Daily Sales Summary Report. Issue at Kimia Farma
Pharmacy No. 366 Kota Depok is the absence of pharmacist who can substitute Pharmacy Manager
temporarily while Pharmacy Manager was not in place. "
