"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng
Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal
25 September 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa program studi apoteker
memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di
Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan perundangan dan etika farmasi yang berlaku, dan dalam
bidang kesehatan masyarakat, memahami dan memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku
serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian
di Puskesmas, serta melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker
di Puskesmas.Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di
Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan sediaan
farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik, meliputi pengkajian resep, penyerahan obat, pemberian
informasi obat, dan pelayanan informasi obat. Pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta
wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di
Puskesmas telah diperoleh penulis. Berdasarkan pengamatan selama pelaksanaan PKPA,
Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng secara umum telah menerapkan seluruh aspek pelayanan
farmasi klinik dengan baik. Masalah yang terjadi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng berupa
kurangnya tenaga Apoteker yang tidak seimbang dengan jumlahnya pasien. Selain itu, perlu
diadakannya ruang konseling agar kegiatan konseling berjalan dengan baik. ABSTRACT Profession Internship in community health center located in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This

Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini memiliki tujuan umum agar mahasiswa
program studi apoteker memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi dan pelayanan
kesehatan; memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap prilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian;
mempelajari Strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas; memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik dan pekerjaan
kefarmasian di Puskesmas; mampu berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Praktek profesi dilakukan selama 3

Praktek Kerja Profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No.147 dilaksanakan dengan tujuan
untuk mengetahui dan memahami peran apoteker di apotek, baik dalam bidang
manajemen apotek maupun dalam hal pelayanan farmasi klinik. Peran Apoteker
dalam manajemen apotek meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan,
penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. Pelayanan
farmasi klinik meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat,
dan konseling. Tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah mengenai pengkajian resep
terhadap penyakit tiroid. Resep yang diperoleh selama praktek kerja dikaji
berdasarkan persyaratan kelengkapan administratif, persyaratan farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis. ABSTRACT Profession Internship at Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kecamatan Kemayoran
Jakarta Pusat was held to learn and understand the role of pharmacist, especially
to manage a pharmacy or to deliver pharmaceutical care. Pharmacist has role to
manage the pharmacy, such as planning, demand, receipt, saving, distributing,
controlling, and reporting. On the other hand, pharmacist also has to deliver a
pharmaceutical care, such as receipt assessment, dispensing, drug information,
and evaluation of drug use. Specific assignment that been given is about the
recapitulation of rational drug use in the periode from February to April 2015.
Description data includes the use of antibiotics or injection dosage in patients with
a diagnosis of ISPA non pneumonia , non specific diarrhea and myalgia. "

"ABSTRAK
Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas bertempat di Puskesmas Kecamatan
Kembangan, Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggu dari
tanggal 30 Juni hingga 24 Juli 2015. PKP di puskesmas bertujuan agar mahasiswa
apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan
pekerjaan kefarmasian, mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktik profesi
apoteker, memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di
puskesmas, serta berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain.
Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apoteker di
Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan telah melaksanakan kewajibannya dengan baik.
Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin
yang dilakukan di puskesmas. Kegiatan manajerial meliputi perencanaan
kebutuhan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian,
pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pengarsipan obat, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi
pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai, dan kegiatan farmasi klinis meliputi
pelayanan resep (dispensing), Pelayan Informasi Obat (PIO), konseling, homecare,
dan penyuluhan kesehatan. peningkatan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian dilakukan
dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi seperti penggunaan perangkat
lunak dan website. Masalah yang terjadi di puskesmas adalah keterbatasan sarana
dan prasarana pendukung kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian.

"Praktek Kerja Profesi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati yang bertempat di Jl. RS Fatmawati Cilandak Jakarta Selatan. Kegiatan praktek kerja profesi berlangsung selama enam minggu dari tanggal 1 September ? 14 Oktober 2015. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini agar mahasiswa dapat memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam di rumah sakit, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Mahasiswa pada kegiatan ini memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian di RSUP Fatmawati yaitu pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai serta pelayanan farmasi klinik. Wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, sikap dan pengalaman praktis yang diperoleh pada kegiatan PKP ini meliputi pemilihan, perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, pendistribusian, pengendalian, administrasi serta farmasi klinik meliputi pengkajian dan pelayanan resep, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, visite, pemantauan terapi obat dan monitoring efek samping obat. Permasalahan kefarmasian yang ada di RSUP Fatmawati adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai untuk dilakukannya pelayanan konseling pada pasien.
Profession Internship Program at the Fatmawati General Hospital Center located at Jl. RS Fatmawati Cilandak, South Jakarta. Profession Internship Program activity lasted for six weeks from the date of September 1 to October 14, 2015. The purpose of this program allow students to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospital, insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to pharmacy services in hospitals, having real picture about the problems of pharmacy practice and learn the strategies and activities that can be done for developing of pharmacy practice in hospitals. Students on these activities can understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy services at Fatmawati Hospital that is management of pharmaceutical product, medical devices and medical materials consumables and clinical pharmacy services. Insight, knowledge, skills, attitudes and practical experience on the activities include the selection, planning, supplying, reception, distribution, control, administration and pharmacy clinics include assessment and care prescription drugs information service, counseling, visit, monitoring drug therapy and monitoring drug side effects. Problems in the practice at Fatmawati Hospital is the lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure to undertake counseling services for patients."

Internship at Kecamatan Tebet Primary Health Center of South Jakarta Period of September 2017 aimed to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacaceutical care service in community health clinic according to applicable laws and ethics, also in community health sector, then had knowledge, skills, professionalism, insight and reality to undertake pharmaceutical practices in community health clinic, looked and learned strategies and the development of professional practice of pharmacists in community health clinic, had practical experiences about problems of pharmaceutical care practice in community health clinic, and was able to communicate and interact with another health staff. Internship at Kecamatan Tebet Primary Health Center was conducted for two weeks with special assignment Case Studies of Compliance of Prescription Drugs in Acute Nasofaringitis and Diarrhea Patients Based on ICD-10 Diagnosis Codes. The purpose of this assigment was to determine the accuracy of prescribing in the diagnosis of acute nasopharyngitis and diarrhea conducted in Kecamatan Tebet Primary Health Center

Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Strategi Penilaian Keamanan Pangan Olahan dalam Menyambut MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN). Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan Badan POM RI pada penilaian keamanan pangan dalam menyambut Msyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA). Peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan ialah melakukan regulasi, standardisasi, dan sertifikasi produk makanan dan obat mulai dari aspek pembuatan, penjualan, penggunaan dan keamanan makanan, obat-obatan, kosmetik dan produk lainnya di masyarakat. "ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366
Depok. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama lima minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai
dengan tanggal 31 Oktober 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa
apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasan
tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan
permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan
PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Depok secara umum
telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait
kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil
memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek.
Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan,
penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaan
psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian
yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran,
penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatan Laporan
Ikhtisar Penjualan Harian (LIPH). Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma
No. 366 Depok adalah ketiadaan Apoteker Pendamping yang dapat menggantikan
APA ketika sedang tidak ada di tempat.

2015. Profession Internship at pharmacy was intended to make apothecary student
understand the role of pharmacist, have insight into the implementation of
pharmaceutical practice, and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in
pharmacy. Based on the activities, pharmacist as Pharmacy Manager have been
carrying out the duties and responsibilities in pharmacy management. Apothecary
student have obtained insight into routine activities in pharmacy. Pharmaceutical
technical activities include procurement, reception, storage, sales, management of
narcotics, management of psychotropics, and prescription documentation. Nontechnical
activities include archiving prescription and receipt of payment, price
labelling of credit prescription for billing purpose, and the making of Daily Sales
Summary Report. Issue at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 366 is the absence of
pharmacist who can substitute Pharmacy Manager temporarily while Pharmacy
Manager was not in place.

"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng sejak tanggal 11 sampai dengan 30 April 2016. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa Apoteker memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, memiliki wawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di Puskesmas dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu belum tersedianya ruangan khusus untuk pelayanan konseling.
ABSTRACT
Internship was held at Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng from April 11 until April 30 2016. This internship aimed to make apothecary student are able to understand the role and the responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy practices at Puskesmas; have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do the pharmaceutical practice in the Puskesmas, have a description of the issues about pharmaceutical practice that occur at Puskesmas and also can communicate with other health proffesions. Based on activities, Pharmacist in Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng have been carrying out the duties and responsibilities in management pharmaceutical, medical devices, medical consumable materials, and clinical pharmacy. Ther problems that occur in Puskesmas Kecamatan Cengkareng is there are not available special room for counseling.
