"ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366
Depok. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama lima minggu dari tanggal 1 sampai
dengan tanggal 31 Oktober 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa
apoteker mengerti peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memiliki wawasan
tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan
permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Berdasarkan kegiatan
PKP yang dilakukan, APA di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 366 Depok secara umum
telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait
kegiatan teknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan
peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil
memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di apotek.
Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengadaan,
penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika, pengelolaan
psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan nonteknis kefarmasian
yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan struk pembayaran,
penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatan Laporan
Ikhtisar Penjualan Harian (LIPH). Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Kimia Farma
No. 366 Depok adalah ketiadaan Apoteker Pendamping yang dapat menggantikan
APA ketika sedang tidak ada di tempat.

"ABSTRAK
Apotek adalah suatu sarana pelayanan kesehatan, tempat pengabdian
apoteker yang telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan, tempat dilakukannya praktek
kefarmasian, dan tempat penyaluran perbekalan farmasi kepada masyarakat.
Apoteker sebagai penanggungjawab apotek memiliki peranan penting dalam
pelayanan kesehatan dalam bidang kefarmasian. Tujuan dilaksanakan PKP supaya
apoteker memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, memperoleh
wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan
praktek kefarmasian di apotek serta memperoleh gambaran nyata tentang
permasalahan praktek kefarmasian. Peserta PKP melakukan praktik kefarmasian
dan mendapatkan tugas khusus untuk melakukan pelayanan telefarma, yaitu
pelayanan kefarmasian melalui komunikasi jarak jauh, dalam hal ini melalui
telepon. Telefarma bertujuan untuk memantau kepatuhan pasien dan memantau
efek samping obat. Peserta PKP paham mengenai peran dan fungsi apoteker
dalam aspek manajerial, yaitu: melakukan pengawasan seluruh aspek pelayanan
kefarmasian, pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan perbekalan kesehatan dimulai
dari pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengelolaan, dan penyaluran sediaan
farmasi di apotek. Peserta PKP mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan,
keterampilan, dan pengalaman dalam pengkajian resep, penyerahan obat,
pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah,
pemantauan terapi obat, dan pengawasan efek samping obat. Gambaran nyata
permasalahan yang sering terjadi di apotek adalah penolakan resep karena obat
tidak tersedia.
ABSTRACT The pharmacy is a health-care facilities, places pharmacist do practice
pharmaceutical care and the distribution medicine to public. Pharmacist as a
responsible pharmacist pharmacy has an important role in health care especially in
pharmacy. The goals of this internship are to make pharmacist student understand
jobs and duties as a pharmacist in pharmacy, to get knowledge, skills, and
experience abaout pharmaceutical care as well as to know about problems at
pharmacy. Student did pharmaceutical practice and got duties to do telepharmacy
service over the phone. The purpose of telepharmacy are to monitor patient
compliance and drug side effects. Student understand the role and function of the
pharmacist in the managerial aspects, namely: to supervise all aspects of
pharmacy services, management of pharmaceutical supplies and medical supplies
starting from procurement, receipt, storage, management and distribution
pharmaceutical. Student get knowledge, skills, and experience in the assessment
of prescriptions, compounding and dispensing, counseling, home pharmacy care,
monitoring drug therapy,and drug side effects. A real picture of the problems that
often occur in the pharmacy is rejection prescription because drug out.

"Skip testing merupakan prosedur yang penting dilakukan untuk pengujian pada suatu bets. Tes ini mengabaikan sebagian parameter uji dengan asumsi bahwa bets yang tidak diuji dengan parameter tersebut masih memenuhi semua kriteria penerimaan yang ditetapkan. Skip testing bertujuan untuk menghemat biaya (cost-effectiveness) saat melakukan pengujian untuk suatu bets. Selain itu, penerapan skip testing juga dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga, sehingga pengujian yang dilakukan dapat lebih cepat dan efisien. PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals, departemen Quality Control (QC) akan melakukan pengujian terhadap incoming material baik itu bahan baku, bahan tambahan atau pun bahan kemas sesuai permintaan dari petugas/penanggung jawab Warehouse. Pengujian untuk satu bets bahan/material yang datang dapat memakan waktu sekitar 3-7 hari bila dilakukan pengujian untuk semua parameter yang tercantum didalam Metode Analisa. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pengujian satu bets bahan/material juga cukup tinggi, sehingga skip testing merupakan solusi untuk mengefisiensi biaya dan waktu pengujian. Skip testing plans dilakukan dengan merencanakan analisa-analisa yang perlu dihilangkan dari incoming API materials tahun 2018 samapi dengan tahun 2021. Pemilihan analisa yang perlu dihilangkan adalah analisis yang bukan merupakan jenis analisis kritikal seperti pemerian (description), identifikasi, penetapan kadar, impurity, ukuran partikel, susut pengeringan dan/atau kadar air, uji microbiologi. Hasil menunjukkan incoming API materials (bahan aktif obat) bisa dilakukan dengan skip testing plan yaitu menghilangkan pengujian non-critical pada masing masing bahan aktif obat. Tren data dari seluruh pengujian non-critical baik dari pengujian in-house (yang dilakukan di PT CKD-Otto Pharmaceutical) atau pun dari CoA Manufacturer tidak menunjukkan adanya penyimpangan, semua data terlihat sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan pengujian Uji T-Independent test pada data hasil pengujian in-house dan CoA manufacturer untuk uji non-critical menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan, sehingga saat skip testing dilakukan hasil dari CoA manufacturer dapat digunakan sebagai referensi.
Skip testing is an important procedure for testing a batch. This test ignores some of the test parameters with the assumption that batches that are not tested with these parameters still meet all of the acceptance criteria set. Skip testing aims to save costs (cost-effectiveness) when testing for a batch. In addition, the implementation of skip testing can also save time and effort, so that the tests carried out can be faster and more efficient. PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals, Quality Control (QC) department will conduct tests on incoming materials, be they raw materials, additional materials or packaging materials according to the request from the warehouse officer/person in charge. Testing for one batch of incoming materials may take about 3-7 days if testing is carried out for all parameters listed in the Analytical Method. The cost required for testing one batch of materials is also quite high, so skip testing is a solution to streamline testing costs and time. Skip testing plans are carried out by planning the analyzes that need to be removed from incoming API materials in 2018 to 2021. The selection of analyzes that need to be removed is an analysis that is not a critical type of analysis such as description, identification, grade determination, impurity, size particles, drying shrinkage and/or moisture content, microbiological tests. The results show that incoming API materials (active drug ingredients) can be done with a skip testing plan, namely eliminating non-critical testing for each active drug ingredient. The trend of data from all non-critical tests both from in-house testing (which was carried out at PT CKD-Otto Pharmaceutical) or from CoA Manufacturer did not show any deviations, all data seemed to be in accordance with the specifications and the T-Independent test test on the data the results of in-house and CoA manufacturer testing for non-critical tests showed no significant differences, so when skip testing was carried out the results from the CoA manufacturer could be used as a reference."

Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman bagi calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No 375 Depok, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari dan PT Sydna Farma Periode Bulan Februari-Mei 2019. Melalui PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, serta pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
A pharmacist plays an important role in pharmacy, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and the pharmaceutical industry. A pharmacist must meet pharmacist competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as a capability expected by a pharmacist. As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was implemented at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 375 Depok, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari and PT Sydna Farma for the February-May 2019 Period. Through PKPA , prospective pharmacists are expected to broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma 345 Tebet selama periode bulan Maret Tahun 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
A pharmacist has an important role in the pharmacies. Pharmacists must have competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian Pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by Pharmacists upon graduation and entry into professional work practices. As stock and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacists' Professional Work Practices are implemented at Apotek Kimia Farma 345 Tebet during the period March 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that Pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons, understandings and experiences to do pharmaceutical work in professional workplaces."

"Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 2 Senen dilaksanakan pada tanggal 03 Agustus - 29 Agustus 2015. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi ini memiliki tujuan umum agar mahasiswa program studi apoteker dapat memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di apotek, serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian.
Profession internship in apothecary is held at Kimia Farma Apothecary No. 2 Senen on August 3rd - August 29th 2015. The goals of this internship programs are to make students understand the jobs and duties of pharmacist in apothecary management, and do pharmaceutical care practice legally and ethically; to make students have the knowledge, real vision, skill, and practical experience to do pharmaceutical care practice in apothecary; also to make student learn about the strategy and activity in developing pharmaceutical practice."
