" ABSTRAK
Pergerakan arus lalu lintas menerus, memutar, memotong dan diperparah dengan adanya persimpangan berurutan dengan putaran balik, jalur kereta api yang sejajar dengan jalan mengakibatkan adanya potensi lokasi konflik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pergerakan kendaraan, jenis konflik dan kompleksitas konflik lalu lintas pada persimpangan tidak bersinyal. Metode menggunakan pendekatan konflik dan data didapat dari survei lokasi. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Jalan Raya Lenteng Agung dengan konfigurasi simpang yang kompleks dengan dua simpang berurutan. Berdasarkan analisis terdapat dua tipe konflik utama yaitu konflik memotong 36% dan menyatu 35% pada lajur dua. Terdapat hubungan antara frekuensi konflik dengan volume kendaraan yang tunjukan oleh nilai R square sebesar 0,7386 dan 0,6223. Nilai kompleksitas konflik menunjukkan pada rentang 90-120 yang dapat dimasukan ke dalam kategori perlu peningkatan (need improvement). Guna mengurangi konflik perlu dilakukan manajemen lalu lintas antara lain dengan pembuatan lajur khusus putar balik.

ABSTRACT
The movement of traffic flow constantly, rotate, crop, and aggravated by the consecutive intersection and u-turn, railway which parallel to the road and the result there causing potential of conflict?s location. This study aims to analyze the movement of vehicles, types of conflict and traffic conflict complexity at the unsignalized intersection. This study uses the approach of conflict and the data obtained from the survey location. The location of this study is at Lenteng Agung Road with the complexity of intersection configuration and two parallel intersection. There are two major types of conflict is the conflict?s merging 36% and crossing 35% blends in lane two. There is relation between conflict frequency and traffic volume of vehicles which showed by the value of R square of 0.7386 and 0.6223. Conflict complexity?s value indicate that the range of 90-120 categorized as the category of need improvement. The traffic management is needed in order to decrease the conflict through the construction of turn around special lane.

"Penelitian ini mengevaluasi keamanan lalu lintas dari area penggabungan di jalan bebas hambatan berdasarkan teknik konflik lalu lintas dalam kondisi lalu lintas yang sedang berjalan, sebagai tindakan keselamatan lalu lintas non-kecelakaan. Objek penelitian ini, menggabungkan area di Jalan Tol Kota Sidoarjo. Menggunakan Drone untuk mengambil video untuk teknik pemrosesan data. Waktu untuk tabrakan (TTC) ditentukan dengan mengevaluasi konflik lalu lintas menggunakan aplikasi pelacak. Kemudian, ambang batas keparahan TTC ditentukan. Ambang konflik serius dan perubahan jalur umum terletak antara 0–2,9 detik dan 2,9-5,8 detik, masing-masing; ambang konflik serius dan umum ujung-belakang terletak antara 0-0,73 detik dan 0,73-3,33 detik, masing-masing. panjang rata-rata jalur percepatan, persen kendaraan berat yang melintas dijalur ramp, persen kendaraan berat di lajur 1 jalur utama, kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan yang melintas dilajur 1 jalur utama yang dibutuhkan untuk berpindah lajur yang secara positif mempengaruhi indeks resiko kecelakaan perjam (HCRI), Pengukuran TTC dalam makalah ini dapat menawarkan cakupan komprehensif dengan skala yang disempurnakan, menambah pemahaman pemodelan konflik lalu lintas di area penggabungan.

This research evaluate the traffic safety of the merging area on freeway based on traffic conflict techniques in the running traffic conditions, as a non-accident traffic safety measure. The object of this research, merging areas on Sidoarjo City Freeway. Using Drone to take video for data  processing techniques. The time for a collision (TTC) is determined by evaluating the traffic conflict using the tracker application. Then, the severity threshold of TTC is determined. The threshold of serious and general lane-change conflicts lies between 0–2.9 s and 2.9- 5.8 s,respectively; the threshold of serious and general rear-end conflicts lies between 0–0.73 s and 0.73–3.33 s, respectively. average length of acceleration lane, percent of heavy vehicles crossing the ramp, percent of heavy vehicles in lane 1 main lane, average speed of vehicles crossing lane 1 main lane needed to move lanes which positively affects the hourly accident risk index (HCRI ),The TTC measurement in this paper can offer comprehensive coverage with refined scales, adding to the understanding of traffic conflict modeling in merging areas."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana keberhasilan implementasi penanganan keselamatan lalu lintas pada persimpangan jalan Permata Hijau-Patal Senayan, Jakarta Selatan dengan menganalisis data-data kecelakaan, data-data konflik dan kecepatan lalu lintas pada pra implementasi penanganan dan pasca implementasi penanganan. Selain itu menilai keefektifan penanganan dalam penggunaan Traffic Conflict Technique (TCT) yang didasarkan atas prinsip ?before-after analysis?. Data ?before? dikumpulkan sebelum implementasi perangkat keselamatan dan sebelum pembangunan flyover dari arah Senayan dan Permata Hijau maupun sebaliknya, dan data konflik ?after? dikumpulkan setelah dilakukan implementasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi simulasi Vissim. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya flyover terjadi penurunan konflik secara signifikan di beberapa titik potensi konflik, seperti pada titik T16 terjadi penurunan signifikan sebesar 94.69%.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to asses the implementation of traffic safety improvement scheme at Permata Hijau-Patal Senayan Jakarta Selatan Junction by analyzing the data of accidents, conflict and speeds in pre-implementation handling and post-implementation handling. In addition, this study also aims to measure the effectiveness in Traffic Conflict Technique (TCT) handling, which is based on the principle of before-after analysis. ?Before? data is collected before safety equipment implementation and development of ?Senayan-Permata Hijau? flyover, while ?after? conflict data is collected after implementation of Vissim simulation application. The result of study shows significant conflicts reduction in potential conflict spots caused by the existence of flyover, e.g.: in spot T16 the conflict is decreased to 94.69%.

"ABSTRAK
Keselamatan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu dampak akibat transportasi. Defisiensi ketersediaan infrastruktur jalan dan fasilitas keselamatannya dan tingginya kompleksitas lalu lintas pada suatu simpang menimbulkan tingginya potensi terjadinya kecelakaan. Studi ini dilakukan pada simpang tidak bersinyal yang memiliki kompleksitas cukup tinggi, pada Jalan Raya Lenteng Agung. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Jalan Raya Lenteng Agung dengan persimpangan tak bersinyal asimetris. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk meningkatkan keselamatan adalah TCT Traffic Conflict Technique Swedish. Metode ini dikembangkan oleh Universitas Lund, Swedia dan telah diterapkan pada negara-negara berkembang. Penerapan metode ini dengan menganalisa jumlah kecelakaan yang diperkiraan akan terjadi preventive bukan berdasarkan pada kecelakaan yang telah terjadi curative . Metode TCT ini mengklasifikasikan jenis konflik menjadi dua yaitu serious conflict dan non-serious conflict. Berdasarkan analisis didapatkan jenis konflik memotong paling banyak terjadi yaitu 63,8 dari total konflik 152 konflik. Untuk mengurangi konflik yang terjadi diperlukan solusi, yaitu penambahan zebra cross, pembuatan pulau-pulau, pembuatan garis ganda menerus ndash; putus-putus , pembuatan separator, dan marka tanda.

ABSTRACT
Factors issues in developing countries is transportation safety about the infrastructure that is always developed. And the infrastructure is compounded by their intersection is not signalized asymmetrical coupled to a railway line which is parallel to the road conditions thus causing potential conflicts that can lead to accidents. The purpose of this study to analyze the pattern of movement of intermodal transport and types types of conflicts as well as the solutions that will be given to improving safety at asymmetric not signalized intersections. The location of this research is done on Highway Lenteng General with intersection is not signalized asymmetrical. The method that will be used to improve safety are TCT Traffic Conflict Technique Swedish. This method was developed by the University of Lund, Sweden and has been applied to developing countries. This method is analyzing the number of accidents that estimated will occur preventive but doesn rsquo t based on accidents that have occurred curative . In TCT method classified the type of conflict into two, serious conflic and non serious conflict conflict. Based on the analysis we found the type of conflict most common in 63.8 of the total conflict 152 conflict . To reduce the conflict required a solution, such as the addition of a zebra crossing, the manufacture of the islands, the manufacture of double lines continuous dashed , the manufacture of the separator, and marks the sign."

"Urban road improvement programs, such as geometric intersection improvement or recalculation of cycle time for traffic lights, should include road safety and accessibility considerations. These components could be evaluated in a short time without waiting for accident data from police departments or accident events by using a tool known as a traffic conflict study. With a traffic conflict analysis, the effectiveness of any road improvement could be evaluated, and any traffic event involving two or more vehicles, or single vehicles taking evasive action to avoid crashes, could be investigated. Traffic conf lict studies have been used in many countries, but less extensively for analyzing road improvement projects.
This paper describes traffic conflict studies which have been applied at intersections in Bandung, resulting in a new Special Stopping Space (SSS) for motorcycles at a major intersection, intersection design improvements, and traffic management improvements at intersections. This research shows the applicability of the traffic conflict study technique to road facility improvement projects in Indonesia."

"The exclusive Stopping Space for Motorcycles is defined as facilities for motorcycle to stop for waiting at signalized intersection as long as red traffic light period . The RHK's has been tested in an arterial road to support the movement of the motorcycle at the signalized intersection. This paper aims to study the influence of the RHKs to reduce traffic conflict, particularly the type and intensity of conflict and also the severity of conflict between motorcycles with another motor vehicle. To test the affectivity of RHKs to reduce conflict, the traffic conflict observations were made with video cameras during the the morning and afternoon peak hours, before and after installing the analyses were carried out in the laboratory. A total of 62 cycles and 41 cycles in the morning and afternoon peak hour with total of 12214 motorcycles and 8873 motorcycles (before and after RHKs installed) were analyzed. The throughput of the intersection increased both in the morning and afternoon peak hours by respectively 11.92% and 12.31%. The conflict patterns changed significantly, but the conflict rate decreased from 133,39 conflict/1000 pcu's to 24,68 conflict/1000 pcu's on the morning peak hour and from 111,10 conflict/1000 pcu's to 24,10 conflict/1000 pcu's on the afternoon peak hour. The conflict severity also decreased from 1.83 to 1.43 on the morning peak hour and 1.96 to 1.38 on the afternoon peak hour."

"Tesis ini mengkaji Konflik ajengan dalam menyikapi Gerakan Darul Islam (DI) dan Tentara Islam Indonesia (TII) di Priangan Timur tahun 1949-1962. Ajengan sebagai tokoh yang memiliki pemahaman dan pengamalan mumpuni tentang agama Islam mencipta pengaruh yang kuat di masyarakat Priangan Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan konflik yang dihadapi ajengan selama berlangsung hingga berakhirnya Gerakan DI/TII Kartosoewirjo di Priangan Timur. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah dan pendekatan teori kewibawaan tradisional untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kewibawaan ajengan selama berlangsungnya gerakan DI/TII di Priangan Timur. Kewibawaan ajengan dan konflik yang dihadapinya selama berlangsung Gerakan DI/TII di Priangan Timur disebabkan oleh tiga faktor: Pertama, kewibawaan ajengan diikat oleh aspek ‘keberkahan’ sehingga seorang santri atau masyarakat jika ingin mendapat keberkahan harus hormat (takzim) kepada ajengan. Kewibawaan ajengan melebihi batas dalam kehidupan duniawi, tetapi menyangkut aspek ibadah, suatu perbuatan yang membuahkan keselamatan di dunia dan di akhirat; Kedua, ajengan pihak yang dibutuhkan oleh DI/TII sebagai penasehat dan penegak syariah Islam; Ketiga, ajengan menghadapi dilema dan ancaman dari kedua kelompok, yaitu DI/TII dan Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) jika diketahui memihak salah satu kelompok. Gerakan DI/TII telah menyebabkan konflik atas sikap ajengan yang bergabung dengan DI/TII, mendukung TNI, dan ajengan yang tidak menentukan sikap baik terhadap DI/TII maupun TNI. Gerakan DI/TII berakhir setelah ditetapkan Keputusan Mahader Djawa dan Madura Nomor KPTS-X/III/8/1962 Tanggal 15 Agustus 1962 tentang vonis hukuman mati terhadap Panglima Tertinggi DI/TII Krtosoewirjo. Gerakan itu telah menimbulkan dampak terhadap sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Priangan Timur (1949-1962).

This thesis examines the conflict in responding to the Darul Islam Movement (DI) and the Indonesian Islamic Army (TII) in East Priangan in 1949-1962. Ajengan as a figure who has a qualified understanding and practice of Islam creates a strong influence in the people of East Priangan. The purpose of this study is to explain the conflicts faced by the participants during the period until the end of the DI/TII Kartosoewirjo Movement in East Priangan. This study uses historical research methods and traditional authority theory approaches to explain the influence of authority during the DI/TII movement in East Priangan. The authority of the ajengan and the conflicts it faced during the DI/TII Movement in East Priangan were caused by three factors: First, the authority of the ajengan was tied by the aspect of 'blessing' so that a student or the community if he wanted to receive blessings must respect (takzim) to the ajengan. The authority of the world exceeds the limit in worldly life, but it concerns the aspect of worship, an act that brings salvation in this world and in the hereafter; Second, the support of parties needed by DI/TII as advisors and enforcers of Islamic sharia; Third, they face dilemmas and threats from both groups, namely DI/TII and the Indonesian National Army (TNI) if they are known to take sides with one of the groups. The DI/TII movement has caused conflicts over the attitude of the people who joined the DI/TII, supported the TNI, and the people who did not determine the attitude of both the DI/TII and the TNI. The DI/TII movement ended after the Mahader Decree of Java and Madura Number KPTS-X/III/8/1962 dated August 15, 1962 concerning the death sentence against the Supreme Commander of DI/TII Krtosoewirjo. The movement had an impact on the socio-economy of the people in East Priangan (1949-1962)."

"ABSTRAK
Conflicts between corporations and local communities in mining industries become phenomenal after political reformation took place in 1998. Based on an analytical framework, which are developed from previous field research, the pattern of corporate-local community conflicts can be formulated into three different dimensions, those are dynamics of conflict, causes of conflict and state's roles. The dynamic dimension consist of seven variables: escalation and form of conflict, fluctuation of conflict, intensity of conflict, the roles of actors and institution and local characters. in the dynamics of conflict, the magnitude of conflicts is set by the intensity of conflicts, that is the conflicts violence. the causes of conflict dimension consist of political changes, inequality, domination, exploitation, empowerment and economic distress, and demographical variables; with inequality as the most important variables; the role of state extends within the dynamics and causes dimensions, that is how the role of state (i.e. the government) in the causes and the dynamics of conflict. deductively, based on the above mentioned analytical framework, the purpose of this study is to analyze the corporate-local communities conflicts that taking place in the geothermal industry in pangalengan, West Java. The method of data collection is qualitative with in-depth interviewing as the primary instrument used in the study. The findings show that the problem lies within the three sectors mentioned above (corporate, local communities and the government) with different substance and weight for each sector. However, the improvement should begin from the government or state sector."
