"[Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dari Implementasi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di industri farmasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap pelaksanaan CSR di PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. berdasarkan teori Hendeberg?s CSR Pyramid dan Konsep Triple Bottom Line. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. sebagian besar telah meliputi kriteria-kriteria dari Hendeberg's CSR Pyramid dan Konsep Triple Bottom Line.

"Implementasi CSR PT Bio Farma dilakukan melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan yang bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak dan masyarakat melalui empat pilar yaitu Sehat Bersama BF, Cerdas Bersama BF, Mandiri Bersama BF, dan Hijau Bersama BF. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis program tersebut berdasarkan observasi di lapangan dan merekomendasikan strategi tepat sasaran dan tujuan dalam mengimplementasikan CSR di desa Sukamulya, Sukabumi. Berdasarkan sintesis kerangka konseptual, 12 dari 17 kriteria telah dipenuhi dengan hasil yang memuaskan. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan posisi strategisnya adalah aggressive. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, usulan strategi pengembaan yang dapat diterapkan yaitu mengembangkan pertanian terpadu yang terintegrasi dengan budidaya ikan koi, meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya ikan koi agar dapat dipasarkan lebih luas serta membuka lapangan kerja baru berdasarkan potensi desa di bidang pertanian dan perikanan."

"PT XL Axiata (XL), sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di industri telekomunikasi telah melakukan corporate social responsibility (CSR) sebagai bagian dari kegiatan public relations. Harapannya dari CSR, yaitu adanya peningkatan reputasi positif perusahaan. Salah satu CSR unggulannya yang telah dilakukan sejak tahun 2012, yaitu XL Future Leaders (XLFL). Program ini dibuat untuk mengembangkan pendidikan soft skills mahasiswa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pelaksanaan program XL Future Leaders dalam meningkatkan reputasi XL. Hasil analisis tentang strategi pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa XL sebelum melaksanakan program XLFL telah melakukan penelitian terkait kebutuhan mahasiswa di aspek pendidikan di Indonesia. Kemudian dalam melakukan komunikasi terkait program XLFL, XL melakukan roadshow ke berbagai universitas dan kota di Indonesia yang sekarang disebut dengan acara XL Youth Town Hall dan juga memaksimalkan media sosial yang XL miliki terutama, Instagram. Kesimpulannya menunjukkan bahwa strategi pelaksanaan program XL Future menggunakan dua strategi CSR dari Galbreath, yaitu strategi timbal balik dan kewarganegaraan.

PT XL Axiata (XL), a company operating in telecommunication industry, has done corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a part of public relations activities. From the CSR, XL hopes it can increase its positive reputation. One of XL most distinguished corporate social responsibility programs that has been executed since the year 2012 is XL Future Leaders. The program is created to develop Indonesian students soft skills education. This research has a purpose to analyze the implementation strategy of XL Future Leaders program to increase company ™s reputation. The analysis result shows that before executing the program XLFL, XL has done a research regarding the needs of students in education aspect in Indonesia. To communicate the XLFL Program, XL does roadshow to various universities and cities in Indonesia which is now named as XL Youth Town Hall and also maximizes its own social media, especially Instagram. The conclusion of this research is that XL Future Leaders program uses two CSR strategies from Galbreath, which are reciprocal strategy and citizenship strategy."

Pelaksanaan bisnis perusahaan semen mengakibatkan banyak permasalahan pada lingkungan sekitarnya. Hal tersebut dapat merusak citra dari perusahaan tersebut. fenomena ini mendorong perusahaan untuk melaksanakan konsep bisnis berkelanjutan. Konsep bisnis berkelanjutan yang didasarkan pada manusia, lingkungan, dan keuntungan diterapkan dengan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Tulisan ini akan membahas secara umum pelaksanaan program CSR dalam rangka peningkatan citra perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
The concrete business corporation's operation results in many problems on their environment. It may damage the images of corporation. This phenomenon encourages companies to implement sustainable business concept. The concept of sustainable business based on people, planet, and profit implemented by the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This paper will discusses in general about implementation of CSR programs in order to improve the corporate image.

"Program kemitraan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah adalah salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial (Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR) perusahaan, khususnya Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Skripsi ini mengkaji pelaksanaan program kemitraan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan pelaksanaannya dalam bentuk program kemitraan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan BUMN diamanatkan dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara dan Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor Per-05/MBU/2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan sebagai peraturan pelaksananya. Pada intinya ketentuan tentang pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) wajib memperhatikan antara lain mengenai kriteria calon mitra binaan, kewajiban BUMN pembina dan mitra binaan, sumber dana program kemitraan, mekanisme penyaluran dana, kualitas pinjaman dan lain sebagainya. Pelaksanaan program kemitraan PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. telah sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kewajiban yang telah dipenuhi PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. sebagai BUMN pembina sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara Nomor Per-05/MBU/2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan. Namun dalam ketentuan yang mengatur mengenai program kemitraan dan bina lingkungan tidak diatur mengenai sanksi bagi BUMN yang tidak melakukan progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan.

Partnership Program is one form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), particularly State-Owned Enterprise (SOE). This thesis examines the implementation Partnership Program of Micro, Small and Medium Business as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the law number 19 Year 2003 about State-Owned Enterprise and implementation partnership Program of Micro, Small and Medium Business as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. A method used in analyze this case is a normative juridical. The implementation partnership program of SOE is contained in the law number 19 Year 2003 about State-Owned Enterprise and Minister of State Enterprises Regulation No. PER-05/MBU/2007, dated 27 April 2007, on the Partnership Program of SOE with Small Business and Environmental Development Program as the rule?s executioner. In essence the implementation partnership program and environmental development program must be observe criteria of partners, liabilities of SOE and partners, source of funds, mechanism of channeling funds, quality of loan, etc. Bank Mandiri?s Partnership Program has been in accordance with a regulation. It can be seen from the obligations have been performed PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk. as a SOE builder regulated as Minister of State Enterprises Regulation No. PER-05/MBU/2007, dated 27 April 2007, on the Partnership Program of SOE with Small Business and Environmental Development Program. But then in provisions of the partnership program is not arranged sanctions for the SOE that doesn?t do partnership program and environmental development program."

"The main idea of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which has become a hot topic at the present is that companies doing businesses are not only committed to their shareholders but also their stakeholders. This commitment is shown from the contribution to develop a sustainable economy by contributing to the environment and working with employees, their families, the local community and society at large to improve their lives in ways that are good for business and for development. Through CSR, the establishment of good corporate governance will be supported. It is one of the means in realizing the principles of corporate governance established by the Organization for Economic and Co-operation andDevelopment (OECD) in 2004. OECD listed these principles which are:
1. Ensuring the basis for an effective corporate governance framework
2. The rights of shareholders and key ownership functions,
3. The equitable treatment of shareholders,
4. The role of stakeholders in corporate governance,
5. Disclosure and Transparency,
6. Responsibilities of the Board.
The principles were first endorsed back in 1999 by OECD ministers and since then they have become an international benchmark for investors, policy makers, corporations and stakeholders worldwide.
The discussion on the matter of CSR reheated in Indonesia when there were rumors that a new law will be established on the requirement and details in conducting CSR.Eventually it became the main discussion due to the approval of the draft of the much fearful new law ; Company Law article 74 (UU Perseroan Terbatas pasal 74) on July 20th, 2007 one of which paragraph states that every company operating in areas relating to natural resources is obliged to fulfill its social and environment responsibilities. The approval of this new law surely invites pros and contras from many constituents. It seems that many still feel that CSR is not necessary and only should be voluntary. The problem is when CSR was a voluntary activity, only a few are willing to carry it out furthermore to give their best to contribute on the matter. Unilever as one of the companies realizing the importance of CSR has been executing CSR since it was first established. Its reputation in the CSR implementation is recognized nationally and internationally; many have awarded Unilever for its outstanding achievements. Programs are approached using the triple bottom-line approach so that it covers the three perspectives, namely social, economy and environmental. Thus, the company formulates CSR programs mainly in three areas environment, small and medium enterprises and health and hygiene. The programs have been enormously successful and have contributed significantly to the sustainable operations of the company and its position as a market leader and as the brand preferred by the people. This excellent implementation of CSR is a mirror image of the commitment made by the company to its stakeholders; an emphasis on the growing awareness in the industry to alter companies? point of views in their purpose of existence from maximizing shareholders? value to stakeholders? value. It has also helped the implementation of good corporate governance at Unilever as CSR is one of the elements of supporting good corporate governance.

"ABSTRAK
Pada kompetisi global saat ini, perusahaan berlomba-lomba menunjukkan
keunggulan daya saingnya baik yang didorong dari kondisi internal maupun
eksternal perusahaan. Kondisi eksternal merupakan salah satu faktor yang kuat
mendorong perusahaan untuk terus berupaya berkompetisi. Untuk itu, perusahaan
mempunyai perhatian yang khusus terhadap kondisi eksternal tersebut dengan
melakukan kegiatan kegiatan corporate social responsibility (CSR).
Kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan suatu kegiatan
perusahaan yang penting dalam mempengaruhi value creation perusahaan yang
memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja perusahaan (keuangan dan non keuangan).
Namun tidak semua kegiatan CSR berdampak positif bagi perusahaan
dikarenakan CSR tidak menyentuh core business atau dapat dikatakan tidak
stratejik. Penelitian ini menekan bahwa kegiatan CSR yang stratejik terbagi atas
lima dimensi centrality, specificity, proactivity, visibility dan voluntarism akan
mempengaruhi value creation perusahaan (Burke & Logsdon, 1996) sehingga
mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kualitatif dengan studi kasus PT Astra
International Tbk yang diharapkan mendapatkan informasi dan pemahaman yang
lebih mendekati pada konteks sehingga perusahaan dapat melihat persepsi
stakeholder baik dari internal dan eksternal perusahaan dari program CSR yang
dijalankan.

ABSTRACT
In today's global competition, companies are competing to show the
advantages of both the driven competitiveness of the internal and external
conditions. External condition is one of the factors that could strongly encourage
companies to continue to compete. Because of that, the company has a focus on
the external conditions by conducting activities of corporate social responsibility
(CSR).
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an important corporate activities
that affect value creation in companies that have an impact on firm performance
(financial and non-financial). However, not all CSR activities have positive
impacts for the company because the CSR does not touch the core business or can
be said to be strategic. This study stressed that CSR activities are divided into five
dimensions of strategic centrality, specificity, proactivity, voluntarism and
visibility will affect the company's value creation (Burke & Logsdon, 1996) thus
affecting the performance of the company.
This study used a qualitative method focusing on a case study of PT Astra
International Tbk. It is expected to gain more information and understanding of
the specific context in the field study in order to make the company notices the
perception of the stakeholders both internal and external regarding the
implementation of CSR programs in PT. Astra International Tbk."

"Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (CSR) yang wajib dilakukan oleh BUMN. Kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan PKBL dengan konsep CSR perlu diketahui untuk meyakini bahwa program yang berjalan tidak hanya sebatas common sense perusahaan. Artikel ini membahas tentang analisis pelaksanaan PKBL PT Timah (persero) Tbk. dengan menggunakan konsep CSR. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah pelaksanaan PKBL PT Timah (persero) sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan konsep CSR walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan.

Partnership Program and Community Development are part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which must be done by the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as a mandatory. The correspondence between the implementation of these programs and the concept of CSR need to be known in order to believe that these programs are not only a company's common sense. This article discusses about the analysis of the implementation of Partnership Program and Community Development in PT Timah (persero) Tbk. using the concept of CSR. The conclusion is the implementation of these programs has been largely consistent with the concept of CSR although there are still some shortcomings.

"PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (PT HIL Tbk) merupakan perusahaan semen terbesar di Indonesia yang menggunakan bahan baku utama batu gamping (limestone). Secara positif, perusahaan ini telah memberikan kontribusi dalam bentuk devisa bagi negara, pendapatan asli daerah (PAD), membuka kesempatan lapangan pekerjaan, meningkatkan roda perekonomian sektor dan sub sektor lain di sekitarnya, namun juga menimbulkan dampak pengaruh terhadap lingkungan dan sosial ekonomi khususnya bagi masyarakat yang berada di sekitar areal pengusahaannya. Sebagai tanggung jawab terhadap seluruh pengaruh negatif yang ditimbulkan dan komitmen untuk mengurangi/menghapus citra buruk, perusahaan melakukan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (corporate social responsibility/CSR).
Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program-program CSR PT HIL Tbk yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa Nambo, Kecamatan Klapanunggal Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program implementasi program-program CSR PT HIL Tbk masih didominasi kegiatan yang bersifat charity dan yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat masih belum berjalan efektif sebagaimana yang diharapkan.

PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (PT HIL Tbk) is the largest cement company in Indonesia which uses limestone as the main raw materials. Positively, the company has contributed in the form of foreign exchange for the country, local revenue (PAD), employment opportunities, improve the economy sectors and subsectors around them, but also impacts on the environment and the influence of socio-economic, especially for community around the company area. As the responsibility of all the negative influences and commitment to reduce/remove the bad image, the company conduct the Corporate Social Responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR).
This thesis aims to analyze the implementation of CSR programs of PT HIL Tbk related to community empowerment in Nambo Village, Klapanunggal Sub-District, Bogor District. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of CSR programs of PT HIL Tbk still dominated activity that is related to charity and community empowerment is still not effective as expected.
